Abstract

一种坭水批盪胶角条，包括具有两个面的角形体，其中角形体的两个面有一对接边，在两个面的另一边分别设有直角折边，其横截面为两个边组成的近似直角形，其角度以小于90度，在两个面上分别有用于透过砂浆的各种形状的透孔和凸条。本批盪条结构简单，强度高不变形，批盪的墙角保证挺直牢固，省时、省力、省料，不怕碰撞。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于建筑物墙角的坭水批盪胶角条。
背景技术
传统建筑物的墙角(主要是室内墙角及外墙明角位)必须要求为直角，在施工中主要靠施工者使用的工具以及技术和经验来实现，实际上在施工中很难达到要求，做出的墙角不直、不美观，不小心碰撞就会破损，并且存在费工、费时、费料等缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种坭水批盪胶角条，采用具有强弹性、不变形的特质硬塑胶(如ABS)制作，通过设置直角折边，可以固定在墙角上，再在上面批灰，即可满足施工室内墙角的直角要求，同时克服了现有施工存在的不足。
实现本实用新型的技术方案是：这种坭水批盪胶角条包括具有两个面的角形体，其中角形体的两个面有一对接边，在两个面的另一边分别设有直角折边。
该技术方案还包括：
所述角形体的角度为小于90°。
所述角形体的角度为87°±1°。
所述角形体的角度为87°。
所述角形体的两面上分别设有用于透过砂浆的各种形状的透孔。
所述角形体的两面上分别设有凸起的凸条。
所述直角折边向内相对设置
所述角形体为高弹硬质塑胶。
本实用新型具有的有益效果：结构简单，强度高不变形，批盪的墙角保证挺直牢固，省时、省力、省料，不怕碰撞。

实施例：
如图1所示，本坭水批盪胶角条为长条状，每条产品实际长度为2.5-3.5米，可按墙体高度调整制造，其横截面为两个边组成的近似直角形，其角度15以小于90度为好，具体结构是：主体为批盪条1，该批盪条1由两个面1a和1b组成，其中两个面1a和1b的各自一条边对接在一起形成近似的直角形，其角度15为87度，在1a和1b面的另一边分别有向内的直角折边11，在1a和1b对接面有一对顶角凸条13，在1a和1b的表面还分别设有凸条12和各种形状的透孔14(透孔可以是各种图形和形状)，凸条12和各种形状的透孔14是为了便于批盪条1与砂浆固定在一起。
制作方法
采用ABS料或其它特种弹性的硬质塑胶经模具直接拉出成型。
施工方法
将本批盪条安装在施工的墙角上，批盪条通过直角折边嵌入底层砂浆内，从而被固定在墙角上，然后在批盪条上铺抹砂浆，砂浆进入透孔内，再经木板刮平即可。经本批盪条施工的墙角保证挺直结实和美观。

1、一种坭水批盪胶角条，其特征是所述批盪角条包括具有两个面的角形体，其中角形体的两个面有一对接边，在两个面的另一边分别设有直角折边。
2、如权利要求1所述的坭水批盪胶角条，其特征是所述角形体的角度为小于90°。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的坭水批盪胶角条，其特征是所述角形体的角度为87°±1°。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的坭水批盪胶角条，其特征是所述角形体的角度为87°。
5、如权利要求1所述的坭水批盪胶角条，其特征是所述角形体的两面上分别设有各种形状的透孔。
6、如权利要求1所述的坭水批盪胶角条，其特征是所述角形体的两面上分别设有凸起的凸条。
7、如权利要求1所述的坭水批盪胶角条，其特征是所述直角折边为向内相对设置。
8、如权利要求1所述的坭水批盪胶角条，其特征是所述角形体为高弹硬质塑胶。
