Un outil d'acupression comprend un tube extérieur (1), une pluralité de grains d'acupression (2) arrangés de manière cylindrique sur l'intérieur du tube extérieur (1), un support (3) disposé de façon amovible de manière à ce que la pluralité de grains d'acupression (2) puissent se projeter vers l'intérieur du tube extérieur (1), et un corps élastique (4) qui projette la pluralité de grains (2), disposés à des positions prédéterminées, élastiquement vers l'intérieur au moyen du support (3). Dans l'outil d'acupression, la pluralité de grains de pression sur les doigts (2) sont disposés de manière cylindrique au moyen du support (3), et l'acupression est réalisée sur la surface d'un doigt par insertion du doigt entre les grains d'acupression (2) disposés de manière cylindrique puis par pression sur les grains (2) à l'aide du corps élastique (4).
