背景技术 :
传统的水泵类电机一般采用交流电机, 交流电机比较耗电、 不节电环 保, 同时工作噪音大, 调速控制范围小且不精确, 控制功能相对筒单, 不 能很好满足客户多样的需求。
目前, 出现了一些直流无刷水泵电机, 但其结构存在如下缺点: 1 )控 制盒上没有预留调试安装窗口, 使电源线、 信号线连接到控制线路板时比 较麻烦, 电子元件的参数不能调整, 并且由于电机的轴伸端需要安装叶轮, 在安装时很难对转轴固定, 给安装带来很多不便; 2 )控制线路板放置在控 制盒里面, 由于空间小空气不流动, 散热成为难题, 由于水泵电机的功率 大, 发热量也大, 在工作过程中温升快, 温度高, 热量很难散发出去; 3 ) 控制功能较为筒单, 远不能适应客户需求; 4 ) 电源线、 信号线往往从控制 盒的侧壁伸出, 密封性不太好, 且安装连接带来不方便; 5 )结构不太合理, 控制较为筒单, 都没有留出通信接口, 与外界通信不方便; 6 )控制盒底部 没有设置加快散热的结构。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电机, 其控制盒上设置安装调试窗口, 可以方便拆开密封盖露出安装调试窗口, 使电源线、 控制线容易方便地连 接到控制线路板, 电子元件的参数调整容易, 并且可通过安装调试窗口对 转轴固定, 给安装调试带来很多便利。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种电机, 由位于顶部的电机本体和位于底部的控制器组成, 其中: 电机本体包括机壳、 定子和转子; 控制器包括控制盒和安装在控制盒内的 控制线路板; 在控制盒的侧壁或者底部开有安装调试窗口, 密封盖安装在 安装调试窗口上, 并可根据用户安装和使用的要求拆开密封盖, 露出控制 线路板进行接线、 调整电子元器件的参数及固定转轴等操作。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点是: 控制盒上设置安装调试 窗口, 可以方便拆开密封盖露出安装调试窗口, 使电源线、 控制线容易方 便地连接到控制线路板, 电子元件的参数调整容易, 并且可通过安装调试 窗口对转轴固定, 给安装调试带来很多便利。
上述所述在密封盖与控制盒之间设置密封垫, 密封性好, 防尘效果好。 上述所述控制器内部控制线路板采用上下两层的层叠式结构排列, 上 层线路板为承载电源转换电路的电源板, 下层线路板为承载无刷直流电机 控制电路的控制板; 布局合理, 结构紧凑, 充分利用空间, 减少占用面积, 很好的解决了控制器温升高和难以散热的问题。
上述所述机壳包括上端盖、 带散热翅片的金属外壳和下端盖, 上端盖、 下端盖是铸铝端盖,金属外壳是拉伸铝外壳, 散热效果好。
上述所述控制盒的顶部是敞开的, 控制盒的顶部套装在下端盖的底部, 一部分控制盒和下端盖从金属外壳的侧面凸出形成平台, 控制线和电源线 从平台进入控制盒内部, 使用端子连接在上层电源板上,上层电源板与下层 控制板之间采用端子插接方式连接起来, 它结构布局合理, 接线方便, 并 且密封性好。

上述所述的上层电源板上各发热元件的面朝上,整流器贴紧在侧壁的 凸台面上, 所述下层线路板上的智能功率模块芯片 IPM紧贴控制盒底面, 控 制盒是铝材料制造, 可以加快散热。
上述所述在控制盒底部开孔, 下层控制板上设置的串行口位于孔里面 以便联接外部电路, 所述的孔为螺纹孔, 螺纹孔采用塑料螺帽及密封圏来 密封, 可以方便与外围电子设备进行通信和交换数据。

下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。 如图 1至图 6所示, 一种电机, 由位于顶部的电机本体和位于底部的控 制器组成, 其中: 电机本体包括机壳、 定子 7和转子 8 ; 机壳包括上端盖 2、 带散热翅片 9的金属外壳 1和下端盖 3 , 定子 7和转子 8安装在金属外壳 1里面 的空腔 1 0 , 上端盖 2和下端盖 3均设置轴承室用于转子 7的安装。
在控制盒 4的侧壁或者底部开有安装调试窗口 23 , 密封盖 12安装在安装 调试窗口 23上, 并可根据用户安装和使用的要求拆开密封盖 12 , 露出控制 线路板进行接线、 调整电子元器件的参数及固定转轴等操作。 在密封盖 12 与控制盒 4之间设置密封垫 24。
控制器包括控制盒 4和安装在控制盒内的控制线路板, 所述控制线路 板采用上下两层的层叠式结构排列, 上层线路板为承载电源转换电路的电 源板 5 , 下层线路板为承载无刷直流电机控制电路的控制板 6; 控制盒 4的 顶部是敞开的, 控制盒 4的顶部套装在下端盖 3的底部, 一部分控制盒 4 和下端盖 3从金属外壳的侧面凸出形成平台 30 ,控制线和电源线 17从平台 进入控制盒 4内部并与上层电源板 5电连接,上层电源板与下层控制板之间 采用端子 16插接方式连接起来。 控制线和电源线 17利用密封螺旋接头 13 和螺母 14从平台上出线, 螺旋接头 13利用螺母 14固定在下端盖 3上, 引 线处于完全密封状态。控制盒 4底部装置一旋钮选择开关 22,旋钮选择开关 22与下层控制板电 6连接,旋钮选择开关 22来控制电机不同功能。 所述上 层电源板 5上各发热元件的面朝上,整流器 28贴紧在侧壁的凸台 27壁面上。 所述下层线路板 6上的智能功率模块芯片 15紧贴控制盒 4底面, 控制盒 4 是铝材料制造, 散热非常快。 在控制盒 4底部开孔 19 , 下层控制板 6上设 置的串行口位于孔里面以便联接外部电路。 所述的孔 19为螺纹孔, 螺纹孔 采用塑料螺帽 21及密封圏 20来密封, 所述的上端盖 2、 下端盖 3是铸铝端 盖,金属外壳 1是拉伸铝外壳。 控制盒 4底部开一孔, 里面安装 LED, LED 与下层控制板电连接。 所述控制盒 4底部设有多个散热凸台 11 , 控制盒 4 与下端盖 3之间安装密封垫圏 18,决防水防尘问题。
拆开控制盒 4侧壁的安装调试窗口 23的塑料盖 12 , 可露出 PCB板上电源 线插座及控制线插座, 便于接入控制线和电源线 17 , 控制线和电源线 17从 下端盖 3上的密封螺旋接头 13出线, 螺旋接头 13使用螺母 14固定在下端盖 3 上, 引线处于完全密封状态。
控制盒 4的侧面开有凹槽 25 , 控制盒 4还设置另一个散热凸台 29 , 可以将电源板 5上的发热严重的电子器件表面贴近散热凸台 29加快散热。 控制盒 4底部设置安装脚 26 , 在控制盒 4内侧壁凸出设置有若干个用于支 承控制板 6和电源板 5的台阶, 台阶顶端面设置螺孔, 以便用螺定固定控 制板 6和电源板 5。

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电机, 其特征在于: 在密封盖与控制盒 之间设置密封垫。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种电机, 其特征在于: 控制器内部控制 线路板采用上下两层的层叠式结构排列, 上层线路板为承载电源转换电路 的电源板, 下层线路板为承载无刷直流电机控制电路的控制板。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种电机, 其特征在于: 机壳包括上端盖、 带散热翅片的金属外壳和下端盖。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种电机, 其特征在于: 控制盒的顶部是敞 开的, 控制盒的顶部套装在下端盖的底部, 一部分控制盒和下端盖从金属 外壳的侧面凸出形成平台, 控制线和电源线从平台进入控制盒内部, 使用 端子连接在上层电源板上,上层电源板与下层控制板之间采用端子插接方 式连接起来。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的一种电机, 其特征在于: 控制线和电源线利用 密封螺旋接头和螺母从平台上出线, 螺旋接头利用螺母固定在下端盖上, 引线处于完全密封状态。
