L'invention porte sur une nouvelle souche de Lactobacillus delbrueckii présentant des propriétés hypocholestérolémiante et sur l'utilisation de ladite souche pour la fabrication de produits fermentés hypocholestérolémiants, en particulier de produits laitiers.
