図1乃至図6は本発明の一実施形態に係る実施例1の工具用定規を示し、図1は本発明の一実施形態に係る実施例1の工具用定規の斜視図、図2は本発明の一実施形態に係る実施例1の工具用定規の平面図、図3は本発明の一実施形態に係る実施例1の工具用定規の側面図、図4は本発明の一実施形態に係る実施例1の工具用定規と工具との関係を示す正面図である。また、図5は本発明の一実施形態に係る工具用定規に用いられるメインガイドフレームを示し、図5(A)は平面図、図5(B)は側面図、図5(C)は正面図である。さらに、図6は本発明の一実施形態に係る工具用定規に用いられるガイドフレームを示し、図6(A)は平面図、図6(B)は側面図、図6(C)は正面図である。
ところで、ガイド部2aとガイド部3aとの間及びガイド部2bとガイド部4aとの間は、上述したように、異なった工具S,Tを利用するために、その対向間隔を異ならせる場合の他、例えば、同一の工具Sを縦置きとした場合と横置きとした場合とで、工具Sを挟持する間隔としても良い。
図8乃至図11は、本発明の一実施形態に係る実施例2の工具用定規を示し、図8は本発明の一実施形態に係る実施例2の工具用定規の斜視図、図9は本発明の一実施形態に係る実施例2の工具用定規の平面図、図10は本発明の一実施形態に係る実施例2の工具用定規の側面図、図11は本発明の一実施形態に係る実施例2の工具用定規と工具との関係を示す正面図である。
ところで、上述したベース材10を配置した工具用定規1の場合、例えば、図12に示すように、位置決め溝10aを跨ぐ開口10bを形成することにより、被加工材としての角材Kの木口面に凸又は凹のほぞ切り加工を施すことも可能である。
また、図13に示すように、ベース材10と同じ厚さの延長ベース材11の上面にフェンス5,6の内壁に対して45°傾斜した被加工材支持面12a,12bを備えた傾斜フェンス12を固定した補助定規13を用いた加工も可能である。
図16,図17は、本発明の一実施形態に係る実施例3の工具用定規を示し、図16は本発明の一実施形態に係る実施例3の工具用定規の平面図、図17は本発明の一実施形態に係る実施例3の工具用定規に適用されるメインガイドフレームの平面図である。
図18は、本発明の一実施形態に係る実施例4の工具用定規を示し、図18は本発明の一実施形態に係る実施例4の工具用定規に適用されるメインガイドフレームの平面図である。
Claims (15)
- 対向する両縁部にガイド部を備えたメインガイドフレームと、該メインガイドフレームの前記ガイド部の一方と平行に配置され且つ前記ガイド部と共同して工具を延在方向に案内するガイド部を備えた第1ガイドフレームと、前記メインガイドフレームの前記ガイド部の他方と平行に配置され且つ前記ガイド部と共同して工具を延在方向に案内するガイド部を備えた第2ガイドフレームと、前記メインガイドフレームの前記ガイド部と前記第1ガイドフレームの前記ガイド部及び前記メインガイドフレームの前記ガイド部と前記第2ガイドフレームの前記ガイド部との各間で工具を挟持するように前記各ガイドフレームを所定間隔を存して固定する一対のフェンスと、を備え、
該一対のフェンスは、工具による被加工材に対する加工範囲以上に離間して対向載置され、且つ、前記各ガイドフレームの少なくとも一端側を一方の前記フェンスから所定量外側にオーバーハングさせた状態で固定していると共に、該一方のフェンスの内側に被加工材を所定の角度で支持するための当て面並びに位置決め溝が設けられていることを特徴とする工具用定規。 - 前記メインガイドフレームの前記ガイド部と前記第1ガイドフレームの前記ガイド部との間及び前記メインガイドフレームの前記ガイド部と前記第2ガイドフレームの前記ガイド部との間は、異なった所定間隔で対向配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具用定規。
- 前記メインガイドフレームの前記ガイド部と前記第1ガイドフレームの前記ガイド部及び前記メインガイドフレームの前記ガイド部と前記第2ガイドフレームの前記ガイド部とは、異なった角度で工具を案内するように所定間隔位相をずらして対向配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の工具用定規。
- 前記各ガイドフレームの少なくとも一端側の前記一方のフェンスから外側へのオーバーハング量は、工具による被加工材の加工開始の際に工具が前記一方のフェンスの外側に位置する分以上、前記一方のフェンスから外側へ突出していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れかに記載の工具用定規。
- 前記一方のフェンスには、前記各ガイド部間で案内した工具の直接加工によって前記位置決め溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れかに記載の工具用定規。
- 前記一対のフェンスの間には、所定厚さの下敷き板が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5の何れかに記載の工具用定規。
- 前記一対のフェンスの少なくとも一方の内側に、該一方のフェンスの内壁と平行な延長フェンスが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6の何れかに記載の工具用定規。
- 前記一対のフェンスは、板状のベース材に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6の何れかに記載の工具用定規。
- 前記ベース材は、前記各ガイド部間で案内した工具によって前記一方のフェンスが分断される場合には、工具によって分断されない厚さを備えていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の工具用定規。
- 前記一対のフェンスの少なくとも一方の内側に該一方のフェンスの内壁と平行な延長フェンスが設けられ、該延長フェンスの延長方向側の前記ベース材の側方に該ベース材と同じ厚さの延長ベース材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8又は請求項9に記載の工具用定規。
- 前記ベース材の側方に、前記メインガイドフレームの前記ガイド部と前記第1ガイドフレームの前記ガイド部との間又は前記メインガイドフレームの前記ガイド部と前記第2ガイドフレームの前記ガイド部との間に跨る開口が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8乃至請求項10の何れかに記載の工具用定規。
- 前記ベース材の側方に、該ベース材と同じ厚さとされ且つ前記ベース材の側面に対してスライド可能とされた延長ベース材と、該延長ベース材の上面に配置され且つ前記一対のフェンスの少なくとも一方の内壁との相対角度が調整可能な被加工材支持面を備えた傾斜フェンスと、が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8乃至請求項11の何れかに記載の工具用定規。
- 前記一対のフェンスの少なくとも一方の端部が前記ベース材の側方から突出していることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の工具用定規。
- 前記メインガイドフレームは、前記ガイド部よりも高い位置で且つ前記メインガイドフレームの前記ガイド部と前記第1ガイドフレームの前記ガイド部との対向間隔又は前記メインガイドフレームの前記ガイド部と前記第2ガイドフレームの前記ガイド部との対向間隔の少なくとも一方の対向間隔よりも狭い幅の開口が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項13の何れかに記載の工具用定規。
- 前記一対のフェンスの少なくとも一方の外方に、該一対のフェンスと平行なガイドフェンスが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項14の何れかに記載の工具用定規。
