Abstract

본 발명은 유기질 복합비료의 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 축분, 인분 등의 유기물질을 혼합 및 교반하여 이를 완전 발효시키는 과정에서 수분을 적절히 조절함과 발효분해에 필요한 산소를 충분히 공급하여 완전 숙성시키는 형태로 발효시켜 양질의 복합비료를 제조할 수 있도록 한 유기질 복합비료의 제조장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 축,인분 및 부자재를 공급받아 교반날개에 의해 혼합시키고 교반하는 교반탱크와, 상기 교반탱크에서 이송되는 발효원료의 하부에서 공기가 분출되어 공기와 접촉이 이루어지도록 하는 구성으로 발효가 이루어지도록 하는 초기발효장치와, 상기의 초기발효장치에서 이송되는 발효원료를 가열하고 악취성분을 분해하고 탈취처리를 하는 구성으로 최종발효가 이루어지도록 하는 최종발효장치와, 상기 발효장치에서 이송된 발효물의 수분을 조절하기 위한 수분조절장치와, 상기에서 수분이 조절된 발효물을 이용하여 알갱이 형태로 만드는 알갱이 성형장치를 거쳐 비료를 제조되는 구성으로 된 유기질 복합비료의 제조장치를 특징으로 한다.
