具体实施方式 以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明故进一步详细描述。 如图 1所示,是本发明实施例所述系统的原理框图,所述系统包括终端、 资讯服务器、 信令服务器以及媒体服务器; 整个系统分为两个独立的层面, 一个是信令控制层, 一个是媒体传输层; 信令控制层釆用 SIP ( SIP RFC3261 ) 协议, 媒体传输层釆用 RTP ( RFC3550)协议, 信令控制层与媒体传输层之间 釆用会话描述协议 ( Session Description Protocol, 简称为 SDP ) ( RFC3264 ); 其巾, 终端:用于在接收到资讯播放请求时根据自身正在进行的业务类型经所 述信令艮务器发送暂停视频共享信令给视频共享的对方终端或者直接发送拒 绝资讯播放请求信令给资讯服务器; 用于接收资讯服务器发送的资讯数据并 播放; 用于在接收到结束资讯数据播放信令时发送恢复视频共享信令给视频 共享的对方终端并恢复被暂停的视频共享, 或者在接收到暂停视频共享信令 后返回响应信令给对方终端; 还用于与所述资讯服务进行媒体协商; 如图 2所示, 是本发明实施例所述终端的结构框图, 所述终端包括信令 控制模块、 媒体传输模块以及媒体播放模块, 其中, 信令控制模块用于判断是否接受资讯插播; 用于进行媒体协商; 用于通 知媒体传输模块暂停或者恢复视频共享数据的传输; 用于通知媒体传输模块 接收资讯数据;用于通知媒体播放模块播放媒体传输模块接收到的资讯数据; 用于终止正在进行的资讯插播或者被暂停的视频共享; 媒体传输模块用于暂停或者恢复视频共享数据的传输;用于接收资讯数 据; 媒体播放模块用于播放媒体传输模块接收到的资讯数据。 资讯服务器:用于向已开通资讯插播服务并注册的终端发送资讯播放请 求, 并在终端接受请求后将要播放的资讯数据传输给终端; 以及在资讯数据 传输完毕时发送结束资讯数据播放信令给终端; 如图 3所示, 是本发明实施例所述资讯服务器的结构框图, 所述资讯服 务器包括控制模块、 订阅信息模块以及资讯资源模块,
控制模块用于在收到注册请求信令时判断发送注册请求信令的终端是 否已开通资讯插播月艮务; 用于将已开通资讯插播月艮务的终端的注册成功信息 写入订阅信息模块; 以及用于返回终端注册本服务器成功与否信令给信令服 务器; 以及用于定时或者随机发送资讯播放请求信令给已注册成功的终端; 该模块具体包括信令模块、 判断模块以及写模块; 信令模块用于与终端及信 令服务器进行信令交互, 包括接收信令服务器转发的注册请求信令、 返回终 端注册本服务器成功与否信令给信令服务器、 发送资讯播放请求信令给已注 册成功的终端以及与终端进行媒体协商; 所述判断模块用于判断发送注册请 求信令的终端是否已开通资讯插播服务; 并将已开通资讯插播服务的终端的 注册信息发送给所述写模块; 所述写模块用于将收到的信息写入所述订阅信 息模块。 订阅信息模块用于存储注册资讯服务器成功的终端的信息; 资讯资源模块用于存储并向终端传输资讯数据,即存储要插播的资讯数 据并在媒体传输链路建立后将所述数据传输给终端。 信令服务器用于将接收到的注册请求信令转发给所述资讯服务器,并在 所述资讯服务器返回信令后发送注册信令服务器成功信息给请求注册的终 端; 以及用于为终端间中转信令。 资讯服务器用于定时或者随机发送资讯播放请求信令给已开通资讯插 播服务并注册的终端, 并在终端接受请求后将要播放的资讯的数据传输给终 端; 以及在资讯数据传输完毕时发送结束资讯播放信令给终端; 资讯月艮务器与终端间的链路为资讯媒体传输链路,媒体月艮务器与终端间 的链路是视频共享媒体传输链路, 资讯和视频共享的数据是在不同的链路上 传输的, 而终端间或者服务器间的交互是通过信令链路传输的, 即信令与数 据都有自己的传输路径,本系统的信令交互和媒体数据传输位于不同的层面, 所以信令交互并不影响媒体数据传输。 如图 4所示, 是本发明实施例所述方法的流程图, 结合图 1 , 所述方法 具体包括如下步 4聚: 步骤 401 : 终端发送注册请求信令给信令服务器, 请求注册到信令服务 器上; 所述注册请求信令中携带有终端的 IP地址;
如图 1所示, 本实施例中, 需要建立会话的终端分别为 A和 B, 假设 终端 A开通了资讯插播艮务, 终端 B没有开通资讯插播艮务; 步骤 402: 信令服务器收到注册请求信令后, 将所述注册请求信令转发 给资讯服务器; 步骤 403 : 资讯服务器判断终端是否已开通资讯插播服务, 若是, 则执 行步骤 404; 否则执行步骤 405: 本步骤具体由资讯服务器的控制模块完成,即控制模块收到注册请求信 令时判断发送注册请求信令的终端是否已开通资讯插播服务; 步一骤 404: 资 ifU艮务器记录所述终端的注册信息, 并返回注册资 ifU艮务 器成功信令给信令服务器, 执行步骤 306; 本步骤也由资讯服务器的控制模块完成,即控制模块将所述终端的注册 信息写入资讯服务器的订阅信息模块, 然后返回注册资讯服务器成功信令给 所述信令服务器; 步骤 405 : 返回注册资讯服务器失败信令给信令服务器; 本步骤由资讯服务器的控制模块完成,即控制模块返回注册资讯服务器 失败信令给信令服务器; 本实施例中, 对于终端 A, 资讯服务器首先将其注册信息写入订阅信息 模块, 并返回 200 OK消息给信令艮务器表示 A开通了资讯插播艮务; 对于 终端 B, 资讯服务器仅返回步骤 404中的消息给信令服务器表示 B并未开通 资讯插播服务; 步骤 406: 信令服务器收到资讯服务器返回的信令后返回注册成功信令 给终端; 即, 无论 A、 B是否开通了资讯插播服务, 信令服务器都会给予注册并 返回注册成功信令, 此时 A、 B间建立会话; 步骤 407: 资讯服务器定时向已注册的终端发送资讯播放请求信令, 请 求插播资讯; 本实施例中, 资讯服务器的控制模块轮询订阅信息模块中储存的信息,
定时向终端 A发送资讯播放请求信令; 其它实施例中, 若视频共享的双方终 端都开通了资讯插播服务, 则资讯服务器可以定时或者随时发送资讯播放请 求信令给双方终端; 步骤 408: 终端收到资讯播放请求信令后, 判断自身是否正在进行视频 共享, 若是, 则执行步骤 309; 否则, 执行步骤 312; 步骤 409: 终端与所述资讯服务器进行媒体协商, 若成功, 则执行步骤 310; 否则, 本次资讯插播结束; 步骤 410: 终端通过信令艮务器发送暂停视频共享信令给视频共享的对 方终端, 并等待对方终端的响应信令; 即终端 A 同意插播资讯后, 发送暂停视频共享信令给信令服务器, 信 令服务器将所述信令转发给终端 B; 步骤 411 : 终端判断是否在设定时间内收到对方终端的响应信令,若是, 则执行步 4聚 413; 否则, 执行步 4聚 412; 步 4聚 412: 发送拒绝请求信令给所述资 ifU艮务器, 本次资讯插播结束; 步骤 413 : 终端发送接受请求信令给资讯艮务器; 步骤 414: 资讯服务器建立与终端之间的资讯媒体传输链路, 并在建立 成功后将要播放的资讯数据传输给终端; 当资讯服务器和终端媒体协商成功建立了资讯媒体传输链路之后,资讯 服务器的控制模块通知资讯服务器的资讯资源模块, 由资讯资源模块负责和 终端 A进行资讯传输; 步骤 415 : 终端播放接收到的资讯; 步骤 416: 资讯数据传输完毕, 资讯服务器发送结束资讯播放信令给终 端; 即, 资讯服务器的控制模块发送结束资讯播放信令给终端 A; 步骤 417: 终端收到后所述结束资讯播放信令后, 通过信令服务器发送 恢复视频共享信令给所述对方终端, 恢复被暂停的视频共享;
即, 终端 A 收到结束资讯播放信令后, 发送恢复视频共享信令给信令 服务器,信令服务器转发所述信令给终端 B,终端 A与终端 B恢复视频共享。 本发明中, 若 A 、 B任意一方在资讯插播过程中结束了被暂停的视屏 共享, 则需要经信令艮务器发送结束视频共享的信令给对方终端, 对方终端 收到后会发送终止资讯播放信令给资讯服务器要求终止资讯插播; 除此之外 终端不会发送结束资讯插播的请求给资讯服务器。 结合图 2 , 终端的内部工作流程如下: 终端的信令控制模块接收到资讯服务器发送的资讯播放请求时,首先判 断自身是否正在进行视频共享, 若没有进行视频共享, 则发送拒绝请求信令 给资讯艮务器, 拒绝资讯插播; 若正在进行视频共享, 则与资讯艮务器进行 媒体协商, 协商成功后, 发送暂停视频共享信令给视频共享的对方终端, 并 在收到对方终端的响应信令后通知媒体传输模块暂停视频共享数据的传输; 然后发送接受请求信令给资讯服务器, 通知资讯服务器开始传输将要插播的 资讯数据, 同时通知媒体传输模块接收资讯数据及通知媒体播放模块播放媒 体传输模块接收到的资讯数据;媒体传输模块接收资讯服务器发送来的数据, 媒体播放模块播放媒体传输模块接收到的资讯数据, 至此, 资讯插播正式开 始。 在资讯插播的过程中, 若信令控制模块接收到资讯服务器发送来的结束 资讯播放信令, 则发送恢复视频共享信令给对方终端, 收到对方终端的响应 信令后通知媒体传输模块恢复视频共享数据的传输; 若信令控制模块接收到 对方终端经信令艮务器发送来的终止视频共享信令, 则发送终止资讯播放信 令给资讯服务器要求终止资讯插播。 以上针对较佳实施例的描述较为详细,但不能因此而认为是对本发明的 限制, 凡与本发明所揭示的原理类似的实施, 均在本发明的保护范围内, 本 发明的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims
1. 一种资讯插播的方法, 其特征在于, 包括如下步 4聚:
步骤一: 终端收到资讯服务器发送的资讯播放请求信令后, 判断 自身是否正在进行视频共享, 若是, 则执行步骤二; 否则, 发送拒绝 请求信令给所述资讯服务器, 本次资讯插播结束;
步 4聚二: 所述终端发送暂停视频共享信令给视频共享的对方终 端, 并在收到所述对方终端的响应信令后发送接受请求信令给所述资 讯月艮务器;
步骤三: 所述资讯服务器将要播放的资讯数据传输给所述终端; 所述终端播放接收到的资讯数据, 并在资讯数据播放结束后发送恢复 视频共享信令给所述对方终端, 恢复所述被暂停的视频共享。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的资讯插播的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步 4聚一之前 还包括:
步骤 A: 所述终端发送注册请求信令给信令服务器, 请求注册到 所述信令服务器上;
步骤 B: 所述信令服务器收到注册请求信令后, 将所述注册请求 信令转发给所述资讯服务器, 所述资讯服务器判断所述终端是否已开 通资讯插播艮务, 若是, 则记录所述终端的注册信息, 并返回注册资 讯服务器成功信令给所述信令服务器; 否则, 返回注册资讯服务器失 败信令给所述信令服务器;
步骤 C: 所述信令服务器收到所述资讯服务器返回的信令后, 返 回注册信令艮务器成功信令给所述终端;
步骤 D: 所述信令服务器向已注册的所述终端发送资讯播放请求 信令。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的资讯插播的方法, 其特征在于, 所述注册请求信 令中携带有请求注册的所述终端的 IP地址, 所述资 ifU艮务器通过所述 IP地址判断所述终端是否已开通资讯插播月艮务。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的资讯插播的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤一与步 骤二之间还包括如下步骤:
所述终端与所述资讯服务器进行媒体协商, 若成功, 则转入步骤 二执行; 否则, 本次资讯插播结束。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的资讯插播的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤二中, 若所述终端在设定时间内没有收到对方终端的响应信令, 则发送拒绝 请求信令给所述资讯服务器, 本次资讯插播结束。
6. 如权利要求 1或 4所述的资讯插播的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤二 与步 4聚三之间还包括如下步 4聚:
所述资讯服务器与所述终端建立资讯媒体传输链路。
7. 如权利要求 1 所述的资讯插播的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤三中, 若所述资讯数据播放完毕, 则所述资讯服务器发送结束资讯数据播放 信令给所述终端; 所述终端收到所述结束资讯数据播放信令后发送恢 复视频共享信令给所述对方终端。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的资讯插播的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤三中, 所述 终端在播放所述资讯数据的同时还监测被暂停的视频共享是否终止, 若是, 则发送终止资讯数据播放信令给所述资讯服务器, 本次资讯插 播结束。
9. 一种资讯插播系统, 其特征在于, 包括终端、 资讯月艮务器、 信令月艮务 器以及媒体服务器,
所述终端用于在接收到资讯播放请求信令时暂停正在进行的视 频共享; 用于接收并播放所述资讯服务器发送来的资讯数据; 用于在 接收到结束资讯数据播放信令时恢复所述被暂停的视频共享;
所述资讯月艮务器用于向已开通资讯插播月艮务并注册的终端发送 资讯播放请求信令, 并在所述终端接受请求后将要播放的资讯数据传 输给所述终端; 以及在资讯数据传输完毕时发送结束资讯播放信令给 所述终端;
所述信令服务器用于将接收到的注册请求信令转发给所述资讯
服务器, 并在所述资讯服务器返回信令后发送注册信令服务器成功信 息给请求注册的终端; 以及用于为终端间中转信令。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的资讯插播系统, 其特征在于, 所述资讯服务器包 括控制模块、 订阅信息模块以及资讯资源模块,
所述控制模块用于判断所述终端是否已开通资讯插播服务; 用于 将已开通资讯插播服务的终端的注册信息写入所述订阅信息模块; 用 于发送资讯播放请求信令给已注册的终端;
所述订阅信息模块用于存储注册资讯服务器成功的终端的信息; 所述资讯资源模块用于存储并向终端传输资讯数据。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的资讯插播系统, 其特征在于, 所述控制模块包括 信令模块、 判断模块以及写模块;
所述信令模块用于与终端及所述信令服务器进行信令交互; 所述判断模块用于判断发送注册请求信令的终端是否已开通资 讯插播服务; 并将已开通资讯插播服务的终端的注册信息发送给所述 写模块;
所述写模块用于将收到的信息写入所述订阅信息模块。
12. 如权利要求 9所述的资讯插播系统, 其特征在于, 所述终端还用于与 所述资讯服务进行媒体协商。
13. —种终端, 用于资讯插播系统, 包括信令控制模块、 媒体传输模块以 及媒体播放模块, 其特征在于,
所述信令控制模块用于判断是否接受资讯插播; 用于进行媒体协 商; 用于通知所述媒体传输模块暂停或者恢复视频共享数据的传输; 用于通知所述媒体传输模块接收资讯数据; 用于通知所述媒体播放模 块播放所述媒体传输模块接收到的资讯数据; 用于终止正在进行的资 讯插播或者被暂停的视频共享;
所述媒体传输模块用于暂停或者恢复视频共享数据的传输; 用于 接收资讯数据;
所述媒体播放模块用于播放所述媒体传输模块接收到的资讯数
