Abstract

본 발명은 ⅰ) 중량%로 C:0.3~1.0%, Mn: 0.1~1.2%, Si:0보다 크고 0.4%이하, Al: 0.01~0.1%, S:0보다 크고 0.01%이하, 나머지 Fe 및 기타 불가피하게 첨가되는 불순물로 이루어진 고탄소 슬라브를 제조하는 단계, ⅱ) 상기 슬라브를 온도는 Ar3 변태점 이상으로 재가열하는 단계, ⅲ) 상기 슬라브를 조압연을 한 다음 온도는 Ar3 변태점 이상의 오스테나이트 영역에서 마무리 압연을 하여 박판을 제조하는 단계, ⅳ) 상기 박판을 수냉각대에서 냉각속도 50℃/초 이상 300℃/초 이하의 냉각속도로 냉각하는 단계, ⅴ) 상기 박판을 400~650℃의 온도구간에서 냉각을 종료하고 온도를 유지하는 단계, ⅵ) 상기 박판을 450~700℃의 온도구간에서 권취하는 단계, ⅶ) 상기 권취된 박판을 선 소둔을 생략하고 압하율 30% 이상으로 냉간압연하는 단계, 및 ⅷ) 상기 냉간압연한 박판을 구상화 소둔하는 단계; 를 포함하는 고탄소 강판의 제조방법을 제공한다.
