Abstract
L'invention concerne des procédés, des systèmes et des trousses pour détecter, quantifier et/ou analyser un échantillon fluidique comprenant des molécules ou des particules d'analyte en faible concentration. Dans certains modes de la réalisation de l'invention, les procédés pour détecter et/ou pour quantifier les molécules d'analyte dans un échantillon consistent à capturer plusieurs molécules d'analyte sur un substrat (par exemple, un réseau comprenant plusieurs contenants de réaction). Le substrat peut ensuite être exposé à des composés réactionnels supplémentaires comme au moins un ligand de liaison. Le substrat peut éventuellement être également exposé à une molécule d'agent de marquage précurseur, cette molécule étant, dans certains cas, convertie en une molécule d'agent de marquage qui peut être détectée soit directement, soit indirectement, cette détermination pouvant être liée à la présence des molécules d'analyte et/ou pouvant être utilisée pour quantifier lesdites molécules d'analyte. Bien que des aspects variés de l'invention peuvent faire intervenir un certain nombre de formats d'épreuves différents, dans un mode de réalisation, les épreuves biologiques sont réalisées dans plusieurs contenants de réaction définis, au moins en partie, par les extrémités distales de brins de fibre optique.
