Abstract

본 발명은 열가소성 플라스틱-연속섬유 혼성복합체 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 열가소성 플라스틱-연속섬유 혼성 복합체의 제조방법에 있어서, a) 유리섬유 다발을 광폭으로 균일하게 펼치는 단계; b) 펼쳐진 유리섬유를 가열하는 단계; c) 가열된 유리섬유와 테이프 형상의 열가소성 플라스틱을 접합하여 열가소성 플라스틱-연속섬유 접합체를 형성하는 단계; d) 상기 접합체를 지그재그 형태로 접어 다층 열가소성 플라스틱-연속섬유 접합체를 만드는 단계; 및 e) 상기 다층 열가소성 플라스틱-연속섬유 접합체를 압착시키는 단계; 를 포함하여 이루어지는 직조가 용이하고, 직조후 열용융 함침시 균일성 및 함침성이 뛰어난 열가소성 플라스틱-연속섬유 혼성 복합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
