Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif destinés à l'homogénéisation et à la régulation d'un combustible solide transporté de façon pneumatique par un courant de transport dense arrivant dans un gazéificateur utilisé pour la production de gaz de synthèse. L'objet de la présente invention est de permettre une arrivée bien homogénéisée du charbon jusqu'au brûleur, ce qui permet de réduire au minimum les fluctuations brèves, et donc d'améliorer la qualité de la gazéification, et d'obtenir une régulation plus efficace de la quantité de charbon fournie au brûleur. À cet effet, le combustible, qui va des fines aux poussières et qui est prélevé dans un réservoir d'alimentation (1) disposé au-dessous du niveau du brûleur, est transporté d'abord à un niveau situé au-dessus du niveau du brûleur, à la suite de quoi il est homogénéisé dans un conduit descendant vers le brûleur (4a, 4b).
