在本实施例中, MSC Server具有 ICS增强功能,可以代替 UE在 IMS域 中注册, 当 MSC Server预先代替 UE在 IMS域中注册时, 所述 UE的身份标 识为实例身份( Instance ID )。
步骤 303, S-CSCF将 MSC Server发送的 Invite请求转发给 SCC AS。 步骤 304, SCC AS根据 S-CSCF发送的 Invite请求携带的 STN确定该
Invite请求为转移请求, 根据所述 Invite请求携带的 UE的身份标识, 为 UE 的会话执行会话转移, 包括: 完成基于 CS域的 access leg的建立, 使用所述 基于 CS域的 access leg的连接信息更新远程分支( remote leg ), 所述远程分 支为 SCC AS与所述 UE的通信对端之间的 access leg。
步骤 305, SCC AS确定 UE只有一个会话,且该会话属于会议,向 S-CSCF 发送 Invite回复, 在该 Invite回复中携带会议的相关信息。 在本实施例中, SCC AS预先存储了 UE会话的相关信息, 如 UE包括的 会话个数、 各会话状态信息(激活 /保持) 以及会话所属会议的相关信息等。 SCC AS可以根据 Invite请求中携带的 UE身份标识, 查找属于所述 UE的会 话的相关信息, 根据所述会话的相关信息确定 UE的会话是否包括属于会议 的^舌。
在本实施例中, 所述会议的相关信息可以包括: 会议通用资源标识、 所 述会议中各参与者关联的 TI值和身份标识信息等; SCC AS可以将所述会议 的相关信息携带在 Invite回复的会话状态信息( Session State Information )中。
步骤 306, S-CSCF将 SCC AS发送的 Invite回复转发给 MSC Server。 步骤 307, MSC Server从所述 Invite回复中获取会议的相关信息, 为属 于会议的会话建立会议状态, 增加会议状态信息, 如会话属于一个会议(call in MPTY ), 其中, 所述会议的相关信息用于对所述会议进行控制。
步骤 308, 当所述 UE的会话转移成功以后, SCC AS将原先为 UE的会 话建立的基于 PS域的 access leg释放, 完成从 PS域到 CS域的会话转移。
在实际的使用过程中, 当 UE在 single radio的情况时, 会话转移的流程 与如图 3所示的步骤基本相同, 区别点在于: 由 MSC Server发起会话的转移 请求。
在 CS域中, UE和 MSC Server之间可以通过 24.008消息或者 facility消 息传递信息; MSC Server收到所述 24.008消息或者 facility消息之后, 可以 根据步骤 307中获取的会议的相关信息, 对 UE发起的会议进行控制, 如将 义保持、 将会议恢复、 邀请用户加入会议、 终止会议中的一方或释放会议 等。
实施例 2: UE有一个激活状态的会话和一个保持状态的会话, 激活状态 的会话为普通会话, 保持状态的会话属于会议, UE为会议的发起者, UE从 PS域控制的区域移动到 CS域控制的区域, 会议中心保持在 PS域; 其中, PS域具体为基于 PS的 IMS域, UE为不支持 Gm或 II接口的 UE ( non ICS UE ), CS域中的 MSC Server具有 ICS增强功能。
如图 4所示, 本发明实施例提供的会话转移方法, 包括:
步骤 401-403与如图 3所示的步骤 301-303相同, 此处不再赘述。
步骤 404, SCC AS根据所述 S-CSCF发送的 Invite请求携带的 STN确定 该 Invite请求为转移请求, 根据所述 Invite请求携带的 UE的身份标识, 为 UE 中激活状态的会话执行会话转移, 会话转移的具体步骤可以参见如图 3 所示的步骤 304所述, 此处不再赘述。
SCC AS上可以预先设置会话转移策略, 如在本实施例中, 会话转移策 略为先转移激活状态的会话, 然后转移保持状态的会话, 则在步骤 404中, 如果 SCC AS查找到 UE有多个会话, SCC AS可以根据所述会话转移策略, 将激活状态的会话进行转移。
步骤 405, SCC AS确定 UE包括属于会议的会话,向 S-CSCF发送 Invite 回复, 在该 Invite回复中携带会议的相关信息。
在本实施例中, 所述会议的相关信息携带在 Invite回复的会话状态信息 ( Session State Information ) 中; SCC AS确定 UE包括属于^ i义的会话的方 法可以参见如图 3所示的步骤 305所述, 此处不再赘述。
步骤 406和 407与如图 3所示的步骤 306和 307相同, 此处不做赞述。 步骤 408, MSC Server根据所述 Invite回复的会话状态信息, 向 SCC AS 发起保持状态会话的转移。
在本实施例中, 所述保持状态的会话属于会议, 所述步骤 408 中 MSC Server还为所述保持状态的会话建立会议状态, 增加会议状态信息(call in MPTY )。
步骤 409, 当所述 UE的会话 (包括激活状态会话和保持状态会话 )转 移成功以后, SCC AS将原先为 UE的会话 (包括激活状态会话和保持状态会 话 )建立的基于 PS域的 access leg释放, 完成从 PS域到 CS域的会话转移。
在实际的使用过程中, 当 UE在 single radio的情况时, 会话转移的流程 与如图 4所示的步骤基本相同, 区别点在于: 由 MSC Server发起会话的转移 请求。
在 CS域中, UE和 MSC Server之间可以通过 24.008消息或者 facility消 息传递信息; MSC Server可以根据步骤 407 中获取的会议的相关信息, 对 UE发起的会议进行控制, 如将会议保持、 将会议恢复、 邀请用户加入会议、 终止会议中的一方或释放会议等; UE可以通过 hold消息将激活状态的会话 转换为保持状态, 通过 facility消息将保持状态的会话转换为激活状态等。
实施例 3: UE只有一个会话, 该会话属于会汉, UE为会议的发起者, UE从 CS域控制的区域移动到 PS域控制的区域, 义中心保持在 CS域; 其中, PS域具体为基于 PS的 IMS域, UE为不支持 Gm或 II接口的 UE( non ICS UE ), CS域中的 MSC Server具有 ICS增强功能。
如图 5所示, 本发明实施例提供的会话转移方法, 包括:
步骤 501, UE 向 S-CSCF 发送 Invite 请求, 所述 Invite 请求中的 Request-URI设置为 UE的静态 STI值, 其中, 所述静态 STI值预先配置在 UE中, 用于向 SCC AS指示会话转移。
步骤 502, S-CSCF将 UE发送的 Invite请求转发给 SCC AS。
步骤 503, SCC AS根据所述 S-CSCF发送的 Invite请求携带的 STI值确 定该 Invite请求为转移请求,根据所述 Invite请求携带的 UE的身份标识,为 UE的会话执行会话转移, 包括: 完成基于 PS域的 access leg的建立, 使用 所述基于 PS域的 access leg的连接信息更新远程分支( remote leg ), 所述远 程分支为 SCC AS与所述 UE的通信对端之间的 access leg。
步骤 504, SCC AS确定 UE只有一个会话,且该会话属于会议,向 S-CSCF 发送 Invite回复, 在该 Invite回复中携带会议的相关信息。
在本实施例中, SCC AS预先存储了 UE会话的相关信息, 如 UE包括的 会话个数、 各会话状态信息(激活 /保持) 以及会话所属会议的相关信息等。
SCC AS可以根据 UE的身份标识, 查找属于所述 UE的会话的相关信息, 根 据所述会话的相关信息确定 UE的会话是否包括属于会议的会话。
在本实施例中, 所述会议的相关信息可以包括: 会议 URI信息等; SCC AS可以将所述会议的相关信息携带在 Invite 回复的会话状态信息 (Session State Information ) 中。
步骤 505, S-CSCF将 SCC AS发送的 Invite回复转发给 UE。
步骤 506, UE从所述 Invite回复中获取并保存会议的相关信息, 其中, 所述会议的相关信息用于对所述会议进行控制。
步骤 507, 当所述 UE的会话转移成功以后, SCC AS将原先为 UE的会 话建立的基于 CS域的 access leg释放, 完成从 CS域到 PS域的会话转移。
在 PS域中, UE可以根据所述步骤 506获取的会议相关信息通过 PS信 令对会议进行控制, 如将会议保持、 将会议恢复、 邀请用户加入会议、 终止 ^i 中的一方或释放会议等。
在 CS域中,会议中各参与者的 TI值和标识信息保存在 UE和 MSC Server 上, 当 UE从 CS域控制的区域转移到 PS域控制的区域时, SCC AS上没有 会议中各参与者的 TI值和标识信息, 为了保证 UE从 PS域控制的区域转移 到 CS域控制的区域时, SCC AS能够向 MSC Server发送所述会议中各参与 者的 TI值和标识信息, UE还需要向 SCC AS发送会议中各参与者的 TI值和 标识信息,具体地, 所述会议中各参与者的 Ή值和标识信息可以携带在步骤
501和 502的 Invite请求的 SDP中。
实施例 4: UE有一个激活状态的会话和一个保持状态的会话, 激活状态 的会话为普通会话, 保持状态的会话属于会议, UE为会议的发起者, UE从
CS域控制的区域移动到 PS域控制的区域, 会议中心保持在 PS域; 其中,

步骤 604, SCC AS确定 UE包括属于会议的会话,向 S-CSCF发送 Invite 回复, 在该 Invite回复中携带会议的相关信息。 在本实施例中, 所述会议的相关信息携带在 Invite回复的会话状态信息 ( Session State Information ) 中; SCC AS确定 UE包括属于^ i义的会话的方 法可以参见如图 5所示的步骤 504所述, 此处不再赘述。
步骤 605和 606与如图 5所示的步骤 505和 506相同, 此处不再赘述。 步骤 607, UE根据所述 Invite回复的会话状态信息, 向 SCC AS发起保 持状态会话的转移。
步骤 608, 当所述 UE的会话 (包括激活状态会话和保持状态会话)转 移成功以后, SCC AS将原先为 UE的会话 (包括激活状态会话和保持状态会 话 )建立的基于 CS域的 access leg释放, 完成从 CS域到 PS域的会话转移。
在 PS域中, UE根据所述步骤 606获取的会议相关信息, 通过 PS信令 对会议进行控制, 如将会议保持、 将会议恢复、 邀请用户加入会议、 终止会 议中的一方或释放会议等; 也可以通过 PS信令将激活状态的会话转换为保 持状态, 将保持状态的会话转换为激活状态等。
UE可以向 SCC AS发送会议中各参与者关联的 TI值和身份标识信息, 具体地, 所述会议中各参与者关联的 TI值和身份标识信息可以携带在步骤 601和 602的 Invite请求的 SDP中。
本发明实施例提供的会话转移方法, 能够将会话所属的会议的相关信息 发送给 UE或者 MSC Server,所述 UE或者 MSC Server能够获取所述会议的 相关信息, 并且在会话转移以后, 根据所述会议相关信息对会话所属的会议 进行控制, 解决了现有技术中, 会话转移以后, 无法在目标网络中对会话所 属的^ i义进行控制的问题。
如图 7所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种业务集中和会话连续性应用服务 器, 包括:
确定单元 701,用于用户设备的 ^舌从源网络转移到目标网络的过程中, 确定所述用户设备是否包括至少一个属于会议的会话;
发送单元 702, 用于如果所述确定单元 701确定所述用户设备包括至少 一个属于会议的会话, 向所述用户设备或者移动交换中心服务器发送所述会 议的相关信息。

本发明实施例提供的业务集中和会话连续性应用服务器, 用户设备的会 话转移的过程中, 如果所述会话包括至少一个属于会议的会话, 则将所述会 议的相关信息发送给用户设备或者移动交换中心服务器, 使得所述用户设备 或者移动交换中心服务器能够在会话转移以后, 根据所述会议的相关信息, 对所述会议进行控制, 解决了现有技术中会话转移以后, 可能无法对会话所 属的^ i义进行控制的问题。
如图 10所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种移动交换中心服务器, 包括: 获取单元 1001,用于用户设备的会话从分组交换域转移到电路交换域的 过程中, 如果所述用户设备包括至少一个属于会议的会话, 获取业务集中和 会话连续性应用服务器发送的所述会议的相关信息, 所述会议的相关信息用 于对所述会议进行控制;
建立单元 1002,用于根据从所述获取单元 1001获取的会议的相关信息, 为所述属于会议的会话建立会议状态。

本发明实施例提供的移动交换中心服务器, 如果所述用户设备包括至少 一个属于会议的会话, 能够从业务集中和会话连续性应用服务器获取所述会 议的相关信息, 并为所述属于会议的会话建立会议状态, 进而在会话转移以 后, 能够根据所述会议的相关信息, 对所述会议进行控制, 解决了现有技术 中会话转移以后, 可能无法对会话所属的会议进行控制的问题。
如图 11所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种用户设备, 包括:
获取单元 1101,用于用户设备的会话从电路交换域转移到分组交换域的 过程中, 如果所述用户设备包括至少一个属于会议的会话, 获取业务集中和 会话连续性应用服务器发送的所述会议的会议通用资源标识, 所述会议通用 资源标识用于对所述会议进行控制。

如图 12所示, 本发明另一实施例还提供一种用户设备, 包括: 第一发送单元 1201,用于用户设备的会话从分组交换域转移到电路交换 域的过程中, 向移动交换中心服务器发送电路交换域的转移请求, 以使得网 络侧将所述用户设备的会话转移到电路交换域, 并且在所述用户设备包括至 少一个属于会议的会话的情况下, 将所述会议的相关信息发送给移动交换中 心服务器;
第二发送单元 1202,用于向所述移动交换中心服务器发送电路交换域信 令, 以使得所述移动交换中心服务器根据所述会议的相关信息对所述会议进 行控制。
本发明实施例提供的用户设备, 能够向网络侧发送 CS域会话转移请求, 使得网络侧将所述用户设备的会话转移到电路交换域, 并且在所述用户设备 包括至少一个属于会议的会话的情况下, 将所述会议的相关信息发送给移动 交换中心服务器, 用户设备发送 CS域控制信令, 使得移动交换中心服务器 对所述会议进行控制, 解决了现有技术中会话转移以后, 可能无法对会话所 属的^ i义进行控制的问题。

在所述源网络为分组交换域, 目标网络为电路交换域时, 向移动交换中 心服务器发送会议通用资源标识、所述会议中各参与者关联的 TI值和身份标 识信息; 和 /或,
在所述源网络为电路交换域, 目标网络为分组交换域时, 向所述用户设 备发送会议通用资源标识。

用户设备的会话从分组交换域转移到电路交换域的过程中, 在所述用户 设备包括至少一个属于会议的会话的情况下, 获取业务集中和会话连续性应 用服务器发送的所述会议的相关信息, 所述会议的相关信息用于对所述会议 进行控制;
根据所述会议的相关信息, 为所述属于会议的会话建立会议状态。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述会议的相关信息包括: 会议通用资源标识、 会议中各参与者关联的 Ή值和身份标识信息; 或者, 会议通用资源标识和身份标识信息。

7、 一种会话转移方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户设备的会话从电路交换域转移到分组交换域的过程中, 在所述用户 设备包括至少一个属于会议的会话的情况下, 获取业务集中和会话连续性应 用服务器发送的所述会议的会议通用资源标识, 所述会议通用资源标识用于 用户设备对所述^ i义进行控制。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
将预先存储的所述会议中各参与者的 TI值和标识信息发送给所述业务 集中和会话连续性应用服务器。
9, 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 接收属于会议的会话状态信息, 为该会话在分组交换域建立新的接入分 支, 完成会话转移过程。
10、 一种会话转移方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户设备的会话从分组交换域转移到电路交换域的过程中, 向移动交换 中心服务器发送电路交换域的转移请求, 以使得网络侧将所述用户设备的会 话转移到电路交换域, 并且在所述用户设备包括至少一个属于会议的会话的 情况下, 将所述会议的相关信息发送给移动交换中心服务器;
向所述移动交换中心服务器发送电路交换域信令, 以使得所述移动交换 中心服务器根据所述会议的相关信息对所述 义进行控制。
11、 一种业务集中和会话连续性应用服务器, 其特征在于, 包括: 确定单元, 用于用户设备的^舌从源网络转移到目标网络的过程中, 确 定所述用户设备是否包括至少一个属于会议的会话;
发送单元, 用于如果所述确定单元确定所述用户设备包括至少一个属于 会议的会话, 向所述用户设备或者移动交换中心服务器发送所述会议的相关 信息。

第一发送单元, 用于用户设备的会话从分组交换域转移到电路交换域的 过程中, 向移动交换中心服务器发送电路交换域的转移请求, 以使得网络侧 将所述用户设备的会话转移到电路交换域, 并且在所述用户设备包括至少一 个属于会议的会话的情况下, 将所述会议的相关信息发送给移动交换中心服 务器;
第二发送单元, 用于向所述移动交换中心服务器发送电路交换域信令, 以使得所述移动交换中心服务器根据所述会议的相关信息对所述会议进行控 制。
18、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 业务集中和会话连续性应用服 务器和移动交换中心服务器;
所述业务集中和会话连续性应用服务器, 用于用户设备的会话从分组交 换域转移到电路交换域的过程中, 如果所述用户设备包括至少一个属于会议 的会话, 向所述移动交换中心服务器发送所述会议的相关信息;
所述移动交换中心服务器, 用于从所述业务集中和会话连续性应用服务 器获取所述会议的相关信息, 根据所述会议的相关信息, 为所述属于会议的 会话建立会议状态, 其中, 所述会议的相关信息用于对所述会议进行控制。
19、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 业务集中和会话连续性应用服 务器和用户设备;
所述业务集中和会话连续性应用服务器, 用于所述用户设备的会话从电 路交换域转移到分组交换域的过程中, 如果所述用户设备包括至少一个属于 会议的会话, 向所述用户设备发送所述会议的会议通用资源标识;
所述用户设备, 用于从所述业务集中和会话连续性应用服务器获取所述 义通用资源标识,其中,所述会议通用资源标识用于对所述会议进行控制。
