[4] 当然, 对于可以接收到频道信息的数字电视设备, 用户也可以根据频道信息, 检索出自己喜爱的节目类型的频道。 但是, 如果这些频道信息没有包含频道信 息的节目, 那么就无法使用该类型检索功能了。

[65] 以下将针对上述的电视频道选择系统的方法流程作进一步的详细说明, 该方法 流程的流程图如图 2所示, 该方法流程的操作界面显示如图 3、 图 4所示。
[66] 用户通过遥控器 7选择需收看的频道 (例如 23频道) , 高频头 1通过中央处理器 CPU
2显示频道模式选择 23频道。 然后 OSD发生回路 10输出如图 3所示的画面 31中显 示的文字 (23和 CCTV5) , 然后在合成回路 11中进行合成, 最后在显示模块 12 中进行显示。
[67] 本发明所述的频道选择系统主要是通过中央处理器 CPU
2来控制的, 针对上述图 3的画面 31这种状态下, 用户对频道进行评分的流程如 图 2所示。
[68] 步骤 S1 , 用户按下遥控器 7的评分模式键 77进入频道评分模式。 进入频道评分 模式后, 显示如图 3所示的画面 32。
[69] 步骤 S2, 该画面 32为选择组别的模式, 这里的组别是根据不同的人对喜爱的频 道和节目类别进行划分的, 包括按家庭成员分组、 按用户收看吋间或习惯分组 以及按节目频道内容分组等等, 在同一电视接收设备中, 可以记录各个用户的 频道评分。 例如, 一个家庭中, 父亲为组 1, 母亲为组 2。 如果在画面 32中, 用 户选择了组 1, 如果需要变更组的话, 可以通过移动遥控器 7的上下光标 72、 75 , 选择组的类别。 当按下右光标键 74吋, 进入显示画面 33, 则可以变更为组 2。 分组可见以下示例。
[70] 按家庭成员的不同来分组的例子:
[71] 喜爱列表1可以定义为: 爸爸常看的节目;
[72] 喜爱列表 2可以定义为: 女主人爱看的节目;
[73] 按收看吋间或习惯来分组的例子:
[74] 喜爱列表 3可以定义为: 早间节目;
[75] 喜爱列表 4可以定义为: 打发吋间的节目;
[76] 按节目频道内容来分组的例子:
[77] 喜爱列表 5可以定义为: 资讯类节目;
[78] 喜爱列表 6可以定义为: 体育节目。
[79] 步骤 S3 , 判断是否选择进行频道评分。 如果选择进行频道评分, 则进入步骤 S4 ; 否则进入步骤 Sl l。
[80] 步骤 S4, 如果需要进行频道评分, 则可将光标移动到画面 32中显示的数字, 通 过光标移动从遥控器 7中输入数字即可。 例如, 输入 91分, 如果决定输入该分数 , 则按下确认键 76, 进入画面 34; 如果原来是选择组 2的, 那么就进入画面 35。 [81] 步骤 S5 , 根据评分结果, 生成频道评分列表, 并将用户新的评分与之前输入的 评分按照从高分到低分的顺序进行排列, 以用户进行频道选择, 如图 3中的画面 36所示。
[82] 步骤 S6, 判断新评分的频道是否插入喜爱的频道评分列表。 也就是说让用户决 定是否在画面 36中显示的频道评分列表插入新评分的频道。 用户可以通过选择 按下左右光标 73、 74选择 YES/NO的方式, 从而决定是否将新评分的频道作为喜 爱的频道插入至画面 36中。 选择 YES , 进入步骤 S7; 选择 NO, 进入步骤 S8。
[83] 步骤 S7, 如果是用户喜爱的频道, 就选择 YES , 将新评分的频道插入用户喜爱 的频道评分列表中, 进步步骤 S8
[84] 步骤 S8 , 在电视接收设备中按照从高分到低分的顺序显示新的频道评分列表, 更新该频道评分列表, 该频道评分列表保存用户所选的频道与其评分的对应关 系。 如果用户选择 YES , 则进入画面 38。 如果用户选择 NO, 新评分的频道将不 会插入, 进入画面 37。
[85] 步骤 S9, 继续选择是否需要进行频道评分。 如果继续选择进行频道评分, 则进 入步骤 S16; 否则进入步骤 S10。
[86] 步骤 S10, 如果不继续进行频道评分, 则结束相关显示, 数据保存在电可擦除 、 可编程只读存贮器 EEPROM 5中, 频道评分模式关闭, 进入步骤 S17。
[87] 步骤 Sl l, 如果用户从喜爱的频道评分列表中选择频道吋, 则在步骤 S3吋可选 择不进行评分的频道选择模式。 用户按下遥控器 7的频道选择模式键 78进入频道 选择模式进行相关操作。 按下频道选择模式键 78后, 进入如图 4所示的画面 41。 用户通过按上下光标键 72、 75 , 从画面 41中选择组, 例如选择组 3; 也可以从画 面 44中进行选择组, 例如选择组 2。 组的名称是可以变更的, 如画面 44所示, 这 样就可以根据不同的人对喜爱的频道和节目类别进行区别划分, 用户使用起来 更加方便。
[88] 步骤 S12, 从画面 41, 进入画面 42, 组 3的频道评分列表显示出来; 或者从画面 44, 进入画面 45, 组 5的频道评分列表显示出来。 在该频道评分列表中, 用户可 以利用上下光标键 72、 75进行频道选择。
[89] 步骤 S13, 用户可以通过选择确认键 76进行确认, 如果按键确认, 则进入步骤 S14; 否则进 入步骤 S 15。
[90] 步骤 S14, 如果用户在画面 42中, 按下确认键 76, 进入画面 43, 切换到选择的 频道, 这里为 07, SZTV2频道。 如果用户在画面 45中, 按下确认键, 进入画面 4
6, 切换到选择的频道, 这里为 12, SZTV7频道。
[91] 步骤 S15, 判断用户选择是否结束。 如果用户希望再选择其他频道, 可以再次 按下选择频道键 74, 切换到画面 42, 返回步骤 S12进行同样的操作; 否则返回步 骤 S10。
[92] 需要说明的是, 在用户査看选择频道吋, 如果电视接收设备在预设吋间内 (例 如 10秒) 没有检测到用户进行按键, 则频道选择模式自动关闭, 关闭后画面停 止显示, 进行数据保存, 返回步骤 S10。
[93] 步骤 S16, 如果需继续选择频道评分, 用户可以在画面 37或画面 38的频道评分 列表中, 通过移动上下光标 72、 75 , 选择再次需评分的频道, 并返回步骤 S4。
[94] 步骤 S17, 关闭频道评分模式, 退出频道评分选择系统。
[95] 由此可知, 根据主观的分数, 用户可以方便地排列自己喜爱的频道节目。 用户 通过査看自己排列的喜爱频道评分列表, 能够更加方便迅速地找到自己喜欢的 节目。 并且, 由于存在多组评分体系, 可以对应多个个性化的选择。 一个家庭 可以按照家庭成员分组, 可以按照收看电视的吋间分组, 也可以按照频道内容 分组, 非常的人性化。
[96] 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的 技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内 , 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的权利要求范围之 内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种电视频道选择的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
a、 接收用户对电视频道进行评分的信息;
b、 根据用户评分的频道生成频道评分列表; 以及
c、 根据所述频道评分列表, 选择需收看的频道节目。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电视频道选择的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 a具 体包括:
al、 电视接收设备接收由遥控器传送过来的需对所选频道进行评分的信号 , 显示频道评分模式;
a2、 针对该评分模式, 选择所属组别, 该组别是根据不同的人对喜爱的频 道和节目类别进行划分的, 包括按家庭成员分组、 按用户收看吋间或习惯 分组以及按节目频道内容分组;
a3、 通过接收遥控器的光标移动信号对所选频道进行评分。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种电视频道选择的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 b进一步包括:
bl、 根据评分结果, 生成频道评分列表, 并将用户新的评分与之前输入的 评分按照从高分到低分的顺序进行排列, 以供用户进行频道选择; b2、 通过接收用户的输入信号决定是否将新评分的频道作为喜爱的频道插 入至电视接收设备显示画面中;
b3、 如果是, 则在电视接收设备中显示的频道评分列表中按照从高分到低 分的顺序插入已有的频道评分列表, 并更新频道评分列表, 该频道评分列 表保存用户所选的频道与其评分的对应关系; 否则结束相关显示, 新评分 的频道将不会插入。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电视频道选择的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 c具 体包括:
cl、 接收用户通过遥控器输入的频道选择模式信号, 进入频道选择模式; c2、 接收用户根据所述频道评分列表输入的电视频道选择信号; c3、 切换到选择信号对应的电视频道。
5、 一种电视频道选择系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括:
频道评分输入单元, 用于接收用户对电视频道进行评分的信息; 频道评分列表生成单元, 用于根据用户评分的频道生成频道评分列表; 以 及
频道评分选择单元, 用于根据所述频道评分列表, 选择需收看的频道节目
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的一种电视频道选择系统, 其特征在于, 所述频道 评分输入单元包括:
频道评分模式模块, 用于根据接收由遥控器传送过来的需对所选频道进行 评分的信号, 显示频道评分模式;
组别选择模块, 用于针对该评分模式, 选择所属组别, 该组别是根据不同 的人对喜爱的频道和节目类别进行划分的, 包括按家庭成员分组、 按用户 收看吋间或习惯分组以及按节目频道内容分组;
频道评分模块, 用于通过接收遥控器的光标移动信号对所选频道进行评分
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的一种电视频道选择系统, 其特征在于, 所述频道 评分列表生成单元进一步包括:
频道评分列表更新模块, 用于根据评分结果, 生成频道评分列表, 并将用 户新的评分与之前输入的评分按照从高分到低分的顺序进行排列, 以供用 户进行频道选择;
频道评分插入模块, 用于通过接收用户的输入信号决定是否将新评分的频 道作为喜爱的频道插入至电视接收设备显示画面中。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的一种电视频道选择系统, 其特征在于, 所述频道 评分选择单元包括: 频道模式选择模块, 用于接收用户通过遥控器输入的频道选择模式信号, 进入频道选择模式;
频道选择信号接收模块, 用于接收用户根据所述频道评分列表输入的电视 频道选择信号; 频道切换模块, 用于切换到选择信号对应的电视频道。
9、 一种基于权利要求 5所述的电视频道选择系统的电视接收设备, 其特征 在于, 包括权利要求 5-8任一项所述的电视频道选择系统。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的一种电视接收设备, 其特征在于, 该电视接收设 备为电视机或机顶盒。
