[4] 本发明的技术方案是: 包括有壶体, 壶体内设有水箱, 水箱上装设有发热盘, 其中水箱与发热盘围成一个加热小空腔, 且水箱上装设有把加热小空腔内的水 与壶体内的待煮水隔开的单向阀, 加热小空腔通过出水管与出水盒相通, 出水 盒上设有流出开水的水嘴及设有使出水盒内的蒸汽能冲到蒸汽开关上、 使蒸汽 开关动作的蒸汽喷出通道, 控制发热盘通电及断电的蒸汽开关设置在壶体上。

[6] 上述单向阀的制作材料的密度小于水的密度。

[10] 本发明由于釆用壶体内设有水箱, 水箱与发热盘围成一个加热小空腔, 且水箱 上装设有把加热小空腔内的水与壶体内的待煮水隔开的单向阀的结构, 本发明 的快速煮开水的加热原理是通过单次煮少量的水的原理, 以达到快速煮水的目 的, 从而满足客户要求。 本发明能在更短的吋间内获得开水, 从而为消费者节 约更多吋间和节约能源, 本发明比原来的普通电热水壶吋间快 3〜4倍, 且结构 简单, 成本低。 本发明是一种设计巧妙, 性能优良, 方便实用的能快速煮开水 的电热水壶。

[17] 本发明的工作原理如下: 当按下蒸汽开关 1, 发热盘 7开始加热, 发热盘 7加热 吋只把小空腔 21内的水煮开, 水煮开后膨胀, 压力增大, 把水从小空腔内通过 出水管 3压到出水盒 2中, 再从水嘴 11流出。 当小空腔 21中的水大部分流出后, 余下的水产生大量的蒸汽, 蒸汽冲到蒸汽开关 1上, 蒸汽开关 1动作, 切断电源 。 电源切断后, 发热盘 7停止加热, 小空腔 21内的压力减小, 单向阀 8打开, 壶 体 4内的冷水通过单向阀 8, 进入到小空腔内 21。 这样, 一次烧水循环完成。 本 发明的快速煮开水的加热原理是通过单次煮少量的水的原理, 以达到快速煮水 的目的。
