本发明所述方法釆用了基于彩信业务快速、 便捷地获取手机电视用户关 心的 ESG信息, 彩信终端本身的幻灯片播放特性更能直观、 生动地将手机电 视的 ESG信息以各种媒体形式展现在用户面前, 这样就避免了常规的 ESG 获取方法过程中每次进入 ESG浏览器应用都需要 CDP模块收齐当前网络中 所有的 ESG容器文件交给 ESG引擎模块进行解析的繁瑣过程, 使得用户无 需每次都要等待很长时间才能浏览到电视节目, 同时还可保障 ESG信息的实 时性,从而极大地提高了 DVB-H手机电视的整体性能,取得极佳的用户体验 效果。 附图概述
图 1是本发明提出基于彩信的手机电视 ESG获取方法的整体架构图; 图 2是本发明提出的 ESG中心将用户订阅的 ESG信息构造成彩信消息 的处理流程图。
本发明的较佳实施方式
本发明提出一种基于彩信业务来获取手机电视 ESG信息的方法, 手机电 视运营商将 ESG信息封装成彩信消息, 通过移动运营商实时地将该彩信消息 发送到用户的手机电视终端上。
彩信 ( Multimedia Messaging Service, MMS )是移动运营商推出的以 无线应用协议 ( Wireless Application Protocol, WAP )为载体, 传送多媒体的 短信业务。 它最大的特色就是支持多媒体功能, 能够传递功能全面的内容和 信息, 这些信息包括文字、 图像、 声音、 视频等各种多媒体格式的信息。 正 是基于彩信的这些特色, 本发明将彩信业务与手机电视业务相结合, 为终端 用户提供一种更为快捷的 ESG获取方法。 本发明利用彩信业务, 将用户感兴 趣电视频道的 ESG信息封装在彩信消息中直接发送给用户的手机电视终端, 这样既可以避免每次用户进入 ESG浏览器应用都要等待很长时间来收集和解 析全部的 ESG容器文件才能看到电视节目信息进行播放的情况, 同时也能保 障 ESG信息的实时性, 从而提高手机电视的整体性能。
下面结合附图,将本发明提出的基于彩信的手机电视 ESG获取方法做进 一步详细说明。
如图 1所示, 本发明提出基于彩信的手机电视 ESG获取方法实施例一, 主要包括如下步骤:
步骤 110, 用户向 ESG中心发送定制请求, 定制 ESG信息;
手机电视终端用户向手机电视运营商发送定制请求, 定制自己感兴趣频 道的 ESG信息, 用户的定制请求被传送到手机电视运营商所维护的 ESG中 心;定制请求中通常包含用户感兴趣的频道号、播放时段(某天或某个时段)、 节目内容等。 用户可以定制在每天或某个时段自己感兴趣的手机电视频道的 ESG信息。
用户通过各种形式, 如短信定制、在手机电视运营商的相关网站上注册、 电话人工服务等定制 ESG信息, 这些定制请求最后都到达手机电视运营商相 关的 ESG中心进行处理。 通过短信定制时, 由移动运营商将定制请求转发给 手机电视运营商。
步骤 120, ESG中心收到用户的定制请求后, 将用户定制的 ESG信息编 辑和封装成彩信消息, 将携带该 ESG信息的彩信消息传送给彩信中心;
手机电视运营商相关的 ESG中心接收到用户的定制请求后,将用户每天 或某个时段感兴趣频道的 ESG信息编辑和封装在 MMS消息中, 其中每个电 视频道的播放参数文件—— SDP( Session Description Protocol,会话描述协议 ) 文件以附件的形式单独保存在 MMS消息的一帧中。
如果用户定制的频道比较多, 导致 ESG信息比较多, 考虑到 MMS消息 发送本身受大小限制, 可以将 ESG分装在多个 MMS消息中, 通常同一个频 道的 ESG信息完整地保存在同一个 MMS消息中,当一个频道的 ESG信息比 较多时, 也可以封装在多个 MMS消息中。 ESG中心将用户的 ESG信息封装 成 MMS消息后, 将该 MMS消息传送给彩信中心。
步骤 130, 彩信中心将该 MMS消息发送到用户的手机电视终端上; 步骤 140, 用户的手机电视终端接收到该彩信消息后, 用户打开终端的 彩信应用播放该彩信消息, 通过播放该彩信消息直接浏览该彩信消息中包含 的 ESG信息, 由于是用户自己定制的 ESG信息, 因此用户可以直接浏览自 己感兴趣频道的 ESG信息, 可以选择频道, 将彩信消息中的该频道的播放参 数文件即 SDP文件直接传给手机电视终端中的电视播放器来收看该频道的电 视节目。
用户的手机电视终端上接收到包含自己定制 ESG信息的 MMS消息后, 可以启动 MMS应用浏览该 MMS消息, 即浏览 ESG信息。 MMS播放时一般 都是按照幻灯片的形式一帧一帧定时播放, 用户可以通过这些幻灯片快速浏 览各个频道的电视节目的信息, 这些信息都是直接以文字、 图片、 音频、 视 频的形式呈现在用户面前, 包括某个电视频道的节目单、 某个电视节目的剧 情介绍、 某个电视节目的视频片段等等。
当用户需要选择收看某个电视频道时, 可停止携带该电视频道 SDP文件 的那一帧, 启动该手机电视终端上的电视收看功能, 该功能主要是将该频道 的 SDP文件传递给系统主应用服务, 主应用服务再启动电视播放器, 同时将 SDP文件传递给电视播放器进行解析, 解析完以后就可获取用户选择的频道 的所有播放参数, 播放该频道节目。 用户也可以将选择收看的频道的 SDP文 件保存在手机电视终端上, 启动电视播放器调用该 SDP文件, 播放该频道节 。
在本发明另一实施例中, 也可以由 ESG中心将 ESG信息发送给彩信中 心, 彩信中心再将 ESG封装成彩信消息后发送给用户的手机电视终端。
如图 2所示为本发明实施例二, ESG中心将用户定制的 ESG信息编辑和 封装成彩信消息的流程进一步包括如下步骤:
步骤 210: ESG中心在接收到用户的定制请求后, 根据定制请求确定用 户定制的 ESG信息,比如根据定制请求中的频道号获取该频道号对应的 ESG 信息;
步骤 220: 将用户定制的 ESG信息封装成彩信消息, 彩信消息通常包含 彩信体和彩信头, 用户定制的 ESG信息封装在彩信体中, 将每个频道的 ESG 信息进行封装时, 首先获取该频道对应的 ESG信息中的业务(Service )段, 该段的内容主要是描述对应的电视频道的总体信息, 如频道名称、 频道 LOGO, 频道简介等; 将业务段内容构造成彩信消息的第一帧, 其中将频道 名称、 频道简介等文字信息一起填写在第一帧的文本文件中, 频道 LOGO则 作为图片文件嵌入在第一帧中;
步骤 230:查询该 Service段对应的所有内容( Content )段以及每个 Content 段对应的 Schedule (节目时间安排)段, 其中 Content段描述某个具体节目的 标题、 节目内容简介、 节目的海报(图片文件) 、 节目的音视频集锦等内容, 而 Schedule段则描述了该节目的具体播出信息;
步骤 240:将每个 Content段以及对应的 Schedule段的内容构造成新的一 帧, 顺次排在步骤 220中产生的第一帧的后面, 从而产生一个幻灯片序列。 通常在彩信编辑中, 一般要遵循下面原则:
一个帧中只能有一个图片, 不能有多个图片;
一个帧中只能有一个音频文件, 不能有多个音频文件;
一个帧中只能有一个视频文件, 不能有多个视频文件;
一个帧中一个图片文件可以和一个音频文件共存;
一个帧中一个图片文件不能和一个视频文件共存;
一个帧中一个音频文件不能和一个视频文件共存; 所以若 Content段中同时有多个图片、 音频、 视频, 则按照上面原则, 产 生新的帧来存放多个媒体文件,同时将这些新帧排列在该 Content段的母帧后 面, 母帧指使用该 Content段及其对应的 Schedule段的信息构造的第一个帧。 一个 Content段及其对应的 Schedule段封装成若干个连续的帧。将所有 Content 段以及对应的 Schedule段进行封装。
步骤 250: 取得播放该频道的播放参数文件, 如 SDP参数文件, 将它作 为附件嵌入到该彩信消息的最后一帧中; 当然, 不限于嵌入到该彩信消息的 最后一帧中, 也可以嵌入到其它帧。
步骤 260: 将彩信的收件人地址、 主题等头信息填充好后, 连同前面的 前面步骤中构造好的彩信体一起经过彩信编码后形成的彩信消息传送到彩信 中心, 最后由彩信中心将该彩信消息发送到用户的手机电视终端上。
实施例二的流程中, 一个彩信消息中封装一个频道的 ESG信息, 如果一 个彩信消息中封装多个频道的 ESG信息时, 和一个频道的 ESG信息的封装 类似, 封装完一个频道的 ESG信息后, 分别获取下一个频道的 ESG信息的 Service段、 Content段及其对应的 Schedule段, 及该频道的播放参数文件, 封 装在多个帧中, 直到封装完该多个频道的 ESG信息。
将 ESG信息封装成彩信消息的方法不限于实施例二中的按业务段, 内容 段及节目时间安排, 内容段及节目时间安排, ...., 至播放参数文件的顺序进 行封装, 也可以打乱其顺序, 内容段及节目时间安排内部各帧的顺序也不作 限定, 只要将 ESG信息封装在彩信消息的各帧中即可, 具体 ESG信息包含 的 Service段、 Content段及其对应的 Schedule段, 及该频道的播放参数文件 的封装顺序不限、 封装方式不限、 每个 ESG信息段(Service段、 Content段、 Schedule段、 播放参数文件等)封装的帧数不限。
本发明还提供一种手机电视终端, 用于向 ESG中心发送定制请求, 定制 ESG信息, 接收彩信中心的彩信消息, 从彩信消息中获取电子业务指南 ESG 信息, 还用于收到彩信消息后, 播放彩信消息, 在用户选择需要播放的频道 后, 根据该频道的 ESG信息中的播放参数文件播放所述频道。 工业实用性

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种手机电视电子业务指南信息的获取方法, 其特征在于, 包含: 网络侧将电子业务指南 ESG信息封装成彩信消息后,将所述彩信消息发 送给手机电视终端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧包含 ESG中心 和彩信中心, 所述网络侧的 ESG中心将电子业务指南 ESG信息封装成彩信 消息并发送彩信中心, 所述彩信中心将携带所述 ESG信息的彩信消息发送给 手机电视终端。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包含, 用户向网 络侧发送定制请求, 定制 ESG信息。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述用户通过如下方式之一 或其结合向网络侧定制 ESG信息: 短信定制、 在手机电视运营商的相关网站 上注册和电话人工服务。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧将 ESG信息封 装成彩信消息时, 将同一个频道的所有 ESG信息封装在一个彩信消息中。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧将 ESG信息封 装成彩信消息时, 对每一个频道对应的 ESG信息, 将该频道对应的 ESG信 息的业务段封装成彩信消息的一帧, 将该业务段对应的每个内容段及内容段 对应的节目时间安排段封装成彩信消息的若干帧, 将该频道的播放参数文件 封装成彩信消息的一帧。
7、 如权利要求 1或 5或 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 手机电视终端收到 所述彩信消息后, 播放所述彩信消息, 用户才艮据所述彩信消息中的 ESG信息 选择需要播放的频道, 手机电视终端根据该频道的 ESG信息中的播放参数文 件播放所述频道。
8、 一种手机电视电子业务指南信息的获取系统,其特征在于, 所述系 统用于电子业务指南 ESG信息封装成彩信消息后, 将所述彩信消息发送给手 机电视终端。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包含 ESG中心和 彩信中心, 其中: 所述 ESG中心, 用于将电子业务指南 ESG信息封装成彩信消息, 将所 述彩信消息发送给彩信中心;
所述彩信中心, 用于将所述彩信消息发送给手机电视终端。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 ESG中心, 还用于接 收用户的定制请求, 确定用户定制的 ESG信息, 将用户定制的 ESG信息封 装成彩信消息, 将所述彩信消息发送给彩信中心。
11、 如权利要求 9或 10所述的系统,其特征在于,所述 ESG中心将 ESG 信息封装成彩信消息时, 对每一个频道对应的 ESG信息, 将该频道对应的 ESG信息的业务段封装成彩信消息的一帧, 将该业务段对应的每个内容段及 内容段对应的节目时间安排段封装成彩信消息的若干帧, 将该频道的播放参 数文件封装成彩信消息的一帧。
12、 一种手机电视终端, 其特征在于,
所述手机电视终端, 用于接收彩信中心的彩信消息, 从所述彩信消息中 获取电子业务指南 ESG信息。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的手机电视终端, 其特征在于, 所述手机电视 终端, 还用于向 ESG中心发送定制请求, 定制 ESG信息。
14、 如权利要求 12或 13所述的手机电视终端, 其特征在于, 所述手机 电视终端, 还用于收到所述彩信消息后, 播放所述彩信消息, 在用户选择需 要播放的频道后, 根据该频道的 ESG信息中的播放参数文件播放所述频道。
