根据本发明的一具体实施例, 参见图 1, 其是在第一移动通讯装置 10 开启后, 待机时以无线电信网络 (W) 连结至该服务器 30, 以接收模块 11下载影音图文信息和 /或播放排程, 暂存于该第一移动通讯装置 10中储 存模块 12中的影音图文信息保留区; 当第一移动通讯装置 10的使用者拨 打电话给他人 (X), 或第一移动通讯装置 10接到他人来电时 (Y) 仿真 接听电话时, 从其移动通讯装置中的储存模块 12的影音图文信息保留区 读取影音图文信息, 或依播放排程, 以播放模块 13播放影音图文信息, 以传送模块 14, 通过通信交换系统传送 (Z) 至通话对象的第二移动通讯 装置 20。 根据本发明, 影音图文信息是由影音图文信息提供者提供, 可通过服 务器经由无线网络传送至本发明各行动装置。其中无线网络可为各式无线 网络, 包含但不限于 GSM、 Wi-Max。
根据本发明,本发明的服务器可包含门号辨识系统 31、属性筛选系统 32、及播放排程系统 33。根据本发明的一实施例, 由影音图文信息提供业 者, 将参与本发明系统的门号汇入服务器数据库, 作成门号辨识系统; 并 依据各门号所有者的属性作成属性筛选系统,依前述门号辨识系统及属性 筛选系统, 针对不同门号作成播放排程系统。 服务器依据各门号信号, 经 门号辨识系统 31决定是否提供影音图文数据或播放排程; 并经属性筛选 系统 32及播放排程系统 33依据门号的属性提供该属性的影音图文数据或 播放排程供下载。
根据本发明的具体实施例,其是在他人拨打电话进该第一移动通讯装 置时, 在其使用者按下 "接听"按键之前, 自动执行 "接听"功能, 并自 动从该移动通讯装置中影音图文信息保留区取出该影音图文信息播放并 传送至通话对象的移动通讯装置,或取出并依播放排程从服务器下载影音 图文信息播放并传送至通话对象的移动通讯装置,在通话对象的移动通讯 装置呈现该影音图文信息。当该移动通讯装置使用者按下 "接听"按键时, 切换至通话模式。
根据本发明的具体实施例, 该类影音图文信息可通过本发明的移动通 讯装置内建构的播放模块播放并经传送模块传送至通话对象的移动通讯 装置。 该信息如为图文信息, 可自第一移动通讯装置的播放模块播放并经 传送出现于对方第二移动通讯装置上,呈现于所显示的电话号码之后或适 当位置。
根据本发明的另一具体实施例,其是在该第一移动通讯装置使用者拨 打电话给他人或他人拨打电话给第一移动通讯装置使用者,在通话前第一 移动通讯装置自动从该移动通讯装置中影音图文信息保留区取出该影音 图文信息播放并传送至通话对象的移动通讯装置,或取出并依据播放排程 从服务器下载影音图文信息依据播放排程播放并传送给通话对象的移动 通讯装置, 当受话者按下 "接听"按键时, 切换至通话模式; 而该移动通 讯装置使用者执行话中插接功能而令该通话对象的移动通讯装置处于等 待时, 则切换至提供影音图文信息的播放模式; 恢复通话时再切换回通话 模式。
本发明, 可进一步包含于本发明移动通讯装置发送该影音图文信息 时, 自动发送 "播放标示"至提供影音图文信息的服务器, 记录该影音图 文信息的播放次数。
本发明亦提供一个提供影音图文信息的移动通讯装置, 包含:
- 处理模块;
- 接收模块, 电耦合至该处理模块, 其用于接收影音图文信息和 /或播 放排程; 其中在该第一移动通讯装置开启后, 待机时以无线网络连结至服 务器, 下载影音图文信息和 /或播放排程; 及
- 储存模块, 电耦合至该处理模块, 其包含影音图文信息保留区, 用 以暂时储存从服务器下载的影音图文信息和 /或播放排程;
- 播放模块, 其用于播放影音图文信息; 其中当该第一移动通讯装置 的使用者拨打电话给他人时, 自动从该移动通讯装置中影音图文信息保留 区取出该影音图文信息播放并传送至通话对象的移动通讯装置,或取出并 依播放排程从服务器下载影音图文信息依播放排程播放并传送给通话对 象的移动通讯装置; 或当其它人拨打电话进该第一移动通讯装置时, 该第 一移动通讯装置自动仿真接听动作, 自该移动通讯装置中影音图文信息保 留区取出该影音图文信息播放并传送至通话对象的移动通讯装置,或取出 并依播放排程自服务器下载影音图文信息依播放排程播放并传送给通话 对象的移动通讯装置; 及
- 传送模块, 其用于传送经该播放模块播放的影音图文信息。
根据本发明的实施例, 其中该播放模块、 传送模块、 通讯模块、 及储 存模块是利用薄膜卡或芯片或嵌入式模块程序或其它方式并入该移动通 讯装置中。
根据本发明的实施例, 其中该处理模块包含 "核心保留区"及 "使用 者使用区"。 "核心保留区"专供移动通讯装置的基本服务功能使用, 无法 让使用者变更或为其它使用; 而 "使用者使用区"则可供使用者存放通讯 簿、 短信、 影音、 声音、 照片或其它档案之用。
根据本发明, 该储存模块中包含 "影音图文保留区", 专供暂存放影 音图文信息及播放排程之用, 也无法让使用者变更或为其它使用。
本发明的移动通讯装置使用者可通过按键设定,变更拨出电话时的影 音图文内容为 "个人自订", 并可自行编辑个人自订的影音图文内容, 储 存于本发明的移动通讯装置的 "使用者使用区"。 影音图文信息提供的服 务器辨别该门号移动通讯装置属于 "个人自订"属性时, 在本发明的移动 通讯装置提出下载影音图文信息的需求时, 即不予响应。 本发明的移动通 讯装置使用者拨打电话给他人时,本发明的移动通讯装置同时自动发送使 用者自订的图文信息, 使对方的移动通讯装置呈现该影音图文信息内容于 所显示的电话号码之后或适当位置。 同时,本发明提供一种以本发明移动通讯系统提供影音图文信息的方 法, 其包含下列步骤:
- 当本发明移动通讯装置在待机时, 自动从该提供信息的服务器下载 影音图文信息和 /或播放排程,暂存于该移动通讯装置的储存模块中的影音 图文信息保留区;
- 当该移动通讯装置的使用者拨打电话给他人时, 自动从该移动通讯 装置中影音图文信息保留区取出该影音图文信息播放并传送至通话对象 的移动通讯装置,或取出并依据播放排程从服务器下载影音图文信息依据 播放排程播放并传送给通话对象的移动通讯装置; 或当其它人拨打电话进 该移动通讯装置时, 该移动通讯装置自动仿真接听动作, 从该移动通讯装 置中影音图文信息保留区取出该影音图文信息播放并传送至通话对象的 移动通讯装置,或取出并依播放排程自服务器下载影音图文信息依播放排 程播放并传送给通话对象的移动通讯装置; 及
- 使通话对象的移动通讯装置接收并呈现该影音图文信息; 当该移动 通讯装置使用者按下 "接听"按键时, 切换至通话模式。
根据本发明的具体实施例,其是在该第一移动通讯装置使用者拨打电 话给他人或他人拨打电话给第一移动通讯装置使用者,在通话前第一移动 通讯装置自动从该移动通讯装置中影音图文信息保留区取出该影音图文 信息播放并传送至通话对象的移动通讯装置,或取出并依播放排程从服务 器下载影音图文信息依播放排程播放并传送给通话对象的移动通讯装置, 当受话者按下 "接听"按键时, 切换至通话模式; 而该移动通讯装置使用 者执行话中插接功能而令该通话对象的移动通讯装置处于等待时, 则切换 至提供影音图文信息的播放模式; 恢复通话时再切换回通话模式。
本发明方法可进一步包含本发明移动通讯装置发送该影音图文信息 时, 自动发送 "播放标示"至提供影音图文信息的服务器, 记录该影音图 文信息的播放次数。
参阅图 2及图 3可分别了解为实施本发明系统的流程,可采用单一频 道或双通讯频道方式。 如图 2, 采用单一频道方式工作时, 本发明移动通 讯装置 10利用待机时段在第一移动通讯装置 10与影音图文提供的服务器 30之间传输影音图文信息和 /或播放排程; 如第 3图, 采用双通讯频道方 式作业时,主通讯频道为本移动通讯装置使用者向电信业者租用门号使用 的通讯频道, 第二通讯频道为本移动通讯装置 10与提供影音图文的服务 器 30之间传输影音图文内容或播放排程的通讯频道。
根据本发明的另一具体实施例, 可参见第 4图, 在本发明移动通讯装 置 A 使用者打电话时, 该移动通讯装置将自动于通话对象的电话号码之 后, 附加一组特别码; 其中该特别码包含一组自该移动通讯装置中读取的 影音图文档 (例如, 广告音档)代码。 若受话者的移动通讯装置亦为本发 明移动通讯装置 B或可解析前述特别码的移动通讯装置 B,则受话者的移 动通讯装置 B将转送此特别码所代表的广告音档代码至服务器,由服务器 回传该影音图文档代码对应的影音图文档,经播放并传送至拨话者移动通 讯装置。 因而在本发明移动通讯装置互打时, 由原本依据受话者属性决定 影音图文信息的方式, 改为依拨话者属性决定影音图文信息的方式。
根据本发明具体实施例,本发明移动通讯装置提供影音图文信息的方 式如下:
(1) 如为本发明移动通讯装置互打时, 依据 "拨入者"移动通讯装置 中的属性选择对应的影音图文档代码, 以"附加码 "方式送出广告档代码;
(2) 如为他人拨打给本发明移动通讯装置, 且移动通讯装置 "影音图 文保留区"储存者为 "播放排程"时, 依据本发明移动通讯装置(受话者) 的属性读出影音图文档代码, 并从服务器下载影音图文档, 播放实时转传 送到拨话者; 及
(3) 如为他人拨打给本发明移动通讯装置, 且 "影音图文保留区"储 存者为 "影音图文信息"时, 依据本发明移动通讯装置 (受话者) 属性读 出影音图文信息文件, 播放并传送到拨话者。
通过上述具体实施例, 以期能更清楚描述本发明的特征与实施, 并非 用以限制本发明的范畴。本发明应涵盖基于本发明的精神所完成各种可能 的改变及权利要求中所述及其具相等性的排列。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种提供影音图文信息的移动通讯系统, 包含:
- 服务器, 其提供影音图文信息和 /或播放排程;
- 第一移动通讯装置, 其中该第一移动通讯装置内建下列模块:
- 接收模块,其用于接收该服务器提供的影音图文信息和 /或播放排 程; 其中于该第一移动通讯装置开启后, 待机时以无线网络连结至该服务 器, 下载该影音图文信息和 /或播放排程;
- 储存模块, 内含一影音图文信息保留区, 其用于暂存从服务器下 载的影音图文信息和 /或播放排程;
- 播放模块, 其用于播放影音图文信息; 其中当该第一移动通讯装 置的使用者拨打电话给他人时, 自动从该移动通讯装置中影音图文信息保 留区取出该影音图文信息播放并传送至通话对象的移动通讯装置,或取出 并依播放排程从服务器下载影音图文信息依据播放排程播放并传送给通 话对象的移动通讯装置; 或当其它人拨打电话进该第一移动通讯装置时, 该第一移动通讯装置自动仿真接听动作,从该移动通讯装置中影音图文信 息保留区取出该影音图文信息播放并传送至通话对象的移动通讯装置, 或 取出并依播放排程从服务器下载影音图文信息依播放排程播放并传送给 通话对象的移动通讯装置; 及
- 传送模块, 其用于传送经该播放模块播放的影音图文信息;
- 第二移动通讯装置, 接收从该第一移动通讯装置播放并传送的影音 图文信息。
2. 根据权利要求 1的提供影音图文信息的移动通讯系统,其特征在于 使用第一移动通讯装置使用者拨打电话给他人时, 发送影音图文信息, 在 通话对象接听前, 其移动通讯装置呈现该影音图文信息。
3. 根据权利要求 2的提供影音图文信息的移动通讯系统,其特征在于 该信息如为图文信息, 可出现于对方移动通讯装置呈现自己的电话号码之 后或适当位置。
4. 根据权利要求 1的提供影音图文信息的移动通讯系统,其特征在于 他人拨打电话进该移动通讯装置使用者时, 自动从该移动通讯装置中影音 图文信息保留区取出该影音图文信息播放并传送至通话对象的移动通讯 装置,或取出并依播放排程从服务器下载影音图文信息依播放排程播放并 传送给通话对象的移动通讯装置, 在其使用者按下 "接听"按键之前, 自 动执行 "接听"功能, 使对方的移动通讯装置呈现该影音图文信息; 当该 移动通讯装置使用者按下 "接听"按键时, 切换至通话模式。
5. 根据权利要求 1的提供影音图文信息的移动通讯系统,其特征在于 在移动通讯装置使用者打电话或他人拨打电话进该移动通讯装置使用者 时, 自动从该移动通讯装置中影音图文信息保留区取出该影音图文信息播 放并传送至通话对象的移动通讯装置,或取出并依播放排程从服务器下载 影音图文信息依播放排程播放并传送给通话对象的移动通讯装置, 当该移 动通讯装置使用者执行话中插接功能而令该通话对象的移动通讯装置处 于等待时, 则切换至提供影音图文信息的播放模式; 恢复通话时再切换回 通话模式。
6. 根据权利要求 1, 3, 4或 5的提供影音图文信息的移动通讯系统, 其特征在于影音图文信息播放时, 该移动通讯装置自动发送 "播放标示" 至影音图文信息提供的服务器, 记录该影音图文信息播放次数。
7. 根据权利要求 1的提供影音图文信息的移动通讯系统,其特征在于 影音图文信息为报导、 广告、 新闻、 歌曲或其它信息内容。
8. 根据权利要求 7的提供影音图文信息的移动通讯系统,其特征在于 影音图文信息为广告。
9. 根据权利要求 1的提供影音图文信息的移动通讯系统,其特征在于 影音图文信息可由使用者自订。
10. 根据权利要求 1的提供影音图文信息的移动通讯系统, 其特征在 于第一移动通讯装置内建的通讯模块,可提供当该移动通讯装置使用者打 电话时, 在受话者的电话号码之后附加一组特别码的功能。
11. 根据权利要求 10的提供影音图文信息的移动通讯系统,其特征在 于该特别码包含一组从该移动通讯装置中读取的影音图文档代码。
12. 根据权利要求 11的提供影音图文信息的移动通讯系统,其特征在 于若受话者的移动通讯装置为可解析前述特别码的移动通讯装置, 则受话 者的移动通讯装置将转送此特别码所代表的影音图文档的代码至服务器, 由服务器回传该影音图文档代码对应的影音图文档播放并传送至拨话者 移动通讯装置。
13. 根据权利要求 11的提供影音图文信息的移动通讯系统,其特征在 于具有与第一移动通讯装置相同功能的移动通讯装置互打时, 受话者的移 动通讯装置将转送此特别码所代表的影音图文档的代码至服务器, 由服务 器回传该影音图文档代码对应的影音图文档播放并传送至拨话者移动通 讯装置。
14.一种可提供影音图文信息的移动通讯装置, 其包含:
- 处理模块;
- 接收模块, 电耦合至该处理模块, 其用于接收影音图文信息和 /或播 放排程; 其中在该第一移动通讯装置开启后, 待机时以无线网络连结至服 务器, 下载影音图文信息和 /或播放排程; 及
- 储存模块, 电耦合至该处理模块, 其包含影音图文信息保留区, 是 用以暂时储存从服务器下载的影音图文信息和 /或播放排程;
- 播放模块, 其用于播放影音图文信息; 其中当该第一移动通讯装置 的使用者拨打电话给他人时, 自动从该移动通讯装置中影音图文信息保留 区取出该影音图文信息播放并传送至通话对象的移动通讯装置,或取出并 依播放排程从服务器下载影音图文信息依播放排程播放并传送给通话对 象的移动通讯装置; 或当其它人拨打电话进该第一移动通讯装置时, 该第 一移动通讯装置自动仿真接听动作,从该移动通讯装置中影音图文信息保 留区取出该影音图文信息播放并传送至通话对象的移动通讯装置,或取出 并依据播放排程从服务器下载影音图文信息依据播放排程播放并传送给 通话对象的移动通讯装置; 及 - 传送模块, 其用于传送经该播放模块播放的影音图文信息。
15. 根据权利要求 14的移动通讯装置,其特征在于该播放模块、传送 模块、 通讯模块、 及储存模块利用薄膜卡或芯片或嵌入式模块程序或其它 方式并入该移动通讯装置中。
16. 根据权利要求 14的移动通讯装置,其特征在于该通讯模块, 内建 有附加一组特别码功能。
17. 根据权利要求 16的移动通讯装置,其特征在于该特别码包含一组 从该移动通讯装置中读取的影音图文档代码。
18. 一种根据权利要求 1的移动通讯系统提供影音图文信息的方法, 包含下列步骤:
- 当如权利要求 14 的移动通讯装置在待机时, 自动从该提供信息的 服务器下载影音图文信息和 /或播放排程,暂存于该移动通讯装置的储存模 块中的影音图文信息保留区;
- 当该移动通讯装置的使用者拨打电话给他人时, 自动从该移动通讯 装置中影音图文信息保留区取出该影音图文信息播放并传送至通话对象 的移动通讯装置,或取出并依播放排程从服务器下载影音图文信息依播放 排程播放并传送给通话对象的移动通讯装置; 或当其它人拨打电话进该移 动通讯装置时, 该移动通讯装置自动仿真接听动作, 自该移动通讯装置中 影音图文信息保留区取出该影音图文信息播放并传送至通话对象的移动 通讯装置,或取出并依播放排程从服务器下载影音图文信息依播放排程播 放并传送给通话对象的移动通讯装置; 及
- 使通话对象的移动通讯装置接收并呈现该影音图文信息; 当该移动 通讯装置持有者按下 "接听"按键时, 切换至通话模式。
19. 根据权利要求 18的方法, 其特征在于该信息如为图文, 可出现 于对方移动通讯装置所显示的电话号码之后或适当位置。
20. 根据权利要求 18的方法, 其特征在于当该移动通讯装置持有者 打电话或他人拨打电话进该移动通讯装置持有者时, 自动从该移动通讯装 置中影音图文信息保留区取出该影音图文信息播放并传送至通话对象的 移动通讯装置,或取出并依播放排程自服务器下载影音图文信息依播放排 程播放并传送给通话对象的移动通讯装置, 当该移动通讯装置持有者执行 话中插接功能而令该通话对象的移动通讯装置处于等待时, 则切换至提供 影音图文信息的播放模式; 恢复通话时再切换回通话模式。
21. 根据权利要求 18、 19和 20的方法, 其特征在于影音图文信息播 放时, 该移动通讯装置自动发送 "播放标示"至影音图文信息提供的服务 器, 记录该影音图文信息播放次数。
22. 根据权利要求 18的方法,其特征在于影音图文信息为报导、广告、 新闻、 歌曲或其它信息内容。
23. 根据权利要求 22的方法, 其特征在于影音图文信息为广告。
24. 根据权利要求 18的方法,其特征在于影音图文信息可由使用者自 订。
25. 根据权利要求 18的方法,其特征在于第一移动通讯装置内建的通 讯模块, 可提供当该移动通讯装置使用者打电话时, 在受话者的电话号码 之后附加一组特别码。
26. 根据权利要求 25的方法,其特征在于该特别码包含一组从该移动 通讯装置中读取的影音图文档代码。
27. 根据权利要求 25的方法,其特征在于若受话者的移动通讯装置为 可解析前述特别码的移动通讯装置, 则受话者的移动通讯装置将转送此特 别码所代表的影音图文档的代码至服务器, 由服务器回传该影音图文档代 码对应的影音图文档, 再传送至拨话者移动通讯装置播放。
28. 根据权利要求 27的方法,其特征在于具有与第一移动通讯装置相 同功能的移动通讯装置互打时, 受话者的移动通讯装置将转送此特别码所 代表的影音图文档的代码至服务器, 由服务器回传该影音图文档代码对应 的影音图文档, 再播放并传送至拨话者移动通讯装置。
