如果辅助接入信息表明该信息的发送基站或该信息中包含的其它基站允 许所有终端接入, 则终端可以使用接入信道与该基站通信, 接入该基站; 如果辅助接入信息表明该信息的发送基站或该信息中包含的其它基站只 允许授权终端接入, 且允许该终端接入(例如, 该终端的标识信息在允许接 入的终端的标识信息列表中, 或不在禁止接入的终端的标识信息列表中、 该 终端所在终端组的标识信息在允许接入的终端组的标识信息列表中, 或不在 禁止接入的终端组的标识列表中), 则该终端可使用接入信道与该基站通信; 此外, 当辅助接入信息中包含了多个允许终端接入的基站时, 终端通常 优先选择限制接入基站作为该终端的接入基站, 其次优先选择家庭基站作为 该终端的接入基站, 此外, 还可以优先选择辅助接入信息中排列在前的基站 作为该终端的接入基站。
下面将结合应用实例对本发明的上述技术方案进行详细描述。 应用实例 1 :
仅允许授权终端接入的家庭基站通过广播信道发送如表 1 (或表 2 )所示 的辅助接入信息, 该信息中包括该家庭基站允许接入的终端的个数及允许接 入的终端的标识符(或终端 MAC地址) 。
终端成功接收该消息后, 如果该消息中携带的终端的标识符中包含该终 端的标识符, 则该终端可以通过接入信道与该基站建立通信。

应用实例 2:
仅允许授权终端接入的家庭基站通过广播信道发送如表 3或表 4所示的 辅助接入信息, 该信息中包括该家庭基站允许接入的终端组的个数和终端组 的标识信息。
终端成功接收该消息后, 如果该消息中携带的终端组的标识信息所对应 的终端组中包括该终端, 则该终端可以通过接入信道和该基站建立通信。
需要指出, 终端可通过运营商提供的业务获知自己对应的终端组、 或由 基站告知该终端所属的终端组。

应用实例 3:
基站通过单播信道向终端 MS— A (即终端 MS— A已接入该基站 )发送如 表 5所示的辅助接入信息, 该信息包括: 基站的个数、 基站类型、 载频信息、 同步序列信息等;该信息中包含两个宏基站的信息、两个家庭基站(处于 open 状态的家庭基站 BS— A、 处于 close状态的家庭基站 BS—B ) 的信息。
终端 MS— A成功接收该消息后, 如果处于 Close状态的家庭基站 BS— B 允许终端 MS— A接入, 则终端 MS— A优先选择与家庭基站 BS—B建立通信。
终端 MS— A成功接收该消息后, 如果处于 Close状态的家庭基站 BS— B 不允许终端 MS— A接入, 则终端 MS— A优先选择与处于 Open状态的家庭基 站 BS— A建立通信。
工业实用性
本发明通过基站发送用于辅助终端接入的信息, 使终端可以快速确定适 合自己接入的基站, 减少了终端盲目尝试接入基站所引起的通信流量, 提高 了终端的接入速度, 改善了无线通信系统的服务质量。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种无线通信系统中改善终端接入的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括: 基站向终端发送包含辅助终端接入的信息的消息, 指示所述终端接入允 许其接入的基站和 /或避免所述终端接入不允许其接入的基站。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述辅助终端接入的信息中包含: 允许接入发送所述信息的基站的终端 标识信息列表, 和 /或允许接入发送所述信息的基站的终端组标识信息列表; 和 /或禁止接入发送所述信息的基站的终端标识信息列表,和 /或禁止接入发送 所述信息的基站的终端组标识信息列表, 和 /或除发送所述消息的基站以外的 其它基站的信息;
所述其它基站的信息包含: 允许接入其它基站的终端标识信息列表, 和 / 或允许接入其它基站的终端组标识信息列表, 和 /或禁止接入其它基站的终端 标识信息列表, 和 /或禁止接入其它基站的终端组标识信息列表, 和 /或用于接 入其它基站的参数信息。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述用于接入其它基站的参数信息中包含其它基站的: 载频信息, 和 /或 同步序列信息, 和 /或用于接入的上行资源配置信息。

所述基站类型中包含以下类型之一或其组合: 开放用户组的家庭基站, 和 /或封闭用户组的家庭基站, 和 /或宏基站, 和 /或微基站。

所述辅助接入信息中包含: 发送所述信息的基站和 /或其它基站是否仅允 许部分终端接入的信息。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
接收到所述包含辅助终端接入的信息的消息后, 终端根据所述辅助终端 接入的信息在允许其接入的基站中优先选择家庭基站接入。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
基站通过广播信道或组播信道或单播信道或同步信道发送所述包含辅助 终端接入的信息的消息。
9、 一种无线通信系统, 包含: 一个或多个基站, 一个或多个终端, 其特 征在于, 所述基站中的第一基站中包含: 辅助接入信息发送单元, 其中: 所述辅助接入信息发送单元用于发送包含辅助终端接入的信息的消息, 指示所述终端接入允许其接入的基站和 /或避免所述终端接入不允许其接入 的基站。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述辅助终端接入的信息中包含: 允许接入第一基站的终端标识信息列 表, 和 /或允许接入第一基站的终端组标识信息列表; 和 /或禁止接入第一基站 的终端标识信息列表, 和 /或禁止接入第一基站的终端组标识信息列表, 和 / 或除所述第一基站以外的其它基站的信息;
所述其它基站的信息包含: 允许接入其它基站的终端标识信息列表, 和 / 或允许接入其它基站的终端组标识信息列表, 和 /或禁止接入其它基站的终端 标识信息列表, 和 /或禁止接入其它基站的终端组标识信息列表, 和 /或用于接 入其它基站的参数信息。
