本发明涉及用于建筑物墙角的坭水批盪胶角条。
背景技术
传统建筑物的墙角 (主要是室内墙角及外墙明角位)必须要求为直角, 在施工中主 要靠施工者使用的工具以及技术和经验来实现, 实际上在施工中很难达到要求, 做出的 墙角不直、 不美观, 不小心碰撞就会破损, 并且存在费工、 费时、 费料等缺陷。
中国专利公开号 CN101126280A, 名称"建筑用墙角定型塑料角线"所公开的技术结 构是一条边长, 另一条边短, 在长边上有若干条凸条, 没有 "底钩", 所以没有嵌入墙 体的功能, 也不是用于施工直角。
中国专利公开号 CN2070331U, 名称"墙、 粱、 柱角的护角结构" 所公开的技术结构 是圆弧角加上延长的两条边, 圆弧角的结构是开放的、 空腔的, 两条边的对顶角也没有 连接在一起, 在两条边上有若干条凸肋和折脚, 这是依靠凸肋和折脚埋入水泥砂浆中, 但, 由于在一个面上有数条凸肋和折脚, 这些凸肋和折脚着力点多, 相互制约, 像撬杠 一样作用力反而下降, 这时的折脚起不到嵌入的作用, 另外, 该结构的最明显特点是成 为了一个弹性体, 当圆弧角受到外力作用时, 两条边就会向外张开, 因此起不到应有的 固定作用, 没有实用性。
综上所述, 公开的技术存在着明显的结构缺陷, 达不到应有效果, 无法完成施工要 求, 没有实用性, 因此必须提供新的技术, 以满足施工要求。
发明内 本发明的目的是提供一种坭水批盪胶角条, 采用具有强弹性、 不变形的特质硬塑胶 (如 ABS ) 制作, 通过设置直角底钩等结构, 可以更好地固定在墙角上, 不变形, 不脱 落, 即可满足施工室内墙角的直角要求, 同时克服了中国专利公开号 CN101126280A、 CN2070331U存在的缺陷。
实现本发明的技术方案是: 这种坭水批盪胶角条包括具有对顶角的两个边, 两个边 的长度不同, 对顶角小于 90° , 在两个边的对顶角处设有实体凸边, 在两个边的底端设 有内折直角钩。
该技术方案还包括:
所述对顶角为 87° 。
所述两个边的表面分别设有透孔。
所述批盪角条为高弹硬质塑胶。
所述批盪角条的实体凸边的厚度为 2mm、长度为 4mm;所述两个边的厚度为 1.2mm、 长度分别为 18mm和 24mm。
本发明具有的有益效果: 结构简单, 强度高不变形, 批盪的墙角保证挺直牢固, 施 工省时、 省力、 省料, 不怕碰撞。 附图说明

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例: 如图 1所示, 本批盪条 1为长条状, 每条产品实际长度为 2.5— 3.5米, 可按墙体高 度调整制造, 其横截面为两个不等边 la和 lb组成的近似直角形, 两个面 la和 lb的各 自一条边对接在一起形成近似的直角形, 其角度 15为 87° , 在 la和 lb面的另一边分 别有厚 1.2mm、 长 2mm的内折直角底钩 11, 两个边的厚度为 1.2mm, 一条边的长度为 18mm, 另一条边的长度为 24mm, 在角上还有一厚为 2mm、 长为 4mm的实体凸边 13, 在 la和 lb的表面还分别设有加强筋 12和各种形状的透孔 14 (透孔可以是各种图形和 形状), 透孔 14是为了便于批盪条 1与砂浆固定在一起。 制作方法 采用 ABS料或其它特种弹性的硬质塑胶经模具直接拉出成型。 本批盪条的两条边长度不同, 可以使力的作用点不在一条线上, 这样可提高抗拉强 度。 施工方法 将本批盪条安装在施工的墙角上, 批盪条通过直角折边嵌入底层砂浆内, 从而被固 定在墙角上, 然后在批盪条上铺抹砂浆, 砂浆进入透孔内, 再经木板刮平即可。 经本批 盪条施工的墙角保证挺直结实和美观。 说明: 为了证明本技术的新颖性、 创造性和实用性, 特提供香港政府指定权威机构对本产 品所做的两个检测报告 (时间是 2010年 2月 23日), 见附件 A和 B, 其中附件 A为横 向拉力检测报告(见 REPORT ON PULL OUT TEST OF PLASTIC ANGLE BEAD), 显示 在拉力 1050牛顿的情况下,没有任何损伤和松脱现象; 附件 B为碰撞试验检测报告(见 REPORT ON DETERMINATION OF SURFACE DAMAGE BY SMALL HARD BODY IMPACT), 显示 10级(国际标准的最高级), 即用最重的大铁锤敲击, 胶条角现轻微凹 陷。 本产品完全符合建筑要求, 已获得国际认可, 并在施工项目中得到广泛应用。 本技术与现有技术的对比分析: 中国专利公开号 CN101126280A不是用于施工直角, 没有 "底钩", 所以也没有嵌 入墙体的功能, 该角线很薄, 容易产生变形和脱落。 该公开技术与本技术在结构上有本 质不同, 在作用和施工方法方面也不同, 所以是不同的技术, 两者没有可比性。
中国专利公开号 CN2070331U不是制作直角墙体, 而是制作圆弧角墙体, 所以它的 顶角是圆弧面,其两条边上有若干条凸肋和折脚,凸肋和折脚的功能是埋入水泥砂浆中, 但, 由于在一个面上有多条凸肋和折脚, 这些凸肋和折脚着力点多, 相互制约, 像撬杠 一样作用力反而下降, 这时的折脚起不到嵌入的作用。 由于圆弧角的结构是开放的, 两 条边的对顶角也没有连接在一起, 所以该结构的最明显特点是成为了一个弹性体, 当圆 弧角受到外力作用时, 两条边就会向外张开, 因此起不到固定作用, 因此没有实用性。 该公开技术与本技术在结构上有本质不同, 在作用和施工方法方面也不同, 所以是不同 的技术, 两者也没有可比性。
本技术与现有技术相比, 明显看出两者无论在整体结构和局部结构上都有明显不 同, 通过所做的两个检测报告可以证明, 本产品产生了意想不到的效果, 其新颖性、 创 造性、 实用性突出。

1、 一种坭水批盪胶角条, 其特征是所述批盪角条包括具有对顶角的两个边, 两个 边的长度不同, 对顶角小于 90° , 在两个边的对顶角处设有实体凸边, 在两个边的底端 设有内折直角钩。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的坭水批盪胶角条, 其特征是所述对顶角为 87° 。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的坭水批盪胶角条, 其特征是所述两个边的表面分别设有透 孔。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的坭水批盪胶角条, 其特征是所述批盪角条为高弹硬质塑胶。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的坭水批盪胶角条, 其特征是所述批盪角条的实体凸边的厚 度为 2mm、 长度为 4mm; 所述两个边的厚度为 1.2mm、 长度分别为 18mm和 24mm。
