Abstract

본 발명은 녹용유래세포에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는, 사슴뿔의 생장점에서 녹욕유래세포를 분리하는 방법, 상기 방법으로 분리된 녹용유래세포 및 상기 녹용유래세포를 FGF(fibroflast growth factor) 또는 EGF(epidermal growth factor)를 함유하는 배양배지나 일반배지에서 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹용유래세포의 배양방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 녹용의 생장점에서 손쉽게 골분화 가능한 녹용세포를 수득할 수 있어, 상기 녹용세포의 배양추출물을 이용하여 고가의 녹용을 대체할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
