Definitions

  • the present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method, system and device for implementing a short message network management.
  • SMS network management is a method that operators often use to manage terminals.
  • the working principle of the method is as follows:
  • the operator uses a terminal as the master terminal of the short message network management system, and sequentially sends short messages in a special format to other terminals that need to be managed.
  • These special format short messages are used by the master terminal to query, update parameters, and the like to other ordinary terminals.
  • the format of these short messages needs to be agreed upon by the master terminal and other terminals in advance, that is, the communication protocol needs to be fixed in advance.
  • the other terminals process and respond to the request after receiving the short message, and the processing includes reporting, updating parameters, and the like.
  • SMS network management is flexible and convenient in practical use, and low in cost, so it has been widely used. But this method also has its own drawbacks:
  • the short messages in the SMS network management generally contain data information related to the key parameters of the normal operation of the terminal, and the network operator generally does not want to be illegally monitored or falsified by other users.
  • the short message may be sent through the common channel, for example, through the paging channel or the access channel. This will cause the short message to be detected by all terminals served by the common channel and may be monitored.
  • the real-time performance is poor.
  • the so-called sleep mode means that after the terminal locks the network, if it is idle, the radio receiver and transmitter are turned off most of the time to enter a sleep state.
  • the base station cannot page to the terminal in the sleep state.
  • the terminal wakes up to turn on the RF receiver, and monitors whether the base station is in business. Paging it when data arrives, and updating network configuration parameters, etc. If the base station pages the terminal, the terminal can respond at this time and establish a service connection with the base station. Otherwise the terminal continues to sleep.
  • the sleep cycle is a parameter that the terminal and the base station can negotiate, and a compromise between power saving effect and real-time performance is needed. The longer the sleep cycle is, the less the number of wake-ups is, and the better the power saving effect is. However, when the terminal has a service, the base station needs to wait for the terminal to wake up for a longer time before it can be sent to the terminal, so that the real-time performance is worse.
  • the sleep cycle is between 1.28 seconds and 163.84 seconds.
  • the actual network uses 1.28 seconds or 2.56 seconds.
  • the base station needs to wait for about 1.2 or 2.5 seconds to wait until the terminal wakes up, and then can transmit a short message through the paging channel or the paging terminal starts to establish a service connection.
  • SMS network management Using the traditional SMS network management method, whenever a short message arrives, the base station must wait for the terminal to wake up from the sleep state before sending a short message to the terminal. The time each short message waits is in the second order. Because a short message network management process usually requires multiple short message interactions, the cumulative waiting time will be considerable. Moreover, when operators use SMS network management, they are usually targeted at large-volume users. In this way, the SMS network management of a large-volume user takes a very long time. Therefore, the SMS network management process for a terminal lasts for a long time, and the real-time performance is relatively long. difference. Summary of the invention

Description

如图 4所示, 本发明实施例提供一种短信网管的实现方法, 包括步骤: 步骤 401 , 在进行短信网管过程中, 在主控终端和受控终端之间建立业 务连接;
步骤 402 , 主控终端通过所述业务连接向受控终端发送网管短消息, 受 控终端才艮据收到的网管短消息的内容进行相应的处理;
A.主控终端向基站 A发起与受控终端建立业务连接的呼叫请求;
B发送建立业务连接的呼叫请求;
C.基站 B接收到所述呼叫请求后, 如果受控终端处于睡眠状态, 则等待 受控终端醒来后将所述业务连接的呼叫请求发送给受控终端;
进一步,所述步骤 D中根据预设的原则对发起呼叫的号码进行鉴别包括: Dl .通过预先存储主控号码确定发起呼叫的号码是否为主控号码;
步骤 502, 主控终端通过所述业务连接向受控终端发送对关键参数进行 管理的网管短消息;
步骤 503 , 受控终端接收主控终端发送的关键参数管理的网管短消息, 并将接收到的短消息内容按照预先定义的短信网管通讯协议进行解析, 处理 解析后的短消息, 并返回短消息接收响应;
步骤 601 , 受控终端通过保存的主控号码, 向主控终端发起呼叫; 步骤 602 , 主控终端接到呼叫, 进行呼叫应答, 建立业务连接, 并通过 该业务连接向受控终端发送关键参数管理的短消息;
步骤 603 , 接收主控终端发送的对关键参数进行管理的短消息, 并将接 收到的短消息内容按照预先定义的短信网管通讯协议进行解析, 处理解析后 的短消息, 并向主控终端返回短消息接收响应;
