Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Leuchtmodul (1), aufweisend ein Leuchtband (2) mit einem bandförmigen flexiblen Substrat (3), wobei auf einer Vorderseite des Substrats mindestens eine Halbleiterlichtquelle (5), insbesondere LED, aufgebracht ist, wobei das Leuchtmodul mit einer Schutzschicht (9) so belegt ist, dass zumindest eine Strahlungsemissionsfläche (10) der mindestens einen Halbleiterlichtquelle freiliegt. Ferner weist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Leuchtmoduls mindestens die folgenden Schritte auf : -Aufbringen mehrerer Leuchtbänder (2) auf einer gemeinsamen Unterlage (7) -Aufbringen einer Schutzschicht (9), insbesondere Lackierung, zumindest auf die Leuchtbänder (2) -Vereinzeln der Bänder mit ihren jeweiligen Unterlagen (7).
