随着通信技术的发展, 特别是 3G (third Generation, 第三代移动通信) 技 术的不断演进, 系统传输的数据量和支持的用户数也在不断地增加, 保证各用 户业务的 QoS (Quality of Service , 服务质量), 特别是数据业务的速率就显得 尤为重要了。但是, 现有的传统调度方法主要都是根据信道质量来分配空口资 源, 无法有效保证用户的数据速率及公平性。 因此, 通过优化调度策略, 在相 同的硬件资源条件下, 如何合理调度空口资源, 使更多的用户满意, 提升系统 整体满意度, 这对运营商和设备商都是非常有意义的。
发明人在实现本发明的过程中, 发现现有技术中存在如下问题:
在现有技术中, 3GPP23.107协议定义的 MBR (Maximum Bit Rate , 最大比特 速率) 定义了业务速率的上限, MBR 是根据用户能力或应用层能力, 定义的 一个业务速率上限, 根据 MBR定义的目的可见, MBR并没有考虑到用户对业 务速率的感受, 及小区内用户速率的公平性等因素, 从而, MBR对于空口业 务速率保障, 及小区用户的业务速率公平性的保障不能起到实质性的作用; 3GPP23.107协议定义的 GBR ( Guaranteed Bit Rate , 保障比特速率) 可以用于 调度优先级的计算, 然而该协议只是针对 UMTS ( Universal Mobile Telcommunications System, 通用移动电讯系统)系统, 就如何更好的分配及利 用资源, 提高用户对业务速率的满意度给出了一些建议和初歩的方法, 因此, GBR只用于保障用户的基本感受,并不保障小区内用户速率的公平性,特别在 信道条件都很好, 各用户都能保证 GBR传送数据时, 用户的公平性根本无法 得到保障。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种对通信系统中的业务数据进行调度的方法和装置, 以解决空口资源分配不合理导致的信道条件好的用户抢夺过多的资源, 无法提 升用户满意度的问题。
本发明实施例的上述目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种对通信系统中的业务数据进行调度的方法, 所述方法包括: 接收业务 数据; 根据所述业务数据的速率和愉悦比特速率调整所述业务数据的调度权 值, 其中, 根据用户满意度确定所述愉悦比特速率; 按照调整后的调度权值对 所述业务数据进行调度。
一种对通信系统中的业务数据进行调度的装置,所述装置包括:接收单元, 用于接收业务数据; 调整单元, 用于根据所述业务数据的速率和愉悦比特速率 调整所述业务数据的调度权值,其中,根据用户满意度确定所述愉悦比特速率; 调度单元, 用于按照所述调整单元调整后的调度权值对所述业务数据进行调 度。

本发明另一实施例提供了一种对通信系统中的业务数据进行调度的方法, 如图 3所示, 可以包括: 301 : 接收业务数据;

同样, 无论上行数据还是下行数据, 无论语音业务数据, 还是 BE (Best Effort, 尽力而为) 业务数据, 本发明实施例的调度方法均适用。
本发明实施例通过 iiHBR参数,适当地降低了 riW^HBR时的用户业务的 调度优先级, 这使得空口资源可以进行更为合理有效的分配, 避免信道条件过 好的用户抢夺过多的资源而满意度却几乎没有提升。

本发明实施例的调度方法不仅适用于无线通信系统,如 UMTS、 GSM、 LTE 等, 同样适用于有线通信系统, 如 PSTN、 Internet数据交互网络等固定网络通 讯系统, 只要是需要数据调度的通信系统都适用本发明实施例的方法, 本实施 例并不以此作为限制。
同样, 无论上行数据还是下行数据, 无论语音业务数据, 还是 BE业务数 据, 本发明实施例的调度方法均适用。
本发明实施例通过 I1HBR参数,适当地提高了 riW HBR时的用户业务的调 度优先级, 这使得空口资源可以进行更为合理有效的分配, 避免信道条件过好 的用户抢夺过多的资源, 而满意度却几乎没有提升。
采用本发明实施例, 多余的资源将用于系统中速率相对较小的用户业务队 列, 致使小区内各用户业务速率趋于公平, 提高总体的用户感受, 最大化系统 满意度, 从而提升运营商和设备商的收益。
本发明实施例还提供一种对通信系统中的业务数据进行调度的装置, 以下 结合附图对本实施例进行详细说明。
图 6为本发明实施例的装置组成框图, 请参照图 6, 本发明实施例的装置 主要包括:
接收单元 61, 用于接收业务数据;
调整单元 62,用于根据所述业务数据的速率和愉悦比特速率调整所述业务 数据的调度权值, 其中, 根据用户满意度确定愉悦比特速率;
对于愉悦比特速率的确定可以参考方法实施例中的相关描述, 此处不再赘 述。
调度单元 63, 用于按照调整单元 62调整后的调度权值对所述业务数据进 行调度。
根据本实施例, 所述调整单元 62可以包括:
降低模块 621, 用于降低速率大于或等于所述愉悦比特速率的业务数据的 调度权值。
在本实施例中, 该降低模块 621用于将速率大于或等于所述愉悦比特速率 的业务数据的调度权值乘以愉悦比特速率与所述业务数据速率之比作为调整 后的调度权值; 或者, 将速率大于或等于所述愉悦比特速率的业务数据的调度 权值乘以一预先设定的比例作为调整后的调度权值, 其中, 该比例为 0到 1之 间任意取值。
根据本实施例, 所述调整单元 62可以包括:
提高模块 622, 用于提高速率小于所述愉悦比特速率的业务数据的调度权 值。
在本实施例中, 该提高模块 622用于将速率小于所述愉悦比特速率的业务 数据的调度权值乘以愉悦比特速率与所述业务数据速率之比作为调整后的调 度权值; 或者, 将速率小于所述愉悦比特速率的业务数据的调度权值乘以一预 先设定的值作为调整后的调度权值, 其中, 该预先设定的值为大于 1的任意取 值。 根据本实施例, 所述调度单元 63还包括:
排序模块 631, 用于对所述业务数据按照调整后的调度权值的大小进行调 度优先级排序;
调度模块 632, 用于根据所述排序后的优先级对所述业务数据进行调度。 对于本实施例的装置的各组成部分的功能已在前述方法实施例中作出说 明, 在此不再赘述。
根据本发明实施例的装置, 该调度装置适用于任何通信系统的网络装置或 服务器中, 如无线通信系统 UMTS、 GSM、 LTE等的网络装置或服务器中, 或 有线通信系统的网络装置和服务器中, 如 PSTN、 Internet数据交互网络等的网 络装置或服务器中, 只要是需要数据调度的通信系统都适用本发明实施例的装 置, 本实施例并不以此作为限制。
同样, 本发明实施例的调度装置可以对上行数据、 下行数据、 语音业务数 据、 BE业务数据或其他业务数据进行调度, 以提升用户满意度。
在现有技术中, 如果业务速率越过一个拐点, 如 1Mbps后, 用户满意度的 提升将随业务速率上升越发地趋于平缓。传统的调度策略下, 良好信道条件且 高能力等级的 UE (User Equipment, 用户设备)容易达到更高的业务速率, 甚 至远远超过此速率拐点, 这就抢夺了其他未满意用户的资源, 使满意用户数减 少, 影响用户公平性。 本发明实施例通过控制用户的峰值速率在此速率拐点左 右, 而将剩余资源优先给其他低速率用户使用, 增加了满意用户数, 提升了用 户对系统整体满意度评价。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种对通信系统中的业务数据进行调度的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法 包括:
接收业务数据;
根据所述业务数据的速率和愉悦比特速率调整所述业务数据的调度权值, 其中, 根据用户满意度确定所述愉悦比特速率;
按照调整后的调度权值对所述业务数据进行调度。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述业务数据的速 率和愉悦比特速率调整所述调度权值包括:
降低速率大于或等于所述愉悦比特速率的业务数据的调度权值。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述降低速率大于或等于所 述愉悦比特速率的业务数据的调度权值包括:
将速率大于或等于所述愉悦比特速率的业务数据的调度权值乘以所述愉悦 比特速率与所述业务数据速率之比作为调整后的调度权值; 或者,
将速率大于或等于所述愉悦比特速率的业务数据的调度权值乘以一预先设 定的比例作为调整后的调度权值, 其中, 该比例为 0到 1之间任意取值。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述业务数据的速 率和愉悦比特速率调整所述调度权值包括:
提高速率小于所述愉悦比特速率的业务数据的调度权值。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述提高速率小于所述愉悦 比特速率的业务数据的调度权值包括:
将速率小于所述愉悦比特速率的业务数据的调度权值乘以所述愉悦比特速 率与所述业务数据速率之比作为调整后的调度权值; 或者,
将速率小于所述愉悦比特速率的业务数据的调度权值乘以一预先设定的值 作为调整后的调度权值, 其中, 该值大于 1。
6. 根据权利要求 1-5任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述按照调整后的 调度权值对业务数据进行调度包括:
对所述业务数据按照调整后的调度权值的大小进行调度优先级排序, 根据 所述排序后的优先级对所述业务数据进行调度。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据用户满意度确定所 述愉悦比特速率包括: 根据用户满意的愉悦感趋于平稳的业务速率拐点来确定 所述愉悦比特速率。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务数据为上行数据、 下行数据、 语音业务数据或尽力而为业务数据。
9. 一种对通信系统中的业务数据进行调度的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收业务数据;
调整单元, 用于根据所述业务数据的速率和愉悦比特速率调整所述业务数 据的调度权值, 其中根据用户满意度确定所述愉悦比特速率;
调度单元, 用于按照所述调整单元调整后的调度权值对所述业务数据进行 调度。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述调整单元包括: 降低模块, 用于降低速率大于或等于所述愉悦比特速率的业务数据的调度 权值。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述降低模块用于将速率 大于或等于所述愉悦比特速率的业务数据的调度权值乘以愉悦比特速率与所述 业务数据速率之比作为调整后的调度权值; 或者, 将速率大于或等于所述愉悦 比特速率的业务数据的调度权值乘以一预先设定的比例作为调整后的调度权 值, 其中, 该比例为 0到 1之间任意取值。
12. 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述调整单元包括: 提高模块, 用于提高速率小于所述愉悦比特速率的业务数据的调度权值。
13. 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述提高模块用于将速率 小于所述愉悦比特速率的业务数据的调度权值乘以所述愉悦比特速率与所述业 务数据速率之比作为调整后的调度权值; 或者, 将速率小于所述愉悦比特速率 的业务数据的调度权值乘以一预先设定的值作为调整后的调度权值, 其中, 该 值大于 1。
14. 根据权利要求 9-13任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述调度单元包 括:
排序模块, 用于对所述业务数据按照调整后的调度权值的大小进行调度优 先级排序;
调度模块, 用于根据所述排序后的优先级对所述业务数据进行调度。
