Abstract

L'invention concerne une amélioration apportée à des pinces pour des interventions laparoscopiques. Les pinces de l'invention comprennent : un manche pourvu d'un premier bras (10) et d'un deuxième bras (20) interconnectés dans la partie d'extrémité supérieure par un système d'attache (30), le deuxième bras (20) possédant une extension (22) dans la partie d'extrémité supérieure pouvant être raccordée à un mécanisme d'actionnement (40); une structure flexible (41) qui s'étend à partir du mécanisme d'actionnement (40), ladite structure flexible (41) possédant une partie de raccordement (411) qui raccorde l'extension (22) à la partie d'extrémité supérieure du premier bras (10); un troisième bras (50) qui fait saillie vers le bas à partir de la face inférieure du mécanisme d'actionnement (40), ledit troisième bras (50) possédant un anneau au niveau de la partie d'extrémité inférieure (51), et dans la partie d'extrémité supérieure une partie de raccordement (52) à la structure flexible (41); une tige rigide (100) qui fait saillie à partir du mécanisme d'actionnement (40), ladite tige rigide (100) possédant une partie active (110) disposée dans un segment qui comprend une zone de flexion (111) activée par la structure flexible (41).
