Abstract

본 발명은 전기에너지 저장장치에 관련한 것으로서, 산화 환원반응에 따라 전자를 생성하는 양극, 생성된 상기 전자를 흡수하는 음극 및 상기 양극과 음극을 물리적으로 격리시켜 주는 격리막이 차례로 권심을 중심으로 권취되며, 상기 양극과 음극 사이에 제공된 전해질 용액을 구비하는 전극 권취체를 구비하는 전기 에너지 저장장치에 있어서, 상기 전극 권취체를 외부 저항체와 같은 외부 전극 연결 부재에 연결되는 외부 연결용 단자판과, 상기 외부 연결용 단자판과 연결된 전극 권취체를 내장하는 통형의 용기와, 상기 용기에 형성된 개구부를 폐색하도록 된 고리형상의 씰링부재를 포함하고, 상기 씰링부재의 적어도 일측에는 중앙에 벤트구를 갖는 벤트부가 일체로 연장 형성된 것을 특징으로 하여, 장기 사용이나 외부 요인에 기인하여, 용기 내압이 과도하게 상승하는 사태의 발발 시, 벤트구나 추가 벤트구의 폐색하는 다공질막이 용기 내부 압력에 기인하여 상기 수용구의 내부를 밀려나면서 수용되다가 파열됨으로써, 용기가 직접적으로 변형 내지는 폭발하는 것을 방지하는 방폭 기능 및 내구성 개선 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 하였다.
