桌台伴侣的另外一个优点就是融合了以往的多种产品,菜谱浏览、无线点菜、 呼叫服务员、 看电视、 看视频、 玩游戏、 上网、 卡拉 OK, 都可以在桌台伴侣中 实现。只需要购买一种产品,就实现了顾客就餐时所需要的全部功能, 因此降低 了投资成本。 同时, 顾客无需同时使用多种设备, 简化了操作。

在桌台伴侣的 "餐桌"界面中, 顾客可以看到对已点菜品的分析建议, 或者 菜品推荐信息。这些信息可以自动生成,或者由美食家发送消息给桌台伴侣而得 到。 这样, 顾客感到仿佛身边有位美食家陪伴一样, 十分亲切。
己有的各种无线点菜系统一般都可以记录顾客的点菜信息, 以供餐厅进行分 析。 但这些产品都无法记录顾客的选菜过程, 只能记录最终发送到厨房的菜品。 例如顾客在挑菜过程中可能先选了 10道菜, 最终去掉了 6道。 以往产品只记录 了剩下的 4道菜品。本发明则记录顾客点菜过程中的全部选菜信息(包括最终去 掉的)。 有了这些信息, 可供餐厅更为细致地分析顾客的消费行为, 从而采用更 合适的营销策略和菜品配置。
目前己经有餐厅桌台呼叫器产品, 一般是摆在桌台上的一个小型无线发射 器, 服务员佩戴一个无线接收器, 顾客只要按发射器上的按钮即可呼叫服务员。 这种产品的问题在于: 容易被盗, 经常需要充电。服务员在收到请求的时候, 也 不知道顾客需要什么服务。另外,这种产品由于智能度不足,仅仅能呼叫服务员, 而无法将顾客提出的请求和服务员提供的服务详情记录下来,无法为餐厅提供参 考。
桌台伴侣上提供了 "服务"界面, 顾客在这里即可选择需要的服务。服务员 一旦收到服务请求, 就可以直接看到顾客需要的是哪种服务, 无需再去问顾客。 另外,所有顾客提出的服务请求和服务员的行动都被详细记录,之后这些数据可 供餐厅分析服务员的数量和位置是否合理, 以及评估服务员的工作业绩,解决了 某些餐厅服务员积极性不髙, 甚至置顾客的请求于不顾的现象。
餐厅为了维系顾客, 有时会向顾客发放会员卡。可是顾客下次去餐厅时, 常 常忘带会员卡,这就造成了浪费。本发明以桌台伴侣为基础,实现了顾客关系管 理。 顾客在桌台伴侣上即可完成注册和登录, 无需会员卡。 而且, 顾客登录后, 还能看到自己的以往就餐历史, 也可以直接选择以前曾经点过的菜品。
现有的无线点菜系统一般采用 Wifi或者 ISM频段无线数传来实现无线通信。 本发明引入了 "双网络同时运作"的模式。 ISM频段无线数传用来传输点菜、服 务消息等对可靠性要求高的数据, wifi传输多媒体等其它要求快速传输的数据。
ISM频段无线数失效时, 点菜、 服务消息会自动通过 wifi来传输。
有关上述和本发明的其它各种技术方案, 下文会有更具体的说明。
下面说明餐厅运营信息系统。
桌台伴侣是餐厅运营信 系统(后文简称为信息系统)的一部分。信息系统 由通信网络、运营服务器、桌台伴侣、服务员控制器、厨房系统和监控系统组成。
通信网络可以采用各种通信技术或其组合。包括以太网、 wifi (WLAN)、 ISM 频段无线数传,等等。信息系统中的所有组件都是通过通信网络相互连接的,从 而可以相互发送数据。 后文将这种数据称为 "消息"。
运营服务器是信息系统的总控中心, 它管理整个餐厅的实时运营。运营服务 器也提供了餐厅顾客信息等各种数据库。
桌台伴侣, 是信息系统中让顾客使用的部分。它帮助顾客有效地完成餐厅的 各种业务, 例如菜谱浏览、 点菜、服务呼叫、顾客信息注册和登录。它还提供了 完备的娱乐功能,使得顾客在等菜和就餐过程中又增添了一份乐趣,最终实现了 餐厅服务水平的整体提升。
服务员控制器是一种佩戴在服务员身上的带有显示屏的微型无线终端,主要 用于让服务员接收服务请求并去完成相应的任务。它由显示屏、单片机、无线通 信电路、 外壳、 电池、 按键组成。 按键至少包括 "任务已完成"键。
厨房系统包括打印机、进度反馈机和厨房摄像机。打印机用于打印出菜品制 作单,这个菜品制作单在从菜品被要求制作到最终送上桌台的过程中,唯一标识 着一个菜品, 相当于菜品的 "身份证", 上面一般印有条形码。 进度反馈机用于 对菜品制作进程进行反馈。进度反馈机可以用计算机实现,也可以用专门开发的 微型无线终端实现(类似于 POS机, 成本更低)。进度反馈机上可以连接条码扫 描仪,这样直接扫描就可以知道是哪个菜品。每个厨师的旁边都安装了一台厨房 摄像机,该摄像机用于拍摄厨师制作菜品的实时画面,该画面通过通信网络传送 给桌台伴侣, 最终显示在桌台伴侣上。
监控系统由多台 PC机(称为监控终端)组成, 每个监控终端上都运行着某 种应用软件模块。餐厅管理人员可以在这里看到整个餐厅的运营状况。监控终端 可以从运营服务器上读取各种信息, 然后以图形化的方式显示给管理者。 例如, 每个桌台的点菜状况、是否已经结账、每个服务员完成任务的数量等。管理者也 可以通过监控终端来对系统里的各个组件进行控制。例如,可以通过监控终端向 运营服务器发送一条消息,说明某个菜已经无法制作,之后服务器就会发送该消 息给每个桌台伴侣,顾客在点菜的时候就能够得知菜品已经无法制作,防止点了 菜又无法制作的情况。监控系统也用于桌台预订、收费结账、生成财务报表、供 应链管理、 客户关系管理等功能。
顾客用桌台伴侣选好菜品后, 可以选择 "发送到厨房"操作, 从而通过无线 网络向运营服务器发送"制作请求消息",此消息包含了桌台号和每个菜品名称、 数量 制作要求等信息。之后运营服务器会在厨房的打印机上打印出菜品制作单 (通常需要先在监控系统中进行确认), 然后厨师即可按要求制做菜品。 厨房人 员可以随时在进度反馈机上输入每个菜品的制作进度(例如, 尚未制作、正在制 作、 制作完毕), 这个进度会通过无线网络发送给运营服务器, 继而发送给所对 应的桌台伴侣,从而顾客可以在桌台伴侣上看到每个菜品的制作进度,管理人员 也可以在监控终端上看到任意一个桌台的所有菜品的制作进度。 当菜品制作完 毕, 准备上菜时, 厨房人员也会通过进度反馈机发出一条"将要上菜"消息, 此 时菜品所对应的桌台的桌台伴侣屏幕上就会弹出一个卡通人物和文字并配有声 音, 告诉顾客马上就要上某某菜了。
每当顾客选中一个新的菜品(刚选中, 但还没有要发送到厨房)或者删除一 个菜品时, 桌台伴侣会向运营服务器发送"选菜消息"(包括桌台号、菜品名称、 选定还是删除), 从而运营服务器上保存了每个桌台的点菜进程, 在监控系统中 可以看到这些信息。 这样, 餐厅可以配备一位美食家, 他根据顾客的点菜进程, 随时为顾客提出有价值的点菜建议,也可以进行菜品推销。他只需要在监控计算 机上输入建议, 即可将其发往某个桌台伴侣,之后顾客就可以看到这条建议。运 营服务器上保存的点菜进程,例如顾客先选了哪些菜,最终选择了哪些菜,还可 以用于餐厅对顾客的行为进行分析从而优化餐厅的菜品配置。
顾客如果需要服务员提供服务,则可在桌台伴侣上选择所需服务(例如上茶、 结账),进而向运营服务器发送一条 "服务请求消息"(包括桌台号、所需服务内 容), 稍后运营服务器将把此消息发往负责该桌的服务员所佩戴的服务员控制器 上,通知该服务员前去提供服务。服务员完成服务后,则通过按服务员控制器上 的 "任务已完成"键, 发送消息告知运营服务器当前任务已经完成,这时运营服 务器会向该服务员发送下一个服务请求消息(如果有的话)。 同时, 运营服务器 还会把顾客的请求和服务员的响应记录在案, 以供餐厅管理者使用。
在上述的信息系统中,一些是已有的技术,可以参考相关的产品和专利文档。
下面说明桌台伴侣。
桌台伴侣的组件包括支架、平板显示屏、扬声器、备用输入装置、机芯模块、 供电模块和遥控器。
支架用于支撑桌台伴侣的其它部分; 平板显示屏用于显示人机交互界面; 扬 声器使得桌台伴侣可以发出声音;用遥控器可以完成对桌台伴侣的全部操作;备 用输入装置用于在遥控器失效时操作桌台伴侣。 平板显示屏、 扬声器和供电模块都和机芯模块建立电气连接。 支架立在地上并可以移动, 例如可以是推车的形式, 使得桌台伴侣可以被随 时根据需要移动到餐厅的其它位置。这不仅方便了多桌共享一个桌台伴侣,顾客 使用桌台伴侣时也可以把它摆到自己觉得合适的地方。
支架可以被设计成一个装饰品的形式,如金属工艺品、雕塑,或者卡通人物、 机器人形象,从而可以十分自然地融入餐厅的环境。再如,可以在支架底部设置 一个平台, 这个平台可供餐厅摆放花草、盆景、鱼缸等以往常用的装饰品, 同时 又起到了稳定重心的作用。
桌台伴侣通过使用可移动落地支架, 解决了手持点菜器的沉重、容易摔落在 地、占据大量餐桌面积的问题。另外,整个桌台伴侣的其它部分都和支架连接在 一起, 整体形成了一个很大的物品, 因此餐厅的顾客几乎不可能将其带出餐厅, 这又有效地解决了防盗的问题。
当然, 作为对本发明的降级实现, 支架也可以是固定的, 从而桌台伴侣无法 挪动。 例如, 支架可以固定在地上、 餐桌侧面或者墙上。 平板显示屏和扬声器可以被制成一个单独的模块, 带有自己的外壳, 后文称 为 "显示模块"。 显示模块可以被安装在支架上并可以相对支架水平转动和垂直 升降,这使得使用者可以根据自己的需要调整显示屏的髙度和角度。对于更复杂 的设计, 显示模块也可以垂直旋转, 从而可以横向使用, 也可以纵向使用。对于 简易的实现模式, 可以去掉旋转和升降功能。
平板显示屏和扬声器也可以直接安装在支架上。此时支架同时也充当了外壳 的作用。 在这种情况下则不存在 "显示模块"。
需要说明, "显示模块"这一概念仅仅是为了方便后文陈述, 实际上其外壳 应视为支架的组成部分。 权利要求书中为了简明陈述, 没有提到 "显示模块"。 应认为权利要求书中的 "支架"这一词涵盖了显示模块中的外壳部分(如果有显 示模块的话) - 机芯模块包括了 CPU、 非易失存储器(一般是闪存或硬盘)、 RAM (—般是 SDRAM), 图像输出电路、音频输出电路、通信电路和其它附属电路。其中通信 电路包括 "控制无线网络通信电路"、 "宽带无线网络通信电路"和 "遥控器无线 通俥电路"。 遥控器无线通信电路用于与遥控器通信。
机芯模块可以安装在显示模块(如果有显示模块的话) 内部, 也可以安装在 支架内部。 机芯模块将图像信号、 音频信号分别输出给平板显示屏和扬声器。
机芯模块上还带有扩展接口。 扩展接口可以是各种计算机外部接口, 例 USB接口、 各种存储卡接口、 各种音频视频接口等等。 加入扩展接口后, 将来 就可以做任意的扩展。例如可以通过连上 U盘、移动硬盘来增加数据存储容量; 通过 USB接口的电视棒来加入数字电视接收功能;通过 USB接口的蓝牙模块来 加入蓝牙连接功能;通过音频扩展接口连接外部大功率音响或者麦克风(从而实 现卡拉 OK); 通过视频扩展接口 (VGA、 DVI、 S- Video, HDMI等)输出显示 画面到电视或者投影仪。上述机芯模块里的若干无线通信电路,实际上也可以通 过扩展模块的形式来实现。 例如, 通过 USB接口的 wifi模块卡来加入 wifi连接 功能。 在这种情况下, 机芯模块中可以省去这些通信电路。
扩展接口最终从支架或者显示模块上引出。桌台伴侣的扩展接口引出部位可 以设有一个盖,平时盖上并被锁定,从而餐厅顾客无法接触到扩展部件(可防止 偷走外接扩展件)。 只有餐厅的服务员才能够开锁并开盖。 视频输出和音频输入 输出接口则无需被盖住。 现有的无线点菜系统一般采用下述两种无线技术之一。
第一种是 wifi。 Wifi是为宽带数据的传输而设计, 其目标是高吞吐量而不是 高可靠性, 有时会因信号强度下降或信道拥挤而失效。 而且餐厅里的 wifi 网络 一般还要用于顾客上网等操作, 从而具有潜在的不确定性和干扰。 如果用 wifi 来传输餐厅的运营数据(无线点菜、 服务呼叫等), 则难以确保可靠性。
第二种是 "专有无线电", 通常是 ISM频段的无线数传(例如, 433MHz或 2.4GHz的无线数传)。 这种无线数传采用无线点菜厂商自行开发的专有通信协 议, 而且其信道专门用于餐厅业务, 因而可靠性髙, 但数据传输慢 (大都小于 100Kbps, 而 wifi可达 150Mbps), 只适合于传输小量数据。
桌台伴侣中的 "控制无线网络通信电路"就是 "专有无线电", 主要用于传 输与餐厅运营有关的数据,例如无线点菜消息、服务呼叫消息。这些数据的特点 是数据量很小 (几个字节), 但要求必须迅速准确地传输到位。 例如, 餐厅无法 容忍点菜请求被丢失或延误,或者服务请求没有迅速传递给服务员。控制无线网 络专门用于传输运营数据, 因而潜在干扰要少得多。
桌台伴侣中的 "宽带无线网络通信电路"(目前采用 wifi) 主要用于传输其 它的大块数据, 例如, 无线上网、视频点播(在餐厅内部设置一个视频点播服务 器)、 菜谱数据的更新, 等等。 这些数据要求高速传输, 但即使暂时无法传输也 不要紧, 例如, 顾客如果发现上不了网, 还可以玩游戏。
另外, 在特殊情况下, 控制无线网络也可能出问题, 这时桌台伴侣会自动采 用宽带无线网络来暂时代替控制无线网络, 从而大大提升了可靠性。 遥控器的组件包括外壳、 按键、 单片机和通信电路。 通信电路和机芯模块中 的"遥控器无线通信电路"相同, 采用短距离无线传输技术, 如红外、 ISM频段 无线数传、蓝牙等。对于传统遥控器常用的单向传输红外技术, 由于无法控制潜 在的冲突问题, 一般仅适用于包间里使用, 且仅能配备一个遥控器。
本发明为解决遥控器的管理问题, 在支架或者显示模块上设置了 "遥控器泊 位"。 可以将遥控器保存在遥控器泊位上, 并随桌台伴侣一起移动。 餐厅顾客入 座后, 服务员只需取下遥控器即可交给顾客, 无须再到别处去取而让顾客等待。 一台桌台伴侣可以带有多个遥控器,实际实施时, 可以设有多个遥控器泊位,每 个放置一个遥控器。
为了防盗, 可以将遥控器锁定, 或者可以探测遥控器的取下动作。下面列举 几种实现方法。
遥控器泊位可以通过在支架或者显示模块背部设置一个遥控器保存箱来实 现, 平时把遥控器放在保存箱里并锁好, 需要时才拿出来。
遥控器泊位的另一个实现方法是在支架或者显示模块背部上设置一个带有 电子锁的插槽,机芯模块可以控制电子锁的开闭。平时,遥控器就可以插在槽里, 并被锁定(具体设计方法可见具体实施方式部分)。 遥控器插在槽里时, 带有按 键的一面露在外面,这样即使遥控器被锁定, 也可以操作遥控器。当餐厅顾客入 座后,服务员只需要在遥控器上输入密码,机芯模块接收到正确的密码, 即可开 锁,从而取下遥控器交给顾客。这种方式无需遥控器保存箱,产品外观可以更简 洁。 另外, 还可以从监控系统向桌台伴侣发送一条 "彻底锁定遥控器消息", 桌 台伴侣接收到这条消息后, 则进入 "彻底锁定"状态, 此时即使输入密码也无法 开锁,这主要用于餐厅停业以后的时间。对应地,也可以让桌台伴侣进^可以开 锁的状态。
遥控器泊位也可以没有锁, 但带有一个 "取下探测机构", 一般用检测开关 即可实现。检测开关和机芯模块相连, 当遥控器被取下时,检测开关检测到这一 动作,从而机芯模块会自动让扬声器发出某种声音,从而引起附近的服务员注意。
检测遥控器的取下动作也有其它方法。例如, 可以通过在遥控器内部设置加 速度传感器。一旦被取下,遥控器自己即可感知到,然后发给机芯模块一个数据 包即可让桌台伴侣发声。
也可以通过无线信号强度来监测遥控器的取下。遥控器定期向机芯模块发送 一个探测数据包,机芯模块可以检测信号的强弱。如果变弱则说明遥控器被取下。 桌台伴侣的全部功能都由遥控器来操作, 因此, 一旦遥控器由于无线信号受 到干扰而无法使用, 则顾客无法点菜,这将严重影响餐厅业务。 因此, 桌台伴侣 在还配备了 "备用输入装置"。 备用输入装置可以任意的输入方式, 例如简易键 盘或者鼠标、触摸屏(如果用触摸屏, 则失去了本发明的成本优势)等等, 甚至 也是遥控器(例如, 另外一个无线波段的遥控器), 其中简易键盘是优选方案。
如果采用键盘的话, 这个键盘上的按键设置和遥控器上的类似。 由于只有在 特殊情况下才使用备用键盘,可以去掉某些不常用的按键(同时,有些功能也无 法操作)。 如果使用鼠标和触摸屏的话, 则在屏幕上显示虚拟按键, 这些按键的 设置和遥控器上的相似。
当机芯模块发现遥控器失效时, 会自动在屏幕上显示一条消息, 告知顾客遥 控器已经失效,请使用备用输入装置(如果备用输入装置是鼠标或者触摸屏,则 还自动显示虚拟按键, 虚拟按键平时是隐藏的), 这样无需服务员介入, 即可引 导顾客在特殊情况下改用备用输入装置。同时, 也向监控系统发送一条消息,使 得餐厅引起注意。同样, 当发现遥控器恢复正常时, 也提示顾客可以继续使用遥 控器了, 并告知监控系统遥控器已经恢复正常。
机芯模块可以用各种方法探测遥控器是否有效。例如, 可以不管顾客是否操 作遥控器,遥控器都定期(例如 1秒)向机芯模块发送一个探测数据包。机芯模 块如果在一定时间内都没有接收到这个数据包,则可以判定遥控器已经失效(可 能由于无线信号受到干扰, 或者顾客将遥控器带离了桌台)。 之后如果又接收到 了, 则可判定遥控器已经恢复正常。 供电模块安装在支架底部, 用于为整个桌台伴侣供电。供电模块至少包括电 池。 也可以同时带有充电器。
在支架底部设置一个带锁的电池箱, 使用时, 把电池放进去并连接好, 然后 关上箱门并锁上,餐厅停业后, 则可以把电池取出来充电。也可以同时配置充电 器,这样餐厅停业后, 即可把桌台伴侣推到有交流插座的地方去充电,无需取下 电池。这里的充电器可以同时对电池充电并为桌台伴侣供电,即充电的同时桌台 伴侣也可以运行 (像笔记本电脑一样)。
显然, 如果桌台伴侣的使用地点有交流电供应, 则可以去掉电池(此时应内 置充电器)。 就像一般的笔记本电脑都可以把电池拆下来照样通过交流供电正常 使用一样。本发明提供了十分灵活的供电方式,餐厅可以根据自己的实际需要任
桌台伴侣还有另外一种形式, 称为 "机顶盒模式", 就是仅有机芯模块、 供 电模块、 备用输入设备和遥控器, 而去掉了其它部分(从而降低了成本)。 机芯 模块将音视频信号通过外部接口直接输出到外部显示器、 电视机或者投影仪上, 类似于机顶盒。这样可以有效利用餐厅包房里的现有电视。此时, 完全可以把供 电模块(此时一般是交流到直流转换器)放到机芯模块内部从而成为一个整体。
在机顶盒模式下,本发明的主要创新在于遥控器、人机界面和其它特有功能, 而不是产品的构造。
—般来讲, 餐厅在使用桌台伴侣时, 在大厅里使用支架模式的产品, 由于可 以移动,可以每桌配一台,也可以多桌共享一台。在包间里,可以采用支架模式, 也可以采用机顶盒模式的产品,将显示画面直接输出到电视上,从而可以享受更 大尺寸的显示体验(桌台伴侣自带的显示屏, 一般不会超过 30英寸, 而电视或 ¾影仪可达 100英寸以上)并降低了成本。 下面说明桌台伴侣的遥控器按键布局和人机界面设计。无论是支架模式还是 机顶盒模式, 其遥控器和人机界面都是完全相同的。 遥控器被设计成类似于游戏机手柄的形式, 双手操作。遥控器和人机界面经 过特殊的设计, 使得顾客只需要一个轻巧的遥控器, 就可以完成全部操作。
在遥控器左边设置 "向上、 向下、 向左、 向右" 4个按键。 这四个按键主要 用于浏览不同的项目,或者在游戏里进行移动操作。使用者可以用左手大拇指操 作这些按键。 后文将这 4个键称为导航键。
在遥控器的右边设置 "上一页、 下一 ^、 确定 /选择、 取消 /删除、 菜单、 详 情" 6个按键。 使用者可以用右手大拇指操作这些按键。 "上一页、 下一页"主 要用于对菜谱进行翻页。 "确定 /选择、取消 /删除"则是一般的常用键。如果按菜 单键,则会弹出上下文菜单(类似于在 PC中用鼠标右键点击项目时弹出的菜单, 该菜单的内容与操作时的上下文有关), 此时顾客可以通过向上和向下键选择不 同的菜单项目, 并按确定键来执行该项目。如果按 "详情 "键, 则会弹出详情窗 口, 其内容也和上下文有关。
遥控器上还有若干功能键, 用于直接进入常用界面。 功能键包括 "菜谱、餐 桌、 导吃、服务、 娱乐" 5个键。 顾客随时按任何一个功能键, 则马上进入相应 的功能界面, 最大限度地方便了顾客的使用。
遥控器上还有若干字符输入键, 用于输入数字和字母等。在餐厅环境里常需 要输入数字,但输入字母的机会比较小, 因此类似于手机的键盘是优选方案, 即 由 10-12个键组成, 可以直接输入数字, 但输入字母需要按多次。
功能键和字符输入键都位于遥控器的中央,使用者可以用左手或右手拇指来 操作。 桌台伴侣的人机交互界面包括点菜界面、 餐桌界面、 导吃界面、服务界面和 娱乐界面。某些界面下还会有子界面。这些界面都显示在显示模块上的平板显示 屏上, 或者, 显示在外部显示设备上。 下面说明点菜界面。 随时按遥控器上的 "菜谱"键, 都可以再次进入点菜界 面。
以往的触摸屏点菜器的人机界面往往是先显示所有的菜品分类, 点击某个分 类后,会显示该分类下的所有菜品的列表,然后再点击某个菜品,从而看到该菜 品的详细信息,例如图片和介绍。这种人机界面让顾客感到是在用电脑而不是菜 谱, 点菜体验不好, 使用起来也不直观。
桌台伴侣提供了 "仿真菜谱模式"和 "列表模式"两种菜谱显示方式, 从而 结合了传统纸质菜谱排版华丽和信息技术灵活多变的优点。 在 "仿真菜谱模式" 下, 菜谱是提前排版好的, 因而版面错落有致, 但版面是固定的, 无法进行菜品 排序等操作。 在 "列表模式"下, 所有菜品都显示在相同形状和尺寸的区域中, 因而其先后顺序可以随时改变, 也可以只显示符合条件的部分菜品。
在 "仿真菜谱模式"下, 屏幕上显示的就是一页一页的菜谱页面, 其排版方 式类似于以往的纸质菜谱,菜品图片和介绍信息错落有致,十分靓丽自然。这些 菜谱页面,都是在电脑上编辑排版好然后传送到桌台伴侣里的(可以通过无线网 络或者 U盘)。 顾客可以用 "上一页、 下一页"按键来完成翻页操作, 感觉就是 在浏览传统的纸质菜谱一样。浏览菜谱时,每页都可能有多个菜品,其中有一个 是 "当前菜品"。 此菜品被标记, 例如可以用闪动的图标或线框等。 顾客可以用 导航键来改变当前菜品。 顾客如果点击 "确定 /选择"键, 则可以将当前菜品加 入到己选菜的列表中, 之后可以在餐桌界面中看到。
在 "仿真菜谱模式"下, 按 "菜单"后弹出的上下文菜单的菜单项包括: 切 换到列表模式; 将当前菜品加入餐桌(等效于 "确 选择"键); 察看当前菜品 的详情(等效于 "详情"键)。 除上述项目外, 菜单项目还包括菜谱里的所有菜 品分类的名称(每个分类对应一个菜单项)。 顾客选择某个分类后, 则自动翻页 到该分类的起始页码。
在 "列表模式"下, 每个菜品都占有一个形状和尺寸相同的区域, 因此称为 "列表"。 每个菜品都显示其名称、 图片、 价格、 人气、 口味、 制作材料和介绍 等信息。其中菜品的 "人气"可以通过监控系统录入并传送给桌台伴侣, 也可以 由运营服务器根据以往点菜情况得到并发送给桌台伴侣。一般在一页里无法显示 餐厅的所有菜品, 顾客仍然可以用"上一页、下一页 "来翻页。这种模式的特点 是每页显示的菜品很多, 方便顾客找菜。顾客可以改变菜品所占区域的大小,该 区域越大,则每页显示的菜品数目越少。顾客可以像在仿真菜谱模式里一样用导 航键改变当前菜品, 或者按 "确 选择"键将其加入己选菜列表中。
在 "列表模式"下, 还提供菜品的排序功能。 所谓排序就是根据某种条件改 变菜品在列表中的先后顺序。首先,菜品是根据分类来排序的,不会打乱分类之 间的顺序, 这符合一般的点菜习惯。例如凉菜、热菜、海鲜、 主食、 酒水等, 在 分类之间排序是没意义的。顾客可以选择让菜品根据价格、人气、名称等参数在 各个分类内部分别排序。例如,按价格排序方便了顾客找到比较便宜或者贵的菜 品;按人气排序让顾客可以参考其它顾客对菜品的关注度; 按名称(英文字母或 者汉语拼音)排序可以让顾客快速找到自己已经知道名称的菜品。
在 "列表模式"下, 按 "菜单"键后弹出的上下文菜单的菜单项与 "仿真菜 谱模式"下相似, 只是 "切换到列表模式"改变为 "切换到仿真菜谱模式", 同 时加入了 "按名称排序"、 "按价格排序"、 "按人气排序"等排序项目, 以及 "放 大"、 "縮小"、 "设置菜品显示条件"等项目。其中放大和缩小用于调整每页显示 的菜品数, 选择 "放大"则每个菜所占区域变大, 同时每页显示的菜品数变少。 如果选择 "设置菜品显示条件", 则弹出菜品显示条件设定窗口, 顾客可以设定 各种条件, 例如 "不辣"、 "价格小于 50元"、 "上海菜"等等。设定显示条件后, 则不再显示不符合条件的菜品,从而列表里的菜品变少了,也方便了顾客査找菜 在点菜界面下 (无论是哪种模式), 顾客如果按 "详情"键, 则弹出当前菜 品的详情窗口。详情窗口中包括了当前菜品的大尺寸图片、更为详细的介绍信息 和一个视频窗口。视频窗口中播放该餐厅的厨师制作该菜品过程的视频。这个视 频可以提前拍摄好并被存储在桌台伴侣内部 (非易失存储器)或者外接存储器中, 也可以通过 wifi无线网络从视频服务器上获取。 下面说明餐桌界面。 随时按遥控器上的 "餐桌"键都可以进入餐桌界面。 餐桌界面里显示了顾客已经选择的所有菜品和当前的消费总额。在餐桌界面 里也有一个 "当前菜品", 可以通过导航键来改变当前菜品。
在餐桌界面里, 按"菜单"键后弹出的上下文菜单的菜单项包括: 删除当前 菜品;设置当前菜品数量;设置当前菜品的制作要求;设置当前菜品的上菜顺序; 将当前菜品发送到厨房; 将所有菜品发送到厨房; 顾客登录; 顾客注册; 査看就 餐历史; 输入满意度; 改变桌台。
这里显示了每个菜品的名称、 图片、 数量、 制作要求、 状态和上菜序号。状 态可以是"己选择"、 "己发送到厨房"、 "己开始制作"、 "制作完毕, 即将上菜"、 "已上菜"等。其中状态的改变可以由两种事件引起:顾客的操作和来自厨房的 进度反馈。 例如顾客将菜品发送到厨房后, 则状态变为 "已发送到厨房"。 如果 厨房已经开始制作该菜品,则通过进度反馈机告知桌台伴侣,之后状态就变成"已 开始制作"。 上菜序号用于表明顾客希望的上菜先后关系, 序号小的菜品将优先 上菜。
顾客可以在这里对己经选择的菜品进行比较, 删除不需要的菜品。也可以设 置每个菜品的数量和制作要求。可以将已点菜品的全部或部分发送到厨房。可以 设置每个菜品的上菜顺序(通过输入其上菜序号)。如果选择 "输入满意度", 则 弹出窗口让顾客选择对当前菜品的满意度,还可以输入建议等信息,这些信息都 会被发送到运营服务器, 最终在监控系统中看到。
当顾客所点的某个菜品已经制作完毕时,桌台伴侣的显示屏上会显示出一条 消息(即使不在餐桌界面下也可以弹出消息),通知顾客下一个菜马上就要上了。 可以采用跳出一个小卡通人物, 并显示文字和发出声音的形式。 之后不一会儿, 服务员就将菜品端上桌来, 这使得顾客感到十分亲切。 这个功能的实现方法是, 当某个菜制作完毕时,传菜部工作人员就会用进度反馈机向该菜所属的桌台发一 条 "将要上某某菜"的消息。
餐桌界面里还显示对顾客当前所点菜品的口味搭配的建议。这个建议可以由 桌台伴侣根据顾客所点的各个菜品的口味 (这个口味是由餐厅存储到桌台伴侣中 的, 例如辣度)分析得到(例如, 对所有菜品的辣度取平均值, 得到整体辣度), 也可以由美食家从监控系统向桌台伴侣发送点菜建议消息而得到。美食家可以在 监控终端上看到每桌的点菜进程,并随时为他们提出有价值的建议。这个建议消 息会发送到指定的桌台伴侣上, 并显示在餐桌界面中。
顾客可以在餐桌界面里进行注册和登录。顾客只需要输入注册名和密码, 就 可以通过无线网络登陆到餐厅的运营服务器上,从而根据以往的积分,获得优惠。 登录后,顾客可以看到以往的消费历史,可以把曾经点过的菜品支架加入已选菜 列表。新顾客则可以进入注册界面完成注册过程。采用这种方式后,桌台伴侣可 有效帮助餐厅进行顾客关系管理, 餐厅无需再发放容易丢失的会员卡。
另外,如果多桌共享一台桌台伴侣,则需要能够设置桌台伴侣当前用于哪桌。 服务员可以用 "改变桌台"来设置其对应的桌台。这个操作一般先要求输入管理 密码。
在餐桌界面中, 如果按"详情"键则弹出详情窗口。 详情窗口中显示了当前 菜品的大尺寸图片和更为详细的介绍信息,如制作材料、健康特点等。如果当前 菜品正在被制作,则在详情窗口中还有一个视频子窗口,该窗口中显示了厨房制 作该菜品的实时画面, 该画面来自于厨房摄像^ 下面说明导吃界面。 随时按遥控器上的 "导吃"键都可以进入导吃界面。 导吃界面主要用于餐厅向顾客展示自己的推荐菜品, 如特色菜、 特价菜。顾 客还可以在这里看到多种餐厅推荐的美食搭配,从而在一定程度上防止菜品搭配 不当。 顾客可以用导航键选择喜欢的菜品搭配, 并按 "确定 /选择"建将其直接 加入到已选菜列表。 下面说明服务界面。 随时按遥控器上的 "服务"键都可以进入服务界面。 服务界面主要用于进行服务呼叫。在服务界面里, 罗列了多种服务项目, 例 如上茶、结账,顾客只要通过导航键选择需要的服务然后再按确定键, 即可将服 务请求(包括桌台号和所需服务内容)发送到运营服务器,继而发送到一位负责 该桌的服务员所佩戴的服务员控制器上(如果该服务员还没有完成当前任务,则 将消息在运营服务器上暂存)。 服务员看到其服务员控制器上显示的服务请求内 容后即可去提供服务。完成服务后则按服务员控制器上的 "任务已完成"键, 向 运营服务器发送 "确认消息", 此时运营服务器会将下一个服务请求发送给该服 务员 (如果有的话)。 同时, 运营服务器上存储所有的服务请求消息和确认消息 以供餐厅参考。
另外, 运营服务器还可以进行服务员调度。例如, 负责某桌的服务员由于服 务过多而使得很多顾客的服务请求不能及时得到满足,这时就可以自动把某些服 务分配给邻近的清闲的服务员。 下面说明娱乐界面。 随时按遥控器上的 "娱乐"键都可以进入娱乐界面。 娱乐界面主要向顾客提供各种娱乐项 。 以往, 顾客常因为菜品上不来而着 急, 采用桌台伴侣后, 有了多种娱乐项目, 可以有效消磨等菜的时间, 从而使得 顾客的就餐体验有了一个质的提升。
娱乐项目一般包括厨师风采、 视频播放、 电视收看、 游戏、 上网、 电子书、 卡拉 OK等。每个项目都对应一个子界面,顾客可以根据自己的需要进入相应的 子界面。
餐厅可以在桌台伴侣中存储多种视频节目。顾客可以在视频播放子界面里选 择自己喜欢的节目观看。另外,视频节目也可以存储在餐厅里的一个视频服务器 , 从而可以通过视频点播来观看节目 (通过 wifi来传输视频)。
在厨师风采界面里, 顾客可以选择察看来自某个厨房摄像机的画面。
卡拉 OK则需要在扩展接口上连接音响和麦克风。 在上述的各个界面中, 都可以用界面的一部分来显示广告, 从而为餐厅带来 了又一块附加收益。 也可以用界面的一部分来随时显示顾客可能需要的帮助信 息, 从而使得顾客无需学习就会使用桌台伴侣。
在使用桌台伴侣的过程中, 顾客进行的每一个操作及其时刻, 都会被桌台伴 侣一" 1记录下来。例如翻页、进入娱乐界面、设置菜品口味, 等等。 由于顾客在 不停地操作桌台伴侣,所以生成的数据量比较大, 为了减少带宽占用,这些数据 并不实时传输给运营服务器,而是先暂存在桌台伴 te自身 _的存储器中。餐厅停业 后,管理人员则可以将这些数据传输到监控终端上,并根据这些数据分析顾客的 行为。
可以在显示模块或者支架上设置一个状态灯 (一般用发光二极管), 该灯用 来表示此桌是否已经结账。当顾客入座后,总台通过监控系统向该桌台伴侣发送 "入座"消息, 状态灯亮, 表明顾客已开始用餐, 但还没结账; 当结账完毕时, 收银员会通过监控系统向该桌台伴侣发送 "已结账"消息, 状态灯灭。这样, 服 务员直接通过状态灯就可以判断每个桌台是否已经结账了, 有效防止逃单现象。
在顾客不使用桌台伴侣时, 桌台伴侣可以自动显示一些自然风光的视频, 也 可以通过视频或者 3D动画生成虚拟鱼缸的效果,从而代替有些餐厅为了提升就 餐环境而在餐桌旁边摆放的鱼缸。
本发明提供了多种娱乐功能, 这有可能影响餐厅顾客就餐或者延长就餐时 间, 因此使用本发明时,可以从监控系统发送一条消息给某台桌台伴侣,使之在 屏幕上显示 "请您用餐", 同时关闭娱乐功能。 也可以在某桌的菜品上完后, 自 动发送该消息 (监控终端上的软件可以从运营服务器上获得每个桌台的上菜进 度)。
采用桌台伴侣后, 餐厅一般会使用很多台桌台伴侣。通过通信网络, 餐厅可 以对所有桌台伴侣进行有效管理。餐厅可以在监控终端上随时看到每台桌台伴侣 的状态信息, 例如电池剩余电量(先向桌台伴侣发送 "査询电量"消息, 然后桌 台伴侣会向监控系统回复一条 "剩余电量"消息)。 餐厅也可以通过无线网络直 接更新所有桌台伴侣里的菜谱和视频数据。餐厅也可以直接向所有桌台伴侣发布 开机或者关机的命令。
对于视频等大宗数据, 用无线更新的速度比较慢, 此时也可以通过可移动存 储的方式来更新。 方法是将更新数据存储在可以动存储器(如 U盘、移动硬盘) 中, 将其连接到桌台伴侣的扩展接口上, 桌台伴侣就会自动从中读取更新数据, 并进行更新。

整个信息系统由通信网络、运营服务器、桌台伴侣、服务员控制器、厨房系 统和监控系统组成。
除桌台伴侣和服务员控制器外, 系统中的其它部分都是 PC机(笔记本 /台式 ^1/服务器), 只要编写相应的软件模块即可实现其功能, 而且其中很多都是现有 技术。
厨房摄像机用普通的网络摄像机即可,这些摄像机可以直接接入以太网或者 wifi网络。
厨房进度反馈机可以通过 PC机配以条码扫描仪来实现'。 在厨房可以设置多 个进度反馈机,每个工作人员只要在条码扫描仪上扫描菜品制作单,即告知进度 反馈机 "这个菜品的属于我的工作已经完成了"。
服务员控制器是一种徼型终端, 由显示屏、 单片机、 无线通信电路、 按键、 外壳组成。可将其做成手表形式,待在服务员的手腕上,也可以做成手机的形式, 挂在服务员脖子上。
下面说明桌台伴侣的实施方案, 此处给出推车模式的实施方案。
附图 1是本实施的整体示意图。 包括平板显示屏(2)、 扬声器(3)、 备用键 盘(4)、推车(5)、推车底盘(6)、推车车轮(7)、推车支杆(8)、推车把手(9)、 电池箱(10)、 电池(11)。 其中平板显示屏(2)、 扬声器(3)、 备用键盘(4) 配上一个外壳组成了显示模块(1 )。本实施例的 "备用输入装置"就是备用键盘 (4)。电池是放在电池箱内部的。在附图 1种没有标出机芯模块、遥控器等组件。 本实施采用了一种比较简约风格的推车,主要由一个圆形底盘和一个曲线形的金 属支杆组成。在推车支杆 (8)和显示模块 ( 1)的连接部位设置一个轴, 即可实 现显示模块的水平转动。本实施的机芯模块放置在显示模块里, 因此, 需要从电 池(11 )引一股电源线到显示模块 ( 1 ) 内部。这条线缆是在推车支杆(8) 内部 穿过的, 该支杆是一个曲线形式的金属管。
附图 2是本实施的显示模块背部示意图。包括显示模块 ( 1 )、遥控器泊位 ( 12)、 锁(13)、 遥控器(14)、 外部接口盖(15)、 4个外部接口 (16) (被盖在盖的下 面)、机芯模块(17)。其中机芯模块是在显示模块内部的, 与平板显示屏平行放 置。 遥控器泊位采用电子锁 (电子锁是在内部的, 见图 3), 外部接口盖用机械 锁

1、 桌台伴侣及其信息系统, 其特征在亍: 信息系统的组件包括通信网络、 运营服务器、 桌台伴侣、服务员控制器、 厨 房系统和监控系统;信息系统中的所有组件可以通过通信网络相互传输数据;通 信网络可以同时采用多种通信技术; 服务员控制器的组件包括单片机、 显示屏、 电池、按键和无线通信电路; 按 键至少包括 "任务已完成"键; 服务员控制器佩戴在服务员身上, 用于接收服 务请求和确认任务已完成; 厨房系统的组件包括打印机、 状态反馈机和厨房摄像机; 桌台伴侣的组件包括支架、平板显示屏、扬声器、备用输入装置、机芯楱块、 供电模块和遥控器;
平板显示屏、 扬声器、 机芯模块和供电模块安装在支架上;

可以在餐桌界面里进行顾客注册和登录;登录后,可以看到以往的消费历史, 可以直接将以往所点的菜品加入已选菜列表; .
在餐桌界面中, 按"详情"键则弹出详情窗口; 详情窗口的显示内容包括当 前菜品的大尺寸图片;如果当前菜品正在被制作,则在详情窗口还包括一个视频 子窗口, 该窗口中显示了厨房制作该菜品的实时画面;
按导吃键则进入导吃界面; 导吃界面里罗列了餐厅推荐的菜品搭配和特价 菜、 特色菜的信息; 可以用导航键和确定 /选择键浏览不同的菜品搭配并将其加 入到已选菜列表中;
按服务键则进入服务界面; 在服务界面里, 罗列了各种餐厅服务项目, 可以 用导航键和确定 /选择键选择所需要的服务; 选择服务后, 桌台伴侣向运营服务 器发送一条服务请求消息,该消息在负责该桌的服务员完成现有任务后被发送到 该服务员所佩戴的服务员控制器并显示在其屏幕上;服务员完成服务后,通过按 服务员控制器上的 "任务已完成"键向运营服务器发送确认消息;运营服务器存 储所有的服务请求消息和确认消息, 以供餐厅评价服务员业绩和分析顾客行为; 按娱乐键则进入娱乐界面;在娱乐界面里,可以用导航键和确 ¾ /选择键进入 所需要的娱乐子界面;子界面包括厨师风采、视频播放、电视收看、游戏、上网、 电子书、 卡拉 OK;

可以通过监控系统向桌台伴侣发送 "禁止娱乐消息", 桌台伴侣接收到此消 息后, 则在屏幕上显示消息 "请您用餐", 同时关闭娱乐界面; 在桌台伴侣闲置时, 可以显示自然风景视频或者虚拟鱼缸; 可以通过监控系统査看每个桌台伴侣的剩余电量,对每个桌台伴侣进行开关 机操作, 更新每个桌台伴侣的数据。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的桌台伴侣及其信息系统, 其特征在于: 机芯模块中的 通信电路包括 "控制无线网络通信电路"、 "宽带无线网络通信电路"和 "遥控器 无线通信电路"; 其中部分通信电路也可以通过扩展模块实现; 控制无线网络通 信电路用于传输餐厅运营业务数据, 该数据包括无线点菜消息和服务呼叫消息; 高速无线网络通信电路用于传输多媒体数据,包括上网数据、视频数据; 当控制 无线网络通信电路失效时,自动采用宽带无线网络通信电路来传输餐厅运营业务 数据。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的桌台伴侣及其信息系统, 其特征在于: 桌台伴侣的机 芯模块随时监控遥控器的连接状态; 当发现遥控器失效时, 自动在屏幕上显示消 息,提示使用者使用备用输入装置, 同时向监控系统发送提示消息; 当发现遥控 器恢复工作时, 自动在屏幕上显示消息, 提示使用者使用遥控器。
