MMSC, 其用于接收所述 IAGW服务器发送的多媒体消息, 并将所述多 媒体消息发送给对应的接收终端。 通过以上技术方案, 本发明实施例中, 在将多媒体消息发送到 MMSC 之前, 由 IAGW服务器对发送该多媒体消息的集团用户进行鉴权, 当确定该 集团用户为签约用户时, 将多媒体消息发送给各个接收终端归属的 MMSC, 从而能够通过 IAGW服务器对发送多媒体消息的集团用户进行管理,避免无 权限用户发送多媒体消息而对网络资源的占用等问题, 并且根据本发明实施 例提供的上述技术方案, MMSC接收多媒体消息后,无需转发给其它 MMSC, 而直接下发给其下辖的移动终端,与现有技术相比,避免了 MMSC分析多媒 体消息的接收终端各自归属的 MMSC以及转发多媒体消息的过程,从而减少 了 MMSC处理多媒体消息业务的负担, 提高了 MMSC的工作效率。 本发明的其它特征和优点将在随后的说明书中阐述, 并且, 部分地从说 明书中变得显而易见, 或者通过实施本发明而了解。

本发明的较佳实施方式
为了减少 MMSC 处理多媒体消息的负荷以及方便运营商对行业应用多 媒体消息业务进行管理, 本发明实施例提供了一种实现行业应用多媒体消息 业务的方法、 服务器及系统。
在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 以下结合说明书附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明, 应当理解, 此处所描 述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。
根据本发明实施例, 首先提供了一种实现行业应用多媒体消息业务的系 统。
如图 2所示, 虚线框内部分为本发明实施例提供的实现行业应用多媒体 消息业务的系统示意图, 虚线框外部分为根据本发明实施例提供的系统实现 行业应用多媒体消息业务时涉及的其它网络实体。 从图 2可以看出, 本发明实施例提供的系统主要包括:
IAGW ( Industry Application Gateway, 行业应用网关)服务器以及至少 一个 MMSC。 根据本发明实施例提供的系统实现行业应用多媒体消息业务时涉及的网 络实体包括: EC/SL BOSS ( Business & Operation Support System, 业务支撑 运营系统) 、 网管中心以及 DNS ( Domain Name Server, 域名服务器) , 例 ^口, ENUM( Telephone Number URI Mapping,电话号码 J URI的映射 ) DNS„ 其中:
IAGW服务器,用于接收 EC/SI等集团用户发送的 MM消息,该 MM消 息携带至少一个接收终端的终端号码; 还用于对发送多媒体消息的 EC/SI进 行鉴权, 在确定该 EC/SI为签约用户时, 确定 MM消息的接收终端的终端号 码分别归属的 MMSC , 并将该 MM 消息发送给各终端号码分别归属的 MMSC;
MMSC, 用于接收 IAGW服务器发送的 MM消息, 并将该 MM消息发 送给其下辖的接收终端。 进一步地, IAGW服务器还用于: 接收 BOSS提供的用户的注册信息, 并保存到用户信息数据库中; 并且, IAGW服务器对集团用户鉴权的具体过 程包括: 从用户信息数据库中查找该 EC/SI的注册信息, 若查找到该 EC/SI 的注册信息, 则确定该 EC/SI为签约用户。 进一步地, IAGW服务器具体用于: 通过查询 ENUM DNS确定 MM消 息的接收终端的终端号码分别归属的 MMSC。 进一步地, IAGW服务器还用于: 根据注册信息中包括的该 EC/SI与接 收终端的终端号码之间的签约关系信息,确定该 MM消息携带的至少一个接 收终端的终端号码中与该 EC/SI存在签约关系的终端号码; 以及, 确定与该 EC/SI存在签约关系的终端号码分别归属的 MMSC。 进一步地, IAGW服务器具体用于: 按照注册信息中包括的与该 EC/SI 存在签约关系的终端号码之间的优先级由高到低的顺序,将该 MM消息依次 发送给其接收终端对应的终端号码分别归属的 MMSC。
根据图 2所示的结构, 管理人员可以通过登录网管中心对 IAGW服务器 中的内容进行管理。
实际应用中, EC/SI和 IAGW服务器之间可以釆用 Mm7接口通信, BOSS 和 IAGW服务器之间可以釆用 SMP ( Service Manage Point, 业务管理点)协 议接口通信; MMSC和 IAGW服务器之间可以釆用 Mm7接口通信。
根据本发明实施例, 还提供了一种实现行业应用多媒体消息业务的服务 器(IAGW服务器) , 根据该服务器可以实现行业应用多媒体消息业务, 如 图 3所示, 该服务器包括:
IAGW-A ( IAGW- Access, IAGW接入模块) 301以及 IAGW-M ( IAGW- Management, IAGW管理模块) 302; 其中:
IAGW-A主要提供对行业应用多媒体消息业务的处理功能, 例如, 负责 对多媒体消息的接收、 存储以及分发等处理;
IAGW-M 主要提供对行业应用多媒体消息业务的鉴权功能, 例如, 对 EC/SI鉴权, 对签约关系鉴权以及黑白名单鉴权等。
具体地, 从图 3 可以看出, IAGW-A包括: 接收模块 3011、 MMSC确 定模块 3012以及发送模块 3013; IAGW-M包括: 鉴权模块 3021 以及用户信 息数据库 3022。 其中:
接收模块 3011 , 用于接收集团用户 (如 EC/SI )发送的多媒体消息, 该 多媒体消息携带至少一个接收终端的终端号码;
鉴权模块 3021 , 用于对发送该多媒体消息的集团用户进行鉴权;
MMSC确定模块 3012, 用于在鉴权模块 3021确定该集团用户为签约用 户时, 根据多媒体消息携带的至少一个接收终端的终端号码确定该多媒体消 息的接收终端的终端号码分别归属的 MMSC; 发送模块 3013 ,用于将该多媒体消息发送给 MMSC确定模块 3012确定 出的 MMSC。
进一步地, 上述 IAGW-M包括的鉴权模块 3021具体用于:
从用户信息数据库 3022中查找该集团用户的注册信息 ,若查找到该集团 用户的注册信息, 则确定该集团用户为签约用户。
进一步地, 上述 IAGW-M包括的鉴权模块 3021还用于:
根据查找到的注册信息中包括的该集团用户与接收终端的终端号码之间 的签约关系信息 , 确定该多媒体消息携带的至少一个接收终端的终端号码中 与该集团用户存在签约关系的终端号码;
相应地, MMSC确定模块 3012具体用于, 确定鉴权模块 3021确定出的 与该集团用户存在签约关系的终端号码分别归属的 MMSC。
进一步地, 上述 IAGW-A包括的发送模块 3013具体用于:
按照查找到的注册信息中包括的与该集团用户存在签约关系的终端号码 之间的优先级由高到低的顺序, 将该多媒体消息依次发送给该多媒体消息的 接收终端分别归属的 MMSC。
下面结合以上实施例所述的系统以及服务器, 对本发明实施例提供的实 现行业应用多媒体消息业务的具体过程进行详细描述:
根据本发明实施例, 有行业应用多媒体消息发送需求的 EC/SI需要预先 注册到 BOSS系统中, 图 4为本发明实施例中 EC/SI注册到 BOSS系统的流 程图, 如图 4所示, 该注册过程包括:
步骤 401、 EC/SI向 BOSS发送注册请求。
该步骤中, EC/SI发送的注册请求中包括该 EC/SI的相关注册信息, 例 如, 企业代码、 企业信用度、 服务代码、 企业名称、 联系人、 EC/SI信息介 绍、 EC/SI与接收终端的终端号码之间的签约信息、 与 EC/SI存在签约关系 的终端号码之间的优先级消息以及整个行业应用系统的用户黑白名单信息 等。
步骤 402、 BOSS接收 EC/SI发送的注册请求,保存该注册请求中携带的 注册信息。
步骤 403、 BOSS将 EC/SI的相关注册信息发送给 IAGW服务器。
步骤 404、 IAGW服务器将 BOSS提供的 EC/SI的注册信息存储到用户 信息数据库中。
图 5为本发明实施例提供的实现行业应用多媒体消息业务流程图, 如图 5所示, 该过程包括如下步骤:
步骤 501、 IAGW服务器接收 EC/SI发送的多媒体消息, 该多媒体消息 携带至少一个接收终端的终端号码。
步骤 502、 IAGW服务器对该 EC/SI进行鉴权, 若鉴权通过, 则执行步 骤 503 , 否则执行步骤 505。
该步骤中, IAGW服务器对 EC/SI进行鉴权, 即判断该 EC/SI是否为签 约用户, 具体地, IAGW服务器从用户信息数据库中查找该 EC/SI的注册信 息, 若查找到该 EC/SI的注册信息, 则确定该 EC/SI为签约用户, 即鉴权通 过。
步骤 503、 IAGW服务器确定该多媒体消息的接收终端的终端号码分别 归属的 MMSC。
步骤 504、 IAGW服务器将该多媒体消息发送给终端号码分别归属的 MMSC, 并由各 MMSC将该多媒体消息分别下发给对应的接收终端。
步骤 505、 向 EC/SI反馈鉴权失败的信息, 并结束。
以下结合本发明上述实施例提供的系统以及 IAGW服务器,对行业应用 多媒体消息业务的具体流程进行详述, 如图 6所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 601、 EC/SI向 IAGW-A提交多媒体消息;
步骤 602、 IAGW-A根据多媒体消息的发送方地址, 反馈多媒体消息应 答;
步骤 603、 IAGW-A向 AIGW-M发起鉴权请求;
步骤 604、IAGW-M对根据用户信息数据库中保存的注册信息对该 EC/SI 进行鉴权, 并向 IAGW-A反馈鉴权结果; 步骤 605、 若鉴权结果为鉴权未通过, 则 IAGW-A向 EC/SI返回鉴权失 败信息; 若鉴权结果为鉴权通过, 则 IAGW-A向 ENUM DNS发起接收终端 的终端号码归属地查询请求;
步骤 606、 ENUM DNS向 IAGW-A返回查询结果应答,该应答信息中标 识各接收终端归属的 MMSC的地址信息;
步骤 607、 IAGW-A将多媒体消息强制设置为请求递送报告, 并向各接 收终端归属的 MMSC转发该多媒体消息;
步骤 608、 各 MMSC接收多媒体消息后, 向 IAGW-A返回接收应答; 步骤 609、 各 MMSC下发该多媒体消息给其下辖的接收终端; 步骤 610、 MMSC下发完成后, 向 IAGW-A转发递送 ^艮告, 递送 4艮告的 发送方填写原始提交多媒体消息的发送方的地址信息;
步骤 611、 IAGW-A向 MMSC返回接收应答;
步骤 612、 IAGW-A将递送报告转发给 EC/SI;
步骤 613、 EC/SI向 IAGW-A返回接收应答。
以上流程中, 判断 EC/SI是否为签约用户为最基本的鉴权过程, 根据本 发明实施例, 还可以提供其它方面的鉴权, 例如, 在确定 EC/SI为签约用户 以及确定各接收终端所归属的 MMSC之前,对接收终端进行鉴权,过滤掉没 有权限接收多媒体消息的终端, 从而避免向无权限接收终端发送多媒体消息 而对网络资源的占用, 提高了对接收终端的监管力度。 具体地, 对接收终端 进行鉴权可以包含以下方面:
1、 对 EC/SI与接收终端的签约关系进行鉴权。
即根据该 EC/SI的注册信息确定该多媒体消息携带的至少一个接收终端 的终端号码中与该 EC/SI存在签约关系的终端号码, 并只将多媒体消息发送 给与该 EC/SI存在签约关系的终端号码。
2、 对接收终端的接收权限进行鉴权。
即根据各接收终端的终端号码过滤掉黑名单用户, 并只将多媒体消息发 送给未被过滤掉的用户。 根据本发明实施例, 对 EC/SI以及接收终端进行的鉴权不仅为以上几种 方式,还可以对 EC/SI以及各接收终端的信用度进行鉴权,此处不——列举。
通过以上技术方案, 本发明实施例中, 在将多媒体消息发送到 MMSC 之前, 对发送该多媒体消息的集团用户进行鉴权, 当确定该集团用户为签约 用户时,将多媒体消息发送给各个接收终端归属的 MMSC中,从而能够对发 送多媒体消息的集团用户进行管理, 避免无权限用户发送多媒体消息而对网 络资源的占用等问题, 并且根据本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案, MMSC 接收多媒体消息后, 无需转发给其它 MMSC, 而直接下发给其下辖的移动终 端,与现有技术相比,避免了 MMSC分析多媒体消息的接收终端各自归属的 MMSC以及转发多媒体消息的过程, 从而减少了 MMSC处理多媒体消息业 务的负担, 提高了 MMSC的工作效率。 发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要 求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
工业实用性 本发明在将多媒体消息发送到 MMSC之前,对发送该多媒体消息的集团 用户进行鉴权, 当确定该集团用户为签约用户时, 将多媒体消息发送给各个 接收终端归属的 MMSC 中, 从而能够对发送多媒体消息的集团用户进行管 理, 避免无权限用户发送多媒体消息而对网络资源的占用等问题, 并且根据 本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案, MMSC接收多媒体消息后, 无需转发给 其它 MMSC, 而直接下发给其下辖的移动终端, 与现有技术相比, 避免了 MMSC分析多媒体消息的接收终端各自归属的 MMSC以及转发多媒体消息 的过程, 从而减少了 MMSC处理多媒体消息业务的负担, 提高了 MMSC的 工作效率。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种行业应用网关 IAGW服务器, 包括:
接收模块, 其设置为接收集团用户发送的多媒体消息, 所述多媒体消息 携带至少一个接收终端的终端号码; 鉴权模块, 其设置为对发送所述多媒体消息的集团用户进行鉴权; 多媒体消息业务中心 MMSC确定模块,其设置为在所述鉴权模块确定所 述集团用户为签约用户时, 确定所述多媒体消息携带的至少一个接收终端的 终端号码分别归属的 MMSC; 以及 发送模块,其设置为将所述多媒体消息发送给所述 MMSC确定模块确定 出的 MMSC。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的服务器, 其中,
所述鉴权模块还设置为: 从所述服务器的用户信息数据库中查找所述集 团用户的注册信息, 所述用户信息数据库中的注册信息由业务支撑运营系统 BOSS提供; 以及根据查找结果确定所述集团用户是否为签约用户。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的服务器, 其中,
所述鉴权模块还设置为根据所述注册信息中的集团用户与接收终端的终 端号码之间的签约关系信息, 确定所述多媒体消息携带的至少一个接收终端 的终端号码中与所述集团用户存在签约关系的终端号码;
所述 MMSC确定模块还设置为确定所述鉴权模块确定出的与所述集团 用户存在签约关系的终端号码分别归属的 MMSC。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的服务器, 其中,
所述发送模块还设置为: 按照所述鉴权模块确定出的与所述集团用户存 在签约关系的终端号码之间的优先级由高到低的顺序, 将所述多媒体消息依 次发送给所述终端号码分别归属的 MMSC。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的服务器, 其中, 所述 MMSC确定模块还设置为: 向域名服务器 DNS发送所述鉴权模块 确定出的与所述集团用户存在签约关系的终端号码的归属地查询请求, 并接 收所述 DNS 返回的查询结果, 所述查询结果中携带所述终端号码归属的 MMSC信息。
6、 一种实现行业应用多媒体消息业务的方法, 包括: 行业应用网关 IAGW服务器接收集团用户发送的多媒体消息, 所述多媒 体消息携带至少一个接收终端的终端号码; 所述 IAGW服务器对所述集团用户进行鉴权,在确定所述集团用户为签 约用户时, 确定所述多媒体消息携带的至少一个接收终端的终端号码分别归 属的多媒体消息业务中心 MMSC; 以及 所述 IAGW服务器将所述多媒体消息发送给所述 IAGW服务器确定的所 述终端号码分别归属的 MMSC, 并由所述 MMSC将所述多媒体消息发送给 归属于所述 MMSC的接收终端。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述 IAGW服务器对所述集团用 户进行鉴权的所述步骤包括: 所述 IAGW服务器从所述 IAGW中的用户信息数据库中查找所述集团用 户的注册信息, 所述用户信息数据库中的注册信息由业务支撑运营系统 BOSS提供; 以及 根据查找结果确定所述集团用户是否为签约用户。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中, 所述注册信息包括集团用户与接收终端的终端号码之间的签约关系信 息;
在所述 IAGW服务器确定所述终端号码分别归属的 MMSC的所述步骤 之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述 IAGW服务器根据所述注册信息确定所述终端 号码中与所述集团用户存在签约关系的终端号码; 所述 IAGW服务器确定所述终端号码分别归属的 MMSC的所述步骤包 括: 所述 IAGW服务器确定所述终端号码中与所述集团用户存在签约关系的 终端号码分别归属的 MMSC。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其中, 所述注册信息还包括与所述集团用户存在签约关系的终端号码之间的优 先级消息; 所述 IAGW服务器将所述多媒体消息发送给所述 IAGW服务器确定的所 述终端号码分别归属的 MMSC的所述步骤包括: 所述 IAGW服务器按照所述优先级信息中的所述终端号码的优先级由高 到低的顺序, 将所述多媒体消息依次发送给所述终端号码分别归属的 MMSC„
10、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述 IAGW确定所述多媒体消息 携带的至少一个接收终端的终端号码分别归属的多媒体消息业务中心 MMSC的所述步骤包括: 所述 IAGW服务器向域名服务器 DNS发送所述多媒体消息携带的至少 一个接收终端的终端号码归属地查询请求; 以及
所述 IAGW服务器接收所述 DNS返回的查询结果, 并根据所述查询结 果确定所述多媒体消息携带的至少一个接收终端的终端号码分别归属的 MMSC„
11、 一种实现行业应用多媒体消息业务的系统, 包括: 行业应用网关 IAGW服务器和多媒体消息业务中心 MMSC, 其中, 所述 IAGW服务器设置为接收集团用户发送的多媒体消息, 所述多媒体 消息携带至少一个接收终端的终端号码; 对发送所述多媒体消息的集团用户 进行鉴权, 在确定所述集团用户为签约用户时, 确定所述终端号码分别归属 的 MMSC, 并将所述多媒体消息发送给所述终端号码分别归属的 MMSC; 所述 MMSC设置为接收所述 IAGW服务器发送的多媒体消息, 并将所 述多媒体消息发送给归属于所述 MMSC的终端号码对应的接收终端。
