实时歌唱影像制作装置 技术领域
本发明关于一种实时歌唱影像制作装置, 尤其是一种运用 KTV包厢中 实时录制与编辑唱歌影像的装置。 背景技术
现代工商忙碌, 需要透过开怀歌唱, 再由于于声光科技逐渐进步, 许 多 KTV可以提供亲朋好友群聚欢唱, 按 「KTV」 乃¾自 「Kara0k」 而来, 而该 「Kara0k」 为日英文的混合名, Kara是日文 "空"的意思, OK是英文 "无 人伴奏乐队"的縮写, 中文赋予其 「卡拉 οκ」, 而配合电视 τν, 则简称为
KTV, 目前已经广泛成为周知的词汇, 实际上其也是一种更富有电视影像 的卡拉 ΟΚ声光设备与娱乐。 即将伴唱带 (音乐录像带或是录音带), 隐去原 来的人声, 而留下单纯的音乐作为伴奏 (辅以为录像的影像播放), 由于原始 的演唱人声可以隐去或极小化, 因此剩余的乐器演奏声音可以提供后来欲 演唱者有一个丰富的伴奏。 也令演唱者有享受取代歌星角色的满足感, 更 透过歌声对于情感、 情绪的宣泄, 也是一种解除压力的方法, 而在结伴歌 唱时, 自认歌声优异者, 也有展现的机会。 虽然有许多居家设备, 也有伴 唱系统与音乐卡带, 但是无论歌源、 包厢环境、 声光设备等, 仍无法与专 业 KTV相比。 因此具有包厢的 KTV场所, 历经多年而不衰。
然而, 由于 KTV的环境所营造出歌唱环境, 由于相当符合与适合歌唱 表演的充分与尽兴, 为了保留当下的歌唱情境, 许多 KTV业者会预备有录 音设备, 在音控室或是主控室, 应客人要求而录音, 甚至录像。 但是此种 录音或是录像通常是由 KTV藉由既有的录制设备录制。 而缺乏编辑、 选项 等功能, 更缺乏在包廂内实时掌握录像品质, 而当不满意表演状态时, 事 后也无法重来一遍, 整体而言, 即缺乏 「客制性」 与 「实时性」 的内涵与 品质, 未必能够充分满足客人的需求。 因此在现今个人主义盛行的时代, 已经不敷所需。 发明内容 有鉴于先前技术的问题, 本发明人认为应有一种实时歌唱影像制作装 置, 包括一设于 KTV包厢内的第一影像摄取镜头, 该第一影像摄取镜头连 接一中央处理单元, 且该中央处理单元连接一屏幕, 以及该中央处理单元 连接一影像编辑系统, 藉以令该第一影像摄取镜头所撷取的影像得以于该 影像编辑系统实时完成, 并呈现于屏幕, 可以实时在包厢内欣赏与制作歌 唱的景况, 更增加开怀歌唱以外的娱乐性。 并且配合储存设备而将该歌唱 景况予以储存, 如果感觉表现不佳, 更可以随时重唱重录与重新编辑, 直 到符合理想, 再予储存携带出该 KTV包厢。 为便于操作, 该实时歌唱影像 制作装置的该屏幕可以为触控式屏幕。 而在镜头的撷取方面, 可以更增加 设有第二至第四影像摄取镜头, 并且安排于不同的撷取角度, 使得影像呈 现, 能够满足多元角度, 而歌唱者也可以选取较佳的角度为影像的撷取与 编辑。
有鉴于 KTV包厢内经常有斗殴事件或是酒醉性侵等影响社会治安的死 角, 可以在获得客人同意而无碍隐私的情况下, 令该第一影像摄取镜头连 接至 KTV的主控室, 以兼具摄取包厢内状态的保全系统功能。
而由于包厢内必须按时间计算费用, 为免于录制、 编辑与储存的时间 往往耗费时间。 因此, 该中央处理单元也可以连接一网络系统, 以将该第 一影像摄取镜头所撷取的影像连接至远程为储存。 再作另外的编辑与储存。
本发明该中央处理单元更连接一储存设备, 以供编辑完成的档案储存。 该中央处理单元与 KTV也可以与包厢内的点歌系统连结。而形成一个点歌、 录制、 播放、 编辑、 储存较为完整的系统。 附图说明

请参阅图 1所示, 是本发明的基本架构, 并配合图 11所示, 本创作关 于一种实时歌唱影像制作装置, 包括一设于 KTV包厢 1内的第一影像摄取 镜头 2A, 也可以设第二至第四影像摄取镜头 2B〜2D, 使得影像撷取的角度 更为充分。 且该第一至第四摄取镜头 2A〜2D也连接至该中央处理单元 3。
请参阅图 1, 配合图 12所示, 该中央处理单元 3连接一屏幕 4, 以及 该中央处理单元 3 连接一影像编辑系统 5, 藉以令该第一至第四摄取镜头 2A〜2D所撷取的影像得以于该影像编辑系统 5 实时完成, 并呈现于设于 KTV包厢 1 内的屏幕 4。 该屏幕 4较佳的选项为触控式屏幕。 又该屏幕 4 设置于的 KTV包厢 1内, 可以悬挂或是装设于壁面。 由于可以为触控, 因 此可以藉由该屏幕 4 进行 GSi (网络安全基础设施钥匙 Grid Security Infrastructure,简称 GSI) Media数字内容试听与播放,或是 GSi分时双工 (time division duplex, TDD)机制来通讯或系统档案检查器 (ASD)负责; 并且使用 J2SE (J2SE: Java2 Standard Edition, 是指整个 Java平台的套件) 进行程 序设计。 同时该屏幕 4也可以结合点歌系统 8与立体音响 A进行播放, 藉 由该屏幕 4进行实时录像与上传 (由 GSI负责) 使用环境。
请参阅图 13所示, 该第一至第四摄取镜头 2A~2D所撷取的影像得以 连接至 KTV的主控室 6, 以兼具摄取包厢内状态的保全系统功能。
该中央处理单元 3更连接一网络系统 9, 以将该第一影像摄取镜头 2A 所撷取的影像连接至远程为储存。

一开始时, 程序由中央控制单元 1 的数据库中读取跑马区、 广告区、 待播歌曲区与相关设定档, 并依相关设定文件的设定进行播放程序即选定 Camera 1(即第一影像摄取镜头 2A所呈现的画面)且是要求 GSi Live Show (网络安全基础设施钥匙显场表演)经 USB2.0所传送过来的画面是 16: 9。
且完成带区的画面亦同时显示 Camera 1的画面使用者随选 [Camera 1〜 Camera 4】(即第一至第四摄取镜头 2A~2D所呈现的画面)任一区时, 完成 带区的画面亦同时显示对应 Camera 的画面使用者随选【16: 9】或【4: 3 ] 时, GSi Live Show (网络安全基础设施钥匙显场表演)经 USB2.0所传送过 来的画面即是对应比例的画面使用者随选【歌词】 时, 完成带区的画面亦 同时显示歌词, 若有录像时, 亦一并录像歌词使用者随选【背景片】 时, 即跳至下一页的画面, 让使用者随选背景, 若有录像时, 则是录像背景片 再加上对应 Camera 的画面使用者随选【录像】时, 即进行 GSi Live Show (网络安全基础设施钥匙显场表演) 的录像 (若歌词有设定与背景片有设 定,需将之叠到录像上)与立体音响 A进入的 MP3录音,且储存至 HDD(硬 盘)上(文件名称使用播放歌曲的档名)。 再按一次【录像】时, 即停止录像 与录音使用者随选【检视】 时, 即跳至第 5页 d的画面。
请参阅图 4所示, 背景片选择画面, 使用者随选上一页、 下一页、 背 景片与第一至第四摄取镜头 2A~2D (既 Camera 1〜 Camera 4所呈现的画面), 即可立即显示含背景片与摄影机画面。 按【检视】后的画面程序由数据库 中读取广告区、 已录像歌曲区与相关设定档, 并依相关设定档的设定进行 播放与显示使用者随选已录像歌曲区的任一己录像歌曲, 即显示在绿色区 域,使用者可随选各种功能,例如转回 (Rewind)、播放 (Play)、前进 (Forward)、 停止 (Stop)、 音量大 (Volume Loud). 音量小 (Volume Silent), 也可以使用屏 幕显示与耳机试听。
请参阅图 5至图 7所示, 按【上传至 GSiTV】后的画面程序由数据库 中读取广告区、 已录像歌曲区与相关设定档, 并依相关设定档的设定进行 播放与显示使用者输入会员帐号及会员密码后, 即将此播放的已录像歌曲 (不加密的 H264+不加密的 MP3 ), 以川流状态 (Streaming)上传至 GSi TV Server (网络安全基础设施钥匙电视服务器)储存。
请参阅图 5至图 7所示, 按【下载至 GSiSD】后的画面程序由数据库 中读取广告区、 已录像歌曲区与相关设定档, 且输入帐号、 密码, 并依相 关设定档的设定进行播放与显示先请使用者插入正确的 GSi . SD (网络安全 基础设施钥匙记忆卡), 按【确定】后, 由程序进行辨别是否是 GSi SD (网 络安全基础设施钥匙记忆卡) (并跳至下一画面, 按【取消】后, 则回复到 至图 5d的画面。
请参阅图 8至图 10所示使用者随选欲下载的己录像歌曲, 按【确定】 后, 则依序一首一首进行程序先行辨别储存空间是否足够? 若足够, 程序 再进行下一步, 若不足够, 程序则显示警语将身份辨识码 (PSID )、 MP3 (Movie Picture Experts Group,一种音乐格式)经网络系统 9Internet (请配 合图 1)传送至 DRCS加密后, 再利用 GSi (网络安全基础设施钥匙记忆卡) 随机跳号(RDD)提供的电脑程序应用接口(API, Application Program Interface)将不加密的 H264(—种影像编码的规格)与加密的 MP3整合成一个 符合 OMA 2.0(—种档案格式名称)的 DCF (音乐档案格式)档案再储存到 GSi SD(网络安全基础设施钥匙记忆卡)上。
综上所述, 本发明具备实用效果, 且未见于刊物或公开使用, 符合专 利要件, 于是依法提出专利申请。
然而, 上述所陈, 为本发明产业上一较佳实施例, 举凡依本发明申请 专利范围所作的均等变化, 皆属本发明申请专利范围之列。

权利要求书
1、 一种实时歌唱影像制作装置, 包括一设于 KTV包.厢内的第一影像摄 取镜头, 该第一影像摄取镜头连接一中央处理单元, 且该中央处理单元连 接一屏幕, 以及该中央处理单元连接一影像编辑系统, 藉以令该第一影像 摄取镜头所撷取的影像得以于该影像编辑系统实时完成, 并呈现于屏幕。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的实时歌唱影像制作装置, 其特征在于该屏幕为 触控式屏幕。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的实时歌唱影像制作装置, 其特征在于更设第二 至第四影像摄取镜头, 且该第二至第四摄取镜头连接该中央处理单元。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的实时歌唱影像制作装置, 其特征在于该第一影 像摄取镜头连接至 KTV的主控室, 以兼具摄取包厢内状态的保全系统功能。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的实时歌唱影像制作装置, 其特征在于该中央处 理单元更连接一网络系统, 以将该第一影像摄取镜头所撷取的影像连接至 远程为储存。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的实时歌唱影像制作装置, 其特征在于该中央处 理单元更连接一储存设备, 以供编辑完成的档案储存。
