Abstract
본 발명은 스케일의 생성억제 및 생성된 스케일의 제거 효율을 높이기 위해 트랜스듀서와 펄스 제너레이터를 일체화시킨 일체형 초음파 스케일 방지장치에 관한 것으로서, 펄스 제너레이터와 상기 펄스 제너레이터에서 발생된 펄스 전압에 의해 초음파 진동을 발생하는 트랜스듀서에 의해 각종 배관내에 생성되는 스케일을 억제하고, 생성된 스케일을 제거하는 초음파 스케일 방지 및 제거장치에 있어서, 상기 하나의 펄스 제너레이터와 상기 하나의 트랜스듀서가 봉형의 연결부재로 연결하여 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같은 일체형 초음파 스케일 방지장치에 의하면, 도파관의 진동수와 도파관이 부착되는 보일러, 열교환기, 배관 등이 갖는 고유진동수를 일치시켜 정확하게 공진을 일으키도록 할 수 있고, 트랜스듀서와 펄스 제너레이터 사이의 배선에서 발생되는 전력손실을 최소화할 수 있다.
