所述用户设备发送的请求消息, 是指该用户设备要在系统架构演进网络 中注册时, 向网络侧发送的附着请求消息; 所述网络侧中包括移动管理实体; 所述移动管理实体, 用于接收到所述附着请求消息后, 若判断该附着请 求消息中存在释放无线连接标志且所述用户设备没有需要进行的网络侧业 务, 则在附着流程完成后发起与所述用户设备间的无线链路释放, 否则, 在 附着流程完成后保留与所述用户设备间的无线链路。

所述网络侧, 收到所述请求消息后, 若判断所述请求消息中存在释放无 线连接标志, 在对所述请求的处理过程中不发起无线承载的建立。
与现有技术相比, 应用本发明, 通过一个标示将用户设备的后续业务需 求带给网络侧, 使网络侧能正确判断无线资源是否被使用, 从而在无需使用 无线资源的情况下, 能主动发起无线资源释放, 从而解决了因用户永久在线 而导致不使用业务的用户却长期占用无线承载资源, 使无线资源的有效利用 率降低的问题。 附图概述

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 2所示, 本发明的一种无线资源释放的方法, 包括以下步骤, 步骤 10: UE向网络侧发送请求消息, 其中所述请求消息中可根据自身 是否需要使用业务, 决定是否携带释放无线连接标志;
所述 UE在请求消息中可根据自身是否需要使用业务, 决定是否携带释 放无线连接标志。 如果用户设备当前没有使用业务, 则携带该释放无线连接 标志; 如果用户设备当前正使用业务, 则不携带该释放无线连接标志。
步骤 20: 网络侧接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判断所 述请求消息中存在释放无线连接标志且所述用户设备没有需要进行的网络侧 业务,则在对所述请求的处理完成后发起与所述用户设备间的无线链路释放。
或者, 网络侧接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判断所述 请求消息中存在释放无线连接标志, 则在对所述请求的处理完成后发起与所 述用户设备间的无线链路释放。
网络侧在对所述请求的处理中判断是否存在所述释放无线连接标志, 如 果该释放无线连接标志不存在, 则在返回给用户设备的响应消息中不携带该 释放无线连接标志。
所述网络侧接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判断所述请 求消息中存在释放无线连接标志 ,但所述用户设备有需要进行的网络侧业务, 则在对所述请求的处理完成后保留与所述用户设备间的无线链路。
所述网络侧接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判断所述请 求消息中存在释放无线连接标志, 则判断用户设备是否有需要进行的网络侧 业务, 若有, 则该网络侧在本地清除所述释放无线连接标志, 在对所述请求 的处理完成后, 若判断本地没有保留所述释放无线连接标志, 则保留与所述 用户设备间的无线链路。
所述网络侧接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判断所述请 求消息中存在释放无线连接标志, 则判断用户设备是否有需要进行的网络侧 业务, 若没有, 则该网络侧在本地保留该释放无线连接标志, 在对所述请求 的处理完成后, 根据保留的该释放无线连接标志, 发起无线链路释放。
或者, 所述网络侧接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判断 所述请求消息中存在释放无线连接标志, 则该网络侧在本地保留该释放无线 连接标志, 在对所述请求的处理完成后, 根据保留的该释放无线连接标志, 发起无线链路释放。
所述网络侧业务是网络侧发起的专用承载激活和网络侧承载修改的一种 或多种的业务。
下面结合具体实例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 3所示, 是附着过程中本发明的一个实例, 该实例中 UE在附着请 求消息中携带释放无线连接标志, MME在附着流程结束后,发起无线连接释 放。
步骤 300, 当 UE需要在 SAE网络中注册时, UE发送附着请求消息给 eNodeB , UE在附着请求消息中携带释放无线连接标志;
步骤 301 , eNodeB将附着请求消息发送给 MME;
步骤 302 , UE、 eNodeB、 MME间进行附着流程的中间过程交互; 步骤 303 , 附着流程完成后, MME判断所述附着请求消息中存在释放无 线连接标志且 UE没有需要进行的网络侧业务, 则向 eNodeB发送 S1用户上 下文释放命令;
步骤 304, eNodeB向 UE发送 RRC (无线资源控制协议 )释放命令, 释 放 RRC连接;
步骤 305, eNodeB向 MME返回 S1用户上下文释放完成命令,无线连接 释放完成。
其中, 如果附着请求消息中携带释放无线连接标志, 步骤 302中, UE、 eNodeB、 MME 间进行附着流程的中间过程交互的过程中, 可以发起无线承 载的建立, 也可以不发起无线承载的建立, 即附着过程中, MME向 eNodeB 初始上下文建立请求中可以携带或不携带承载信息。 在本发明另一实施例中, 步骤 303中, MME判断所述附着请求消息中存 在释放无线连接标志时, 则向 eNodeB发送 S1用户上下文释放命令。 即该实 施例中, MME不判断用户设备是否有需要进行的网络侧业务。
如图 4所示, 是附着过程中本发明的一个实例, 该实例中 UE在附着请 求消息中携带释放无线连接标志, MME对释放无线连接标志进行判断决定是 否释放无线连接。
步骤 400, 当 UE需要在 SAE网络中注册时, UE发送附着请求消息给 eNodeB , UE在附着请求消息中携带释放无线连接标志;
步骤 401 , eNodeB将附着请求消息发送给 MME;
步骤 402 , UE、 eNodeB、 MME间进行附着流程的中间过程交互; 步骤 403 , MME在给 UE返回附着接受消息前对附着请求消息中是否携 带释放无线连接标志进行判断; 如果该标志不存在, 则在 MME中不保留释 放无线连接标志;如果该标志存在, MME再判断……是否有网络侧业务需要 进行, 如果有网络侧业务需要进行, 则 MME中不保留释放无线连接标志; 如果没有网络侧业务需要进行, 则 MME中保留释放无线连接标志;
其中, 可能的网络侧业务为网络侧发起的专用承载激活或网络侧承载修 改等。
步骤 404 , MME向 eNodeB发送附着接受消息, 如果 MME中没有保留 释放无线连接标志, 则响应消息 (即附着接受消息) 中也不携带该标志; 如 果 MME中保留了释放无线连接标志, 则响应消息中也携带该标志;
步骤 405 , eNodeB向 UE发送从 MME收到的附着接受消息;
步骤 406, UE向 eNodeB发送附着完成消息;
步骤 407 , eNodeB向 MME发送从 UE收到的附着完成消息;
步骤 408, MME根据是否保存了释放无线连接标志, 决定是否发起无线 连接释放: 如果没有保存该标志, 流程结束; 如果保存了该标志, MME发起 无线连接释放, 执行步骤 409; 步骤 409,释放无线连接标志存在, MME向 eNodeB发送 S1用户上下文 释放命令;
步骤 410, eNodeB向 UE发送 RRC释放命令, 释放 RRC连接; 步骤 411 , eNodeB向 MME返回 S1用户上下文释放完成命令,无线连接 释放完成。
其中, 如果附着请求消息中携带释放无线连接标志, 步骤 402中, UE、 eNodeB、 MME 间进行附着流程的中间过程交互的过程中, 可以发起无线承 载的建立, 也可以不发起无线承载的建立, 即附着过程中, MME向 eNodeB 初始上下文建立请求中可以携带或不携带承载信息。
其中, 在本发明另一实施例中, 步骤 403中, MME在给 UE返回附着接 受消息前对附着请求消息中是否携带释放无线连接标志进行判断, 在判断附 着请求消息中携带释放无线连接标志时, MME中保留释放无线连接标志; 即 MME不判断用户设备是否有需要进行的网络侧业务。
如图 5所示, 是附着过程中本发明的一个实例, 该实例中 UE在附着请 求消息中携带释放无线连接标志, MME在附着过程中,不发起无线承载建立。
步骤 500, 当 UE需要在 SAE网络中注册时, UE发送附着请求消息给 eNodeB , UE在附着请求消息中携带释放无线连接标志;
步骤 501 , eNodeB将附着请求消息发送给 MME;
步骤 502 , UE、 eNodeB、 MME间进行附着流程的中间过程交互; 步骤 503 , MME对附着请求消息中是否携带释放无线连接标志进行判断; 如果该标志不存在, 则不保存该标志, 发起承载建立, 与目前附着流程的后 续流程一致; 如果该标志存在, 则 MME不发起无线承载建立, MME保存释 放无线连接标志;
步骤 504, MME向 eNodeB发送附着接受消息和初始上下文建立请求, 初始上下文建立请求中不携带承载信息;
步骤 505 , eNodeB没有进行承载建立的相关操作;
步骤 506 , eNodeB向 UE发送从 MME收到的附着接受消息;
步骤 507, UE向 eNodeB发送附着完成消息; 步骤 508 , eNodeB向 MME发送从 UE收到的附着完成消息;
步骤 509, MME根据是否保存了释放无线连接标志, 决定是否发起无线 连接释放: 如果 MEE本地没有保存该标志, 流程结束; 如果 MME本地保存 了该标志, MME发起无线连接释放;
步骤 510,释放无线连接标志存在, MME向 eNodeB发送 S1用户上下文 释放命令;
步骤 511 , eNodeB向 UE发送 RRC释放命令, 释放 RRC连接; 步骤 512, eNodeB向 MME返回 S1用户上下文释放完成命令,无线连接 释放完成。
在本发明另一实施例中, 步骤 503 , MME对附着请求消息中是否携带释 放无线连接标志进行判断; 如果该标志存在时, 进一步判断用户设备是否有 需要进行的网络侧业务, 如果没有, 则 MME不发起无线承载建立, MME保 存释放无线连接标志, 如果有, 则 MME清除释放无线连接标志。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不 局限于此, 任何熟悉该技术的人在本发明所揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到 的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范 围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
本发明通过一个标示将用户终端的后续业务需求带给网络侧, 使网络侧 能做出无线资源是否使用的正确判断, 从而在无需使用无线资源的情况下, 能主动发起无线资源释放, 从而解决了因用户永久在线而导致不马上使用业 务的用户却长期占用无线承载资源, 使无线资源的有效利用率大大降低的问 题。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种无线资源释放的方法, 包括,
用户设备向网络侧发送请求消息, 若该用户设备当前没有使用业务, 则 在该请求消息中携带释放无线连接标志;
所述网络侧接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判断所述请 求消息中存在释放无线连接标志且所述用户设备没有需要进行的网络侧业 务, 则在对所述请求的处理完成后发起与所述用户设备间的无线链路释放。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
所述网络侧接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判断所述请 求消息中存在释放无线连接标志,但所述用户设备有需要进行的网络侧业务, 则在对所述请求的处理完成后保留与所述用户设备间的无线链路。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
所述网络侧接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判断所述请 求消息中存在释放无线连接标志且所述用户设备没有需要进行的网络侧业 务, 则该网络侧在本地保留该释放无线连接标志, 在对所述请求的处理完成 后, 根据本地保留的该释放无线连接标志, 发起与所述用户设备间的无线链 路释放。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
所述网络侧接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判断所述请 求消息中存在释放无线连接标志且所述用户设备有需要进行的网络侧业务, 所述网络侧在本地清除所述释放无线连接标志;
在对所述请求的处理完成后, 若所述网络侧判断本地没有保留所述释放 无线连接标志, 则保留与所述用户设备间的无线链路。
5、 如权利要求 1、 2、 3或 4所述的方法, 其中:
所述用户设备发送的请求消息, 是指该用户设备要在系统架构演进网络 中注册时, 向网络侧发送的附着请求消息; 所述网络侧中的移动管理实体接收到所述附着请求消息后, 若判断该附 着请求消息中存在释放无线连接标志且所述用户设备没有需要进行的网络侧 业务, 则在附着流程完成后发起与所述用户设备间的无线链路释放, 否则在 附着流程完成后保留与所述用户设备间的无线链路。
6、 如权利要求 1或 3所述的方法, 其中:
所述网络侧收到所述请求消息后, 若判断所述请求消息中存在释放无线 连接标志且所述用户设备没有需要进行的网络侧业务, 则所述网络侧在对所 述请求的处理过程中不发起无线承载的建立。
7、 一种无线资源释放的方法, 包括,
用户设备向网络侧发送请求消息, 若该用户设备当前没有使用业务, 则 在该请求消息中携带释放无线连接标志;
所述网络侧接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判断所述请 求消息中存在释放无线连接标志, 则在对所述请求的处理完成后发起与所述 用户设备间的无线链路释放。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中:
所述网络侧接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判断所述请 求消息中存在释放无线连接标志, 则该网络侧在本地保留该释放无线连接标 志;
所述网络侧在对所述请求的处理完成后, 根据本地保留的该释放无线连 接标志, 发起与所述用户设备间的无线链路释放。
9、 如权利要求 7或 8所述的方法, 其中:
所述用户设备发送的请求消息, 是指该用户设备要在系统架构演进网络 中注册时, 向网络侧发送的附着请求消息;
所述网络侧中的移动管理实体接收到所述附着请求消息后, 若判断该附 着请求消息中存在释放无线连接标志, 则在附着流程完成后发起与所述用户 设备间的无线链路释放, 否则在附着流程完成后保留与所述用户设备间的无 线链路。
10、 如权利要求 7或 8所述的方法, 其中:
所述网络侧收到所述请求消息后, 若判断所述请求消息中存在释放无线 连接标志,则所述网络侧在对所述请求的处理过程中不发起无线承载的建立。
11、 一种无线资源释放的系统, 包括网络侧和用户设备, 其中, 所述用户设备, 用于向网络侧发送请求消息, 若该用户设备当前没有使 用业务, 则在该请求消息中携带释放无线连接标志;
所述网络侧, 用于接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判断 所述请求消息中存在释放无线连接标志且所述用户设备没有需要进行的网络 侧业务, 则在对所述请求的处理完成后发起与所述用户设备间的无线链路释 放。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其中:
所述网络侧, 还用于接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判 断所述请求消息中存在释放无线连接标志, 但所述用户设备有需要进行的网 络侧业务,则在对所述请求的处理完成后保留与所述用户设备间的无线链路。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其中:
所述网络侧, 还用于接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判 断所述请求消息中存在释放无线连接标志且所述用户设备有需要进行的网络 侧业务, 所述网络侧在本地不保留所述释放无线连接标志; 若判断所述请求 消息中存在释放无线连接标志且所述用户设备没有需要进行的网络侧业务, 则该网络侧在本地保留该释放无线连接标志;
在对所述请求的处理完成后, 若所述网络侧判断本地没有保留所述释放 无线连接标志, 则保留与所述用户设备间的无线链路; 若本地保留所述释放 无线连接标志, 则发起与所述用户设备间的无线链路释放。
14、 如权利要求 11至 13任一所述的系统, 其中:
所述用户设备发送的请求消息, 是指该用户设备要在系统架构演进网络 中注册时, 向网络侧发送的附着请求消息;
所述网络侧中包括移动管理实体;
所述移动管理实体, 用于接收到所述附着请求消息后, 若判断该附着请 求消息中存在释放无线连接标志且所述用户设备没有需要进行的网络侧业 务, 则在附着流程完成后发起与所述用户设备间的无线链路释放, 否则, 在 附着流程完成后保留与所述用户设备间的无线链路。
15、 如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其中:
所述网络侧, 收到所述请求消息后, 若判断所述请求消息中存在释放无 线连接标志且所述用户设备没有需要进行的网络侧业务, 在对所述请求的处 理过程中不发起无线承载的建立。
16、 一种无线资源释放的系统, 包括用户设备和网络侧, 其中, 用户设备, 用于向网络侧发送请求消息, 若该用户设备当前没有使用业 务, 则在该请求消息中携带释放无线连接标志;
网络侧, 用于接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判断所述 请求消息中存在释放无线连接标志, 则在对所述请求的处理完成后发起与所 述用户设备间的无线链路释放。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其中:
所述网络侧, 还用于接收到所述用户设备发送的所述请求消息后, 若判 断所述请求消息中存在释放无线连接标志, 则该网络侧在本地保留该释放无 线连接标志; 在对所述请求的处理完成后, 根据本地保留的该释放无线连接 标志, 发起与所述用户设备间的无线链路释放。
