其中, 坐圈 11 与洁具主机 9 之间通过铰链 13 连接, 铰链 13 中设有 能让水管穿过的空腔。 电加热水箱 5 的水路与坐圈 11 之间的水路通过连 接水管 7 和连接水管 10 连通, 两条连接水管均穿过铰链 13 的空腔, 其中 一条连接水管 10 中装有循环泵 14 和阀门 141 , 当洁具喷水清洗人体时, 阀门 141 关闭,防止从进水管 12 流入的冷水通过连接水管 10 进入电加热 水箱, 降低喷水温度。 进水管 12 —端接水源, 经铰链 13 的空腔, 另一端 伸入坐圈 11 内。 图 9 所示的电加热水箱剖视图中, 电加热水箱 5 上装有 温度传感器 1 、 水位开关 2 (此处使用水位浮子开关)、 温控器 6 、 加热 管 8 和排气管 3 ,其中排气管的一端连在电加热水箱 5 上,一端连通大气。 电加热水箱 5 上的电气元件通过电缆线和洁具主机 9 中的控制装置连接。 出水管 4 一端与电加热水箱 5 相连, 另一端与喷水装置相连。 坐圈 11 底 部设置有排水螺栓 15 。
外部水源经进水管 12到达坐圈 11 内部水容腔内,再经其中一条连接水 管, 这里假设为连接水管 7 , 到达电加热水箱 5 内。加热管 8 按照指令将 电加热水箱 5 内部的水加热到用户预设的温度, 暖水经连接水管 10 回到 坐圈 11 内, 形成水路循环, 使得坐圈 11 内的水和电加热水箱 5 内的水保 持在预设的温度, 其中循环泵 14 起加快水路循环的作用。使用时, 电加热 水箱 5 内的暖水经出水管 4 , 由喷水装置喷出清洗人体。
尽管利用坐圈 11内腔充当扩展水箱的上述技术方案具有上述众多优点, 但是本申请人实践中发现, 在使用过程中, 充当扩展水箱的坐圈 11内腔中 会聚集大量气泡, 气泡的存在会缩小扩展水箱的容积, 将坐圈与暖水隔离, 坐圈得不到传热而依然寒冷, 气泡还会阻碍水的流动, 从而影响扩展水箱 的暖水供应。 此外, 由于冷水经进水管 12进入坐圈 11 内后, 才流入加热 水箱 5中加热, 因此坐圈温度不易控制。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够充分利用扩展水箱容积的水洗式洁具。 根据本发明的第一实施例, 本发明提供的水洗式洁具包括: 装有控制装 置的洁具主机; 位于洁具主机之内的小体积加热水箱; 位于洁具主机之外 的扩展水箱; 连接在加热水箱出口与扩展水箱进口之间的扩展水箱进水管; 扩展水箱第一排气管, 其一端连通扩展水箱并位于扩展水箱进水区域, 其 另一端连通加热水箱; 扩展水箱第二排气管即坐圈排气管, 其一端连通扩 展水箱并位于扩展水箱出水区域, 其另一端连通加热水箱; 连通扩展水箱 与加热水箱的回水管; 以及连通扩展水箱与喷水系统的扩展水箱供水管。
由于在扩展水箱的进水口处和出水口处分别设置了排气管, 因此可以把 聚集在扩展水箱中的气泡排除, 从而可以充分利用扩展水箱的容积, 确保 温水充满扩展水箱, 使坐圈表面保持温暖。
该实施例的一个特点是, 接水源的自来水管经由进水阀接入加热水箱, 由于冷水进入加热水箱加热后再流入坐圈, 而不是经由坐圈再流入加热水 箱中加热, 因而坐圈中的水是经过温控加热的暖水, 而不是冷热混合的水, 从而能够使坐圈温度得到有效控制, 由此提供了可以精确控制坐圈温度的 可能性。
由于本发明的喷水系统的供水管设置在喷水系统与坐圈扩展水箱之间, 因此较之上述的把供水管设置在加热水箱与喷水系统之间的已知技术, 本 发明可以进一歩减小加热水箱的体积, 这是因为喷水系统由容积较大的扩 展水箱供应暖水, 而不是由加热水箱供应暖水, 因而加热水箱的体积可以 小得仅仅用来加热冷水。
此外, 在扩展水箱与加热水箱之间接有回水管。 加热水箱通过一个单向 阀阻止加热水箱中的水 (无论已经加热的水, 还是未加热的水) 通过回水 管流入扩展水箱中。 也就是回水管经由单向阀连通扩展水箱与加热水箱。 这样可以确保加热水箱中未加热的冷水不流到扩展水箱中。
此外, 设置在扩展水箱与加热水箱之间的进水管的管路中装有循环水 泵。
在该第一实施例中, 所述扩展水箱是具有空腔的坐圈, 该坐圈通过阻 尼装置安装在主机上。 由于坐圈通过阻尼装置安装在主机上。 较之现有技 术, 本发明的坐圈可以通过阻尼装置缓慢翻转, 从而避免了装满水的坐圈 因快速下落碰撞而破损。
根据本发明的第二实施例, 本发明提供的水洗式洁具包括: 装有控制装 置的洁具主机; 位于洁具主机之内的小体积加热水箱; 位于洁具主机之外 的扩展水箱; 连接在加热水箱出口与扩展水箱进口之间的扩展水箱进水管; 扩展水箱第一排气管, 其一端连通扩展水箱并位于扩展水箱进水区域, 其 另一端连通加热水箱; 扩展水箱第二排气管即坐圈排气管, 其一端连通扩 展水箱并位于扩展水箱出水区域, 其另一端连通加热水箱; 以及一根连通 扩展水箱与加热水箱和喷水系统的扩展水箱供水回水管。
在该实施例中, 接水源的自来水管经由进水阀接入加热水箱; 以及所述 扩展水箱是具有空腔的坐圈, 该坐圈通过阻尼装置安装在主机上。
由于在扩展水箱的进水口处和出水口处分别设置了排气管, 因此可以把 聚集在扩展水箱中的气泡排除, 从而可以充分利用扩展水箱的容积, 确保 温水充满扩展水箱, 使坐圈表面保持温暖。
此外, 由于该实施例将扩展水箱的供水管、 回水管合并为一根管, 使通 过坐圈与主机铰链空腔连接扩展水箱的管子数量减少到四根, 因此可以减 少生产成本, 减轻装配劳动强度。
根据本发明的第三实施例, 本发明提供的水洗式洁具包括: 装有控制装 置的洁具主机; 位于洁具主机之内的小体积加热水箱; 位于洁具主机之外 的扩展水箱; 连接在加热水箱出口与扩展水箱进口之间的扩展水箱进水管; 扩展水箱第一排气管, 其一端连通扩展水箱并位于扩展水箱进水区域, 其 另一端连通加热水箱; 一根连通扩展水箱与喷水系统和加热水箱的扩展水 箱供水、 回水、 排气管。
由于在扩展水箱的进水口处和出水口处分别设置了排气管, 因此可以把 聚集在扩展水箱中的气泡排除, 从而可以充分利用扩展水箱的容积。
在该实施例中, 接水源的自来水管经由进水阀接入加热水箱; 所述扩展 水箱是具有空腔的坐圈, 该坐圈通过阻尼装置安装在主机上; 以及在连通 扩展水箱与加热水箱的扩展水箱进水管的管路上装有循环水泵。
由于该实施例将扩展水箱的供水管、 排气管、 回水管合并为一根管, 使 通过坐圈与主机铰链空腔连接扩展水箱的管子数量减少到三根, 因此可以 进一歩减少生产成本, 减轻装配劳动强度。
另一方面, 在上述实施例中, 坐圈与主机之间的管线穿过扩展水箱卡座 与主机绞接座套合的空腔, 这样可以避免管线暴露, 从而避免因暴露可能 带来的易破损的问题。
此外, 由于坐圈通过阻尼装置安装在主机上。 较之现有技术, 本发明 的坐圈可以通过阻尼装置缓慢翻转, 从而避免了装满水的坐圈因快速下落 碰撞而破损。
本发明的技术效果是:
1、 快速排除扩展水箱中的气泡, 从而可以有效使用扩展水箱的容积, 确保温水充满扩展水箱, 使坐圈表面保持温暖;
2、 由于扩展水箱的水仅来自加热水箱, 因此可以使扩展水箱的水温得 到有效控制;
3、 由于喷水系统的水直接来自扩展水箱, 而不是直接来自加热水箱, 因此可以进一歩减少加热水箱的体积。

首先需要说明, 以下说明以坐圈为扩展水箱 11 (即坐圈等同于扩展水 箱), 但是本发明不限于此, 例如坐盖 404也可以充当扩展水箱。
图 3显示了本发明第一实施例的原理, 如图 3所示, 第一实施例的水洗 式洁具包括: 装有控制装置的洁具主机 9; 位于洁具主机 9之内的小体积加 热水箱 5; 位于洁具主机 9之外的扩展水箱 11 ; 扩展水箱第一排气管 314, 其一端连通扩展水箱 11并位于扩展水箱 11进水区域, 其另一端连通加热 水箱 5; 扩展水箱第二排气管即坐圈排气管 322, 其一端连通扩展水箱 11 并位于扩展水箱 11出水区域, 其另一端连通加热水箱 5; 连通扩展水箱 11 与加热水箱 5的回水管 323 ; 以及连通扩展水箱 11与喷水系统的扩展水箱 供水管 324。
由于在扩展水箱 11 的进水口处和出水口处分别设置了排气管, 因此可 以把聚集在扩展水箱中的气泡排除, 从而可以充分利用扩展水箱的容积, 确保温水充满扩展水箱, 使坐圈表面保持温暖。
在该第一实施例中, 所述扩展水箱 11 是具有空腔的坐圈。 作为选择, 该扩展水箱也可以是坐盖, 或者其它部件。
该实施例的一个特点是, 接水源的自来水管 318经由进水阀 319接入加 热水箱 5, 由于冷水进入加热水箱加热后再流入坐圈, 而不是经由坐圈再流 入加热水箱 5 中加热, 因而坐圈中的水是经过温控加热的暖水, 而不是冷 热混合的水, 从而能够使坐圈温度得到有效控制。
该实施例的另一个特点是, 喷水系统的供水管 324设置在喷水系统与坐 圈扩展水箱 11之间, 较之上述的把供水管 4设置在加热水箱 5与喷水系统 之间的已知技术, 这种设计可以进一歩减小加热水箱的体积, 因为喷水系 统由容积较大的扩展水箱供应暖水, 而不是由加热水箱供应暖水, 因而加 热水箱的体积可以小得仅仅用来加热冷水。
此外,在扩展水箱 11与加热水箱之间接有回水管 323。加热水箱 5通过 一个单向阀 308阻止加热水箱 5中的水 (无论已经加热的水, 还是未加热 的水)通过回水管 323流入扩展水箱 11中。 也就是回水管 323经由单向阀 308连通扩展水箱 11与加热水箱 5。
在该第一实施例中, 所述喷水系统包括喷水连接管 306、 设置在喷水连 接管 306管路中的增压水泵 304、设置在喷水连接管 306管路末端的喷水选 择阀门 305、 以及连通喷水选择阀门 305的喷管 303和喷嘴 302。
上述洁具还包括设置在加热水箱 5中的用来加热冷水的加热管 312, 和 用来控制进水阀 319动作的水位开关 313。
此外, 设置在扩展水箱 11与加热水箱 5之间的进水管 316的管路中装 有循环水泵 315。
图 4显示了本发明第二实施例的原理, 如图 4所示, 第二实施例的水洗 式洁具包括: 装有控制装置的洁具主机 9; 位于洁具主机 9之内的小体积加 热水箱 5; 位于洁具主机 9之外的扩展水箱 11 ; 扩展水箱第一排气管 314, 其一端连通扩展水箱 11并位于扩展水箱 11进水区域, 其另一端连通加热 水箱 5; 扩展水箱第二排气管即坐圈排气管 322, 其一端连通扩展水箱 11 并位于扩展水箱 11出水区域, 其另一端连通加热水箱 5; 以及一根连通扩 展水箱 11与加热水箱 5和喷水系统的扩展水箱供水回水管 325。
由于在扩展水箱 11 的进水口处和出水口处分别设置了排气管, 因此可 以把聚集在扩展水箱中的气泡排除, 从而可以充分利用扩展水箱的容积, 确保温水充满扩展水箱, 使坐圈表面保持温暖。
此外, 由于第二实施例将扩展水箱的供水管、 回水管合并为一根管, 使 通过坐圈与主机铰链空腔 320连接扩展水箱 11的管子数量减少到四根, 因 此可以减少生产成本, 减轻装配劳动强度。
除了上述的将扩展水箱的供水管、 回水管合并为一根管外, 第二实施例 与第一实施例相同。
图 5显示了本发明第三实施例的原理。 需要说明的是, 本发明的图 1和 图 2所示的水洗式洁具的结构特别适用于图 5所示的第三实施例。参见图 1、 图 2和图 5, 第三实施例的水洗式洁具包括: 装有控制装置的洁具主机 9; 位于洁具主机 9之内的小体积加热水箱 5;位于洁具主机 9之外的扩展水箱 11 ; 扩展水箱第一排气管 314, 其一端连通扩展水箱 11并位于扩展水箱 11 进水区域, 其另一端连通加热水箱 5; —根连通扩展水箱 11与喷水系统和 加热水箱 5的扩展水箱供水、 回水、 排气管 301。
由于将扩展水箱的供水管、 排气管、 回水管合并为一根管, 使通过坐圈 与主机铰链空腔 320连接扩展水箱 11的管子数量减少到图 1和图 2和图 5 所示的三根, 即扩展水箱第一排气管 314、扩展水箱进水管 316和供水、 回 水、 排气管 301, 因此可以进一歩减少生产成本, 减轻装配劳动强度。
除了上述的将扩展水箱的供水管、 回水管和排气管合并为一根管外, 第 三实施例与第一实施例相同。
此外, 在上述第一至第三实施例中, 加热水箱 5具有一个连接水箱排气 管 309的排气口, 以便水箱中的气体以及从扩展水箱 11引入的气泡经由该 排气口排出。 由于该水箱排气管 309还具有溢水功能, 因此还称之为溢水 排气管。
图 6、 图 7显示了本发明的坐盖、 主机和扩展水箱的安装情况。 本发明 利用阻尼装置实现坐盖 404、 扩展水箱 11与主机 9的阻尼连接。 如图 6, 阻尼装置可以分为第一阻尼装置和第二阻尼装置, 第一阻尼装置可以是图 6、 图 7左侧所示的阻尼装置, 第二阻尼装置可以是图 6、 图 7右侧所示的 阻尼装置, 需要说明的是, 第一阻尼装置和第二阻尼装置可以互换位置。 第一阻尼装置包括依次装入扩展水箱 11的 (左) 卡座 413 (图中显示左右 两个卡座)与主机 9的 (右)绞接座 411 (图中显示左右两个绞接座)套合 的一个铰接组件空腔内的左阻尼套 403、左阻尼器 402和左阻尼器压套 401。 其中, 形状为多边形柱体的左阻尼套 403置入主机 9的铰接件空腔中的相 应凹槽中, 实现与主机 9的固定连接; 可旋转的左阻尼器 402右端的榫头 插入阻尼压 403的榫眼中; 形状为多边形柱体的左阻尼器压套 401置入座 圈 11铰接件空腔中的相应凹槽中, 其一端的榫眼与左阻尼器 402左端的榫 头实现榫接。 这样就可以利用左阻尼器 402 的阻尼作用, 使扩展水箱相对 于主机 9慢速转动。 第二阻尼装置包括依次装入扩展水箱 11的 (右) 卡座 413与主机 9的 (右) 绞接座 (411 ) 套合的另一铰接组件空腔内的右阻尼 限位套 406、 第一右阻尼器 407、 右阻尼套 408、 右阻尼压套 409、 第二右 阻尼器 410。 其中右阻尼限位套 406与右阻尼套 408固定连接, 右阻尼套 408可以与主机 9另一铰接件固定连接。第一右阻尼器 407两端的榫头分别 与扩展水箱 11另一铰接件空腔中的榫眼和右阻尼套 408的榫眼进行榫接; 第二右阻尼器 410两端的榫头分别与右阻尼套 408的榫眼和坐盖的榫眼进 行榫接。 也就是说, 第二阻尼器通过两个阻尼器实现主机 9与扩展水箱 11 和坐盖 404的阻尼连接。 这样, 本发明可以避免装满水的扩展水箱 11或坐 盖 404因快速下落碰撞而破损。
本发明的一个特点是, 在扩展水箱 (左) 卡座 413与主机 9的 (左) 铰链座 411套合的空腔的一部分 (例如右段) 安装连接扩展水箱 11与主机 9的第一阻尼装置, 在其另一部分 (例如右段) 供扩展水箱 11与主机 9之 间的管线例如水管 301、 314和 316穿过。 从而可以避免水管暴露。
本发明具有以下技术效果:
1、 快速排除扩展水箱中的气泡, 从而能够有效使用扩展水箱的容积, 确保温水充满扩展水箱, 使坐圈表面保持温暖;
2、 由于扩展水箱的水仅来自加热水箱, 因此可以使扩展水箱的水温得 到有效控制;
3、 由于喷水系统的水直接来自扩展水箱, 而不是直接来自加热水箱, 因此可以进一歩减少加热水箱的体积。
尽管上文已经对本发明进行了详细说明, 但是本发明不限于此, 本技 术领域技术人员可以根据本发明的原理进行各种修改。 因此, 凡按照本发 明原理所作的修改, 都应当理解为落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种水洗式洁具, 包括:
装有控制装置的洁具主机 (9);
位于洁具主机 (9) 之内的小体积加热水箱 (5);
位于洁具主机 (9) 之外的扩展水箱 (11);
连接在加热水箱 (15) 出口与扩展水箱 (11) 进口之间的扩展水箱进水 管 (316);
其特征在于还包括: 扩展水箱 (11) 分别连接加热水箱 (5) 和喷水系 统的扩展水箱出水及排气管路。
2、 一种水洗式洁具, 包括:
装有控制装置的洁具主机 (9);
位于洁具主机 (9) 之内的小体积加热水箱 (5);
位于洁具主机 (9) 之外的扩展水箱 (11);
连接在加热水箱 (15) 出口与扩展水箱 (11) 进口之间的扩展水箱进水 管 (316);
其特征在于还包括:
扩展水箱第一排气管 (314), 其一端连通扩展水箱(11)并位于扩展水箱 (11) 进水区域, 其另一端连通加热水箱 (5);
扩展水箱第二排气管 (322), 其一端连通扩展水箱 (11) 并位于扩展水 箱 (11) 出水区域, 其另一端连通加热水箱 (5);
连通扩展水箱 (11) 与加热水箱 (5) 的回水管 (323); 以及
连通扩展水箱 (11) 与喷水系统的扩展水箱供水管 (324)。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的水洗式洁具, 其特征在于, 回水管(323) 经由单向阀 (308) 连通扩展水箱 (11) 与加热水箱 (5)。
4、 一种水洗式洁具, 包括: 装有控制装置的洁具主机 (9);
位于洁具主机 (9) 之内的小体积加热水箱 (5);
位于洁具主机 (9) 之外的扩展水箱 (11);
连接在加热水箱 (15) 出口与扩展水箱 (11) 进口之间的扩展水箱进水 管 (316);
其特征在于还包括:
扩展水箱第一排气管 (314), 其一端连通扩展水箱 (11) 并位于扩展水 箱 (11) 进水区域, 其另一端连通加热水箱 (5);
扩展水箱第二排气管 (322), 其一端连通扩展水箱 (11) 并位于扩展水 箱 (11) 出水区域, 其另一端连通加热水箱 (5); 以及
一根连通扩展水箱 (11) 与加热水箱 (5) 和喷水系统的扩展水箱供水 回水管 (325)。
5、 一种水洗式洁具, 包括:
装有控制装置的洁具主机 (9);
位于洁具主机 (9) 之内的小体积加热水箱 (5);
位于洁具主机 (9) 之外的扩展水箱 (11);

6、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 4、 5所述的水洗式洁具, 其特征在于, 接水源 的自来水管 (318) 经由进水阀 (319) 接入加热水箱 (5)。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的水洗式洁具, 其特征在于, 在连通扩展水箱 (11) 与加热水箱 (5) 的扩展水箱进水管 (316) 的管路上装有循环水泵 (315)。
8、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 4、 5所述的水洗式洁具, 其特征在于, 所述扩 展水箱(11)是具有空腔的坐圈, 该坐圈通过阻尼装置安装在主机(9)上。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的水洗式洁具, 其特征在于, 扩展水箱 (11) 与主机 (9) 之间的管线穿过扩展水箱卡座 (413) 与主机绞接座 (411) 套 合所形成的空腔。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的水洗式洁具, 其特征在于, 加热水箱 (5) 具有一个连接水箱排气管 (309) 的排气口。
