背景技术
由于全球各国的缆线布放, 均追求尽量的地下化, 而缆线地下化又以管 道布放方式为主, 接续地下管道的缆线所用的缆线接续盒, 都是置放在地下 缆线管道的人孔及手孔中, 而许多的人孔及手孔都常年大量地积水, 所以置 于其中的接续盒也因此常年浸泡在水中。 请参阅图 1 , 为缆线接续盒布放于 地下化的管道剖面示意图。 在图 1中, 人孔盖 11、 12下方设置有人孔 111、 121 , 人孔 111、 121中放置缆线接续盒 13、 14, 缆线接续盒 13及 14间以缆 线 16相连接,缆线接续盒 13、 14另分别以缆线 15、 17与其它缆线接续盒(未 显示)相连接。 在实际应用中, 人孔 111、 121中的缆线 15、 16、 17成卷曲 状。 无论是电缆还是光缆所使用的缆线接续盒, 倘若其防水效果不佳, 接续 盒外的积水漏入接续盒中, 将会影响缆线的传输质量及加速缆线的劣化, 导 致线路传输发生障碍及降低缆线的使用寿命。
现有技术中, 在电信、 有线电视、 监控系统等各类有线传输业界的缆线 布放及接续的技术领域, 热缩式缆线接续盒早已被广为使用许多年。 虽然热 缩式缆线接续盒具有制造成本较低、 适用缆线外径范围较大、 施作较简便快 速等诸多优点而被业界广为使用; 但是热缩式缆线接续盒容易漏水, 这是其 最大的缺点。
以中国台湾的电信业为例, 由于光纤宽带服务已成为趋势, 中华电信公 司近几年来均大规模地布放光缆及使用大量的缆线接续盒配接光缆, 日前更 宣布 2009年开始,连续 5年,每年将投入 300亿共计 1,500亿新台币的资金, 进行光纤网络的基础建设; 而该公司近年来置放于人孔及手孔中用来接续光 缆的热缩式缆线接续盒, 有为数远超过一半以上比例都严重漏水; 因为热缩 式缆线接续盒漏水的问题未能解决, 该公司日前不得不以比釆购热缩式缆线 接续盒高出 3倍的价格釆购机械式缆线接续盒使用, 除了施作不如热缩式缆 线接续盒简便之外, 釆购费用也增加了三倍之多。 因此, 若能改进热缩式缆 线接续盒的防水功能, 不仅可以改善热缩式缆线接续盒漏水影响线路质量的 问题, 更可以大幅降低业者投资的成本。 发明概述
申请人鉴于现有技术中所产生的缺失, 于是经悉心研究与探索, 并本着 锲而不舍的精神, 终构思出本发明一一热缩式缆线接续盒外部的缆线固定装 置, 以下为对本发明的简要说明。
为了克服现有技术的不足, 本发明的目的在于提供一种热缩式缆线接续 盒外部的缆线固定装置, 该装置包括:
一第一固定部, 其可固定在热缩式接续盒上; 及
一第二固定部,其连接于该第一固定部可固定即将引进该接续盒的缆线; 该装置还可以包括: 一支持部, 其连接该第一固定部及第二固定部, 作 为在热缩式缆线接续盒的外部, 将引进该接续盒的缆线固定在该接续盒上之 用。 尤其可以解决因引进该接续盒的缆线于接续盒外部扭动, 造成该缆线与 热缩管的接着部位松脱, 导致该接续盒漏水的问题。
本发明的缆线固定装置的解决方案是经发明人潜心研究探索的结果, 发 明人研究之后, 发现热缩式缆线接续盒漏水的原因有两个, 一个原因是护盖 与缆线进出端面结合处的防水结构不良, 另一个原因是衔接包覆接着于缆线 进出端面中空管外部和引进该中空管的缆线的防水用的热缩管与其所包覆接 着的该缆线的接着部位松脱所造成; 故虽经改善护盖与缆线进出端面结合处 的防水结构使之不会漏水后, 仍有许多热缩式缆线接续盒发生漏水的现象。
经发明人反复深入的探索研究, 发现热缩式缆线接续盒的衔接包覆接着 于缆线进出端面中空管外部和引进该中空管的缆线的防水用的热缩管与其所 包覆接着的该缆线的接着部位松脱, 造成该接续盒漏水的原因, 在于该接续 盒完成热缩防水作业之后,无论是固定该接续盒在人孔或手孔的作业过程中, 或在人孔或手孔中取出该接续盒进行缆线的改接、 分歧引出、 维护等相关作 业过程中, 因为必须移动该接续盒, 导致连接于该接续盒外部已完成热缩管 包覆接着防水处理的该缆线扭动弯曲, 使得该热缩管包覆接着于该缆线的接 着部位松脱, 造成该接续盒漏水。 尤其, 屋外用的缆线的被覆层大多为 PE 材质, 一般而言, 热缩式缆线接续盒的防水热缩管, 内层用于包覆接着于缆 线的热溶胶于缆线的 PE被覆层的接着强度有限,容易因为缆线扭动弯曲时受 力而松脱。
为了克服现有技术的不足, 经过发明人的潜心研究, 发明了一种热缩式 缆线接续盒外部的缆线固定装置, 该装置包括:
一第一固定部, 其可固定在热缩式接续盒上; 及
一第二固定部, 其连接于该第一固定部, 可固定即将引进该接续盒的缆 线;
该装置还可以包括: 一支持部, 其连接该第一固定部及第二固定部。 该装置选用坚固且不易弯曲变形的金属或塑料等材质制成。 当热缩式缆 线接续盒以本发明的缆线固定装置将引进的缆线固定于该装置后, 移动该接 续盒时, 虽然连接于该接续盒外部已完成热缩管包覆接着防水处理的该缆线 扭动弯曲,但该缆线扭动弯曲及受力的支点为该缆线固定装置的第二固定部, 而由于该热缩管所包覆接着于该缆线的防水接着部位, 是位于该装置的第一 固定部及第二固定部之间, 所以不会因为该缆线扭动弯曲及受力的影响而松 脱。 因此, 本发明不仅可以改善热缩式缆线接续盒漏水影响线路质量的问题, 更可以大幅降低业者投资的成本。 当然, 本发明的热缩式缆线接续盒外部的 缆线固定装置不仅可以作为固定热缩式缆线接续盒即将引进的缆线之用, 也 可以作为固定已装设引进缆线的热缩式缆线接续盒的缆线之用。
本发明的热缩式缆线接续盒外部的缆线固定装置, 该第一固定部可以是 一体成型或埋设于该接续盒的缆线进出端面上, 也可以用螺接、 夢接、 紧束 夹具、 紧束环、 紧束带等固定方式固定于该接续盒上; 该第二固定部可以是 一体成型于该第一固定部或以机械方式连接固定于该第一固定部, 而该引进 缆线可以用紧束夹具、 紧束环、 紧束带等固定方式固定于该第二固定部上; 该支持部与该第一固定部及该第二固定部是一体成型或以机械方式相互连 接, 该支持部也可以用其一第一端连接固定于该第一固定部而以其一第二端 用于固定该即将引进的缆线, 而该引进的缆线可以用紧束夹具、 紧束环、 紧 束带等固定方式固定于该支持部的第二端上。 该引进缆线可于该缆线未被热 缩管包覆接着的部位、 该缆线已被热缩管包覆接着的部位、 该缆线被热缩管 包覆接着及未被包覆接着的衔接部位等处, 将该缆线固定于该第二固定部或 该支持部的第二端上。 而该缆线接续盒内部的缆线进出端面的内侧, 也固定 本发明的缆线固定装置, 用以固定已引进该接续盒内部的缆线。 附图概述

以下将结合附图和实施例进一步说明本发明。 本发明主要是釆用本领域 技术人员熟知的方法结合本发明的特征制备本发明所述的固定装置。 但是以 下实施例仅仅是为了说明本发明, 而并非用于限定本发明。
请参阅图 2, 为现有技术中缆线引进至热缩式缆线接续盒的局部示意图。 在图 2中, 热缩式缆线接续盒 20至少包括: 缆线进出端面 21、 护盖 22 (局 部)及缆线进出端面 21上的多个中空管柱 23、 24。 缆线 27、 28通过中空管 柱 23、 24进入热缩式缆线接续盒 20内, 缆线 27、 28与中空管柱 23、 24的 接缝处再分别包覆热缩管 25、 26, 使之达到防水效果。 但这种现有技术的防 水效果, 会因缆线的扭动弯曲, 使得热缩管 25、 26 包覆接着于该缆线 27、 28的接着部位 271、 281松脱, 造成水分渗入热缩式缆线接线盒 20。

实施例一: 请参阅图 3 , 为本发明实施例一的缆线固定装置示意图。 在图 3 中, 热 缩式缆线接续盒 30 (以下简称缆线接续盒 30 )至少包括: 缆线进出端面 31、 缆线进出端面 21上的多个中空管柱 32、 33、 护盖 34。 而本发明的热缩式缆 线接续盒 30外部的缆线固定装置包括: 第一固定部 41与一夹片 43通过螺丝 431 (及另一螺丝, 未显示于图 3 ) 的组装, 将第一固定部 41 固定于中空管 柱 32; 第二固定部 42, 通过锁紧紧束夹具 44上的螺丝, 固定引进该缆线接 续盒 30的缆线 35。 通过上述的第二固定部 42连接于第一固定部 41的设置, 被热缩管 38包覆接着的缆线 35即被加以固定于缆线接续盒 30上, 当移动该 缆线接续盒 30而该缆线 35扭动弯曲时, 受力的支点在该第二固定部 42, 所 以该热缩管 38包覆接着于该缆线 35的防水部位,不会因扭动弯曲缆线 35的 影响而松脱, 造成水分进入缆线接续盒 30 中。 缆线固定装置还包含支持部 40, 用以连接第一固定部 41及第二固定部 42。 第二固定部 42可以一体成型 于支持部 40; 第一固定部 41可以一体成型于该支持部 40; 或者, 第一固定 部 41、 第二固定部 42及支持部 40—体成型。 此外, 支持部 40可连接第一固 定部 41 , 且该支持部 40 固定在缆线接续盒 30上。 同理, 进入中空管柱 33 且以热缩管 39包覆接着的缆线 37也可以相同方式加以固定。
实施例二:
请参阅图 4, 为本发明实施例二的缆线固定装置示意图。 在图 4 中, 热 缩式缆线接续盒 50 (以下简称缆线接续盒 50 )至少包括: 缆线进出端面 51、 缆线进出端面 21上的多个中空管柱 52、 53及护盖。 而本发明的缆线接续盒 50外部的缆线固定装置包括: 第一固定部及支持部 62。 第一固定部由两个半 圓形夹具 581、 582形成, 螺丝 591通过螺孔 601、 611 , 且螺丝 592通过螺孔 602及 612将第一固定部固定于缆线接续盒 50上, 第一固定部的半圓形夹具 581、 582上还有多个螺孔。 支持部 62包括第一端 63与第二端 64, 第一端 63 与第一固定部相连接并固定于缆线接续盒 50上, 这是通过螺丝 611、 612分 别穿过第一端 63的螺孔 631、 632、第一固定部的半圓形夹具 582的螺孔 603、 604及第一端 63的螺孔 633、 634而完成的。 第二端 64用以固定引进该接续 盒 50而以热缩管 57防水的缆线 55 , 其固定方式如同实施例一所述。 支持部 62是以螺接的机械方式连接固定于第一固定部的半圓形夹具 581、 582; 支持 部 62的材质为坚固且不易弯曲变形的金属、 塑料及其组合。 同理, 进入中空 管柱 52且以热缩管 56包覆接着的缆线 54也可以相同方式加以固定。
实施例三:
请参阅图 5 , 为本发明实施例三的缆线固定装置示意图。 在图 5 中, 热 缩式缆线接续盒 70 (以下简称缆线接续盒 70 )至少包括: 护盖 (未显示) 、 缆线进出端面 71。 缆线进出端面 71有多个中空管柱 72、 73 , 缆线 74、 75分 别通过多个中空管柱 72、 73进入缆线接续盒 70。 穿过中空管柱 72、 73的缆 线 74、 75分别以热缩管 76、 77包覆接着于中空管柱 72、 73的外部及一部分 未穿入该中空管柱 72、 73的缆线 741、 751形成防水结构。 热缩管 76、 77的 下端包覆接着于中空管柱 72、 73的外部, 热缩管 76、 77的上端包覆部分未 穿入该中空管柱 72、 73 的缆线 741、 751 , 由此形成防水结构。 缆线固定装 置包括: 第一固定部 79, 固定于缆线接续盒 70上, 这是以一螺丝 82穿过第 一固定部 79的螺孔螺接于缆线进出端面 71上的螺洞 81而完成的;及第二固 定部 80连接于第一固定部 79,第二固定部 80固定引进该缆线接续盒 70而以 热缩管 76防水的一缆线 74, 其固定的方式如同实施例一所述; 缆线固定装 置还包括支持部 78以连接第一固定部 79及第二固定部 80。 同理, 进入中空 管柱 73且以热缩管 77包覆接着的缆线 75也可以相同方式加以固定。
藉由上述实施例一、 二及三的说明, 本发明的热缩式缆线接续盒外部的 缆线固定装置可以有效防止热缩式缆线接续盒移动时, 因为引进缆线扭动弯 曲及受力的影响, 导致热缩管所包覆接着于该缆线的防水接着部位松脱, 造 成热缩式缆线接续盒漏水的问题, 还可以大幅降低业者投资的成本。

本发明的热缩式缆线接续盒外部的缆线固定装置可以有效防止热缩式缆 线接续盒移动时, 因为引进缆线扭动弯曲及受力的影响, 导致热缩管所包覆 接着于该缆线的防水接着部位松脱, 造成热缩式缆线接续盒漏水的问题, 还 可以大幅降低业者投资的成本, 很适合于工业应用。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种热缩式缆线接续盒外部的缆线固定装置, 其包括:
一第一固定部, 其固定在所述热缩式缆线接续盒上; 及
一第二固定部, 其连接于所述第一固定部, 所述第二固定部固定即将引 进所述热缩式缆线接续盒而准备以一热缩管防水的一缆线。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的缆线固定装置, 其中所述第一固定部埋设于所 述热缩式缆线接续盒的一缆线进出端面上。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的缆线固定装置, 其中所述第一固定部一体成型 于所述热缩式缆线接续盒的一缆线进出端面上。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的缆线固定装置, 其中所述第一固定部与所述热 缩式缆线接续盒的一缆线进出端面的固定方式选自螺接、 夢接、 紧束夹具、 紧束环、 以及紧束带。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的缆线固定装置, 其中所述第二固定部与以所述 热缩管防水的所述缆线的固定方式选自紧束夹具、 紧束环、 以及紧束带。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的缆线固定装置, 还包括一支持部, 所述支持部 用以连接所述第一固定部及所述第二固定部。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的缆线固定装置, 其中所述第二固定部一体成型 于所述支持部。
8、根据权利要求 6所述的缆线固定装置, 其中所述第二固定部以机械方 式连接固定于所述支持部。
9、根据权利要求 6所述的缆线固定装置, 其中所述第一固定部一体成型 于所述支持部。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的缆线固定装置, 其中所述第一固定部以机械 方式连接固定于所述支持部。
11、 根据权利要求 6所述的缆线固定装置, 其中所述支持部连接固定于 所述第一固定部, 且所述支持部固定在所述热缩式缆线接续盒上。
12、 一种热缩式缆线接续盒外部的缆线固定装置, 其包括: 一第一固定部, 其固定于所述热缩式缆线接续盒上; 以及
一支持部, 其连接于所述第一固定部, 用以固定即将引进所述热缩式缆 线接续盒而准备以一热缩管防水的一缆线。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的缆线固定装置, 其中所述支持部包括: 一第一端,其与所述第一固定部相连接固定于所述热缩式缆线接续盒上; 以及
一第二端, 其用以固定即将引进所述热缩式缆线接续盒而准备以所述热 缩管防水的所述缆线。
14、根据权利要求 12所述的缆线固定装置, 其中所述支持部一体成型于 所述第一固定部。
15、根据权利要求 12所述的缆线固定装置, 其中所述支持部以机械方式 连接固定于所述第一固定部。
16、根据权利要求 12所述的缆线固定装置, 其中所述支持部的材质选自 金属、 塑料及其组合。
17、 一种热缩式缆线接续盒外部的缆线固定装置, 所述热缩式缆线接续 盒包括一护盖以及一缆线进出端面, 所述缆线进出端面有至少一中空管柱, 供至少一缆线通过至少一所述中空管柱出入所述热缩式缆线接续盒, 其中穿 过至少一所述中空管柱的至少一所述缆线以一热缩管包覆, 所述热缩管的一 端接着于所述中空管柱的外部, 所述热缩管的另一端包覆于部分未穿入所述 中空管柱的所述缆线, 如此形成一防水结构; 所述缆线固定装置包括:
一第一固定部, 其固定于所述热缩式缆线接续盒上; 及
一第二固定部, 其连接于所述第一固定部, 所述第二固定部固定即将引 进所述热缩式缆线接续盒而准备以所述热缩管防水的至少一缆线。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的缆线固定装置, 还包括一支持部, 用以连接 所述第一固定部及所述第二固定部。
19、 一种热缩式缆线接续盒外部的缆线固定装置, 其包括:
一第一固定部, 其固定在所述热缩式缆线接续盒上; 及 一第二固定部, 其连接于所述第一固定部, 所述第二固定部固定引进所 述热缩式缆线接续盒而以一热缩管防水的一缆线。
20、 一种热缩式缆线接续盒外部的缆线固定装置, 其包括:
一第一固定部, 其固定于所述热缩式缆线接续盒上; 以及
一支持部, 其连接于所述第一固定部, 用以固定引进所述热缩式缆线接 续盒而以一热缩管防水的一缆线。
21、 一种热缩式缆线接续盒外部的缆线固定装置, 所述热缩式缆线接续 盒包括一护盖以及一缆线进出端面, 所述缆线进出端面有至少一中空管柱, 供至少一缆线通过至少一所述中空管柱出入所述热缩式缆线接续盒, 而其中 穿过至少一所述中空管柱的至少一所述缆线以一热缩管包覆, 所述热缩管的 一端接着于所述中空管柱的外部, 所述热缩管的另一端包覆于部分未穿入所 述中空管柱的所述缆线, 如此形成一防水结构; 所述缆线固定装置包括: 一第一固定部, 其固定于所述热缩式缆线接续盒上; 及
一第二固定部, 其连接于所述第一固定部, 所述第二固定部固定引进所 述热缩式缆线接续盒而以所述热缩管防水的至少一缆线。
