步骤 300, MME需要向 UE发送网络侧分离请求, 如果发现该 UE处于 空闲状态,则 MME首先向 eNodeB发送寻呼请求消息,在该寻呼请求消息中 携带寻呼原因字段; 所述寻呼原因字段中指示该 UE, 这次寻呼的原因是为了 发起网络侧分离流程, 并可以进一步指示该 UE发起网络侧分离的具体原因, 例如是为了让 UE重新附着。
步骤 301 , eNodeB寻呼该 UE, 即向 UE发送携带有所述寻呼原因的寻 呼请求消息。
步骤 302, UE接收到所述寻呼请求消息后, 如果发现寻呼原因是要发起 网络侧分离流程 , UE便发起 UE侧触发的分离流程。 UE通过 eNodeB向 MME 发送分离请求消息;
在发送了分离请求消息后, UE可以等待网络侧的分离接受消息。
步骤 303 , eNodeB接收到所述分离请求消息后, 将该分离请求消息透传 给 MME。
步骤 304, MME收到所述分离请求消息之后, 删除本 MME上与作为寻 呼请求消息发送对象的 UE之间的网络资源, 并通知演进的基站、 服务网关 端预留的无线资源。
步骤 305 , MME通过 eNodeB向 UE返回分离接受消息。
步骤 306 , eNodeB向 UE传递分离接受消息。
步骤 307, UE接收到所述分离接受消息后, 便删除本身的网络资源。
如图 4所示, 是本发明的实施例应用示例二, 包括:
步骤 400, MME需要向 UE发送网络侧分离请求, 如果发现该 UE处于 空闲状态,则 MME首先向 eNodeB发送寻呼请求消息,在该寻呼请求消息中 携带寻呼原因字段; 所述寻呼原因字段中指示该 UE, 这次寻呼的原因是为了 发起网络侧分离流程, 并可以进一步指示该 UE发起网络侧分离的具体原因, 例如是为了让 UE重新附着。
步骤 401 , MME发送了寻呼请求后, 便可以开始删除本 MME上与作为 寻呼请求消息发送对象的 UE之间的网络资源, 并通知演进的基站、 服务网 终端预留的无线资源。
步骤 402, eNodeB寻呼该 UE, 即向 UE发送携带有所述寻呼原因的寻 呼请求消息, 寻呼过程中将寻呼原因字段也携带在寻呼请求消息中发给了 UE。
步骤 403 , UE接收到所述寻呼请求消息后, 如果发现寻呼原因是要发起 网络侧分离流程, UE便删除本身的网络资源。
尽管本发明结合特定实施例进行了描述, 但是对于本领域的技术人员来 说, 可以在不背离本发明的精神或范围的情况下进行修改和变化。 这样的修 改和变化被视作在本发明的范围和附加的权利要求书范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明提供一种网络侧与空闲状态 UE分离的方法以及演进的分组网, 通过在寻呼请求中携带的寻呼原因,将网络侧希望分离的情况通知 UE,避免 了业务请求流程必须完成的重建 UE承载操作, 从而避免了无线资源和网络 资源的浪费, 简化了处理流程的复杂性, 也减少了流程的执行时间。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种网络侧与空闲状态终端分离的方法, 包括:
网络侧需要与空闲状态的终端分离时, 向所述终端发送寻呼请求消息, 在所述寻呼请求消息中指示本次寻呼的原因为发起网络侧分离流程;
网络侧删除网络侧上与所述终端相关的网络资源。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 网络侧向所述终端发送 寻呼请求消息是指:移动管理实体通过演进的基站向终端发送寻呼请求消息。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 网络侧接收到终端侧触 发的分离请求后, 才删除网络侧上与所述终端相关的网络资源。
4、 如权利要求 1 ~ 3中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 网络侧删 除所述终端相关的网络资源是指: 移动管理实体、 演进的基站、 服务网关以 端预留的无线资源。
5、 一种网络侧与空闲状态终端分离的方法, 包括:
移动管理实体需要与空闲状态的终端分离时, 向该终端发送寻呼请求消 息, 在该寻呼请求消息中指示本次寻呼的原因为发起网络侧分离流程;
终端接收到所述寻呼请求消息后, 如果该寻呼请求消息中指示本次寻呼 的原因为发起网络侧分离流程, 则发起终端侧触发的分离流程。
6、 如权利要求 5 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 终端发起终端侧触发的 分离流程是指:
终端向网络侧发送分离请求消息。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于,
移动管理实体发送所述寻呼请求消息后, 删除本移动管理实体上与所述 终端之间的网络资源, 并通知演进的基站、 服务网关以及分组数据网网关均 删除与所述终端之间的网络资源, 以及释放为所述终端预留的无线资源。
8、 如权利要求 5 ~ 7中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于,
终端接收到所述寻呼请求消息后, 如果该寻呼请求消息中指示本次寻呼 的原因为发起网络侧分离流程, 则删除本终端的网络资源。
9、 一种演进的分组网, 包括移动管理实体、 服务网关以及分组数据 网网关, 其特征在于, 移动管理实体用于在网络侧需要与空闲状态的终端分 离时, 向所述终端发送寻呼请求消息, 在所述寻呼请求消息中指示本次寻呼 的原因为发起网络侧分离流程;
