在线计费请求发送单元, 用于向计费系统发送在线计费请求; 在线计费请求响应接收单元, 用于从所述计费系统接收返回在线计费请 求响应, 所述在线计费请求响应中包含批价扣费上下文;
标识保存单元, 用于保存所述批价扣费上下文;

可见, 本发明实施例中, 结合业务响应信息以及批价扣费信息, 或者是 结合返还模式以及批价扣费信息, 或者是集合业务未使用配额数以及计费时 间戳, 实时地计算出本次返还的额度, 实现业务部分费用返还, 保证返还额 度的合理性和准确性。

具体实施方式 在群组消息业务中, 支持一次性批价扣费, 但当业务请求响应返回时, 存在部分业务成功, 部分业务不成功的情况, 所以在返还时, 本发明实施例 紧密的结合业务响应信息, 精确的计算返还的额度, 保证返还额度的准确性 和合理性。
在群组性消息业务中, 由于涉及多个接收方, 不同的接收方返回响应的 时间有所不同,本发明实施例可以在 CTF与 OCS(Online Charging System, OCS) 之间设置相应的返还的触发机制, 以保证返还机制实现的合理性和正确性。
下面结合附图, 对各种实现方式及其实施例进行详细介绍。
参见图 1, 为本发明实施例提供的部分计费返还方法流程图 1, 包括: S101 : 接收计费触发实体(Charging Trigger Function, CTF ) 的部分返 还请求, 所述部分返还请求包括业务响应信息;
S102: 根据所述业务响应信息以及确定的批价扣费上下文, 计算出业务 费用返还数额,将所述返还数额返还到用户帐户中, 并向 CTF返回部分返还请 求响应。
在流程图 1所介绍的方案中, 通过业务响应信息以及确定的批价扣费上下 文, 计算出业务费用返还数额, 从而可实现部分费用的返还, 保证业务费用 返还的合理性和正确性。
在具体实现上,批价扣费上下文可保存在 OCS中或保存在 CTF上,对于批 价扣费上下文保存在 OCS上的实现方式, 在 OCS到 CTF的接口上, 只需传递上 下文标识 (Context Id), 传递的参数比较少, 有利于节约计费触发实体与 OCS 之间交互的信令;对于批价扣费上下文保存在 CTF上的实现方式, 需要在接口 上把批价扣费上下文传给 OCS,从而使 OCS能够根据批价扣费信息以及业务响 应信息, 也可同样实时地计算出本次返还的额度。 下面对这两种实现方式进 行伴细介绍。
首先介绍部分计费返还方法实现方式一。
参见图 2, 为计费返还方法实现方式一流程图, 包括:
S201 : CTF接收到业务请求;
S202: CTF向在线计费系统(Online Charging System, OCS )发送 CCR在 线计费请求( Credit Control Request, CCR ) ;
S203: OCS对业务进行批价和扣费, 并 ^CCR中的业务标识 (Service Id ) , 订阅者标识( Subscription ID ) , 或者业务信息, 例如请求即时消息发 送通知参数 ( Instant Message Delivery Notification Requested, IMDN Requested ) 等信息(IMDN响应可以指示消息是否成功的到达用户设备), 判断后续可能 会有 Ref nd, OCS保存此次业务的批价扣费上下文信息,并为该批价扣费上下 文分配上下文标识 ( Context Id ) ;
S204: OCS向 CTF返回计费请求响应 ( Credit Control Answer, CCA ) , 该 CCA中包括返还信息( Ref nd-Information ) ;
其中, RefUnd-Information包括返还时间( RefUnd-Time )和 Context-Id, 其 中, Refund-Time指示 OCS保存批价扣费上下文的时长, Context-Id用于在返还 RefUnd时, OCS根据该 Context-Id获取保存的业务的批价扣费上下文信息; 其中, Refund-Time为可选项, 只有一些特殊的应用场景需要使用 Refund-Time, 例如, CTF根据 RefUnd-Time设置返还触发计时器的场景。
S205: CTF将业务转发出去;
S206: CTF设置返还触发计时器(Timer ) ;
例如: 如果 OCS在 CCA中返回 RefUnd-Time, 则 CTF可设置 Timer的时长小 于 RefUnd-Time。 CTF也可以根据预先的配置设置 Timer, 例如可设置不同业务 的 Timer的时长不相同, 或者, 设置所有业务的 Timer都相同等, Timer的作用 是限定相关业务触发费用返还的有效时间, 只有在该有效时间内才能触发相 关业务的费用返还。
S207: CTF接收到业务响应;
S208: 当业务响应全部到达, 或是 Timer到时, CTF向 OCS发送部分返还 请求, CTF在 Refund-Information中插入业务响应信息(Service-Response-Info ) 和 Context ID;
所谓"部分返还请求 "即现有返还请求( Ref nd Request, RR )的一种特例, 表明请求返回部分费用。
其中, "业务响应全部到达 "指的是, 在 Timer时间内, 如果业务发送的所 有响应消息都到达, 且其中有指示失败消息发送的响应消息。
S209: OCS结合 Service-Response-Info和根据 Context-Id查找得到的预先保 存的批价扣费上下文, 以及运营商配置的返还策略实时计算返还的金额, 对 业务进行返还;
其中, 运营商配置的返还策略为可选项。 所述运营商的返还策略是运营 商为每个群组(Group ), 或是业务配置的策略, 例如: 对于 Group 1, 返还策 略可以为按消息发送成功数的比例进行返还。
S210: OCS向 CTF返回部分返还请求响应。
所谓"部分返还请求响应",即现有返还请求响应( RefUnd Request Answer, RRA ) 的一种特例, 是对部分返还请求的响应。
下面以一个具体实施例对实现方式一进行介绍。
该实施例的应用场景为:在融合即时消息( Converged IP Messaging, CPM ) 业务中, CPM客户端 A ( CPM Client A ) 向 Group 123发送 CPM消息, 该消息 中包含需要接收方返回 IMDN ( Instant Message Delivery Notification )的指示。 Group 123包含三个 CPM用户, 即: CPM Client B, CPM Client C, CPM Client D。
参见图 3, 为该实施例流程图, 包括:
S301: CPM Client A向发送 CPM Message, 该消息中包含需要接收方返回 IMDN ( Instant Message Delivery Notification ) 的指示;
S302: SIP Message路由到 CPM控制功能实体( CPM Controlling Function , CPM CF ) , CPM CF与 OCS交互, 对消息的发送进行扣费;
S302具体包括:
a、 CPM CF向 OCS发送 CCR ( Credit Control Request, 在线计费请求), 其 中包含 CPM业务信息, CPM业务信息中包括: Group Id=123, IMDN Requested;
b、 根据群组 123的价格对消息发送进行批价扣费, 即: 发送消息的价格为 1.5元 /条 x3=4.5元, 根据 IMDN Requested信息确定后续可能会有 Refund , OCS保存此次业务的批价扣费的上下文, 并分配 Context Id=12223dd。 所述的批价扣费上下文包括: Tariff (费率) =1.5, Total (总额) =4.5, 用户帐户 =account 1;
c、 OCS向 CPM CF返回 CCA ( Credit Control Answer, 在线计费请求响应), 其中包含 Refiind-Information,
Refund-Information中包括: Refund-Time=3 Omin , Context-Id: 12223dd。 S303: CPM CF将 CPM Message转发给 Group 123的三个成员: CPM Client B、 CPM Client C、 CPM Client D;
S304: CPM CF根据 Ref nd-Time设置计时器;
S305: CPM Client B, CPM Client C, CPM Client D分别返回 IMDN响应, 其中从 CPM Client B返回的响应指示消息发送失败;
S306: 计时器到时, 或所有的 IMDN响应都返回 (其中 Client B返回的响 应指示发送消息失败) ;
S307: CPM CF与 OCS交互对消息发送进行返还;
S307具体包括:
a、 CPM CF向 OCS发送部分返还请求,该请求中包含 Ref nd-Information, Refund-Information中包括 Context-Id= 12223dd, 以及业务响应信息: Number-Of-IMDN-Failed= 1, Number-Of-IMDN-Success=2;
b、 OCS根据 Context-Id找到批价扣费上下文,并结合失败消息响应的数量, 确定返还金额为 1 x 1.5=1.5元, OCS将 1.5元返还到用户帐户 account 1 中;
c、 OCS向 CPM CF返回部分返还请求响应。
可见, 实现方式一在进行费用返还时, OCS结合业务响应信息以及批价 扣费信息, 实时地计算出本次返还的额度, 实现业务部分费用返还, 保证返 还额度的合理性和准确性。
并且, 通过对计费触发实体设置触发机制, 具体是, 当收到所有业务响 应 (其中包含失败响应消息)或者设置的计时器到达时, 触发计费触发实体 向 OCS发起部分返还请求, 能够很好地支持对群组业务计费部分返还的触发, 保证业务费用返还的合理性和正确性。 在实现方式一中,批价扣费上下文保存在 0CS中, 这种方案, 在 OCS到计 费触发实体的接口上, 只需传递 Context Id, 传递的参数比较少, 有利于节约 计费触发实体与 OCS之间交互的信令。
下面介绍部分计费返还方法实现方式二。
在实现方式二中, 批价扣费上下文保存在计费触发实体(CTF )上, 因此 在接口上需要重新把批价扣费上下文传给 OCS,从而使 OCS能够根据批价扣费 信息以及业务响应信息, 实时地计算出本次返还的额度。
参见图 4, 为计费返还方法实现方式二流程图, 包括:
S401 : CTF接收到业务请求;
S402: CTF向 OCS发送 CCR;
S403: OCS对业务进行批价和扣费, 并根据 Service Id, Subscription ID , 或者业务信息, 例如 IMDN Requested等信息, 判断后续可能会有 Ref nd;

下面以每条消息价格是否相同, 分别以实施例对实现方式二进行说明: 实施例 1中, 每条消息的价格是一样的, 实施例 2中每条消息的价格是不一样 的。
实施例 1和实施例 2应用场景如下: 在 CPM业务中, CPM Client A向 Group 123发送 CPM Message, 该消息中包含需要接收方返回 IMDN ( Instant Message Delivery Notification )的指示。 Group 123包含三个 CPM用户, 即: CPM Client B , CPM Client C和 CPM Client D。
首先介绍实现方式二的实施例 1。
实施例 1流程参见图 5所示, 包括:
S501 : CPM Client AJ ^送 CPM Message, 该消息中包含需要接收方返回 IMDN ( Instant Message Delivery Notification ) 的指示;

可见, 在图 7所介绍的方案中, OCS是根据批价扣费上下文和返还模式计 算出业务返还数额, 提供了除图 1之外的另一种具体实现方案, 同样可保证业 务费用返还的合理性和正确性。 下面以实现方式三为例进行介绍。
下面介绍部分计费返还方法实现方式三。
与实现方式一、 二通过业务响应信息和批价扣费上下文计算出业务返还 数额不同, 实现方式三中, OCS是根据批价扣费上下文和返还模式计算出业 务返还数额。
参见图 8, 为计费返还方法实现方式三流程图, 包括:
S801 : CTF接收到业务请求;
S802: CTF向 OCS发送 CCR;
S803: OCS对业务进行批价和扣费, 并根据 Service Id, Subscription ID, 或者业务信息, 例如 IMDN Requested等信息, 判断后续可能会有 Refund, 此 时分为两种情况: 第一种情况: 由 OCS保存批价扣费上下文信息; 第二种情 况: 由 CTF保存批价扣费上下文信息。

Ref nd-Trigger用于指示以何种方式触发返还, 例如: 设置的触发返还的 条件可以是: 返回计时器 Timer到时,触发返还, 此时是对整个业务进行返还; 或是, 每接收到一个失败响应, 触发返还, 对部分业务进行返还。
Ref nd-Time为可选项, 只用于一些特殊的需要使用 Refund-Time的场景 中, 例如, CTF根据 RefUnd-Time设置返还触发计时器的场景。
RefUnd-Mode与 Refund-Trigger可以配合使用,例如:如果按照每条消息的 单价进行返还, 那么 Ref nd-Triggeri更置为每接收到一个消息的失败响应, 触 发返还。
RefUnd-Mode也可以作为一个运营商配置的返还策略, 如果 CTF已配置返 还触发机制, 或 CTF可以从 OCS下发的 Ref nd-Trigger殳置返还触发机制。

RefUnd-Mode可以作为一个运营商配置的返还策略, 如果 CTF已配置返还 触发机制, 或 CTF可以从 OCS下发的 Refund-Trigger殳置返还触发机制。
Ref nd-Trigger也可以由运营商配置在 CTF上。

在实现方式三中,设置的计时器是用于限制 Refund机制的触发时间段,即: 当计时器到时后, 就不再触发 Refund机制。 在计时器到时时, 可触发 RefUnd, 也可以不触发 Refund, 据具体运营商的配置而定。
实现方式三中的 Refund-Mode可以直接配置在 OCS里面, 例如配置在群组 返还策略中, 此时 OCS不返回 Ref nd-Mode到 CTF, 但需返回 Refund-Trigger, 指示 CTF在何种条件下触发 RefUnd, 例如: 接收到失败 IMDN就触发 Ref nd。 另外, 还可以将返还触发机制直接配置在 CTF上, 此时也不需要 OSC返回 Refund-Trigger, CTF直接按照配置的返还触发机制触发 Refund。
该实现方式三的方案特别适合群组中每条消息的价格是确定的情况。 从上面介绍可知, 实现方式三根据批价 /上下文保存的位置的不同分为两 种:一种批价扣费上下文保存在 0。8上(下面要介绍的实现方式实施例 1和 2 ) ; 一种批价扣费上下文保存在 CTF上(下面要介绍的实现方式实施例 3和 4 )。 其 中实施例 1、 3是根据 RefUnd-Mode触发计费以及进行返还 ( CTF会将 Refund-Mode重新发送给 OCS ), 实施例 2、 4是根据 Ref nd-Trigger来触发计费 以及进行返还(CTF不用将 Refund-Trigger返回给 OCS, 只是一个计费触发条 件, 实施例 2、 4中在 OCS内部设置 RefUnd-Mode ) 。
下面介绍的实现方式三的实施例 1、 2、 3、 4的应用场景如下: 在 CPM业 务中, CPM Client A向 Group 123发送 SIP Message, 该消息中包含需要接收方 返回 IMDN ( Instant Message Delivery Notification ) 的指示。 Group 123包含三 个 CPM用户, 即: CPM Client B、 CPM Client C和 CPM Client D。
参见图 9, 为实现方式三实施例 1流程图, 包括:
S901 : CPM Client A发送 SIP Message , 该消息中包含需要接收方返回 IMDN ( Instant Message Delivery Notification ) 的指示;

上述介绍的三种实现方式, 需要在 OCS或 CTF保存批价扣费上下文, 而在 下面要介绍的实现方式四中, 不需要保存批价扣费上下文, 而是在业务响应 之后, 由 CTF确定业务未使用的配额数, 并在向 OCS发送部分返还请求时携带 该配额数以及预先得到的本次计费时间戳, OCS利用计费时间戳指示的时间 段的费率对业务使用的配额数进行批价, 根据批价的结果, 以及运营商配置 的返还策略确定返还数额, 进行部分计费的返还。 参见图 13, 为本发明实施例提供的部分计费返还方法流程图 3, 包括:
S1301 : 接收 CTF的部分返还请求, 所述部分返还请求包括业务未成功使 用的配额数以及计费时间戳;
S 1302: 根据所述计费时间戳指示的时间段的费率对所述业务未成功使用 的配额数进行批价, 根据批价的结果, 确定出业务费用返还数额, 将返还数 额返还到用户帐户中, 并向所述 CTF返回部分返还请求响应。
可见, 在图 13所介绍的方案中, 是根据计费时间戳指示的时间段的费率 计算出业务返还数额, 提供了除图 1、 7之外的另一种具体实现方案, 同样可 保证业务费用返还的合理性和正确性。 下面以实现方式四为例进行介绍。
具体参见图 14, 为部分计费返还方法实现方式四流程图, 包括:
S1401 : CTF接收到业务请求;
S1402: CTF向 OCS发送 CCR;
S1403: OCS对业务进行批价和扣费;
S1404: OCS向 CTF返回 CCA
S1405: CTF将业务转发出去;
S1406: CTF根据业务请求信息中的指示,确定后续可能有返还事件, CTF 保存本次业务计费的时间戳和 /或本次业务使用的配额数;
可选的, CTF可以设置返还触发计时器 Timer。 CTF可以根据预先的配置 设置 Timer, 例如可设置不同业务的 Timer时长不相同, 或者,设置所有业务的 Timer时长都一样。 CTF也可以根据保存的业务计费时间戳的时长来设置 Timer, 例如, 设置 Timer的时长小于或等于保存批价扣费上下文的时长。
S1407: CTF接收到业务响应;
S1408: CTF ^居业务响应信息, 确定业务未成功使用的配额数;
S1409: 当满足设置的返还触发条件时, CTF向 OCS发送部分返还请求, CTF在部分返还请求中包含进行未使用的业务配额数,以及进行返还业务的计 费时间戰;
所述的返还触发条件可以为: 当业务响应全部到达, 且其中包含失败的 业务响应, 或, 返还触发计时器到时, 或每接收到一条业务失败响应消息。
S1410: OCS根据计费时间戳指示的时间段的费率对业务未成功使用的配 额数进行批价, 根据批价的结果, 以及运营商配置的返还策略确定返还数额, 进行返还;
其中, 运营商配置的返还策略为可选项。 所述运营商的返还策略是运营 商为每个群组(Group ), 或是业务配置的策略, 例如: 对于 Group 1, 返还策 略可以为按消息发送成功数的比例进行返还。
S141 1 : OCS向 CTF返回部分返还请求响应。

在上述介绍的几种实现方式中, CTF设置的返还触发计时器是按照 OCS 返回的返还时间或批价扣费上下文的时长设置的, 需要说明的是, 除此之外, CTF还可以自行设置, 而无需考虑返还时间或批价扣费上下文的时长。 除了上述介绍的方法, 本发明实施例还提供部分计费返还装置, 具体地, 该装置可以是指 OCS或者位于 OCS内部的功能实体,具体可以由软件、硬件或 软硬件结合实现。

向所述计费触发实体返回在线计费请求响应, 所述在线计费请求响应包 含批价扣费上下文标识;
以便所述计费触发实体保存所述批价扣费上下文标识, 并设置返还触发 计时器。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述在线计费请求响应包含 返还时间; 所述返还触发计时器是根据所述返还时间设置的。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接收计费触发实体的 部分返还请求之前, 还包括:
接收所述计费触发实体的在线计费请求, 对业务进行批价扣费, 并向所 述计费触发实体返回在线计费请求响应, 所述在线计费请求响应中包含批价 扣费上下文;
以便所述计费触发实体保存所述批价扣费上下文, 并设置返还触发计时 器。
5、 根据权利要求 2或 4所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述计费触发实体发送所 述部分返还请求的触发条件为: 所述返还触发计时器到时, 或者, 接收到所 有业务的响应且其中包括响应失败消息。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任意一项所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述计算出业务 费用返还数额的过程为: 根据所述业务响应信息以及确定的批价扣费上下文, 并结合预先设置的 返还策略, 计算出业务费用返还数额。
7、 一种部分计费返还方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收计费触发实体的部分返还请求;
根据返还模式以及确定的批价扣费上下文, 计算出业务费用返还数额, 将返还数额返还到用户帐户中, 并向计费触发实体返回部分返还请求响应。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接收计费触发实体的 部分返还请求之前, 还包括:
接收所述计费触发实体的在线计费请求, 对业务进行批价扣费, 并根据 所述在线计费请求中的业务标识、 订阅者标识和 /或业务信息, 确定并保存批 价扣费上下文;
向所述计费触发实体返回在线计费请求响应, 所述在线计费请求响应包 含批价扣费上下文标识、 返还模式和 /或返还触发条件参数;
以便所述计费触发实体保存所述批价扣费上下文标识, 并设置返还触发 计时器, 并根据所述返还模式或返还触发条件参数设置返还触发条件。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述在线计费请求响应中包 含返还时间; 所述返还触发计时器是根据所述返还时间设置的。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据返还模式以及确定 的批价扣费上下文, 计算出业务费用返还数额包括:
根据预先保存的返还模式以及批价扣费上下文, 计算出业务费用返还数 额;
或者,
根据部分返还请求中包括的返还模式以及预先保存的批价扣费上下文, 计算出业务费用返还数额。

12、 根据权利要求 11所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据返还模式以及确 定的批价扣费上下文, 计算出业务费用返还数额包括:
根据保存的返还模式以及从所述部分返还请求中解析出的批价扣费上下 文, 计算出业务费用返还数额;
或者,
根据部分返还请求中解析出的返还模式以及批价扣费上下文, 计算出业 务费用返还数额。
13、 根据权利要求 7至 12任意一项所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述计算出业 务费用返还数额的过程为:
根据返还模式以及确定的批价扣费上下文, 并结合预先设置的返还策略, 计算出业务费用返还数额。
14、 根据权利要求 8至 12任意一项所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述计费触发 实体发送所述部分返还请求的触发条件为: 计费触发实体根据所述返还模式 设置的返还触发条件, 或者从所述返还触发条件参数指示的返还触发条件。
15、 一种部分计费返还方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收计费触发实体的部分返还请求, 所述部分返还请求包括业务未成功 使用的配额数以及计费时间戳;
根据所述计费时间戳指示的时间段的费率对所述业务未成功使用的配额 数进行批价, 根据批价的结果, 确定出业务费用返还数额, 将返还数额返还 到用户帐户中, 并向所述计费触发实体返回部分返还请求响应。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接收计费触发实体 的部分返还请求之前, 还包括:
接收所述计费触发实体的在线计费请求, 对业务进行批价扣费, 并向所 述计费触发实体返回在线计费请求响应;
以便所述计费触发实体保存计费时间戳, 并在业务转发和响应过程中, 确定业务未成功使用的配额数。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述计费触发实体发送所 述部分返还请求的触发条件为: 接收到业务的所有响应消息且其中包括失败响应消息, 或者, 所述返还 触发计时器到时, 或者, 每当接收到业务的失败响应消息时。
18、 根据权利要求 15或 16所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定出业务费用 返还数额的过程为:
根据所述计费时间戳指示的时间段的费率对所述业务未使用配额数进行 批价, 并结合预先设置的返还策略, 计算出业务费用返还数额。
19、 一种部分计费返还装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
部分返还请求接收单元, 用于从计费触发实体接收部分返还请求, 所述 部分返还请求包括业务响应信息;
批价扣费上下文确定单元, 用于在所述部分返还请求接收单元接收到部 分返还请求时, 确定批价扣费上下文;
返还数额计算单元, 用于根据所述部分返还请求接收单元得到的业务响 应信息以及所述批价扣费上下文确定单元确定的批价扣费上下文, 计算出业 务费用返还数额;
返还执行单元, 用于将所述返还数额计算单元计算出的返还数额返还到 用户帐户中;
部分返还请求响应单元, 用于在所述返还执行单元将返还数额返还到用 户帐户中后, 向计费触发实体发送部分返还请求响应。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述装置, 其特征在于,
所述部分返还请求接收单元接收的部分返还请求包括所述批价扣费上下 文; 所述批价扣费上下文确定单元解析所述部分返还请求, 确定所述批价扣 费上下文;
或者,
所述部分返还请求接收单元接收的部分返还请求包括所述批价扣费上下 文标识; 所述批价扣费上下文确定单元利用所述批价扣费上下文标识查找预 先保存的批价扣费上下文集合, 确定所述批价扣费上下文。
21、 一种部分计费返还装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
部分返还请求接收单元, 用于从计费触发实体接收部分返还请求; 批价扣费上下文确定单元, 用于在所述部分返还请求接收单元接收到部 分返还请求时, 确定批价扣费上下文; 返还模式确定单元, 用于在所述部分返还请求接收单元接收到部分返还 请求时, 确定返还模式;
返还数额计算单元, 用于根据所述返还模式确定单元确定的返还模式以 及所述批价扣费上下文确定单元确定的批价扣费上下文, 计算出业务费用返 还数额;
返还执行单元, 用于将所述返还数额计算单元计算出的返还数额返还到 用户帐户中;
部分返还请求响应单元, 用于在所述返还执行单元将返还数额返还到用 户帐户中后, 向计费触发实体发送部分返还请求响应。

所述部分返还请求接收单元接收的部分返还请求中包括所述批价扣费上 下文; 所述批价扣费上下文确定单元解析所述部分返还请求, 确定所述批价 扣费上下文;

所述部分返还请求接收单元接收的部分返还请求中包括所述批价扣费上 下文标识; 所述批价扣费上下文确定单元利用所述批价扣费上下文标识查找 预先保存的批价扣费上下文集合, 确定所述批价扣费上下文。

所述部分返还请求接收单元接收的部分返还请求中包括所述返还模式, 所述返还模式确定单元解析所述部分返还请求, 确定所述返还模式;
或者,
所述返还模式确定单元查找预先保存的返还模式集合, 确定所述返还模 式。

部分返还请求接收单元, 用于从计费触发实体接收部分返还请求, 所述 部分返还请求包括业务未成功使用的配额数以及计费时间戳;
返还数额计算单元, 用于根据所述业务未成功使用的配额数以及计费时 间戳, 计算出业务费用返还数额;
返还执行单元, 用于将所述返还数额计算单元计算出的返还数额返还到 用户帐户中; 部分返还请求响应单元, 用于在所述返还执行单元将返还数额返还到用 户帐户中后, 向计费触发实体发送部分返还请求响应。
25、 一种部分计费返还触发控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收计费触发实体的在线计费请求, 对业务进行批价扣费, 保存批价扣 费上下文;
向所述计费触发实体返回在线计费请求响应, 所述在线计费请求响应包 含返还时间、 批价扣费上下文标识, 以启动所述计费触发实体保存所述批价 扣费上下文标识, 并根据所述返还时间设置返还触发计时器。
