Abstract
본 발명은 풀리의 폭을 변경하여 변속비를 무단계로 변화시키는 무단 변속기에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 상세하게는, 풀리와 벨트가 접하는 면적이 증가되어 구동력을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 구동풀리와 종동풀리를 구성하는 각각의 한 쌍의 원추차를 각각 동시에 이동시킬 수 있어 변속비를 신속하게 변경시킬 수 있는 무단 변속기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 무단 변속기는, 축 방향으로 평행이동가능하게 회전축에 장착되는 한 쌍의 원추차가 서로 맞대어 형성되는 구동풀리와 종동풀리가 구비되고, 상기 구동풀리와 종동풀리 사이에는 벨트가 감겨져 연결되며, 상기 구동풀리와 종동풀리의 폭을 변화 시키는 것에 의하여 변속비를 무단계로 변화시키는 무단 변속기에 있어서, 상기 구동풀리와 종동풀리의 사이에 연결되고, 상기 구동풀리와 종동풀리를 구성하는 각각의 원추차를 축 방향으로 평행이동시켜 변속비를 조정하는 변속링크부(50, 50'); 및 상기 변속링크부(50, 50')와 연결되고, 외부로부터 변속 입력을 전달받아 상기 변속링크부(50, 50')를 작동시키는 변속작동부(60);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
