发明内容
本发明提供一种智能式电熨斗,其克服了现有的电熨斗所存在的可能出现误操作的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种智能式电熨斗,它包括一熨斗单元,该熨斗单元包括一本体及一能够控制蒸汽放出或关闭的控制器,该本体具有一握把,该控制器设在本体之内;该本体之上设有一能够检测使用者是否手握握把的第一检测器,该第一检测器信号连接控制器。
本发明一较佳实施例中,它还包括一放置座,该放置座包括一基座,该基座之上设置有一能够检测熨斗单元是否放置在放置座之上的第三检测器;该本体之下设置有一能够检测熨斗下方是否有第三检测器、能够检测熨斗下方是否有衣服的第二检测器,该第二检测器信号连接控制器。
本发明一较佳实施例中,该第一检测器、第二检测器和第三检测器都为红外感应器。
本发明一较佳实施例中,该第一检测器设置在本体的握把之上。

本发明一较佳实施例中,该本体之下的前部固设有一加热盘,该本体之下的后部设有一第二固定座;该第二检测器固定连接在第二固定座。
本技术方案与背景技术相比:由于第一检测器能够检测使用者是否手握握把,控制器能够根据检测结果判断是放出蒸汽还是关闭蒸汽,因此能够避免出现误操作,能够保证没有手握握把时,蒸汽熨斗绝对不会放出蒸汽。由于第二检测器能够检测蒸汽熨斗下方是否有衣服,控制器能够根据检测结果判断是放出蒸汽还是关闭蒸汽,因此能够实现自动熨烫,无需操作任何按钮,熨烫衣服时操作模式更简单、方便,使之更人性化。由于第二检测器能够检测蒸汽熨斗下方是否有第三检测器,控制器能够根据检测结果判断是放出蒸汽还是关闭蒸汽,因此能够避免出现误操作,能够保证熨斗单元放置在放置座时熨斗单元绝对不会放出蒸汽,无论使用者是否手握握把。由于该检测器都为红外感应器,因此感应准确,成本低。由于该第一检测器设置在本体的握把之上,因此检测准确。由于握把的壳体之上开设有一正对第一检测器的贯穿内外的贯穿口,因此感应准确,灵敏。

具体实施方式
实施例1。请查阅图1及图2,一种智能式电熨斗,它包括一熨斗单元100和一放置座200。
该熨斗单元100包括一本体110、一加热盘120、一能够控制蒸汽放出或关闭的控制器、一第一检测器130及一第二检测器140。该本体110具有一握把113,该握把113包括一壳体115,该壳体115之内设置有一第一固定座111,该壳体之上开设有一贯穿内外并正对第一固定座111的贯穿口114(以正对第一检测器130)。该第一检测器130固设在第一固定座111,用于检测使用者是否手握握把113。该加热盘120固设在本体110之下的前部,该本体110之下的后部设有一第二固定座112。该第二检测器140固设在第二固定座112,用于检测熨斗下方是否有第三检测器、检测熨斗下方是否有衣服。该第一检测器130、第二检测器140都信号连接控制器。
该放置座200包括一基座210、一固设在基座210之上的隔热板220及一第三检测器230,该隔热板220之上开设有一贯穿槽221。该第三检测器230适配穿过贯穿槽221并固定支撑在基座210之上,用于检测熨斗单元是否放置在放置座之上。
本实施例中,该第一检测器130、第二检测器140、第三检测器230都为红外感应器。
其中:当熨斗单元100在隔热板220上放置时,第二检测器140感应到第三检测器230,此时无论手是否握住熨斗握把113,都不出蒸汽;当手握住熨斗握把113时,第一检测器130可感应到消费者的手在使用熨斗,并且将熨斗从隔热板220上取下,第二检测器140感应到熨斗下方有衣服时,便可从熨斗电热盘120放出高温蒸汽以熨烫衣服;当熨斗单元100没有放在隔热板220上,手离开熨斗握把113时,第一检测器130没有感应到消费者的手在使用熨斗,则熨斗自动停止出蒸汽。
实施例2,如图3所示,一种智能式电熨斗,它包括一熨斗单元100、锅炉300、控制器单元400。
熨斗单元100包括一本体110、一加热盘120、一第一检测器130及一第二检测器140。该本体110具有一握把113,该握把113包括一壳体115,该壳体115之内设置有一第一固定座111,该壳体之上开设有一贯穿内外并正对第一固定座111的贯穿口114(以正对第一检测器130)。该第一检测器130固设在第一固定座111,用于检测使用者是否手握握把113。该加热盘120固设在本体110之下的前部,该本体110之下的后部设有一第二固定座112。该第二检测器140固设在第二固定座112,用于检测熨斗下方是否有第三检测器、检测熨斗下方是否有衣服。该第一检测器130、第二检测器140都信号连接控制器。
锅炉300包括一锅炉座310、一固设在锅炉座310之内的蒸汽发生器340、一隔热板320及一第三检测器230,该隔热板320之上开设有一贯穿槽321。该第三检测器230适配穿过贯穿槽321并固定支撑在锅炉座310之上,用于检测熨斗单元是否放置在放置座之上。
控制单元400包括设置在熨斗单元100本体110内的够控制蒸汽放出或关闭的控制器150,设置在锅炉座310内电磁阀350,连接熨斗单元100与锅炉300的蒸汽管线410;控制器150包括:基板151和微动开关152,微动开关152与基板151电连接;蒸汽管线410包括一条传输蒸汽的蒸汽管411和一条用于连接电路和传输信号的电源线412;电磁阀350、微动开关152均于基板151电连接;蒸汽管411一端接蒸汽发生器340的出气口341,另一端蒸汽发生器340加热盘120上方的腔体121。
本实施例中,该第一检测器130、第二检测器140、第三检测器230都为红外感应器,均于基板151电连接。
当熨斗单元100在锅炉300上放置时,第二检测器140感应到第三检测器230,产生电信号送至基板151,微动开关152处于断开状态,电磁阀350关闭,此时无论手是否握住熨斗握把113,都不出蒸汽;
当手握住熨斗握把113时,第一检测器130可感应到消费者的手在使用熨斗,并且将熨斗从锅炉300上取下,第二检测器140感应到熨斗下方有衣服时,第一检测器130、第二检测器140均产生电信号送至基板151,控制微动开关152闭合后,电磁阀350就打开,蒸汽发生器340内的蒸汽通过蒸汽管411由锅炉300传输到熨斗单元100,便可从熨斗电热盘120放出高温蒸汽以熨烫衣服;
当熨斗单元100没有放在锅炉300上,手离开熨斗握把113时,第一检测器130没有感应到消费者的手在使用熨斗,则微动开关152断开,电磁阀350关闭,熨斗自动停止出蒸汽。

工业实用性
本发明一种智能式电熨斗,其第一检测器能够检测使用者是否手握握把,控制器能够根据检测结果判断是放出蒸汽还是关闭蒸汽,因此能够避免出现误操作,其结构简单、使用方便,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种智能式电熨斗,它包括一熨斗单元(100),该熨斗单元(100)包括一本体(110)及一能够控制蒸汽放出或关闭的控制器(150),该本体具有一握把(113),该控制器(150)设在本体(110)之内,该本体(110)之上设有一能够检测使用者是否手握握把的第一检测器(130),该第一检测器(130)信号连接控制器(150)。
