Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de protection d'une partie de surface d'un avion contre les impuretés dues à des restes d'insectes et/ou contre le givrage, comprenant les étapes suivantes: a) Application sur la partie de surface à protéger d'un revêtement dont l'adhérence à la surface à protéger diminue jusqu'à décollement de ce revêtement en un laps de temps ≤ 3 heures à compter de l'envol de l'avion et dans des conditions de vol normales, ceci en raison (i) d'une modification de température et/ou (ii) d'un rayonnement d'UV et/ou (iii) d'un ajout d'un composant favorisant la décomposition et/ou (iv) d'une différence d'humidité dans l'air, b) Exposition de la partie de surface à protéger (i) à une modification de température et/ou (ii) aux rayons UV (iii) et /ou à un ajout d'une composante favorisant la décomposition et/ou (iv) à une différence d'humidité dans l'air, de telle manière que le revêtement se décolle, emportant éventuellement les impuretés et/où le givrage qui s'y trouvent.
