步骤 201、 用户通过浏览电子节目指南选择需要进行提示的节目, 其中 用户选择节目可以手动逐个节目选择, 也可以设定筛选条件由移动终端自动 选择, 例如按时间段选择今日播放的节目; 步骤 202、 判断是否完成节目选择, 如果是, 则执行步骤 203 , 否则返回 步骤 201选择下一个节目;
步骤 203、 判断是否生成待机提示图像, 如果是, 执行步骤 204, 否则结 束流程;
步骤 204: 读取当前待机图像的原始图像;
该步骤中获取的待机图像为原始图像, 即没有合成过节目信息的待机图 像。 该步骤中除了读取当前待机图像的原始图像作为图像合成的背景图像这 种优选方式之外, 还可读取其他的由用户指定的图像作为合成使用的背景图 像。
步骤 205、 将所述步骤 201 中所选择的节目的频道名称、 节目名称、 播 放时间等信息合成到步骤 204所获得的图像中, 并保存合成后的待机图像, 将其作为最新的待机图像或屏保图像;
在确定节目后, 执行合成操作之前, 由电子节目指南浏览器获取所选择 的节目的频道名称、 节目名称及播放时间等节目信息即可。 例如可以是在步 骤 201用户选择节目后立即获取, 也可以在步骤 205中合成操作之前获取。
合成时, 待机图像作为背景, 节目信息按照时间顺序排列以文字方式合 成到待机图像上。
返回到待机状态后, 向用户显示最新的待机图像, 当移动终端处于节电 模式或睡眠模式时, 向用户显示最新的屏保图像。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不 局限于此, 任何熟悉该技术的人在本发明所揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到 的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范 围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
与现有技术相比, 本发明技术方案在待机状态就可以向用户显示多媒体 广播节目的收视信息, 便于用户使用。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种多媒体广播节目提示方法, 其特征在于,
移动终端根据用户指令将需要提示的多媒体广播节目的节目信息合成到 一图像上, 将所述合成后的图像作为待机图像或者屏保图像显示给用户。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的多媒体广播节目提示方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 移动终端根据用户指令选择需要进行提示的多媒体广播节目, 获取所述 节目的节目信息, 同时获取当前的待机图像或屏保图像或用户指定的图像; 所述移动终端将选择的节目信息合成到所述待机图像或所述屏保图像或 所述指定图像上, 并将合成后的待机图像或屏保图像或指定图像作为最新的 待机图像或屏保图像;
在待机状态或者节电模式下, 所述移动终端显示所述最新的待机图像或 屏保图像。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的多媒体广播节目提示方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端根据用户指令从电子节目指南中获取所述多媒体广播节目 的节目信息, 其中, 所述节目信息至少包括频道名称、 节目名称和开始播放 时间的信息。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的多媒体广播节目方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端收到新的节目信息时, 提示用户重新选择需要进行提示的 节目信息。
5、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的多媒体广播节目方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户通过逐个节目手动进行选择或者通过设定筛选条件进行自动选 择需要提示的多媒体广播节目。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的多媒体广播节目提示方法, 其特征在于, 所述设定的筛选条件是指设定频道和 /或播放多媒体广播节目的时间段。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的多媒体广播节目提示方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端通过所述设定的筛选条件选择需要提示的多媒体广播节目 时, 在每日首次进入多媒体广播应用或电子节目指南浏览器后自动将满足筛 选条件的节目信息合成到原始的待机图像或屏保图像上, 并在待机状态下显 示最新合成后的待机图像或屏保图像。
8、 一种实现多媒体广播节目提示的移动终端, 包括, 电子节目指南浏览 器、 显示单元和存储单元, 其特征在于,
还包括图像读取单元和图像合成单元, 其中,
所述图像读取单元, 用于从所述存储单元获取待机图像、 屏保图像或者 用户指定的图像, 并将该图像发送到所述图像合成单元;
所述图像合成单元, 用于从所述电子节目指南浏览器获取需要提示的节 目信息, 接收所述图像读取单元发送的所述图像, 并合成所述节目信息到所 述图像上, 将合成后的待机图像或屏保图像或用户指定的图像作为最新的待 机图像或屏保图像发送给所述存储单元;
所述电子节目指南浏览器, 用于根据用户的输入选择需要进行提示的节 目, 根据选择的节目从电子节目指南中获取节目信息;
所述存储单元, 用于保存原始的待机图像、 屏保图像或者用户指定的图 像,接收所述图像合成单元发送的所述合成后的待机图像或屏保图像并保存。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的移动终端, 其特征在于,
所述图像合成单元从所述电子节目指南浏览器获取的节目信息, 至少包 括节目名称、 开始播放时间和频道名称的信息。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的移动终端, 其特征在于,
所述移动终端还包括输入单元, 用于接收用户输入的指令, 并将用户的 输入指令发送给所述电子节目指南浏览器。
11、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的移动终端, 其特征在于,
所述图像合成单元, 还用于将所述合成后的待机图像或屏保图像或用户 指定的图像作为最新的待机图像或屏保图像发送给所述显示单元;
所述显示单元, 还用于接收所述图像合成单元发送的所述最新的待机图 像或屏保图像并显示。
