Abstract

본 발명은 히트 펌프식 냉·난방 장치에 관한 것이며, 상세하게는 온수 생성 수단을 부설한 히트 펌프식 냉·난방 장치에 관한 것으로서, 온수 가열 효율을 향상하고, 난방을 신속하고 양호하게 하며, 복사 난방을 겸할 수 있도록 하여 쾌적한 난방을 할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 발명은 압축기(11), 4 웨이 밸브(12), 실내 열교환기(13), 냉방용 팽창밸브(14), 난방용 팽창밸브(15), 실외 열교환기(16) 및 상기 4 웨이 밸브(12)를 냉매도관(17)으로 순서대로 연결하고, 상기 4 웨이 밸브(12)와 압축기(11)를 흡입도관(18)으로 연결한 냉동 사이클(10)과; 상기 냉매도관(17)의 압축기(11)와 4 웨이 밸브(12) 사이에 바이패스 도관(21)을 연결하여서, 상기 바이패스 도관(21)에 응축관(23)을 형성하여 저탕조(25)에 내장함과 아울러 상기 응축관(23) 내에 열매체 가열도관(24)을 삽입하여 이중관형 열교환기(22)를 형성한 온수 발생수단(20)과; 상기 실내 열교환기(13)의 측면에 보조 열교환기(31)를 설치하여 상기 보조 열교환기(31)와 열매체 가열도관(24)을 순환 펌프(33) 부설 공급관(32)과 귀환관(34)으로 폐회로가 형성되게 연결한 실내 열교환기 보조수단(30)을 포함하여 구성한 것이다.
