- the service information may also be included in the short message information SMS-Information defined by the online charging message, or respectively included in the short message SMS-Information and the circuit domain switching domain service information, specifically
- the location of the parameters varies depending on the implementation.
- the circuit switched domain service information CS-Information may include information applicable to charging in the circuit domain common service, so as to implement charging for the common service of the circuit domain, for example, ordinary call service, etc. .
- the OCS determines, according to the Service Key, the receiver number, and the like, that the online charging is not required for the receiver.
- the OCS returns an online charging request response CCA to the MSC (b), indicating that online charging is not required for the receiving party.
- the MSC (b) forwards the short message to the receiver.
- the MSC (a) reports the final charging request CCR (Terminate) to the OCS after obtaining the short message sending success response. 818.
