  • (1-1) 'Adopting Bankers Independent Vendors' includes any trade, agency, independent outlets of the agent, the independent vendor's vending machine however defined, Consignor or an optional purchaser, adventure or concern in the nature of trade of the Adopting Banker's Prepaid Money . Credit (Banker's Scratch Cards)/ or Adopted Bankers GSM SIM Cards at a commission;
  • (1-2) 'Adopting Bankers SIM Card' means the adopting bankers cellular/mobile-phones GSM SIM Cards-bearing a customer-mobile- phone integrated interface (a human-mobile phone functional application program as a standard feature in the menu of the adopting banker's cellular/mobile phone SIM Cards), by which the banker may allow and enable existing customers to employ in their cellular/mobile- phones to communicate to the banker's system, both financial and non- financial information.
  • GSM SIM Cards-bearing a customer-mobile- phone integrated interface a human-mobile phone functional application program as a standard feature in the menu of the adopting banker's cellular/mobile phone SIM Cards
