[2] 现有常规的无线电热水壶大多釆用壶嘴是开放的结构, 当壶体倾倒后, 壶体内 盛载的液体就会迅速流出, 极易造成人员烫伤, 电器短路等重大安全隐患。 也 有电热水壶针对上述问题釆取一些措施, 其釆用的结构是在水壶壶嘴上伸出一 个舌状的密封零件来防翻倒出水, 但这种结构存在的缺点是因为这种结构没有 卸压装置, 壶体不能做成完全封闭。 这样的电热水壶当壶体翻倒后, 只能使装 载壶体内液体的流出速度缓慢一些, 不能有效解决上述安全隐患。 另外, 现有 的电热水壶大多釆用热敏电阻检测及控制水煮沸温度, 但热敏电阻的突跳点不 能准确控制在不同环境下的水煮沸温度。

[3] 本发明的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种确保壶体翻倒后, 壶体内盛载的液 体不会流出, 避免出现安全隐患的电热水壶。 本发明彻底解决了因为壶体翻倒 所至的液体大量流出, 避免出现人员烫伤, 电器短路等重大安全隐患, 且结构 简单合理、 制作成本低、 安全可靠、 适用范围广。
技术解决方案
[4] 本发明的技术方案是: 包括有壶体及壶盖, 其中壶体的壶嘴流水孔处装设有壶 嘴密封装置, 壶盖上装配有卸压装置, 壶盖上设有与大气相通的卸压孔, 壶体 的中空腔体通过卸压装置与壶盖上的卸压孔相通, 壶体所设手柄上装设有倒水 控制开关, 壶嘴密封盖与控制其打开的驱动装置的一端连接, 驱动装置的另一 端与倒水开关连接。
[5] 上述驱动装置包括设在壶盖上的连杆及设在壶体上的推杆, 连杆的一端与壶嘴 密封装置连接, 连杆的另一端与推杆的一端连接, 推杆的另一端与装在手柄上 的倒水控制开关连接。
[6] 上述壶嘴密封装置上设有便于与壶盖上的连杆连接的凸台。
[7] 上述壶嘴密封装置为壶嘴密封盖, 其铰接在固定于壶身的壶嘴支架上。
[8] 上述卸压装置为装配在壶盖所设通孔上的由弹性材料做成的卸压片,

[9] 上述卸压片通过与其一体成型的固定座固定在壶盖所设通孔上。
[10] 上述倒水控制开关为杠杆式控制杆, 其杠杆的支点装设在壶体所设的手柄上, 杠杆的一端与装设在壶体上的推杆触接。
[11] 上述推杆上还设有复位弹簧。
[12] 上述壶体上装配有控制阀, 控制阀的阀门一端与壶体的中空内腔相通, 控制阀 的阀门另一端与蒸汽管的一端相通, 蒸汽管的另一端与装设在壶体的底座内、 控制控制阀及电源通断的温控器相通。
[13] 上述控制阀为电磁阀。
