La présente invention concerne un orifice et un ensemble orifice destinés à être utilisés avec un instrument facile à commander, pour une chirurgie minimalement invasive ou un système de robot chirurgical qui adopte les principes de l'instrument pour la chirurgie minimalement invasive.
