Abstract

La présente invention porte sur une unité de stockage non congelante qui permet de stocker un aliment à une température au-dessous de 0 °C sans congeler l'aliment et sur un réfrigérateur la comprenant. L'unité de stockage non congelante comprend une enceinte externe pourvue d'une surface ouverte, un tiroir qui peut être retiré et détaché par la surface ouverte de l'enceinte externe, un capteur situé sur une surface de l'enceinte externe et mesurant une température de l'aliment situé dans le tiroir, un élément thermoconducteur installé sur une surface du tiroir en regard du capteur et transférant la température de l'aliment dans le tiroir au capteur et un dispositif de chauffage installé dans l'enceinte externe. L'unité de stockage non congelante est située dans un espace de réfrigération pour stocker un aliment à l'état non congelé à une température au-dessous de 0 °C.
