为了解决背景技术所存在的问题, 本实用新型是釆用以下技术方案: 瓶盖 为市面通用的金属材料花瓣形瓶盖; 瓶盖内表面在灌装压盖机的挤压下形成与 瓶口相匹配的内螺纹, 其螺紋有百分之八十双重重叠, 加大了瓶盖与瓶口的拉 力; 瓶体由瓶口、 瓶身、 瓶底座及瓶底自启器构成, 瓶口外表面处设置多头螺 纹丝扣, 瓶身为市面通用常规的瓶身, 瓶底自启器为凹形窝结构, 内设有卡牙 和牙槽, 为花瓣形状, 每个花瓣即是卡牙, 该自启器外形与花瓣形瓶盖为相匹 配。 使用时无需另备开启工具, 只需手指捏紧旋拧瓶盖或将带盖的瓶口一端放 在另一只同类酒瓶底座上的自启器中, 按照酒瓶上标识指示的方向旋转即可开 启。
所述的瓶盖套盖在该啤酒瓶的瓶口上, 为了加快开瓶的速度、 密封及拉力, 在瓶口外表面上处设置连续多头螺旋螺纹, 多头外螺紋均匀分布。 即瓶口的外 表面上的螺纹是凸起的螺纹, 该瓶盖的内表面在瓶盖受挤压作用下形成有与该 瓶口外螺纹相匹配的内螺紋; 该瓶盖内表面上形成的内螺紋是凹陷的螺纹线, 外螺紋和盖内螺纹相匹配。 所述的多头螺纹, 如果为五头或六头螺紋, 螺紋线的长度为瓶口外周长的 三分之一或四分之一。

设于瓶口 2的外表面上的外螺紋 2是凸起的螺纹线, 则在该瓶盖 1 内表面 上及压形成的内螺紋就是凹陷的螺纹线, 即是相互匹配, 反之亦然。 根据实际情况, 可以使用本具体实施方式的另几个实施例, 即在瓶口 2四 周设置两头、 三头、 四头、 六头及七头螺纹线, 该多头螺紋线均匀的分布; 其 实施例的方法与上述所示的五头螺紋实施例原理相同。 啤酒瓶开启器位于瓶底座 5底部中间位置, 以便于受力均匀, 该啤酒瓶开 启器 一个向内的凹陷型结构, 形状略盛近似花瓣形, 内设有卡牙和牙槽, 为 花瓣形状, 每个花瓣即是卡牙, 且凹进最深部分平面与瓶底平行, 花瓣形状卡 牙与瓶盖 1外沿花瓣形状为相匹配, 该啤酒瓶开启器尺寸略大于瓶盖 1的外形, 便于啤酒瓶瓶盖 1顺利放入, 凹型结构的深度略大于瓶盖的高度, 凹型结构的 花瓣即是卡牙 6 , 四周卡牙 6为凹进瓶底 5 ,呈平行四边形,是倾斜渐进凹入的, 即其卡牙 6纵向截面与瓶底面构成 85度倾角, 这样相临的两个卡牙就可卡住瓶 盖上的一个花瓣形卡牙, 不至于滑动, 以便控制其自由度; 本实施例卡牙 6 为 21个, 且卡牙均匀分布, 因为常规瓶盖 1花瓣形齿均为 21个。 根据不同情况, 可以使用本具体实施方式的另几个实施例, 卡牙数目可设 9 个、 11个 13个 15个 17个 19个或 21个, 该卡牙均匀分布, 该实施例的方法与 上述所示的实施例原理相同。
