本发明实施例提供了一种在线控制业务方法、 内容计费网元和计费系 统, 实现了对用户的部分业务进行选择控制。
一种在线控制业务的方法, 包括:
接收用户设备 UE发送的业务请求; 按照设置的业务标识和所述 UE的业务请求中所携带的业务标识, 确定 所述 UE访问的业务是否需要进行在线控制;
如果需要进行在线控制, 则向计费系统申请配额, 对所述 UE访问的业 务进行在线控制。
一种内容计费网元, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收用户设备 UE发送的业务请求;
匹配单元, 用于按照设置的业务标识和所述接收单元中 UE发送的业务 请求中所携带的业务标识进行匹配, 如果匹配成功, 则对所述 UE访问的业 务进行在线控制。
一种 AAA服务器, 包括:
设置单元, 用于设置分类器标识, 以及设置部分 UE与所述分类器标识 相对应的业务需要进行在线控制;
发送单元, 用于发送设置单元中所述需要进行在线控制的业务的标识所 对应的分类器标识。
一种 PCRF实体, 包括:
设置单元, 用于设置分类器, 以及设置部分 UE与所述分类器相对应的 业务需要进行在线控制;
发送单元, 用于发送所述设置单元中所述需要进行在线控制的业务所对 应的分类器。
一种计费系统, 包括:
内容计费网元, 用于接收 UE发送的业务请求, 并按照设置的业务标识 和所述 UE的业务请求中携带的业务标识进行匹配, 如果匹配成功, 则对所 述 UE访问的业务进行在线控制, 向计费网元申请配额;
计费网元, 用于在收到内容计费网元的配额申请时, 按照预先的配置发 送配额。 应用本发明实施例所提供的方法, 可以忽略用户的计费属性, 只针对业 务进行在线控制。 运营商可以事先在内容计费网元上设置需要进行在线控制 的业务的标识, 当用户进行访问业务的标识与需要进行在线控制的业务标识 相同时, 对用户访问的业务进行在线控制, 实现了对用户的部分业务进行选 择控制, 也为运营商提供了多样化的选择。 附图说明

下面参照附图对本发明实施例的优选方案作详细的阐述。
参照附图 1, 本发明实施例提供了一种在线控制业务的方法, 包括
101、 接收用户设备 UE发送的业务请求;
102、 按照设置业务标识和所述 UE发送的业务请求中所携带的业务标 识, 确定所述 UE访问的业务是否需要进行在线控制; 103、 如果需要进行在线控制, 则向计费系统申请配额, 对所述 UE访 问的业务进行在线控制。
采用本发明实施例所提供的方法, 能使运营商对 UE的部分业务进行选 择控制, 实现了多样化的选择。
本发明实施例提供了一种在线控制业务的方法, 实现对离线计费用户的 某些高风险、 高价值业务进行在线控制, 不需要强制更改用户的计费属性, 其中内容计费网元以通用分组无线业务网关支持节点 (Gateway GPRS Support Node, GGSN) 为例, 计费系统以 OCS为例, 具体包括:
1、 预先设置一个分类器;
运营商可以基于业务的标识设置一个分类器, 业务标识可以是源 IP地 址、 目的 IP地址、 传输层协议类型、 传输层源端口、 传输层目的端口、 应 用层协议类型和统一资源定位器 (URL) 等中的一个或者其任意组合, 其中 某些业务可能没有传输层源端口和目的端口, 运营商也可以基于业务的其他 信息设置该分类器。 运营商将需要进行在线控制的业务的标识设置在分类器 中, 根据设置在分类器中的业务标识来确定 UE所访问的业务是否需要进行 在线控制。
分类器可以设置在 GGSN上, GGSN接收到 UE发送的业务请求后后, 按照业务请求中所携带的业务标识和分类器中的业务标识进行匹配, 当匹配 成功时, 也即 UE发送的业务请求中所携带的业务标识和分类器中需要进行 在线控制的业务标识相同, 则 GGSN对 UE访问的业务进行在线控制。
该分类器也可以设置在策略计费功能实体 PCRF上, 也可以基于业务的 标识进行设置, 运营商可以预先在 PCRF上基于 UE的标识, 如手机用户的 手机号码, 或者 UE的计费属性如离线计费用户等, 设置部分 UE的某些业 务需要进行在线控制, 如设置离线计费用户的下载歌曲的业务需要进行在线 控制等, 具体的, 当 GGSN通知 PCRF该 UE上线时, PCRF根据 UE的标 识, 确定需要对该 UE的下载歌曲的业务进行在线控制, 则将下载歌曲业务 所对应的分类器下发给 GGSN, GGSN根据接收到的分类器, 进行控制, 如 果该 UE下载歌曲, 则对该下载歌曲的业务进行在线控制。
同时, 运营商也可以将分类器设置在 GGSN上, 同时将设置在 GGSN 上的分类器标识设置在认证、 鉴权和计费 (Authentication, Authorization and Accounting, AAA) 服务器上, 运营商也可以事先设置部分 UE的某些或者 某个业务需要进行在线控制, 当 UE到 AAA服务器进行认证时, AAA服务 器根据基于 UE的标识确定该 UE需要进行在线控制的业务所对应的分类器 标识, 并将该分类器标识发送给 GGSN, GGSN根据接收到的分类器标识, 确定对应分类器中需要进行在线控制的业务标识, 当 UE访问的业务的标识 与分类器中的业务标识匹配成功时, 对 UE所访问的业务进行在线控制。
2、 确定用户的计费属性;
如果该用户是鉴权用户, 用户的计费属性由 AAA服务器确定, 具体 为: GGSN接收到 UE发起的接入请求时, GGSN向 AAA服务器发起认证 请求, AAA服务器返回的认证应答消息, 并携带用户的计费属性, 确定该 用户是在线计费还是离线计费。
如果该用户是非鉴权用户, 则该用户的计费属性由 UE所属的接入点名 称 (Access Point Name, APN) 或域名 (Domain) 在网关上绑定的计费属性 决定。
运营商可以在 GGSN上基于用户的 APN或者域名设置用户的计费属 性, 同时也可以区分一部分的用户群需要去 AAA鉴权, 另外一部分不要进 行鉴权, 需要进行鉴权的用户群按照 AAA返回的鉴权响应消息来确定用户 的计费属性, 当 AAA返回的用户属性与本地配置的用户属性不同时, 以 AAA返回的用户属性为准; 不需要鉴权的用户按照 GGSN的本地配置决定 用户的计费属性。
3、 按照分类器的设置确定是否对 UE访问的业务进行在线控制; UE与其访问业务的服务器建立连接后, 开始访问实际业务, UE发送 业务请求给 GGSN, GGSN根据该业务请求中所携带的业务标识, 确定所述 UE访问的业务是否需进行在线控制。 具体包括:
A、 如果 GGSN可以按照设置在自身上的分类器确定是否对 UE访问的 业务进行在线控制, 当确定该 UE的计费属性是离线计费时, GGSN接收 UE发送的业务请求, 并按照业务请求中所携带的业务标识, 与预先设置在 分类器中的业务标识进行匹配, 如果匹配成功则该 UE所访问的业务需要进 行在线控制, 否则不需要进行在线控制。
B、 如果 GGSN按照 AAA服务器的通知来确定是否对 UE访问的业务 进行在线控制, 则 UE在向 AAA服务器鉴权认证的过程中, AAA服务器根 据 UE的标识确定该 UE需要进行在线控制的业务所对应的分类器标识, 并 将分类器标识下发给 GGSN, GGSN根据该分类器标识查找对应的分类器, 并根据该分类器上的业务标识, 与 UE发送的业务请求中所携带的业务标识 进行匹配, 如果匹配成功则该 UE所访问的业务需要进行在线控制, 否则不 需要进行在线控制。
C、 当分类器设置在 PCRF上时, UE在完成鉴权认证时, GGSN 向 PCRF上报 UE上线, PCRF根据 UE的标识和预先的设置确定该 UE需要进 行在线控制的业务标识所对应的分类器, 并将所述分类器下发给 GGSN, GGSN按照分类器中的业务标识确定 UE当前访问的业务是否需要进行在线 控制。
4、 如果确定对 UE访问的业务进行在线控制, 则 GGSN向 OCS申请配 额;
如果匹配成功, 即 UE发送的业务请求中所携带的业务标识与分类器中 的业务标识相同, GGSN确定需要对 UE访问的业务进行在线控制, 则 GGSN向 OCS申请配额。 运营商预先在 OCS设定该业务的配额, 并且也预 先设定每一次申请所要下发的配额, 可以根据业务的费率或者业务的 ID等 等进行设定。 GGSN向 OCS申请配额时, OCS判断配额是否充足, 如果配 额充足则下发配额; 如果不足则在下发的配额消息中携带配额耗尽的消息。
其中配额的申请也可以在 UE入网时进行, 在 GGSN上基于 UE的标识 设置 UE是否需要在入网时申请配额, 如果 GGSN基于本地的配置匹配到该 UE需要在入网时申请配额, 则在 UE入网时, GGSN向 OCS发送的 CCR 消息中携带申请全部配额的消息, OCS收到该消息后, 将运营商预先设置 的该 UE的所有可访问业务的配额都发送给 GGSN, GGSN根据申请到的配 额来进行对 UE访问的业务的控制。
5、 GGSN根据申请到的配额对 UE访问的业务进行在线控制。
GGSN根据申请到的配额, 允许 UE访问其所访问的业务, 转发该 UE 访问的业务的数据报文, 并进行流量统计。 如果流量大于或者等于配额时, GGSN会重新向 OCS申请配额, 如果配额充足, 则 OCS会继续向 GGSN下 发配额, 允许 UE继续访问正在访问的业务, 如果配额不足或者没有配额, 则 OCS在下发的消息中会携带配额耗尽时终止 UE正在访问的业务, 当配 额耗尽时, GGSN不转发 UE访问的业务的数据报文, 结束 UE的访问。
本发明实施例中的 GGSN可以用其他具有内容计费功能的网关来替 换, 如 PDSN等, 计费系统可以是在线计费系统 OCS, 也可以是移动网络 增强逻辑的客户化应用 ( Customized Applications for Mobile network Enhanced Logic, CAMEL) 系统, 其中 CAMEL系统中下发配额的网元是业 务控制节点 (Service Control Point, SCP) 等。
采用本发明实施例所提供的方法, 在对 UE的部分业务进行选择控制 时, 不需要强制将离线计费用户的计费属性更改为在线计费, 在分类器中设 置需要进行在线控制的业务的标识, 就能实现。 同时, 本发明所提供的方法 可以忽略 UE的计费属性, 实现对部分业务的在线控制。 尤其对离线计费用 户来说, 能在不改变计费属性的前提下实现对部分重要业务实现在线控制。 参照附图 2, 本发明实施例提供了一种在线控制业务的方法, 以离线计 费用户为例, 在 GGSN上设置一个分类器, 所包含的业务标识为: URL为 rtsp://:10.13.4.5:554/huawei.3gp, 目的 IP地址为 10.13.4.5、 应用层协议为 RTSP的流媒体流量进行在线控制, 具体包括:
201〜204、 GGSN接收到 UE发送的接入请求时, GGSN发送认证请求 到 AAA服务器, AAA服务器返回认证结果, 并携带该用户的计费属性, 确 定该用户为离线计费用户, GGSN返回接入成功响应给 UE。
205-206, UE与 rtsp://: 10.13.4.5:554/huawei.3gp服务器建立连接后, GGSN接收 UE发送的业务请求, 并解析出该业务请求中所携带的业务标识 为: URL为 rtsp://:10.13.4.5:554/huawei.3gp、 目的 IP地址为 10.13.4.5、 应用 层协议为 RTSP。
GGSN根据预先设置的分类器中的业务标识和接收到的业务的标识, 进 行匹配, 匹配结果为业务标识完全相同, 表示匹配成功, 则 GGSN确定对 UE当前访问的标识为 URL为 rtsp://: 10.13.4.5:554/huawei.3gp、 目的 IP地址 为 10.13.4.5、 应用层协议为 RTSP的业务需要进行在线控制。
207-208, 确定对 UE当前访问的业务进行在线控制后, GGSN向 OCS 申请配额, 具体的: 可以在向 OCS发送的 CCR消息中携带申请配额的指 令, 来申请配额。
运营商预先在 OCS为该业务配置 1M流量的配额, 每次下发 100K, 配 额耗尽时终止 UE访问的业务。 贝 IJ OCS根据 GGSN的申请向 GGSN发送 100K的配额, 可以将配额通过 CCA消息发送给 GGSN。
209〜213、 GGSN收到 OCS下发的 100K配额后, 允许 UE访问该业 务, 则转发该业务的数据报文, 并进行流量统计, 如果流量达到或者超过 100K时, 则继续向 OCS申请配额。 当申请 10次后, OCS上只有 24 K的配 额, 贝 lj OCS继续向 GGSN发送 24K的配额, 同时在 CCA消息中携带配额 耗尽后阻塞该 UE所访问业务的信息, GGSN通过统计流量与申请到配额进 行比较, 当配额耗尽时, 拒绝 UE访问该业务。
这时离线计费用户需要先将已生成的话单缴清才能继续申请配额, 按照 申请到的配额访问该业务。
本发明实施例所提供的方法, 尤其对离线计费用户来讲, 不需要改变计 费属性就能实现对部分重要业务进行在线控制, 增加了运营商的多样化选 择。
参照附图 3, 本发明实施例提供了一种在线控制业务的方法, 其中预先 在 GGSN上设置一个分类器, 其中该分类器所包含的业务标识为: URL为 www.sohu.com, 该分类器的 ID为 "001 " , 将该分类器的业务 ID设置在 AAA服务器上, 运营商预先设置手机号为 15002100001到 15002110000的 UE, 其 " 001 "分类器中所对应的业务需要进行在线控制; 具体包括:
301〜304、 GGSN接收到 UE发送的接入请求时, 如果该 UE的手机号 码为 15002100123, GGSN发送认证请求到 AAA服务器, AAA服务器返回 认证结果, 并携带该用户的计费属性, 确定该用户为离线计费用户, 同时 AAA服务器根据该 UE的手机号码和预先在 AAA服务器上的设置, 确定该 UE 的分类器 ID 为 " 001 " 的业务需要进行在线控制, 则将分类器 ID "001 "发送给 GGSN, GGSN返回接入成功响应给 UE。
305〜306、 UE与 www.sohu.com服务器建立连接后, GGSN接收 UE发 送的业务请求, 并解析出该业务请求中所携带的业务标识为: URL 为 www.sohu.com;
同时 GGSN根据接收到的分类器 ID "001 " , 查找到 ID为 "001 " 的分 类器所对应的业务标识是: URL为 www.sohu.com;
GGSN根据 UE发送的业务请求中所携带的业务标识和分类器中的业务 标识进行匹配, 结果为业务标识相同, 均为: URL为 www.sohu.com, 则表 示匹配成功, GGSN确定对 UE访问的业务进行在线控制。 歩骤 307〜308、 歩骤 309〜313可以参照歩骤 207〜208、 209〜213。
采用本发明实施例所提供的方法, 在 AAA服务器上设置分类器的标 识, 而具体分类器设置在 GGSN上, 当 AAA服务器确定需要对某类业务进 行在线控制时, 将对应的分类器标识发送给 GGSN, 实现了基于业务内容的 在线控制, 增加了运营商的多样化选择。
参照图 4, 本发明实施例提供了一种在线控制业务的方法, 其中分类器 设置在 PCRF 上, 其中 01 号分类器所包含的业务标识为: URL 为 www.sina.com, 运营商设置 IP地址为 192.168.1.1到 192.168.1.254的 UE需 要对 01号分类器所对应的业务进行在线控制, 具体包括:
401〜406、 IP地址为 192.168.1.3的 UE接入时, GGSN接收到 UE发送 的接入请求时, GGSN发送认证请求到 AAA服务器, AAA服务器返回认证 结果, 并携带该用户的计费属性; GGSN发送 CCR消息给 PCRF, 携带所 述用户上线的信息, PCRF接收到该 CCR消息后, 从中解析到该 UE的 IP 地址为 192.168.1.3, 与预先的配置进行比较, 确定该需要对该 UE的 01号 分类器所对应的业务进行在线控制, 则 PCRF返回 CCA消息, 并携带该 01 号分类器, GGSN接收该分类器, 并返回接入成功响应给 UE。
407〜408、 UE与 www.sina.com服务器建立连接后, GGSN接收 UE发 送的业务请求, 并解析到该业务请求所携带的业务标识为: URLwww.sina.com, 与接收到的 01 号分类器中的业务标识进行匹配, 匹配 结果为业务标识完全相同, 则表示匹配成功, GGSN对 UE所访问的 www.sina.com业务需要进行在线控制。

本发明实施例所提供的方法, 分类器不需要直接设置在 GGSN上, PCRF确定所述 UE需要进行在线控制时, 将对应的分类器直接下发给 GGSN, GGSN按照该分类器中的业务标识确定 UE当前所访问的业务是否 需要进行在线控制, 实现了运营商的多样化选择。 参照附图 5, 本发明实施例提供了一种内容计费网元 500, 包括: 接收单元 501, 用于接收用户设备 UE发送的业务请求;

权利要求书
1、 一种在线控制业务的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收用户设备 UE发送的业务请求;
按照设置的业务标识和所述 UE的业务请求中所携带的业务标识, 确定 所述 UE访问的业务是否需要进行在线控制;
如果需要进行在线控制, 则向计费系统申请配额, 对所述 UE访问的业 务进行在线控制。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种在线控制业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 设置的业务标识保存在分类器中, 所述分类器设置在内容计费网元上; 或 者
所述分类器设置在内容计费网元上, 并且所述分类器的标识设置在认 证、 授权、 计费 AAA服务器上; 或者
所述设置的业务标识保存在分类器中, 所述分类器设置在策略计费功能 实体 PCRF上。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的一种在线控制业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 分类器设置在内容计费网元上, 所述按照配置在分类器中的业务标识和所述 UE的业务请求中所携带的业务标识, 确定所述 UE访问的业务是否需要进 行在线控制, 包括:
内容计费网元将接收到的业务请求进行解析, 得到所述业务请求中所携 带的业务标识, 将所述业务标识与分类器中配置的业务标识进行匹配, 如果 匹配成功, 则对所述 UE访问的业务进行在线控制。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的一种在线控制业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 分类器设置在内容计费网元上, 并且所述分类器的标识设置在 AAA服务器 上, 所述按照配置在分类器中的业务标识和所述 UE的业务请求中所携带的 业务标识, 确定所述 UE访问的业务是否需要进行在线控制, 包括: 内容计费网元接收 AAA服务器发送的所述分类器标识;
内容计费网元根据所述分类器的标识, 查找对应的分类器, 确定所述分 类器中包含的业务标识, 与 UE发送业务请求所携带的业务标识进行匹配, 如果匹配成功, 则对所述 UE访问的业务进行在线控制。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的一种在线控制业务的方法, 其特征在于, 预先 在 AAA服务器上设置部分 UE的业务需要进行在线控制, 将与所述需要进 行在线控制的业务所对应的分类器标识发送给内容计费网元。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的一种在线控制业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 分类器设置在 PCRF上, 所述按照配置在分类器中的业务标识和所述 UE的 业务请求中所携带的业务标识, 确定所述 UE访问的业务是否需要进行在线 控制, 包括:
内容计费网元接收 PCRF发送的分类器, 所述内容计费网元按照所述分 类器中的业务标识与 UE发送的业务请求中所携带的业务标识进行匹配, 如 果匹配成功, 则对所述 UE访问的业务进行在线控制。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的一种在线控制业务的方法, 其特征在于, 预先 在 PCRF上设置部分 UE的业务需要进行在线控制, 将与所述需要进行在线 控制的业务所对应的分类器发送给内容计费网元。
8、 如权利要求 1到 Ί任意一项所述的一种在线控制业务的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述分类器中的业务标识至少包括业务的源 IP地址、 目的 IP地 址、 传输层协议类型、 传输层源端口、 传输层目的端口、 应用层协议类型和 统一资源定位器 URL中的一个。
9、 如权利要求 1到 Ί任意一项所述的一种在线控制业务的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述方法进一歩包括:
在计费系统上为需要进行在线控制的业务配置配额, 按照所述配置向内 容计费网元发送配额。
10、 一种内容计费网元, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收单元, 用于接收用户设备 UE发送的业务请求;
匹配单元, 用于按照设置的业务标识和所述接收单元中 UE发送的业务 请求中所携带的业务标识进行匹配, 如果匹配成功, 则对所述 UE访问的业 务进行在线控制;
配额申请单元, 用于当所述匹配单元中确定需要对该业务进行在线控制 时, 则向计费系统申请配额, 对所述 UE访问的业务进行在线控制。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的一种内容计费网元, 其特征在于, 还包括: 分类器单元, 用于设置需要进行在线控制的业务的标识。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的一种内容计费网元, 其特征在于, 还包括: 接收单元, 还用于接收 AAA服务器发送的需要进行在线控制的业务所 对应的分类器标识;
匹配单元根据所述分类器的标识, 查找对应的分类器, 确定所述分类器 中包含的业务标识, 与 UE发送的业务请求中所携带的业务标识进行匹配, 如果匹配成功, 则对所述 UE访问的业务进行在线控制。
13、 如权利要求 10所述的一种内容计费网元, 其特征在于, 还包括: 接收单元, 还用于接收 PCRF发送的需要进行在线控制的业务所对应的 分类器;
匹配单元按照所述分类器中的业务标识与所述 UE发送的业务请求中所 携带的业务标识进行匹配, 如果匹配成功, 则对所述 UE访问的业务进行在 线控制。
14、 一种 AAA服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
设置单元, 用于设置分类器标识, 以及设置部分 UE与所述分类器标识 相对应的业务需要进行在线控制;
发送单元, 用于发送设置单元中所述需要进行在线控制的业务的标识所 对应的分类器标识。
15、 一种 PCRF实体, 其特征在于, 包括: 设置单元, 用于设置分类器, 以及设置部分 UE与所述分类器相对应的 业务需要进行在线控制;
发送单元, 用于发送所述设置单元中所述需要进行在线控制的业务所对 应的分类器。
16、 一种计费系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
内容计费网元, 用于接收 UE发送的业务请求, 并按照设置的业务标识 和所述 UE的业务请求中携带的业务标识进行匹配, 如果匹配成功, 则对所 述 UE访问的业务进行在线控制, 向计费网元申请配额;
计费网元, 用于在收到内容计费网元的配额申请时, 按照预先的配置发 送配额。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的一种计费系统, 其特征在于, 还包括:
AAA服务器, 用于设置分类器标识, 并将与需要进行在线控制的业务 所对应的分类器标识发送给内容计费网元;
内容计费网元接收 UE发送的业务请求和 AAA服务器发送的所述分类 器标识, 并根据所述分类器的标识查找对应的分类器, 确定所述分类器中包 含的业务标识, 与 UE发送的业务请求中所携带的业务标识进行匹配, 如果 匹配成功, 则对所述 UE访问的业务进行在线控制, 向计费网元申请配额。
18、 如权利要求 16所述的一种计费系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: PCRF实体, 用于设置分类器, 并将与需要进行在线控制的业务所对应 的分类器发送给内容计费网元;
内容计费网元接收 UE发送的业务请求和 PCRF实体发送的所述分类 器, 按照所述分类器中的业务标识与 UE发送的业务请求中所携带的业务标 识进行匹配, 如果匹配成功, 则对所述 UE访问的业务进行在线控制, 向计 费网元申请配额。
19、 如权利要求 2到 7, 10到 13, 16到 18任意一项所述的一种在线控 制业务的方法、 内容计费网元或者计费系统, 其特征在于, 所述内容计费网 元是通用分组无线业务网关支持节点 GGSN或者分组数据服务节点 PDSNc
