Abstract
Eine Vorrichtung (10) zum Aushärten einer Leitkleberkontaktierung von Metallbändern (13) auf photovoltaischen Dünnschicht-Solarzellen (11) mit Hilfe thermischer Energie, soll ein kontrolliertes Aushärten des Klebers gewährleisten und damit zu einer über die gesamte Länge und Fläche gleichmäßigen Kontaktierung führen. Dies wird durch mindestens eine dem mit dem leitkleberkontaktierten Metallband (13) versehenen Bereich der Solarzelle (11) abgewandt verlaufende, langgestreckte Auflage (23, 24) für die Dünnschicht-Solarzelle (11) und durch eine parallel zum und oberhalb des leitkleberkontaktierten Metallbandes (13) und zur und oberhalb der langgestreckten Auflage (23, 24) verlaufende, langgestreckte Heizeinrichtung (53, 54) erreicht.
