(在此为角轮座), 角轮座 1通过螺栓 1-5与箱体连接固定, 角轮 座 1下部设有滚轮 3, 角轮座 1与滚轮 3之间通过连接装置 2连 接, 角轮座 1的上表面设有外壳盖 1-6, 外壳盖 1-6设为弓形, 便 于内部弹簧 2-2的活动,外壳盖 1-6通过螺丝 1-7和螺丝孔 1-8固 定连接在角轮座 1上, 角轮座上设有通孔 1-1 , 角轮座 1的侧面 开有按钮通孔 1-3, 按钮通孔 1-3内设有按钮外件 1-4。 连接装置 2上设有凸台 2-5, 连接装置 2内设有旋转头装置 2-6, 旋转头装 置 2-6穿过通孔 1-1及凸台 2-5, 旋转头装置 2-6上设有轴 2-8, 轴 2-8上设有上端卡位 2-9和中间卡位 2-7, 轴 2-8的底部有圆盘 2-4, 轴 2-8将旋转头装置 2-6和滚轮 3相连接, 中间卡位 2-7位 于凸台 2-5上方。 按钮板 2-10可移动地设在角轮座 1中的一个与 通孔 1-1成横向的导向部中, 该导向部尤其是构成为直线导轨, 按钮板 2-10沿竖直方向位于上端卡位 2-9和中间卡位之间 2_7, 按钮板 2-10上设有弧形槽 2-1, 弧形槽 2-1与旋转头装置 2-6相 配合, 按钮板 2-10上连接有弹簧 2-2, 弹簧 2-2的一端与按钮板 2-10固定, 另一端与角轮座 1上的弹簧固定装置 1-2固定, 按钮 板 2-10上设有按钮臂 2-3, 按钮臂 2-3与按钮外件 1-4连接, 按 钮外件 1-4的设计便于操作。
本发明的滚轮装置大部分由塑料制成, 其中按钮板 2-10、 按 钮外件 1-4和轴 2-8特别是由不锈钢或者镀有防锈层的金属或其 它耐腐蚀的金属制成。
轴 2-8和通孔 1-1可以具有任意适宜的横截面形状, 例如圆 形或方形的横截面。 有利的是, 轴 2-8和通孔 1-1 的外形构造得 彼此配合, 由此通过轴 2-8和通孔 1-1的配合也能实现轴在通孔 中的径向定位。 轴 2-8和通孔 1-1的非圆形的横截面也能实现轴 在通孔中的抗旋转的固定。 如图 5所示, 本发明所述的可拆卸式角轮装置用于移动式箱 包上, 在移动式箱包的箱体 4底部两侧各装有一个如上所述的角 轮座 1。
在拆卸滚轮组件 (在如图所示实施例中为角轮组件) 时, 用 手向水平方向拨开按钮外件 1_4,由于按钮外件与按钮臂 2-3适配 连接, 使得与按钮板 2-10连接的弹簧 2-2收缩, 从而按钮板 2-10 上的弧形槽 2-1就和旋转头装置 2-6失去卡牢作用, 此时用另一 只手将滚轮 3往下拉出, 就能将滚轮组件从箱包上毫不费力地拆 卸下来。 当需要将滚轮组件安袭上去的时候, 一手拿滚轮组件对 准角轮座 1的通孔 1-1往上穿, 另一只手拨开按钮外件 1-4, 在滚 轮组件卡到位后, 松开按钮外件 1-4, 滚轮组件就安装在角轮座 1 上了。
可拆卸式的结构便于在使用过程中, 可根据需要随意安装或 拆卸滚轮组件, 当滚轮磨损时, 便于拆卸更换, 不妨碍箱体其他 部件的继续使用。
除上述实施例外, 凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方 案, 均落在本发明要求的保护范围。 例如不同于附图所示的实施 例, 在该实施例中按钮板 2-10和外壳盖 1-6等零件设置在滚轮座 1 的上侧, 同样可以考虑将它们设置在滚轮座 1 的下侧。 在这种 情况下, 滚轮座在上侧是封闭的, 而在下侧设置导向部和按钮板
2-10, 外壳盖 1-6朝下基本上封闭滚轮座 1, 外壳盖 1-6相应地具 有通孔 1-1并且在安装状态时直接与凸台 2-5贴紧, 并且例如也 在外壳盖 1-6的底部构造与凸台 2-5的轮廓对应的凹部。 另外, 导向部不设置在滚轮座的基体上而是设置在外壳盖上同样属于等 同的措施。 附图标记列表

Claims

1. 可拆卸式滚轮装置, 包括滚轮座(1)和滚轮组件, 其特征 在于: 滚轮组件与滚轮座(1) 可拆式连接;
滚轮座 ( 1 ) 具有通孔 ( 1-1 ), 滚轮座 ( 1 )在上方具有与通 孔成横向的、 尤其是与通孔垂直的导向部, 弹簧预紧的按钮板
(2-10)在该导向部中引导, 该按钮板(2-10)具有一个穿过滚轮 座中的按钮通孔(1-3) 的、 能从外部作用的按钮臂 (2-3), 通过 操作按钮臂 (2-3)使得按钮板(2-10) 沿着导向部移动;
滚轮组件具有滚轮架和绕滚轮轴可旋转地支承在滚轮架上的 滚轮( 3 ),在滚轮架的上部设置一个凸台( 2-5 )和一个从凸台( 2-5 ) 伸出的、 用于插入通孔(1-1) 中的轴 (2-8), 在该轴上设置上端 卡位 ( 2-9 );
在安装状态时, 滚轮组件的凸台 (2-5) 与滚轮座 (1) 的底 部贴紧, 并且沿着轴的插入方向看, 按钮板 (2-10) 弹簧预紧地 嵌入到滚轮组件的上端卡位(2-9)后面, 并且按钮板 (2-10) 能 克服弹簧预紧力脱离与上端卡位 (2-9) 的作用。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的可拆卸式滚轮装置, 其特征在于: 所述可拆卸式滚轮装置构成为可拆卸式的万^滚轮装置, 其中滚 轮架能绕一条纵轴线自由旋转。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的可拆卸式滚轮装置, 其特征在于: 轴 (2-8) 具有一个沿其插入方向看位于上端卡位 (2-9) 后面的 中间卡位(2-7), 并且上端卡位 ( 2-9)与中间卡位(2-7)之间的 间距等于按钮板(2-10) 的厚度。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的可拆卸式滚轮装置, 其特征在于: 在轴(2-8)上构成一个环绕的凹槽, 该凹槽的上下两个槽壁分别 构成上端卡位 (2-9) 和中间卡位 (2-7), 并且按钮板(2-10) 具 有与凹槽的形状适配的弧形槽 (2-1 )。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的可拆卸式滚轮装置, 其 特征在于: 滚轮座(1)在其底部具有一个凹部, 滚轮组件的凸台 (2-5) 与该凹部具有互补的形状, 并且在安装状态时相互贴紧。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的可拆卸式滚轮装置, 其特征在于: 滚轮组件的凸台 (2-5) 与滚轮座 (1) 的凹部具有平面式的贴合 表面, 并且具有非圆形的轮廓。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的可拆卸式滚轮装置, 其 特征在于: 弹簧(2-2)沿着导向部的方向布置, 弹簧的一端与按 钮板(2-10) 固定, 尤其是固定在按钮板(2-10) 的一个突起上, 该弹簧的另一端与滚轮座(1)上的、 优选构成为突起或凹陷的弹 簧固定装置 (1-2) 固定。
8. 根据权利要求 1至 7任一项所述的可拆卸式滚轮装置, 其 特征在于: 在按钮通孔(1-3) 中设置一个按钮外件 (1-4), 按钮 外件 -4) 与按钮臂 (2-3) 连接或者构成一体, 通过操作按钮 外件 (1-4) 能使按钮板 (2-10) 沿着导向部移动。
9. 根据权利要求 1至 8任一项所述的可拆卸式滚轮装置, 其 特征在于: 滚轮座(1)的上表面设有可拆的、 尤其是螺纹连接的 外壳盖 (1-6), 用于遮盖滚轮座中的零件。
10. 根据权利要求 1至 9任一项所述的可拆卸式滚轮装置,其 特征在于: 滚轮座 (1) 与箱包可拆式连接, 尤其是螺纹连接。
11. 移动式箱包, 其特征在于: 所述移动式箱包具有根据权利 要求 1至 10任一项所述的可拆卸式滚轮装置, 其中滚轮座(1) 安装在箱包上, 尤其是螺纹连接在箱包上。
12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的移动式箱包, 其特征在于: 在箱 包的底部两侧分别设置一个可拆卸式滚轮装置。
