本发明还提出一种综合虚拟专用网 IVPN预付费业务的计费系统,包括 IVPN的业务控制点 SCP和在线计费系统 OCS, 其中, 所述 SCP包括: 判断模块, 用于判断所接收的通讯请求是否为预付费业务;
发送模块, 用于当所述通讯请求为预付费业务时, SCP发送计费请求 给在线计费系统 OCS;
所述 OCS包括:
计费模块, 用于根据所述计费请求与 SCP进行实时通信以获取通讯的 可使用时间, 并对该通讯进行实时的时长预留, 直到该通讯结束或该通讯 所属账户的信用额度用尽;
扣费模块, 用于对该通讯已使用的总时间进行扣费。
优选地, 所述计费模块包括:
第一预留单元, 用于根据所述计费请求对所述通讯进行账户鉴权、 批 价、 反算和预留, 并发送可使用时间给 SCP, 以便 SCP根据所述可使用时 间对该通讯进行监听;
第二预留单元, 用于当 SCP监听到该通讯的可使用时间耗尽时, 接收 SCP 重新发送的计费请求, 并根据该计费请求再次批价、 反算和预留, 并 将再次预留后的可使用时间发送给 SCP。
优选地, 所述计费模块还包括:
余额提示单元, 用于当所述通讯所属账户的余额低于一预设值时, 向
SCP发送提示信息。
优选地, 所述扣费模块包括:
计时单元, 用于接收 SCP发送的所述通讯已使用的总时间; 批价单元, 用于根据所述已使用的总时间进行批价和扣费, 并反馈给
SCP。
优选地, 所述 SCP还包括通讯失败模块, 用于当 SCP和 OCS通讯失 败时, 释放所述通讯请求, 或在所述通讯结束后在话单中插入失败标识并 发送给 ocs。

本发明提供的 IVPN预付费业务的计费方法和系统,使用 OCS对 IVPN用 户的预付费业务进行在线计费, 实现实时计费, 并根据计费情况实时控制 IVPN用户的通讯状态。
参照图 1、 图 2, 以通讯请求为主叫请求为例, 提出本发明 IVPN预付费 业务的计费方法一实施例, 包括:
步骤 101 , IVPN的业务控制点 (SCP )判断所接收的通讯请求是否为 预付费业务。
IVPN 的业务控制点 (Service Control Point, SCP )从移动交换中心 (Mobile Switching Center, MSC) /业务交换点 ( Service Switching Point, SSP ) 接收 ORREQ消息,判断通讯请求是否为预付费业务, 以及判断是否需要向 归属用户位置寄存器( Home Location Register, HLR )发送 LOCREQ消息, 以取得被叫位置信息如同城特例和 /或小区优惠等。 当通讯请求为预付费业 务时, SCP进行短号翻译, 并进行集团网内网外呼叫判断。
步骤 102, 当通讯请求为预付费业务时, SCP发送计费请求给在线计费 系统 OCS。
计费请求包括用户的主叫号码信息、 被叫用户号码和发起的业务类型 等相关信息和结果, SCP通过 CCR ( Initial )发送给 OCS, 进行鉴权计费请 求。
步骤 103 , OCS根据计费请求与 SCP进行实时通信以获取通讯的可使 用时间, 并对该通讯进行实时的时长预留, 直到该通讯结束或该通讯所属 账户的信用额度用尽。
OCS通过 SCP发上来的相关信息进行帐户鉴权、 批价、 反算和预留, 并将可使用的时间通过 CCA发送给 SCP。
SCP收到 MSC/SSP发送的主叫路由地址可达(ANALYZD ) 消息后向 MSC/SSP发送 anlyzd消息, SCP收到 MSC/SSP报送的主叫应答( OAnswer ) 消息。 SCP向 OCS发送 CCR ( Update ), 上报已经使用的时间。 OCS根据 上报的 CCR进行再次批价、 反算和预留, 并将可使用的时间通过 CCA发 送给 SCP, 如此反复直到该通讯结束或该通讯所属账户的信用额度用尽。
步骤 104 , OCS对该通讯已使用的总时间进行扣费。
用户通话结束后, SCP收到 MSC/SSP送上来的 ODISCONNECT消息,最 后 SCP向 OCS发送 CCR ( Termination ), 上报已经使用的时间。 OCS根据上 报的 CCR进行扣费, 并返回 CCA给 SCP。
本发明提供的 IVPN预付费业务的计费方法,使用 OCS对 IVPN用户的预 付费业务进行在线计费, 实现实时计费, 并根据计费情况实时控制 IVPN用 户的通讯状态, 降低欠费风险。
参照图 3 ,在 IVPN预付费业务的计费方法一实施例中, 步骤 103可包括: 步骤 1031 , OCS根据计费请求对通讯进行账户鉴权、 批价、 反算和预 留, 并发送可使用时间给 SCP, 以便 SCP根据可使用时间对该通讯进行监 听。
OCS通过 SCP发上来的相关信息进行帐户鉴权、 批价、 反算和预留, 并将可使用的时间通过 CCA发送给 SCP。
步骤 1032, 当 SCP监听到该通讯的可使用时间耗尽时,接收 SCP重新 发送的计费请求, 并根据该计费请求再次批价、 反算和预留, 并将再次预 留后的可使用时间发送给 SCP。
SCP收到 MSC/SSP发送的 ANALYZD消息后向 MSC/SSP发送 anlyzd 消息, SCP收到 MSC/SSP报送的 OAnswer消息。 SCP向 OCS发送 CCR ( Update ), 上报已经使用的时间。 OCS根据上报的 CCR进行再次批价、 反算和预留, 并将可使用的时间通过 CCA发送给 SCP。
参照图 4, 在 IVPN预付费业务的计费方法一实施例中, 步骤 103还可包 括: 步骤 1033, 当通讯所属账户的余额低于一预设值时, 向 SCP发送提示 信息。
OCS根据上报的 CCR ( Update )进行批价、 反算和预留, 并将可使用 的时间通过 CCA发送给 SCP, 如果此时 OCS中用户的余额不足, OCS判 断出本次所分配的可使用时间为最后一个时间片, 则在下发的 CCA中携带 Final-Unit-Indicator消息, SCP收到 OCS的 CCA后, 下发相应的消息给 MSC/SSP, 并指示 MSC/SSP播放相应的 Tone音。
参照图 5 ,在 IVPN预付费业务的计费方法一实施例中, 步骤 104可包括: 步骤 1041 , 接收 SCP发送的通讯已使用的总时间。
用户通话结束后, SCP收到 MSC/SSP送上来的 ODISCONNECT消息, OCS接收 SCP发送的 CCR ( Termination ), 上报已经使用的时间。
步骤 1042, OCS根据已使用的总时间进行批价和扣费,并反馈给 SCP。
OCS根据上报的 CCR进行扣费, 并返回 CCA给 SCP。
参照图 6, 提出本发明 IVPN预付费业务的计费方法又一实施例, 在图 1所示的 IVPN预付费业务的计费方法一实施例中, 还包括:
步骤 105 , 当 SCP和 OCS通讯失败时, 释放通讯请求, 或在通讯结束 后在话单中插入失败标识并发送给 ocs。
当 SCP和 OCS通讯失败时, 可以不允许用户接通呼叫, SCP下发释放 呼叫 (STOPCALL )接释放呼叫。
或者, SCP允许用户接通呼叫, SCP不再作信用控制, 只监视挂机事 件, 并在用户挂机之后出话单, 将话单传给 OCS。 在 SSP的话单中插入特 殊标志令其失效, 由于业务触发回归属地 SCP处理, 因此可以保证话单的 及时性。
本发明提供的 IVPN预付费业务的计费方法,使用 OCS对 IVPN用户的预 付费业务进行在线计费, 实现实时计费, 并根据计费情况实时控制 IVPN用 户的通讯状态, 降低欠费风险。 进一步地, 对 SCP和 OCS通讯失败时的计费 作处理。
参照图 7, 以短讯请求为例,提出本发明 IVPN预付费业务的计费方法又 一实施例:
SMSC收到短讯请求, 根据主叫的签约信息 SMS-CSI触发业务。 SCP收 到 AUTH_ACC消息后, 判断是否为预付费业务, 并进行短号翻译。 而后, SCP发送 CCR ( Event )到 OCS。 OCS进行批价和扣费, 并发送 CCA到 SCP, SCP下发连接消息, 在主叫号码前面加前缀。 SMSC发送时将主叫前缀 99去 掉,发送给被叫方,如果 SMSC发送到被叫用户失败,则 SCP向 OCS发送 CCR ( Event ), OCS利用 SMSC与 SCP之时的 IP接口来实现费用回补。
本发明提供的 IVPN预付费业务的计费方法,使用 OCS对 IVPN用户的预 付费业务进行在线计费, 实现实时计费, 并根据计费情况实时控制 IVPN用 户的通讯状态, 降低欠费风险。
参照图 8, 提出本发明 IVPN预付费业务的计费系统一实施例, 包括 IVPN的业务控制点 SCP60和在线计费系统 OCS50, 其中, SCP60包括: 判断模块 10, 用于判断所接收的通讯请求是否为预付费业务; 发送模块 20, 用于当通讯请求为预付费业务时, 发送计费请求给在线 计费系统 OCS50;
OCS50包括:
计费模块 30, 用于根据计费请求与 SCP60进行实时通信以获取通讯的 可使用时间, 并对该通讯进行实时的时长预留, 直到该通讯结束或该通讯 所属账户的信用额度用尽;
扣费模块 40 , 用于对该通讯已使用的总时间进行扣费。
IVPN的 SCP60从 MSC/ SSP接收 ORREQ消息, 判断模块 10判断通 讯请求是否为预付费业务, 以及判断是否需要向归属用户位置寄存器 ( Home Location Register, HLR )发送 LOCREQ消息, 以取得被叫位置信 息如同城特例和 /或小区优惠等。 当通讯请求为预付费业务时, SCP60进行 短号翻译, 并进行集团网内网外呼叫判断。
计费请求包括用户的主叫号码信息、 被叫用户号码和发起的业务类型 等相关信息和结果, 发送模块 20通过 CCR ( Initial )发送给 OCS50, 进行 鉴权计费请求。
计费模块 30通过 SCP60发上来的相关信息进行帐户鉴权、批价、反算 和预留, 并将可使用的时间通过 CCA发送给 SCP60。
SCP60收到 MSC/SSP发送的 ANALYZD消息后向 MSC/SSP发送 anlyzd 消息, SCP60收到 MSC/SSP报送的 OAnswer消息。 SCP60的发送模块 20 向 OCS50发送 CCR ( Update ), 上报已经使用的时间。 OCS50的计费模块 30根据上报的 CCR进行再次批价、 反算和预留, 并将可使用的时间通过 CCA发送给 SCP60, 如此反复直到该通讯结束或该通讯所属账户的信用额 度用尽。
用户通话结束后, SCP60收到 MSC/SSP送上来的 ODISCONNECT消息, 最后 SCP60的发送模块 20向 OCS50发送 CCR ( Termination ), 上 4艮已经使用 的时间。 OCS50的扣费模块 40根据上报的 CCR进行扣费, 并返回 CCA给 SCP60。
本发明提供的 IVPN预付费业务的计费系统,使用 OCS50对 IVPN用户的 预付费业务进行在线计费, 实现实时计费, 并根据计费情况实时控制 IVPN 用户的通讯状态, 降低欠费风险。
参照图 9, 在 IVPN预付费业务的计费系统一实施例中, 计费模块 30 可包括:
第一预留单元 31 , 用于根据计费请求对通讯进行账户鉴权、 批价、 反 算和预留, 并发送可使用时间给 SCP60, 以便 SCP60根据可使用时间对该 通讯进行监听;
第二预留单元 32, 用于当 SCP60监听到该通讯的可使用时间耗尽时, 接收 SCP60重新发送的计费请求, 并根据该计费请求再次批价、 反算和预 留, 并将再次预留后的可使用时间发送给 SCP60。
第一预留单元 31通过 SCP60发上来的相关信息进行帐户鉴权、 批价、 反算和预留, 并将可使用的时间通过 CCA发送给 SCP60。
SCP60收到 MSC/SSP发送的 ANALYZD消息后向 MSC/SSP发送 anlyzd 消息, SCP60收到 MSC/SSP报送的 OAnswer消息。 SCP60的发送模块 20 向 OCS50发送 CCR ( Update ), 上报已经使用的时间。 第二预留单元 32根 据上报的 CCR进行再次批价、 反算和预留, 并将可使用的时间通过 CCA 发送给 SCP60。
参照图 10, 在 IVPN预付费业务的计费系统一实施例中, 计费模块 30 还可包括:
余额提示单元 33 , 用于当通讯所属账户的余额低于一预设值时, 向 SCP60发送提示信息。
第二预留单元 32根据上报的 CCR ( Update )进行批价、 反算和预留, 并将可使用的时间通过 CCA发送给 SCP60, 如果此时 OCS50中用户的余 额不足, OCS50判断出本次所分配的可使用时间为最后一个时间片, 余额 提示单元 33在下发的 CCA中携带 Final-Unit-Indicator消息, SCP60收到余 额提示单元 33的 CCA后, 下发相应的消息给 MSC/SSP, 并指示 MSC/SSP 播放相应的 Tone音。
参照图 11 , 在 IVPN预付费业务的计费系统一实施例中, 扣费模块 40 可包括:
计时单元 41 , 用于接收 SCP60发送的通讯已使用的总时间;
批价单元 42, 用于根据已使用的总时间进行批价和扣费, 并反馈给 SCP60。
用户通话结束后, SCP60收到 MSC/SSP送上来的 ODISCONNECT消息, 计时单元 41接收 SCP60发送的 CCR ( Termination ), 上报已经使用的时间。
批价单元 42根据上报的 CCR进行扣费, 并返回 CCA给 SCP60。 参照图 12, 提出 IVPN预付费业务的计费系统又一实施例, 在 IVPN 预付费业务的计费系统一实施例中, SCP60还包括通讯失败模块 70, 用于 当 SCP60和 OCS50通讯失败时, 释放通讯请求, 或在通讯结束后在话单中 插入失败标识并发送给 OCS50。
当 SCP60和 OCS50通讯失败时, 通讯失败模块 70可不允许用户接通 呼叫, 下发 STOPCALL直接释放呼叫。
或者, 通讯失败模块 70允许用户接通呼叫, 不再作信用控制, 只监视 挂机事件, 并在用户挂机之后出话单, 将话单传给 OCS50。 在 SSP的话单 中插入特殊标志令其失效, 由于业务触发回归属地 SCP60处理, 因此可以 保证话单的及时性。
本发明提供的 IVPN预付费业务的计费系统,使用 OCS50对 IVPN用户的 预付费业务进行在线计费, 实现实时计费, 并根据计费情况实时控制 IVPN 用户的通讯状态, 降低欠费风险。 进一步地, 对 SCP60和 OCS50通讯失败时 的计费作处理。
参照图 8, 以短讯请求为例,提出本发明 IVPN预付费业务的计费系统又 一实施例:
SMSC收到短讯请求, 根据主叫的签约信息 SMS-CSI触发业务。 SCP60 收到 AUTH_ACC消息后, 判断是否为预付费业务, 并进行短号翻译。 而后, SCP60发送 CCR ( Event ) 到 OCS50。 OCS50进行批价和扣费, 并发送 CCA 到 SCP60, SCP60下发连接消息, 在主叫号码前面加前缀。 SMSC发送时将 主叫前缀 99去掉,发送给被叫方,如果 SMSC发送到被叫用户失败,则 SCP60 向 OCS50发送 CCR ( Event ), OCS50利用 SMSC与 SCP60之时的 IP接口来实 现费用回补。
本发明提供的 IVPN预付费业务的计费系统,使用 OCS50对 IVPN用户的 预付费业务进行在线计费, 实现实时计费, 并根据计费情况实时控制 IVPN 用户的通讯状态, 降低欠费风险。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例, 并非因此限制本发明的专利范围, 凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换, 或直 接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域, 均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范 围内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种综合虚拟专用网 IVPN预付费业务的计费方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
IVPN的业务控制点 SCP判断所接收的通讯请求是否为预付费业务; 当所述通讯请求为预付费业务时, SCP发送计费请求给在线计费系统
OCS;
OCS 根据所述计费请求与 SCP 进行实时通信以获取通讯的可使用时 间, 并对该通讯进行实时的时长预留, 直到该通讯结束或该通讯所属账户 的信用额度用尽;
OCS对该通讯已使用的总时间进行扣费。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的计费方法, 其特征在于, 所述 OCS根据计费 请求与 SCP进行实时通信以获取通讯请求的可使用时间, 并对该通讯请求 进行实时的时长预留包括:
所述 OCS根据所述计费请求对所述通讯进行账户鉴权、 批价、 反算和 预留, 并发送可使用时间给 SCP; 所述 SCP根据所述可使用时间对该通讯 进行监听;
当 SCP监听到该通讯的可使用时间耗尽时,接收 SCP重新发送的计费 请求, 并根据该计费请求再次批价、 反算和预留, 并将再次预留后的可使 用时间发送给 SCP。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的计费方法, 其特征在于, 所述 OCS根据计费 请求与 SCP进行实时通信以获取通讯的可使用时间, 并对该通讯进行实时 的时长预留还包括:
当所述通讯所属账户的余额低于一预设值时, 向 SCP发送提示信息。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述计费方法, 其特征在于, 所述 OCS 对该通讯已使用的时间进行扣费包括: 接收 SCP发送的所述通讯已使用的总时间;
OCS根据所述已使用的总时间进行批价和扣费, 并反馈给 SCP。
5、如权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的计费方法,其特征在于,还包括: 当所述 SCP和 OCS通讯失败时, 释放所述通讯请求, 或在所述通讯结 束后在话单中插入失败标识并发送给 OCS。
6、 一种综合虚拟专用网 IVPN预付费业务的计费系统, 其特征在于, 包括 IVPN的业务控制点 SCP和在线计费系统 OCS; 其中,
所述 SCP包括:
判断模块, 用于判断所接收的通讯请求是否为预付费业务;
发送模块, 用于当所述通讯请求为预付费业务时, SCP发送计费请求 给在线计费系统 OCS;
所述 OCS包括:
计费模块, 用于根据所述计费请求与 SCP进行实时通信以获取通讯的 可使用时间, 并对该通讯进行实时的时长预留, 直到该通讯结束或该通讯 所属账户的信用额度用尽;
扣费模块, 用于对该通讯已使用的总时间进行扣费。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的计费系统, 其特征在于, 所述计费模块包括: 第一预留单元, 用于根据所述计费请求对所述通讯进行账户鉴权、 批 价、 反算和预留, 并发送可使用时间给 SCP, 以便 SCP根据所述可使用时 间对该通讯进行监听;
第二预留单元, 用于当 SCP监听到该通讯的可使用时间耗尽时, 接收 SCP 重新发送的计费请求, 并根据该计费请求再次批价、 反算和预留, 并 将再次预留后的可使用时间发送给 SCP。
8、如权利要求 7所述的计费系统,其特征在于, 所述计费模块还包括: 余额提示单元, 用于当所述通讯所属账户的余额低于一预设值时, 向
SCP发送提示信息。
9、 如权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的计费系统, 其特征在于, 所述扣 费模块包括:
计时单元, 用于接收 SCP发送的所述通讯已使用的总时间; 批价单元, 用于根据所述已使用的总时间进行批价和扣费, 并反馈给 SCP。
10、 如权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的计费系统, 其特征在于, 所述 SCP还包括通讯失败模块, 用于当 SCP和 OCS通讯失败时,释放所述通讯 请求, 或在所述通讯结束后在话单中插入失败标识并发送给 OCS。
