其中, 所述人体探测装置为安装在厕所内的光电探测装置或被动式人体红外 探测器; 或者是安装在厕所地板下的压力传感器; 或者是安装在厕所门锁或门插销 上的行程开关; 所述大小便托盘状态探测器安装在大便器的排便筒体上。 当然, 所 述人体探测装置不限于采用上述形式, 还可以采用能实现其功能的其他形式。
优选的是, 所述集粪箱通过一管路与粪便储运罐连通, 所述管路上设有一排 粪泵和一排粪阀, 有一连通管将上部冲洗液箱的下部和集粪箱的下部连通。
其中, 所述产生力矩的装置为一配重块; 或者所述产生力矩的装置为一拉簧, 所述拉簧的一端与大小便托盘连接, 拉簧的另一端连接在集粪箱的顶部; 或者所述 产生力矩的装置包括一永磁体和与永磁体配合的一铁块, 所述铁块安装在大小便托 盘上, 所述永磁体安装在集粪箱的顶部。 在所述上部冲洗液冲洗装置中, 除臭药液罐内具有除臭药液和发泡剂混合形 成的除臭发泡液。

本发明的用于大小便的便盘装置, 结构简单, 能够可靠地区分大便和小便。 本发明的厕所非水冲洗装置, 取消了现有技术的粉碎和离心装置, 避免了肮 脏的粉碎和离心过程; 用一大小便托盘装置取代现有技术的大小便软件识别程序来 判断使用者进行大便还是进行小便, 不但使该装置结构简单, 而且不会发生判断错 误, 将小便误认为大便, 造成冲洗液的浪费。
本发明的厕所非水冲洗装置, 还包括和 /或具有下列技术特征:
大便器的中部具有中部冲洗口; 在集粪箱内安装一过滤板, 过滤板将集粪箱 内部隔为一粪便侧和一中部冲洗液侧; 中部冲洗液冲洗装置还包括一中部冲洗液冲 洗泵, 中部冲洗液冲洗泵的进口通过管路与集粪箱内部中部冲洗液侧连通, 中部冲 洗液冲洗泵的出口通过管路与大便器的中部冲洗口连通。

参见图 7a和图 7b , 人体探测装置 50设置于厕所内部的适当位置, 用于将其 所探测到的用厕者进入该厕所非水冲洗厕具 100a 的信号和用厕者离开该厕所非水 冲洗厕具 100a的信号转变为电信号后传送给电路控制装置 60。人体探测装置 50可 以是安装在厕所内的光电探测装置, 或是被动式人体红外探测器, 亦可以是安装在 厕所地板下的压力传感器, 还可以是安装在厕所门锁或门插销上的行程开关等多种 探测装置, 只要该探测装置的状态能够说明厕所里是否有人即可。 例如: 用厕者进 入厕所后, 人体会遮挡或反射光电探测装置所发出的光线,从而能够造成光电探测 装置状态的改变, 人体发出的红外线会引起被动式人体红外探测器状态的改变, 人 踩在厕所地板上时会引起地板下压力传感器状态的改变, 人将门插上或锁上时造成 行程开关开闭状态的改变,以上探测装置的工作状态都能够说明厕所里是否有用厕 者正在使用厕所非水冲洗厕具 100a。
参见图 7a和图 7b, 电路控制装置 60是一个普通的单片机。 电路控制装置 60 与大小便托盘状态探测器 70、 上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32、 上部冲洗液电控阀门 33、 第 一除臭药液电控阔门 35、 中部冲洗液冲洗泵 42、 中部冲洗液电控阀门 43、 第二除 臭药液电控阀门 45、 排粪泵 46、 排粪电控阀门 47和人体探测装置 50电控相联。
参见图 7a和图 7b, 用厕者进入该厕所非水冲洗厕具 100a, 电路控制装置 60 收到人体探测装置 50送来的大小便开始的信号并予以记录。 用厕者只进行小便时, 尿液通过大便器 10的排便筒体 131流入大小便托盘 210,从大小便托盘 210的开口 213流入上部冲洗液箱 31。 用厕者小便完毕离开了该厕所非水冲洗厕具 100a, 电路 控制装置 60收到人体探测装置 50送来的小便结束的信号, 令第一除臭药液电控阀 门 35打开, 使环保药液从除臭药液罐 34经管路流入上部冲洗液箱 31 , 与上部冲洗 液箱 31 内的尿液混合并进行化学反应, 反应产物成为无异味的上部冲洗液。 第一 除臭药液电控阀门 35打开后延时一定时间关闭, 上部冲洗液电控阔门 33和上部冲 洗液冲洗泵 32同时打开和启动, 上部冲洗液箱 31内的上部冲洗液经管路进入上部 冲洗液冲洗泵 32 ,被上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32加压后经管路从大便器 10的上部冲洗口 1 11 冲出, 对大便器 10进行冲洗, 上部冲洗液最后仍流回上部冲洗液箱 31, 上部 冲洗液电控阔门 33和上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32打开和启动后延时一定时间同时关闭和 停止。
用厕者进行大便时, 通常同时进行小便, 尿液通过大便器 10的排便筒体 131 流入大小便托盘 210, 从大小便托盘 210的开口 213流入上部冲洗液箱 31。 粪便经 大便器 10的排便筒体 131落入大小便托盘 210,落入大小便托盘 210的粪便达到一 定重量时, 粪便重量相对轴 240的中心线所产生的逆时针力矩大于配重块 220相对 轴 240的中心线所产生的顺时针力矩, 大小便托盘 210如图 7b绕轴 240的中心线 进行逆时针转动, 使落入大小便托盘 210 的粪便滑入集粪箱 41 的盛有粪便一侧的 内部。 当大小便托盘 210如图 7b绕轴 240的中心线进行逆时针转动时, 大小便托 盘状态探测器 70给电路控制装置 60发出用厕者进行大便的信号并予以记录。 当落 入大小便托盘 210的粪便滑入集粪箱 41 的盛有粪便一侧的内部后, 配重块 220相 对轴 240的中心线所产生的顺时针力矩使大小便托盘 210如图 7a、 图 7b绕轴 240 的中心线进行顺时针转动回到原来位置时, 大小便托盘状态探测器 70 给电路控制 装置 60 发出用厕者进行第一轮大小便的信号并予以记录。 用厕者继续进行下一轮 大小便时,上述过程重复进行。用厕者大小便完毕离开了该厕所非水冲洗厕具 100a, 电路控制装置 60收到人体探测装置 50送来的大小便结束的信号, 首先令第二除臭 药液电控阀门 45打开, 使环保药液从除臭药液罐 44经管路流入集粪箱 41 的过滤 板 415的两侧, 一侧为粪便, 一侧为便液, 环保药液与粪便进行化学反应, 去除粪 便的臭味, 环保药液与便液进行化学反应, 反应产物成为无异味的中部冲洗液, 第 二除臭药液电控阔门 45开启后延时一定时间关闭; 然后, 中部冲洗液电控阀门 43 和中部冲洗液冲洗泵 42 同时打开和启动, 中部冲洗液经管路进入中部冲洗液冲洗 泵 42, 被中部冲洗液冲洗泵 42加压后经管路从大便器 10的中部冲洗口 121冲出, 对大便器 10进行冲洗, 中部冲洗液最后流入上部冲洗液箱 31, 中部冲洗液电控阀 门 43和中部冲洗液冲洗泵 42打开和启动后延时一定时间同时关闭和停止; 最后, 上部冲洗液电控阀门 33和上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32同时打开和启动,上部冲洗液箱 31 内的上部冲洗液经管路进入上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32 , 被上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32加压后 经管路从大便器 10的上部冲洗口 111冲出, 对大便器 10进行冲洗, 上部冲洗液最 后流入上部冲洗液箱 31,上部冲洗液电控阀门 33和上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32打开和启 动后延时一定时间同时关闭和停止。
一连通管 38将上部冲洗液箱 31的下部和集粪箱 41的非粪便一侧的下部连通。 可在上部冲洗液箱 31和集粪箱 41上设置液位传感器 (图中未示出) , 所设 置的液位传感器与电路控制装置 60电控相联, 当上部冲洗液箱 31或集粪箱 41 的 液位上升超过规定值时, 电路控制装置 60令排粪电控阔门 47和排粪泵 46同时打 开和启动, 粪便通过管路进入粪便储运罐, 当上部冲洗液箱 31或集粪箱 41的液位 下降至所述规定值时, 电路控制装置 60令排粪电控闽门 47和排粪泵 46同时关闭 和停止。

当不要求本发明的厕所非水冲洗厕具 100a全部自动化时, 可取消电路控制装 置 60、 人体探测装置 50、 大小便托盘状态探测器 70、 上部冲洗液电控阀门 33、 中 部冲洗液电控阀门 43、 排粪泵 46和排粪电控阔门 47 , 用厕者通过普通的电开关来 打开或关闭相应的第一除臭药液电控阀门 35和第二除臭药液电控阔门 45及启动或 停止相应的上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32和中部冲洗液冲洗泵 42 , 在进行小便或大小便后 离开本发明的厕所非水冲洗厕具 100a前, 完成对大便器 10的冲洗工作。
以上描述的上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32、 中部冲洗液冲洗泵 42和排粪泵 46为电动 离心泵或电动柱塞泵, 当不要求本发明的厕所非水冲洗厕具 100a 自动化时, 不但 可取消电路控制装置 60、 人体探测装置 50、 大小便托盘状态探测器 70、 上部冲洗 液电控阀门 33、 中部冲洗液电控阀门 43、 排粪泵 46和排粪电控阀门 47, 而且不使 用普通的电开关, 用公知的脚踏泵取代上述的上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32 和中部冲洗液 冲洗泵 42, 用公知的手动阀取代上述的第一除臭药液电控阀门 35和第二除臭药液 电控阀门 45, 用厕者在进行小便或大小便后离开本发明的厕所非水冲洗厕具 100a 前, 操作取代第一除臭药液电控阀门 35和第二除臭药液电控阀门 45的公知的手动 阀及取代为电动离心泵或电动柱塞泵的上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32 和中部冲洗液冲洗泵 42的公知的脚踏泵完成对大便器 10的冲洗工作。 可将上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32的出口管路与中部冲洗液冲洗泵 42的出口管路连 通, 然后与大便器 10的上部冲洗口 111或中部冲洗口 121连通, 这样, 可使中部 冲洗液和上部冲洗液只通过大便器 10的上部冲洗口 11 1或中部冲洗口 121对大便 器 10进行冲洗。

用厕者大小便完毕离开了该厕所非水冲洗厕具 100c ,电路控制装置 60收到人 体探测装置 50送来的大小便结束的信号, 首先令停止向电磁线圈 81供电, 因落入 大小便托盘 210 的粪便达到一定重量, 粪便重量相对轴 22 的中心线所产生的逆时 针力矩大于配重块 23相对轴 22的中心线所产生的顺时针力矩, 大小便托盘 210如 图 9绕轴 22 的中心线进行逆时针转动, 使落入大小便托盘 210的粪便滑入集粪箱 41的盛有粪便一侧的内部。 当大小便托盘 210如图 9绕轴 22的中心线进行逆时针 转动时, 大小便托盘释放装置 80给电路控制装置 60发出用厕者进行大便的信号并 予以记录。 当落入大小便托盘 210的粪便滑入集粪箱 41的盛有粪便一侧的内部后, 配重块 23相对轴 22的中心线所产生的顺时针力矩使大小便托盘 210如图 9绕轴 22 的中心线进行顺时针转动回到原来位置。 与此同时, 电路控制装置 60 令第二除臭 药液电控阀门 45打开, 使环保药液从除臭药液罐 44经管路流入集粪箱 41 的过滤 板 415的两侧, 一侧为粪便, 一侧为便液, 环保药液与粪便进行化学反应, 去除粦 便的臭味, 环保药液与便液进行化学反应, 反应产物成为无异味的中部冲洗液, 第 二除臭药液电控阔门 45开启后延时一定时间关闭; 然后, 中部冲洗液电控阀门 43 和中部冲洗液冲洗泵 42 同时打开和启动, 中部冲洗液经管路进入中部冲洗液冲洗 泵 42, 被中部冲洗液冲洗泵 42加压后经管路从大便器 10的中部冲洗口 121冲出, 对大便器 10进行冲洗, 中部冲洗液最后流入上部冲洗液箱 31, 中部冲洗液电控阀 门 43和中部冲洗液冲洗泵 42打开和启动后延时一定时间同时关闭和停止; 最后, 上部冲洗液电控阀门 33和上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32同时打开和启动,上部冲洗液箱 31 内的上部冲洗液经管路进入上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32, 被上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32加压后 经管路从大便器 10的上部冲洗口 111冲出, 对大便器 10进行冲洗, 上部冲洗液最 后流入上部冲洗液箱 31,上部冲洗液电控阀门 33和上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32打开和启 动后延时一定时间同时关闭和停止。
参见图 10,图 10所示的本发明的具有本发明的第三种用于大小便的便盘装置 400的第四个实施例的厕所非水冲洗装置 100d的构造与图 7a和图 7b所示的本发明 的具有本发明的第一种用于大小便的便盘装置 200的第一个实施例的厕所非水冲洗 装置 100a基本相同, 不同之处在于: 厕所非水冲洗装置 100d使用大小便的便盘装 置 400, 而不是大小便的便盘装置 200 ; 与此相适应, 上部冲洗液箱 31具有一与上 部冲洗液箱 31的顶部密封连接的顶盖 311,在顶盖 311上安装一其下端伸入上部冲 洗液箱 31 内底部的管 39, 大小便的便盘装置 400的大小便托盘 410的漏斗 414的 下端伸入管 39内; 一管路 36的一端通过顶盖 311与上部冲洗液箱 31 内部连通, 另一端与大便器 10的上部冲洗口 111和 /或中部冲洗口 121连通; 一空气泵 37的 出口通过管路在上部冲洗液箱 31的下部与上部冲洗液箱 31的内部连通, 电路控制 装置 60与空气泵 37电控相联。
使用图 10所示的厕所非水冲洗装置 100d时, 除臭药液罐 34内具有除臭药液 和发泡剂混合形成的除臭发泡液。 除臭发泡液进入上部冲洗液箱 31 内, 与其中的 尿液进行化学反应, 生成大量饱含无异味液体的泡沫。
用厕者只进行小便时, 尿液通过大便器 10 的排便筒体 131 流入大小便托盘 410 , 从大小便托盘 410的通道 413流入上部冲洗液箱 31。 用厕者小便完毕离开了 该厕所非水冲洗厕具 100d, 电路控制装置 60收到人体探测装置 50送来的小便结束 的信号, 令第一除臭药液电控阀门 35打开, 使除臭发泡液从除臭药液罐 34经管路 流入上部冲洗液箱 31, 与上部冲洗液箱 31 内的尿液混合并进行化学反应, 在上部 冲洗液箱 31的上部生成大量饱含无异味液体的泡沫, 上部冲洗液箱 31的下部为无 异味的上部冲洗液。 第一除臭药液电控阀门 35 打开后延时一定时间关闭, 空气泵 37启动, 大量空气穿过上部冲洗液向上到达上部冲洗液箱 31 的上部, 将上部冲洗 液箱 31 的上部的大量饱含无异味液体的泡沫压入管路 36, 饱含无异味液体的泡沫 经大便器 10的上部冲洗口 111排入大便器 10, 对大便器 10进行冲洗, 并对大便器
10的内部表面进行覆盖和润滑,饱含无异味液体的泡沫中的液体最后仍流回上部冲 洗液箱 31, 空气泵 37启动后延时一定时间停止。
也可在第一除臭药液电控阔门 35打开后延时一定时间关闭后, 上部冲洗液电 控阀门 33和上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32 同时打开和启动, 上部冲洗液箱 31 内的上部冲 洗液经管路进入上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32, 被上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32加压后经管路从大 便器 10的上部冲洗口 111冲出, 对大便器 10进行冲洗, 上部冲洗液最后仍流回上 部冲洗液箱 31 ,上部冲洗液电控阀门 33和上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32打开和启动后延时 一定时间同时关闭和停止后, 空气泵 37 启动, 大量空气穿过上部冲洗液向上到达 上部冲洗液箱 31的上部, 将上部冲洗液箱 31的上部的大量饱含无异味液体的泡沫 压入管路 36,饱含无异味液体的泡沫经大便器 10的上部冲洗口 1 11排入大便器 10, 对大便器 10进行冲洗, 并对大便器 10的内部表面进行覆盖和润滑, 饱含无异味液 体的泡沫中的液体最后仍流回上部冲洗液箱 31, 空气泵 37启动后延时一定时间后 停止。
用厕者进行大便时, 通常同时进行小便, 尿液通过大便器 10的排便筒体 131 流入大小便托盘 410, 从大小便托盘 410的通道 413流入上部冲洗液箱 31。 粪便经 大便器 10的排便筒体 131落入大小便托盘 410,落入大小便托盘 410的粪便达到一 定重量时, 粪便重量相对轴 440的中心线所产生的逆时针力矩大于配重块 420相对 轴 440的中心线所产生的顺时针力矩, 大小便托盘 410绕轴 440的中心线进行逆时 针转动, 使落入大小便托盘 410 的粪便滑入集粪箱 41 的盛有粪便一侧的内部。 当 大小便托盘 410绕轴 440 的中心线进行逆时针转动时, 大小便托盘状态探测器 70 给电路控制装置 60发出用厕者进行大便的信号并予以记录。当落入大小便托盘 410 的粪便滑入集粪箱 41 的盛有粪便一侧的内部后, 配重块 420相对轴 440的中心线 所产生的顺时针力矩使大小便托盘 410绕轴 440的中心线进行顺时针转动回到原来 位置时, 大小便托盘状态探测器 70给电路控制装置 60发出用厕者进行第一轮大小 便的信号并予以记录。 用厕者继续进行下一轮大小便时, 上述过程重复进行。 用厕 者大小便完毕离开了该厕所非水冲洗厕具 100d, 电路控制装置 60收到人体探测装 置 50送来的大小便结束的信号, 首先令第一除臭药液电控阀门 35打开, 使除臭发 泡液从除臭药液罐 34经管路流入上部冲洗液箱 31,与上部冲洗液箱 31内的尿液混 合并进行化学反应, 在上部冲洗液箱 31 的上部生成大量饱含无异味液体的泡沫, 上部冲洗液箱 31的下部为无异味的上部冲洗液。 第一除臭药液电控阀门 35打开后 延时一定时间关闭, 空气泵 37 启动, 大量空气穿过上部冲洗液向上到达上部冲洗 液箱 31的上部, 将上部冲洗液箱 31的上部的大量饱含无异味液体的泡沫压入管路 36 , 饱含无异味液体的泡沫经大便器 10的上部冲洗口 111排入大便器 10 , 对大便 器 10进行冲洗, 并对大便器 10的内部表面进行覆盖和润滑, 饱含无异味液体的泡 沫中的液体最后仍流回上部冲洗液箱 31, 空气泵 37启动后延时一定时间后停止。
也可在第一除臭药液电控阀门 35打开后延时一定时间关闭后, 上部冲洗液电控阔门 33和上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32同时打开和启动, 上部冲洗液箱 31内的上部冲洗液经管路进入 上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32,被上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32加压后经管路从大便器 10的上部冲洗口 111 冲出, 对大便器 10进行冲洗, 上部冲洗液最后仍流回上部冲洗液箱 31, 上部冲洗液电控阀 门 33和上部冲洗液冲洗泵 32打开和启动后延时一定时间同时关闭和停止后, 空气泵 37启 动, 大量空气穿过上部冲洗液向上到达上部冲洗液箱 31的上部, 将上部冲洗液箱 31的上 部的大量饱含无异味液体的泡沫压入管路 36,饱含无异味液体的泡沫经大便器 10的上部冲 洗口 111排入大便器 10, 对大便器 10进行冲洗, 并对大便器 10的内部表面进行覆盖和润 滑, 饱含无异味液体的泡沫中的液体最后仍流回上部冲洗液箱 31, 空气泵 37启动后延时一 定时间后停止。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种用于厕所大小便分离的便盘装置, 其特征在于, 包括一大小便托盘、 一支承装置、 一产生力矩的装置; 所述大小便托盘包括一平板和从平板的全部或部 分边缘倾斜向上向外延伸形成的挡边, 大小便托盘纵向一侧形成一开口或一通道; 大小便托盘连接在支承装置上通过所述产生力矩的装置产生力矩, 可驱动大小便托 盘在支承装置上进行翻转, 所述产生力矩的装置设置在大小便托盘上, 位于所述支 承装置的两支座和所述大小便托盘纵向一侧形成的开口或通道之间。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的便盘装置, 其特征在于, 所述大小便托盘纵向一侧 形成一具有一通道的弯管或形成一具有一通道的漏斗。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的便盘装置, 其特征在于, 所述产生力矩的装置采用 重力偏移式结构或电磁式结构或气动式结构或机械传动式结构。
4. 一种包含有权利要求 1一 3之一所述的便盘装置的厕所非水冲洗装置, 包 括一大便器、 一上部冲洗液冲洗装置、 一中部冲洗液冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 所述 大便器的上部具有上部冲洗口, 底部具有一排便筒体; 所述上部冲洗液冲洗装置包 括一上部冲洗液箱、 一空气泵、 一除臭药液罐和一除臭药液阔, 上部冲洗液箱具有 一从其顶盖向下伸入其下部的圆筒, 所述空气泵的出口通过管路在上部冲洗液箱的 下部与上部冲洗液箱的内部连通, 一管路的一端通过上部冲洗液箱的顶盖与上部冲 洗液箱内部连通, 另一端与大便器的上部冲洗口连通, 所述除臭药液罐的内部通过 管路与上部冲洗液箱内部连通, 所述除臭药液阀安装在该管路上; 中部冲洗液冲洗 装置包括一集粪箱、 一除臭药液罐和一除臭药液闽, 所述除臭药液罐的内部通过管 路与集粪箱内部连通, 除臭药液阀安装在该管路上; 所述便盘装置安装在大便器的 排便筒体的下方, 排便筒体的下端位于大小便托盘内, 大小便托盘的平板的上表面 与排便筒体的下端的端面具有一定间隙, 或便盘装置安装在大便器的排便筒体的下 方, 排便筒体的下端的部分端面与大小便托盘的部分挡边可紧密接触; 上部冲洗液 箱位于大小便托盘开口或通道一侧的下方, 集粪箱位于大小便托盘开口或通道一侧 下方的另一侧。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 所述上部冲洗液 冲洗装置还包括有一上部冲洗液冲洗泵和一上部冲洗液闽, 所述上部冲洗液冲洗泵 和上部冲洗液阀设于连通上部冲洗液箱与大便器上部冲洗口的管路上。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的厕所非水冲冼装置, 其特征在于, 大便器的中部具 有中部冲洗口; 在集粪箱内安装有一过滤板, 过滤板将集粪箱内部隔为一粪便恻和 一中部冲洗液侧: 所述中部冲洗液冲洗装置还包括一中部冲洗液冲洗泵, 所述中部 冲洗液冲洗泵的进口通过管路与集粪箱内部的中部冲洗液侧连通, 中部冲洗液冲洗 泵的出口通过管路与大便器的中部冲洗口连通。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 所述上部冲洗液 冲洗泵的出口与中部冲洗液冲洗泵的出口连通后, 然后再与大便器的上部冲洗口或 者中部冲洗口连通。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 上部冲洗液冲洗 泵和中部冲洗液冲洗泵为脚踏泵, 除臭药液阀为手动阀。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 上部冲洗液冲洗 泵和中部冲洗液冲洗泵为电动离心泵或电动柱塞泵, 除臭药液阀为电控阀门, 上部 冲洗液冲洗泵和中部冲洗液冲洗泵及除臭药液阔用电开关进行控制。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 厕所非水冲洗 装置还包括一人体探测装置、 一大小便托盘状态探测器、 一电路控制装置; 所述电 路控制装置与人体探测装置、 大小便托盘状态探测器、 上部冲洗液冲洗泵、 中部冲 洗液冲洗泵、 除臭药液阀电连接; 所述人体探测装置用以探测用厕者进入和离开厕 具的时间并将所得到的信息传送给电路控制装置, 所述大小便托盘状态探测器用以 判断用厕者进行大便还是小便并将其判断结果传送给电路控制装置; 当电路控制装 置得到人体探测装置传送的用厕者离开厕具的信息后, 根据大小便托盘状态探测器 的判断结果来分别控制上部冲洗液冲洗泵、 中部冲洗液冲洗泵、除臭药液阀的启停。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 所述人体探测 装置为安装在厕所内的光电探测装置或被动式人体红外探测器; 或者是安装在厕所 地板下的压力传感器; 或者是安装在厕所门锁或门插销上的行程开关; 所述大小便 托盘状态探测器安装在大便器的排便筒体上。
12. 根据权利要求 4-11之一所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 所述集 粪箱通过一管路与粪便储运罐连通, 所述管路上设有一排粪泵和一排粪阔, 有一连 通管将上部冲洗液箱的下部和集粪箱的下部连通。
13.根据权利要求 4-11 之一所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 所述产 生力矩的装置为一配重块; 或者所述产生力矩的装置为一拉簧, 所述拉簧的一端与 大小便托盘连接, 拉簧的另一端连接在集粪箱的顶部; 或者所述产生力矩的装置包 括一永磁体和与永磁体配合的一铁块, 所述铁块安装在大小便托盘上, 所述永磁体 安装在集粪箱的顶部。
14. 根据权利要求 4-11之一所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 所述上 部冲洗液冲洗装置中, 除臭药液罐内具有除臭药液和发泡剂混合形成的除臭发泡 液。
15. 一种包含有权利要求 1一 3之一所述的便盘装置的厕所非水冲洗装置, 包 括一大便器、 一上部冲洗液冲洗装置、 一中部冲洗液冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 所述 大便器的上部具有上部冲洗口, 底部具有一排便筒体; 所述上部冲洗液冲洗装置包 括一上部冲洗液箱、 一上部冲洗液冲洗泵、 一除臭药液罐和一除臭药液阀, 述上 部冲洗液冲洗泵的进口通过管路与上部冲洗液箱的内部连通, 上部冲洗液冲洗泵的 出口通过管路与大便器的上部冲洗口连通, 所述除臭药液罐的内部通过管路与上部 冲洗液箱内部连通, 所述除臭药液阀安装在该管路上; 中部冲洗液冲洗装置包括一 集粪箱、 一除臭药液罐和一除臭药液阀, 所述除臭药液罐的内部通过管路与集粪箱 内部连通, 所述除臭药液阀安装在该管路上; 所述便盘装置安装在大便器的排便筒 体的下方, 排便筒体的下端位于大小便托盘内, 大小便托盘的平板的上表面与排便 筒体的下端的端面具有一定间隙, 或便盘装置安装在大便器的排便筒体的下方, 排 便筒体的下端的部分端面与大小便托盘的部分挡边可紧密接触; 上部冲洗液箱位于 大小便托盘开口或通道一侧的下方, 集粪箱位于大小便托盘开口或通道一侧下方的 另一侧。
16. 根据权利要求 15所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 上部冲洗液冲 洗装置还包括一空气泵; 上部冲洗液箱具有一从其顶盖向下伸入其下部的圆筒, 空 气泵的出口通过管路在上部冲洗液箱的下部与上部冲洗液箱的内部连通, 一管路的 一端通过上部冲洗液箱的顶盖与上部冲洗液箱内部连通, 另一端与大便器的上部冲 洗口连通。
17. 根据权利要求 16所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 所述上部冲洗 液冲洗装置中, 除臭药液罐内具有除臭药液和发泡剂混合形成的除臭发泡液。
18. 根据权利要求 15所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 大便器的中部 具有中部冲洗口; 在集粪箱内安装一过滤板, 过滤板将集粪箱内部隔为一粪便侧和 一中部冲洗液侧; 所述中部冲洗液冲洗装置还包括一中部冲洗液冲洗泵, 所述中部 冲洗液冲洗泵的进口通过管路与集粪箱内部的中部冲洗液侧连通, 中部冲洗液冲洗 泵的出口通过管路与大便器的中部冲洗口连通。
19. 根据权利要求 15所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 在集粪箱内安 装一过滤板, 过滤板将集粪箱内部隔为一粪便侧和一中部冲洗液侧; 中部冲洗液冲 洗装置还包括一中部冲洗液冲洗泵, 中部冲洗液冲洗泵的进口通过管路与集粪箱内 部中部冲洗液侧连通, 中部冲洗液冲洗泵的出口通过管路与大便器的中部冲洗口连 通。
20. 根据权利要求 18或 19所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 上部冲 洗液冲洗泵和中部冲洗液冲洗泵为脚踏泵, 除臭药液阀为手动阀。
21. 根据权利要求 18或 19所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 上部冲 洗液冲洗泵和中部冲洗液冲洗泵为电动离心泵或电动柱塞泵, 除臭药液阀为电控阀 门, 上部冲洗液冲洗泵和中部冲洗液冲洗泵及除臭药液阀用电开关进行控制。
22. 根据权利要求 18或 19所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 厕所非 水冲洗装置还包括一人体探测装置、 一电路控制装置和一大小便托盘状态探测器; 人体探测装置设置在厕所内, 大小便托盘状态探测器安装在大便器的排便筒体上; 上部冲洗液冲洗泵和中部冲洗液冲洗泵为电动离心泵或电动柱塞泵, 除臭药液阀为 电控阀门; 电路控制装置与人体探测装置、 大小便托盘状态探测器、 上部冲洗液冲 洗泵、 中部冲洗液冲洗泵和除臭药液阀电控相联。
23. 根据权利要求 18或 19所述的厕所非水冲洗装置, 其特征在于, 厕所非 水冲洗装置还包括一人体探测装置、 一电路控制装置和一大小便托盘释放装置; 人 体探测装置设置在厕所内, 大小便托盘释放装置安装在大便器的排便筒体和大小便 托盘上; 上部冲洗液冲洗泵和中部冲洗液冲洗泵为电动离心泵或电动柱塞泵, 除臭 药液阀为电控阀门; 电路控制装置与人体探测装置、 大小便托盘释放装置、 上部冲 洗液冲洗泵、 中部冲洗液冲洗泵和除臭药液阀电控相联。
