본 고안의 비누고정구는, 일단에 접착부(22)가 형성되고, 타단에 고정부(26)가 형성된 지지대(2)와 상기 고정부(26)에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 자착수단(4)으로 구성되고, 자착수단(4)은, 내부에 안착홈(441)이 형성되며 하단에 막음판(442)이 형성되고 상단이 개구된 통체형상이며 외주면에 결합돌기(443)가 형성된 결합부재(44)와, 상기 안착홈(441)에 삽입되어 상기 막음판(442)에 밀착되는 자성체(42)로 구성되고, 상기 고정부(26)는 지지대(2)의 내측으로 형성되어 상기 자착수단(4)이 끼워져 결합될 수 있는 홈형상이며, 상기 고정부(26)의 내주면에는 상기 결합부재(44)의 결합돌기(443)와 결합되는 결합홈(28)이 형성되어, 접착제를 사용하지 않고 자착수단을 설치할 수 있다.

Description

비누고정구
본 고안은 비누고정구에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 자력 접착에 의해 비누를 탈착시킬 수 있어 비누의 거치가 용이하고 사용이 편리하도록 한 비누고정구에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자착력을 이용한 비누고정구는 벽이나 구조물에 장착되거나 고정되는 지지대인 비누고정구 본체와, 상기 본체에 자착력으로 결합되어 비누를 비누고정구 본체에 매달리는 형태로 고정하는 비누홀더부로 구성된다.
상기 비누고정구 본체는 철이나 플라스틱 사출로 성형하였고, 그 비누고정구 본체에는 자착수단인 자성체를 구비하여 상대측 비누홀더부를 자착력으로 결합시킬 수 있도록 하였다.
그런데, 비누고정구 및 자성체를 대량생산으로 제작한 뒤 조립하는 경우 정밀하게 규격화한 상태로 조립한다 하여도 사용중 작은 충격에 의해서도 자성체가 이탈되는 문제점이 발생되었고, 이를 보완하기 위하여 비누고정구 본체에 자성체를 조립한 후 그 해당 조립부위에 순간접착제 등과 같은 별도의 화학 접착제 등을 도포하여 사용하므로, 접착제 사용에 따른 인체 유해성 등의 문제점이 발생되었고, 비누고정구 본체에 매입된 자성체 또는 철판이 부식되어 녹이 스는 문제점도 발생되었다.
따라서 본 고안은 상기한 종래 기술의 문제점을 해소하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 접착제 사용 없이 고정시킬 수 있으며, 자성체의 부식을 방지할 수 있도록 한 비누고정구를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안에 따른 비누고정구는, 자착에 의해 비누를 고정시키는 비누고정구에 있어서, 일단에 접착부가 형성되고, 타단에 고정부가 형성된 지지대와; 상기 고정부에 탈착가능하게 결합되는 자착수단을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 자착수단은, 내부에 안착홈이 형성되고, 하단에 막음판이 형성되며 상단이 개구된 통체형상의 결합부재와, 상기 안착홈에 삽입되어 상기 막음판에 밀착되는 자성체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 고안에 따르면, 접착제를 사용하지 않고 끼움결합 또는 나사결합에 의해 자착수단과 지지대를 고정시킬 수 있고, 자착수단의 자성체가 지지대의 내부에 설치됨으로서 부식을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 토대로 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안의 제 1실시예의 비누고정구(A1)는, 일단에 접착부(22)가 형성되고, 타단에 고정부(26)가 형성된 지지대(2)와; 상기 고정부(26)에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 자착수단(4)으로 구성된다.
상기 접착부(22)는 이형지(23)와 접착테이프(24)로 형성되며, 벽면의 타일이나 거울 등 매끄러운 면에 접착된다. 상기 접착부(22)는 통상의 진공흡착판으로도 구현이 가능하다.
상기 자착수단(4)은, 내부에 안착홈(441)이 형성되며 하단에 막음판(442)이 형성되고 상단이 개구된 통체형상이며 외주면에 결합돌기(443)가 형성된 결합부재(44)와, 상기 안착홈(441)에 삽입되어 상기 막음판(442)에 밀착되는 자성체(42)로 구성된다. 상기 결합돌기(443)는 외주면의 둘레를 따라 환형으로 연속 형성될 수도 있고, 부분적으로만 형성될 수도 있다.
상기 고정부(26)는 지지대(2)의 내측으로 형성되어 상기 자착수단(4)이 끼워져 결합될 수 있는 홈형상이며, 상기 고정부(26)의 내주면에는 상기 결합부재(44)의 결합돌기(443)에 대응되는 결합홈(28)이 형성됨으로써 상기 결합돌기(443)와 결합홈(28)이 끼워져 결합된다.
이하 본 고안의 제 1실시예의 결합 및 사용예를 설명하기로 한다.
도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안의 제1실시예(A1)에 따르면, 상기 결합부재(44)의 막음판(442)의 내면 안착홈(441)에 자성체(42)를 삽입하여 고정시켜 된 자착수단(4)을 고정부(26)에 결합돌기(443)과 결합홈(28)을 결합하여 고정하여, 별도의 접착제 사용 없이 견고하면서 용이한 결합을 가능하게 한다.
지지대(2)의 접착부(22)의 이형지(23)를 떼어내고 접착테이프(24)를 대상면에 접착시킴으로써 비누고정구의 설치를 완료하고, 극이 다른 자성체 또는 철판(110)이 매입된 비누(100)는 상기 자착수단(4)에 고정시키면 된다.
도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안의 제 2실시예의 비누고정구(A2)에 따르면, 고정부(26')와 자착수단(4')이 나사결합되는 구조이며, 상기 자착수단(4')은, 외주면에 나사산(445')이 형성된 결합부재(44')를 구비하고, 상기 고정부(26')의 내주면에는 상기 결합부재(44')의 나사산(445')과 결합되는 나선(262')이 형성되어, 별도의 접착제 사용 없이 견고하면서 용이한 결합을 가능하게 한다.
상기 본 고안의 제 2실시예의 결합 및 사용예는 전술한 제 1실시예와 대동소이하므로 이에 대한 반복 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안의 제 3실시예의 비누고정구(A3)에 따르면, 자착수단(4")은, 외부면의 상, 하부에 제 1 및 제 2결합돌기(445",447")가 각기 형성된 결합부재(44")를 구비하고, 상기 고정부(26")의 내주면의 상, 하부에는 상기 결합부재(44")의 제 1결합돌기(445") 및 제 2결합돌기(447")가 각각 결합되는 제 1결합홈(28") 및 제 2결합홈(29")이 형성되어, 별도의 접착제 사용 없이 견고하면서 용이한 결합을 가능하게 한다.
상기 제 1결합돌기(445")는 구체를 외측으로 절개하여 경사면이 형성되고, 하단에 단턱이 형성된 것이며, 결합부재(44")의 외주면에 다수로 형성되며, 각기 대향되게 배치된다. 즉, 90°간격으로 4개가 형성되거나 180°간격으로 2개가 형성되거나 그외 다양한 갯수로 형성이 가능하다.
도 7 및 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안의 제 4실시예의 비누고정구(A4)에 따르면, 상기 자착수단(4"')은 외주면의 상,하부에 제 1 및 제 2결합돌기(445"',447"')가 각기 형성된 결합부재(44"')를 구비하고, 상기 고정부(26"')의 내주면에는 상기 결합부재(44"')의 제 1결합돌기(445") 및 제 2결합돌기(447")가 각각 결합되는 제 1결합홈(28"') 및 제 2결합홈(29"')이 형성된다.
상기 제 1 및 제 2결합돌기(445"', 447"')는 탄성 변형이 가능한 걸림턱의 기능을 할 수 있다.
상기 고정부(26"')의 내주면을 따라 결합부재(44"')의 제 1결합돌기(445")가 제 1결합홈(28"')에 결합되고, 제 2결합돌기(447")는 제 2결합홈(29"')에 결합되므로, 별도의 접착제 사용 없이 견고하면서 용이한 결합을 가능하게 한다.
한편 본 고안의 제 4실시예에 따르면, 결합부재(44"')를 고정부(2"')에 안착시키기 위한 정착수단을 구비한다. 상기 정착수단은, 결합부재(44"')의 가장자리를 따라 양 방향 대응 위치에 절결홈(500)을 형성하고, 상기 결합부재(44"')가 고정부(26"')에 안착될 때 절결홈(500)이 안착되어 결합될 수 있도록 고정부(26"')의 외부로 돌출단(501)을 형성하여 구성할 수 있다. 상기 정착수단에 의하여 결합부재(44"')를 고정부(26"')에 보다 용이하게 고정할 수 있으며, 결합부재(44"')의 유동이나 회전을 방지하여 분리 및 이탈 방지의 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 자착에 의해 비누를 고정시키는 비누고정구에 있어서,
    일단에 접착부가 형성되고, 타단에 고정부가 형성된 지지대와;
    상기 고정부에 탈착가능하게 결합되는 자착수단을 포함하여 이루어지고,
    상기 자착수단은, 내부에 안착홈이 형성되고, 하단에 막음판이 형성되며 상단이 개구된 통체형상의 결합부재와, 상기 안착홈에 삽입되어 상기 막음판에 밀착되는 자성체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비누고정구.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 자착수단의 결합부재의 외주면에는 결합돌기가 형성되고,
    상기 고정부의 내주면에는 상기 결합부재의 결합돌기와 결합되는 결합홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비누고정구.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 자착수단의 결합부재의 외주면에는 나사산이 형성되고, 상기 고정부의 내주면에 상기 결합부재의 나사산과 결합되는 나선이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비누고정구.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 자착수단의 결합부재의 외주면에는 상부 및 하부에 제 1 및 제 2결합돌기가 각기 형성되고, 상기 고정부의 내주면에는 상기 결합부재의 제 1결합돌기 및 제2결합돌기와 각각 결합되는 제 1결합홈과 제2결합홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비누고정구.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 고정부에 상기 결합부재를 안착시키기 위한 정착수단을 더 포함하여 구성되며,
    상기 정착수단은,
    상기 결합부재의 가장자리를 따라 양 방향 대응 위치에 각각 형성된 절결홈과, 상기 결합부재가 상기 고정부에 안착될 때 상기 절결홈이 안착되어 결합되는 상기 고정부의 돌출단을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비누고정구.
